He made very few friends and never really allow people close to him. During the regime changes Arian's parents fought to keep it the same and were turned away. One night, on Arian's 12th birthday, a woman in a red dress and a man in a white jacket appeared at the front door, telling his parents that they were to attack a supply train heading towards Vale, Arian was hiding in the closet, they said no, and the house was set on fire; killing his parents and trapping him in the closet where a burning beam fall down and nearly crushed his hands. He passed out because of the intense pain and awoke in an infirmary in Vale, Professor Ozpin sitting at his bedside.
"I'm guessing you want revenge for your parents demise!" the man asked. "I have a much better idea what you can do with that anger and hatred you hold for the White Fang. Train to become a Hunter and protect the innocent, keep what happened to you from ever happening again." he said as he stood to leave. Arian replied, "I'll do it, but where to begin!" "You will see!" the man said as he walked out of his room.

So begins...

"To all alumni, Mission Posting have been sent to Team Leader's scrolls for review. Please once accepted, head to the Airship bays for deployment, please be advised, your missions are yours to take but you do not have to take it if you believe your team is capable of handling it." Ozpin announced over the loud speaker system.

Several alumnus scrolls chimed as they received their fated messages.

Team BITA Mission One: A Massive insect-type Grimm hives have been causing massive disruptions at the Mountain Glenn reconstruction site.

Team FUSH Mission One: A caravan needs an escort through the wilds of Forever Fall Forest, many different kinds of Grimm are known to live in the forest including Harpies, Goliath, and Deathstalkers. The caravan must be taken to a cave near the ocean that leads to a secret village outside the kingdom.

Bron woke up to the sound of Ozpin's voice over the announcements. The BITA team leader let a loud yawn as he searched for his scroll. He finally found it underneath his bed. He opened up his scroll and took a look at the details of his team's mission before he let the others take he look.

The mission seemed pretty straight forward enough, kill a whole lot of bug Grimms. The only thing was that the location worried him, Mountain Glenn. The place is a decaying corpse of a city, one that's all but fell to ruin. Getting around in such a place would be easy for him, but his teammates, in particular the walking tank that is Tyrus, might have some trouble.

"Alright. Looks like Mountain Glenn has a bug problem. It's infested by insect Grimm." Bron stated the general details of the mission to his team. "The Prof wants us to go in and play exterminator." Bron added. "If you guys want to go we can. But I gotta warn you, Mountain Glenn can be pretty dangerous." Bron said as he looked over at Tyrus. "Especially for someone with your...........mass. But I think we can handle it."

Indie was a strange girl. She'd be the first to admit that. Her bird-like body kept her thin and young looking so even at twenty Indie was always mistaken for a newbie to Beacon. It didn't bother her though. In fact she liked it when people though she was a kid. It made it seem like she was some big shot kid about to graduate. Yet in reality she was the second oldest on her team. Not to mention the only girl but that didn't bother her much anymore.

Still the guy stink did get to her sometimes.

But her team was like a family. Brothers she never had. She enjoyed spending time with them, though the fact two of her brothers enjoyed meat so much at dinner time repulsed her. Of course she got used to it over time. It was actually quite funny when she first met her team. Bron was kind enough though a bit of a showoff. Arian was something. Lazy, which Indie disliked, but still a person she'd love to be in a group with. Tyrus was perhaps the most insane meeting she ever had. A year younger then her yet still he towered high over her thin frame. And the first thing Indie noticed was he reeked of meat. Their relationship started sort of strained though Indie would never say she disliked him, more disappointed then anything. The man couldn't remember her name for months and whenever he tried to call out to her and messed up her named she only call him The Carnivor. Eventually he grew to remember and Indie liked to think she helped Tyrus grow calmer.

Or at least less likely to run headfirst unto battle.

Now the group of them were close as ever, hence Indie referring to them as brothers. The room they shared was a bit cramped and changing deemed to always be a bit awkward. Yet Indie grew acustom to it and didn't even bother to blush. To her their dorm was a save heaven that they could relax in.

