Cecil is a prince. Naturally he would be a nice looking man, due to his parents only wanting the best for their children. This is true, well, not the parents part but Cecil does have an attractive look. His bold smirk and mysterious eyes captivate women. His blank stare is harsh and unfeeling but when a woman interests him a playful smirk finds his way to his face. His body is nothing less that what you would expect. Pale skin, untouched by the nails of war or the teeth of poverty. He has ivory skin and if you looked at his body before you knew him, you would think he hasn't eaten enough or that he was sick. His collarbones stick out tremendously, showing his pale neck in a beautiful light.

- ❖ Tapping his fingers || Whenever not doing anything interesting to him, Cecil would end up tapping his fingers on the nearest surface.
❖ Messing with fabric || The small piece of fabric was the only present he received from his deceased mother. When nervous or worried he can often be found with this in his hands. He wasn't the most important child so he didn't get much attention but he treasures his one present and normally has it in his pocket or in his hand.

- ✘ Rohan || The butler to the Bride makes Cecil very nervous. There is something wrong with him but Cecil can't put his finger on it. He just makes Cecil feel worried for the Bride, which is a weird emotion for Cecil to feel.

- ✪ Horseback Riding || Cecil would always beat his brothers in things that didn't matter, like horseback riding.
✪ Communication Skills || Cecil is very good with words. Thanks to his tutors the led to Cecil being able to speak diplomatically for his country.

- ⌘ Acrophobia || When he was young, Cecil found his way up to the top of the castle's tower. He froze when he saw how high it was and ever since he has been afraid of heights.

As the third prince, Cecil doesn't have much to worry about with the earning the crown deal after his brother passed. He was always going to be the last one and this would lead him to age out before he even became King. He often went to town, talking with many of the women and loving on the little girls that walked the streets. He became arrogant as everyone loved him in the town and soon he was forced to stay inside the castle grounds. He loved messing with the princess when she arrived but he understood when she told him to stop. He doesn't mess with her as much as he did before and if he does, he does it playfully.

⌈History⌋
Cecil was born on March 3rd, the fourth son of the royal Vermillia family. He had ebony locks like two of his older brothers and blue eyes. He was the youngest of the family so his chances of getting the crown were slim at best. He grew up playing by himself when he didn't have studies. His brothers were being taught etiquette and other royal duties. Eri and Cecil weren't as close to the crown so they didn't have to study as much as the other brothers. During this time, Cecil was about 13 years old. He spent most of his time outside of the castle walls, making lots of new friends outside of the walls. He started to be more arrogant and soon this began to be a part of his personality. He was called back into the castle when his father became sick. They said that they needed all the princes to be ready to assume the throne. It wasn't his birthright. It was his elder brother's, but he went through studies anyway. He was seen as a great communicator. Great with diplomacy and he could twist the most gruesome words to make them seem like loving words of affection. He hadn't made any new friends since he was locked in the castle again. It was lonely, so when he found out that his brother was getting married, he was excited. He of course messed with the girl but he stopped when she told him to. He cares for her and still picks on her like a brother would a sister.
