4)No student shall wander the third floor, western corridor.
5) No student shall be permitted to practice offensive magic without two companions
6) No student shall be allowed to and from the grounds without the supervision of a parent or on the Hogwarts Express at the beginning and end of terms.
It is advised that no student mention "Voldemort" "Harry Potter" or "Death Eaters" within the village as it may be hazardous to their well being.

Arya instantly perked up when Melania sat next to her, a smile smile appearing across her lips. "Oh? I am, am I?" the redhead answered as she watched the brunette pull out some bags of pepperoni from her backpack. Arya saw that Mekania offered her some so she reached over and took just a single one. " See, I love meat but I don't really fancy these little things." Arya quickly ate the single pepperoni she took then licked her lips afterwards. Bear stared as Arya ate the pepperoni and licked his lips, she looked down noticing him and gave him a small smile petting him. " Sorry my little wolf but you can't eat pepperoni, it's a bit spicy and you have a weak stomach for spicy things." Bear only meowed and pawed at Arya's hand playfully before jumping onto Melania. The young witch only chuckled and ruffled her hair as she shook her head. " We should get in our robes."
Melania York
Melania started petting Bear, smiling at Arya's antics. "We probably should get our robes on," Melania agreed, nodding her head, "Let's head to the bathrooms, we can change there." Grabbing her robes, Melania stood just outside of the compartment, scanning for any last minute trouble, and waited for Arya, hoping she would come. It'd be terribly awkward to walk alone, Melania thought. As she waited, two first years dashed out of a compartment and into the aisle, heading straight for her. She held out her hands and prepared to be knocked over, totally forgetting that she was a witch. As the came close to crashing into her, she shouted. "Hey!" as loudly as possible, hoping to catch their attention. Fortunately, it worked. They finally saw her and quickly came to a stop, just a few feet from knocking her down. They noticed her prefect's badge, and muttered hurried apologies before running off, ignoring the warning about slowing down that she yelled to them.
Alexander kept his face impassive in regards to the negative outburst from the girl named Emma. He suspected there was probably an emotional reason behind it as he couldn't imagine a logical reason for a rejection like that. The departure of the werewolf and most of the other students were also something he chose to ignore. Truth be told, he had begun to lose interest in the crowd as it appeared none of them were very strong in the understanding department from what he'd seen.
"No offense taken, in fact her response makes more sense now...I'll undo my magic before returning to my compartment." When he was finally alone, Alexander did undo his spells as promised. However, rather than immediately returning to the compartment he'd shared with James he idled around for a bit. When another batch of Slytherin students showed up, he struck up conversation and joined them in their compartment after a quick Summoning Charm to procure his luggage. He was in his own element once more, and while more boring he'd experience fewer annoyances for the rest of the train ride.

James went into the kitchen. One of the ladies knew him from each year before. " Hello Mr Nexium, nice to see you again."
She was an older lady , not much older but still.

Arya shuffled through her bag until she found her robes. When she looked up though all she saw was Melania almost getting knocked over by two younger kids. She watched, impressed when she shouted at them to stop running which only made her chuckle a bit. " Ha! There you go, you got's to put some backbone into it or they'll never listen but then again they're still kids and don't usually listen." The redhead spoke with a grin on her face as she patted her friends shoulder. With that Arya told Bear to stay and guard their things as they made their way over to the bathroom, Once in Arya didn't waste no time changing, she didn't even bother going into a stall. She took off her shirt only leaving her tank-top on but that was enough to reveal the bite mark she had on her shoulder. After getting dressed, Arya smoothed out her robes ruffling her hair a bit. "Welp, I'm all dressed!" she said as she folded her clothes.

Once they made it into the bathrooms, however, that changed. Melania instantly felt safer, as bathrooms were where she could not worry about being overlooked, or ran into. Shortness did have its fair share of problems.
Melania strode over to the mirror, and, while fixing her hair, she slipped her shoes off, and carried them into a stall to change, letting Arya have her privacy, though Melania doubted she needed any. She threw off her sweatshirt, took off her t-shirt and jeans, and changed into a black t-shirt and her skirt, which she rolled up once to keep the hem from scratching her knees, and threw on her robe. She grabbed a pair of socks from her robe pocket and put them on. She walked out of the stall and slipped on her shoes, as flip flops would not be accepted. She stopped in front of the mirror, glancing at it long enough to throw her hair up into a high ponytail, as she liked feeling her hair fly around on the back of her head. She turned away towards Arya and said, "Well, I see that you're ready. Want to head back to the compartment?"

Emma was thankful she'd worn her basic Hogwarts uniform. Though robes were usually required at all times, the previous year they had allowed students to wear a uniform that was substantially cooler than the heavy robes. She adjusted the black blazer, making the Hogwarts crest shift to just above her heartbeat. The skirt was shorter than she usually wore, but wasn't as revealing as many of her classmates wore theirs. Thankfully her wand could be stowed neatly in a specialty pocket made specifically for it.
She stepped off the train as it screeched to a stop. Students were already flooding the platform, directed toward the carriages that would take them up to the school. She eased her way through the throngs of people, positioning herself near the outside of the platform to direct students closer to the carriages and send first years toward the looming groundskeeper who was loading them into the self-navigating boats.

I walked up the path with my sister. "Well here's where we go or separate ways." She said before giving me a hug. She walked off in a hurry to blend in like a equal rights activist. I walked forwards with the second years though remembering how I had tried to cheer up Emma only to be ignored. I walked looking rather upset until the teacher leading us handed me a letter.

You will be glad to hear that after that and your amazing test scores you will be allowed to take sixth year classes before and after school and during lunch. Have a wonderful time and please try to make at least one friend this year.

Emma glanced out over the emptying platform. The only students left were a few scattered first years being herded by the groundskeeper into the boats. She turned, stowing her wand back in its pocket and walking toward the carriage nearest to her. The thing was empty, save for Evan. He was sitting in the farthest seat from the the entry point, looking off into the forest with a distant look.
"Careful. The spiders might get you" Emma teased as she took her seat.