Which was exactly what Indie was doing now. Normally when walking around Beacon or going on Missions she'd wear an blue jacket to conseal her wings. It wasn't that she was ashamed of them, it was just with a nine foot wing span she ended up attracted a lot of attention. Plus she was always bumping into things and people. But here in the dorm that didn't matter. At the moment Indie was sitting on the floor hunched over a book. Her right wing was tucked in while her left was halfway stretched out. Meanwhile her legs did the opposite. Her left leg stuck out and her right was tucked underneath her body being used as a cushion.

The book she was so focused on was rather large with a red cover. Ironically it was titled Killings in London. Indie loved horror stories. She'd stay up late reading them all the time though regret it in the morning when her eyelids drooped in class.

Being halfway through the book Indie almost didn't notice the speak go on over head. She finished a chapter and looked up as perusal just in time to hear Ozpin's voice fade.

'Oh? We got a mission guys?' She stood up and gazed at her team members. 'I say we take it! No use sitting around and being lazy. Growing boys need exercise after all!'

It was normal to see Indie so pumped for a mission. Despite declaring herself as someone looking for peace she just loved the rush that came with fighting Grimm. But it wasn't from the killing. She hated killing. It was more a sense of not letting anyone else be attacked by the Grimm.

Tyrus was roused from his slumber when the announcement started, but was content to lay with his eyes shut through the duration. Even when Bron addressed him directly concerning Mountain Ben, or whatever the Faunus didn't twitch. The sound of a page getting one last flip served as the precursor to Indie's enthusiastic input. Tyrus stretched his body, before proceeding to scratch his bare torso. One eye nonchalantly opening while he brought his bare feet beneath the rest of his body in a crouching position.

"What's so dangerous about Fountain Sven? Or is this just one of those times that if I just jump out of the airship before it lands, the ground will give out?" Despite the innocent, almost childlike nature in which the question was offered the implications were serious. Tyrus hated waiting for the airship to land and simply preferred to jump out, his aura and semblance making such a maneuver hardly any more dangerous than stepping off a stool.

"More importantly, what're we hunting; is it any fun; and if it's robots I'm not going...hate those things." Tyrus' hatred of robots was no secret. The things were basically his antithesis: not only were they no fun to fight, they didn't even offer any fun to track and hunt. Then the work required could end up making him waste energy from his semblance without giving anything to replenish it. In short, there was nothing he hated more- the young man even opened the remaining eye just to get the point across. It wasn't that he didn't remember the details, so much as Ozpin's voice was just one he tended to tune out and the fact he didn't recognize their destination didn't help. He was honestly more interested in filling his stomach at the moment too, the not-so-subtle rumbling from his center making this point loud and clear.

"Ty, it's Mountain Glenn. If you jump, I'll use my semblance to catch you, and Bugs, big evil bugs!" Arian said as he unravel himself from his napping position. Seeing as Arian's semblance was mass and gravity manipulation in a 20-30 meter radius, he could catch his partner and deaden the landing. "I agree, we definitely need to take it, I haven't been to my parents' hometown in forever."

Arian rolled over slowly and stretched himself out as far as he could, his tail lightly wagging.

"Ah, so good to get a nice long mid morning nap after a bit of squirrel hunting! Next time, Ty, don't step on my tail. It's the only one I have." he glared as he picked out a few leaves and began brushing his nearly platinum tail. "I'll pack the bags with Indie," he said as his eyes widened. Now is my chance to get some alone time with her, it's so hard with "Wild Man" Tyrus pulling a Tarzan moment, in nothing but his loincloth, again. he thought.

"Well, then it's decided. Pup, and Feathers, only pack what we need. We don't need a lot of luggage. You got ten minutes." Bron ordered. He went over to a chest that sat at the foot of his bed. Inside was just cloths and arrows, and a few candy bars. Bron picked up the least stained shirt he could find and took a good sniff of it. "Good enough." He said as he took off his nearly identical shirt that he slept in off.

He stretched out his muscles on his highly toned, and highly scared body. He usually tries to make sure that the time his teammates spend seeing his scars are at a minimum. He still hasn't told them the truth about how he got them, he just told them a bogus story about him being in a car accident when he was young. While it hurts him to lie to his friends, it would hurt him more if they knew what he has done, what he is.

Bron threw on his shirt and began changing pants. Next he put on the rest of his attire, his boots, vest, gloves, and quiver. He grabbed a candy bar and held it in his mouth as he gathered up several more and shoved them down in his pockets. He laid out three of them for his team if they wanted it. "Alright." Bron said as he unwrapped his candy bar. "I'm going on down to the hanger. Here's some candy bars if you want it." He said as he took a big bite of his candy bar, and grabbed Trick Shot.

"When you princesses are done packing your make-up, meet me down there." Bron then broke his bow apart into numchuck form and placed it on the back of his quiver. He walked out of the room and went straight to the hanger.

'Great! Come on Ari let's go pack. I don't trust anyone else to do so.' Saying this she sent a playful glare to Tyrus. 'A backpack full of meat isn't exactly mission ready.' She stretched her wings out one final time and it was definitely a sight to see. Her wings almost looked too big for such a small girl but at the same time suited her.

After brushing Arian's arm with her wings in a playful manner she tucked them back up and slipped on the blue jacket. It was no secret she didn't enjoy wearing it but Indie would rather her wings not be a bother.

"Right!' She grabbed Ari's hand and began tugging him towards a trunk at the other side of the room. 'Always be prepared right oh mighty leader?' A grin was thrown to Bron as she dropped Arian's hand and began rummaging through the trunk.

After a few minutes she let out a happy hum and pulled out four packs. 'Here we are! One for me, one for Ty, one for Bron and one for Ari!' She confidentiality held them up and passed the golden one to Ari. 'After our last packs took a beating I took the time to get some that will last a lot longer.' Indie let out a giggle while beginning to stuff the needed items in her dark blue pack. 'Plus I got everyone's favorite color!'

Tyrus could only offer his partner his 'I did?' look. He genuinely didn't recall an incident like that, which wasn't saying much.
"hehe sorry Ri (long I)."Bron's offer of food was enough to encourage Tyrus to pounce off his bed after the archer. While the movement itself could easily be called smooth, the landing of something of his weight wasn't something that could be called graceful. He did accomplish his goal of not stepping on or crashing into either of Indie's wing though, which in his book was success enough. In response to Indie's remark about packing a bag of meat, he only stuck out his tongue.

At the door, Tyrus undid the bunching of his shorts that had given him something of a loincloth look so they properly covered him down to his knees. In his book, he already carried everything he needed and anything else could be gathered or hunted. Thus the origin of Indie's remark being his attempt to pack food on the go. After exiting the room, the Faunus followed Bron the entire way to the hangar. Due to his excessive attempts of navigation and getting lost in his first year, Tyrus simply followed his teammates just about everywhere on campus.

"So Bron, what's so special about where we're going again?" While Arian's voice of support was nice, it gave Tyrus no clue of what his new hunting ground would be like.

"You said my weight, so am I going to be stuck jumping between certain points. Or am I going to have to sprawl and crawl on my stomach like I'm on thin ice." Finally getting into the idea of a hunt, Tyrus' demeanor was much more serious. At the very least he knew they were going beyond the wall, which was essentially dropping him into his natural element- he'd finally be able to think straight.

"Well, then it's decided. Pup, and Feathers, only pack what we need. We don't need a lot of luggage. You got ten minutes." Bron ordered.
"Did he just call me....ugh, forget it!" Arian hated being called a pup, but didn't feel like arguing.

He watched as Tyrus followed Bron out of the room and turned to help Indie.
"So, we have ten minutes, I'm gonna grab my jerky stash and and the new scroll-connected headsets I finished." Arian seemed lazy but it was only because he was always thinking of new tech for his team to use on mission. He pulled two small boxes, a small suitcase, and a sack from under his bunk. "Um, Indie, I made these for you," he nervously said as he opened the suitcase, a pair of baby blue gauntlets and a pair of clear goggles. "The left gauntlet is able to carry your Scroll and the goggles are designed to allow you to see easier while flying, take photos and send them to the rest of us using your Scroll as a storage device.
After brushing Arian's arm with her wings in a playful manner she tucked them back up and slipped on the blue jacket. It was no secret she didn't enjoy wearing it but Indie would rather her wings not be a bother.

"Um, for me?" Bron asked in a little bit of confusion. "Thanks." He said as he continued onto the hanger. He's still isn't use to Indie's......bubbliness. He's never really been given anything, even when he was with Johuck, he had to fight to earn even a scrap of supper. "Mountain Glenn is a old city. If you can even call it that. It's more of a corpse then anything." Bron replied to Tyrus. "It was over run with Grimm. It had an extensive subway system, which also acted like a makeshift village when the topside went belly up. The place is falling apart. It's full of sink holes that lead way down deep. You'll have to watch your step." Bron said.

He spoke as if he'd been there before, which he has. Back during his mercenary with Johuck, they'd been hired to help protect some smugglers. Their base was in Mountain Glenn, and he spent some time there. "Errr......so I heard." Bron said trying to quickly cover up the fact he's been there before. "Anyways when we get there let's stick to the buddy system. Muscles, you need to stick close to the Pup. In case something were to happen, the Pup can make things easier for you get around" Bron said as he started to formulate a strategy.

"While Blue jay, I'm gonna need you and those pretty blues up in the sky. Glenn is crawling with Grimm, and I need to have a bird's eye view. Pun partially intended. And when we run into Grimm stay close to me." Bron ordered. It would be easier that way. In case things went south and stuff started falling apart, he was sure Arian could help the behemoth that is Tyrus better then Indie could. "So Tyrus, you want to see who can kill the most Grimm like we usually do, or do you want to admit defeat and save yourself the embarrassment?" The archer said, almost oozing smugness.

"Ok, so before we head out, Ty, Bron, I made these headsets, they will allow for long distance communication." Arian said as he handed each of them an earpiece. "They work in conjunction with our Scrolls and have been tested but not on the field. Indie's new goggles have it built in, for ease of access. "

I guess this is gonna be one of those missions where I'm the leash that whelms Ty. UGH!
"Bron, you know I absolutely hate being called pup, right! The flight is only a few minutes, I already uploaded a map of Mountain Glenn both above and below ground, and we may run into more than just insect Grimm out there, I heard stories of Goliath herds and Beowolf packs around that area. " He said while looking through the data he had on Mountain Glenn and it Grimm population. "In recent years, people have also spoken of some weird happenings in the older tunnels, odd noise, disembodied voices, and eerie music. The reconstruction started about two years ago, in the underground, causing a unusual reaction, the spawning of Grimm shot through the roof."

'Oh Ari I love them!' Indie placed the packs on her bed and held the goggles out. Her face turned a shade of pink at getting such a gift and she slipped them on. The goggles rested on her forehead and she gave a mock pose to Arian. 'How do I look Ari?' She giggled. 'Good looking and deadly. The best combination!'

After her giggling fit ended Indie's face grew much more serious. 'Leave it to me!' She slung the pack over her shoulder and while still wearing the goggles and clapped her hands.

Honestly Indie loved flying. It was a rush though she could only go an hour and a half tops without stopping. And if she did have to go that long Indie needed a bed right after. Still, flying was worth it.

Practicality bursting with excitement Indie grabbed her two blade and sent a amused glance at Arian. 'I don't know why you dislike being called Pup so much Ari. It's cute.'

Tyrus just took the pack in silence, unsure what exactly he'd do with it. Bron's explanation of the ghost town brought him back to the present.

"Oh that's all? I had deal with pitfalls and crumbling rocks back when I was a child, could probably do this with my eyes closed." He still slung the pack over his shoulders, there might be something that he'd have to carry anyways.

As for Bron's challenge, as usual Tyrus wouldn't take it lying down. "Bring it, we counting pure kills or does simply finishing something off count too?" While the lion was talking big, it wasn't like he'd ever decisively beaten Bron. At best, they were tied and at worst he might actually be behind some. However Tyrus always felt like the winner since these contests always resulted in his getting a net gain for his Semblance- so an impartial judgment was rather hard to make from his end. At Arian's mention of tunnels, he did pale a little at the idea of such a confined space.

"Bron, we all going in the tunnels for bugs. Or are you and Indie staying above in case the Goliaths and crew decide they can come in and crash the party? Or is that just gonna be potential formation change when we get there?" He also mentally made a note about Grimm seeming to appear at such a high rate...prolonged combat was his specialty. That and he secretly hoped to stay on the surface, not only did he think himself the most suited for their overground threats. He also was more reluctant to go into a tight tunnel than see and kill a Grimm he'd never seen before.

"Oh that will be useful! And if you kill it, it counts." Bron said as he took the headset and placed it in his ear. "Yeah, I forgot about the possibility of going underground." Bron said to himself. He weighted the opinions of splitting up the team, or taking the whole one down. "Alright, I think it'd be best if we'd split up once we found a suitable entrance to the tunnels. Me, and Arian will be going down."

"I get that you don't like tight spaces big guy, so I'll go down there with Arian."
Bron stated. Although he does feel that Tyrus would probably be better suited down there, but he can't ask someone to face their biggest fears. "You and Indie will say topside. Indie, I need you to stay up high and monitor Grimm movement. I don't like the idea of splitting the team up, so if more Grimm show up then you can handle you let us know, and we'll be out of the tunnels in a flash. I mean it! No playing hero!" Bron ordered.

"The same goes for us." Bron said as he turned to Arian. "If we get in over our heads we get the heck out of dodge. It's an abandon city, it's not worth our lives." Bron stated as he hopped on the airship. "This ear pieces do work underground right? Or will they be a stylish accessory down there?" He asked. "Oh and Indie one more thing. Make sure the Meathead doesn't embellish any of his kills. He's gonna lose, so he might as well lose fairly."

Indie nodded along to her captains words. 'No hero. Got it.' She gave a mock salute. Bron was a good leader. Indie had decided that long ago. He never asked someone to do the impossible, it being physically or mentally. And that'd was a goos leader does. That's what her father did.

Her smile faulted for a split second though she doubted her team saw and she offered her hand to Tyrus. 'Guess we're partners Ty. And I've got my eye on you sir Lion. I've got the eyes of a hawk thanks to Ari!' A smile was thrown and she gave back at the others slightly impatiently.

'Come oooooon. You lazy bums need to get up and at'em! Team BITA can't have laziness bow, can we?' A grin still covering her face she held up her blades and pointed them towards the door. 'Now that we have our plan....Onward my mighty men!' She laughed threw open the door. Without another word she was running down the hall.

Indie didn't like saying she hated things. Ironically you could say she hates hating. In fact, her list of hated things had only three. One, death. Indie had no idea how she'd handle seeing someone else she loves die.

Two, meat. It's obvious enough and is part of number one.

Three was the one she was facing at this very moment. Flying without using her wings. Indie was as probably as jittery as Tyrus would be but she didn't dare look at him. Instead she was hunched over near the door. Sitting here made her wings itch. It wasn't right for her to be in here when she could fly on her own.

Logically she knew it was best as it saves her energy but Indie just didn't care. She was the same as those poor birds stuck in cages and reduced to clipped wings.

'Oh lord don't think about clipped wings right now Indie... She shuddered at the thought as the door was thrown open. Indie was up at once and Arian's voice was lost in the rush of wind. Much happier now Indie ripped off her jacket and tossed it in her seat. She doubted she'd need to hide her wings on this mission.

Before Arian could get to three Indie was out the door and her wings spread out in all their glory. She let out a whoop already feeling much more free.

Of course she couldn't spend all her time up here. Her friends would being falling towards the ground right now. In order to keep up with them Indie's wings snapped closed and soon enough she was speeding towards the ground in a dive bomb.

Bron leaped out of the airship along with his comrades. Instead of letting Arian help with his descent with his semblance, he instead opted to do it himself. He quickly grabbed Trick Shot, and while it was still in numchuck form, he threw one end at the airship. The end of his weapon attached itself to the airship as he bombed towards the ground. The string began to grow with length as he descended closer to the ground. Once he was a safe distance from the ground, he just pressed a button on his end of his weapon, and the other end came flying down towards him.

He landed perfectly on the ground like a cat. He took the other end of his weapon and changed it to it's bow form. He moved his neck around, cracking his bones. "Was that as awesome as it felt?" Bron asked himself. "Alright people, we're on the clock." Bron stated to his team once they all landed. "Reminder, once we find a good entre point, Tyrus, and Indie stay topside. While me and Arian head underneath." Bron said in a serious tone. When they aren't on a mission, Bron does enjoy calling his teammates by little nicknames he gives them, but when on a mission, he almost changes personalities, and becomes much more serious.

Tyrus sat rather still in the airship, however deep down he was a cauldron of emotion. After all he'd be out on the hunt soon, then he'd be able to fight to his hearts content. In a manner one could say it was a primal urge that he only gave way by clenching his hands and arms as tight as possible. Indie's anxiety was something he could smell just through their proximity, however he'd never gotten around to asking about it. Tyrus assumed it was probably something like his issue with water- something not entirely explainable in words.

When they finally arrived, Tyrus simply let his body go limp at the door and gravity naturally took over as his frame fell from the ship. Of the various methods he'd simply dived out of the airship, this one proved the best. When he simply dove out, he was entirely reliant on his Semblance to eat the fall if Arain didn't slow him. When he was limp, it was far more cost effective since the damage could still partially be reduced with just his Aura and body. Despite having an upside down view of the place he agreed with Bron's assessment- the place was effectively a massive graveyard. Tyrus couldn't imagine why humans would still want the place, sadly the mission still encouraged he exercise some form of restraint.

Upon landing, Bron gave his orders in his serious mission mode. As for himself rather than getting tense and serious, Tyrus' body loosened. Rather than adopting fighting techniques or tactics, he simply let his mind go to nothing fighting didn't require thinking; instinct could do the rest and the body would react on its own.

"See anything on the trip down?" His voice came out in a lazy, almost sing-song tone when he addressed his winged comrade. But this was Tyrus when he was on the hunt, if he began having enough fun, then Tyrus would start getting back towards his usual level of loud.

Arian's semblance surged forth from his form and surrounded his teammate as he crashed towards the ground.
Contact in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1!

"Release!" Arian said as his semblance subsided.

"Alright people, we're on the clock." Bron stated to his team once they all landed. "Reminder, once we find a good entre point, Tyrus, and Indie stay topside. While me and Arian head underneath." Bron said in a serious tone.

"Alright, best of lick to you both." Arian said looking at his teammates as he turned to leave with Bron.

"ROAR!!!!!!"

As they were about to depart, a large beowolf appeared. It's pack was most likely not far behind.

"Gravity Crush!" Arian shouted as his semblance shout forward to slam the Grimm to the ground. "Kill it now!"

Bron quickly took the opening on the Beowolf, and shot a regular arrow right into it's left eye. An impressive shot. "One for me." Bron said as he switched out of serious mode for a split second. "Alright, Grimm are drawn to places like this like a moth to a flame. Arian, let's go find us a good entrance, and get out of here ASAP." Bron ordered. "I don't want us to stay here any longer then we have too."

Before he started to walk away he went up to Indie. He took out too explosive arrows, and placed them in her hand. "Take these just in case things get a little dicey. Use them ONLY as a last resort, I don't think it's a good idea to be setting off explosives all willy-nilly. Just throw them at your target and boom." Bron said with a trusting nod. "And, again be careful." Bron said with half a smile. 'I can't lose any of you.' Bron thought but didn't say. He didn't want things to get too heavy.

Indie stopped rather gracefully just a few feet from the ground. Her wings were beating heavily to keep her off the ground but it felt effortless.

At least for now.

She had just finished offering her teammates a farewell wave when the Grimm came crashing through. Years ago Indie would of shrieked and ran -or flew- away but now she was a huntress. Her blades flashed out but Bron was quicker. The beast skidded to a stop and Indie grinned. 'Nice shot Bron. I'm impressed.'

She continued to offer him a large grin as he walked towards her. The arrows offered were taken hesitantly but she still nodded. 'Right-o Bron. Boom. Yay.' Explosions also happened to be on Indie's dislike list though she'd still use them if the need came up.

'Well boys we best be off. Who knows how long this will take.' She rose a few feet higher with a heavy beat of her wings and a strong gust of wind pushed past her team.

'Right. Ty I'm taking to the air. Try not to stay under anything for to long so I can see and warn you if anything comes by.' She sent a look the the other two members and it was a serious as they'd ever see her. 'And you two better be careful okay? Ty and I do best up here so I don't want to have to fly through a cave system to save you.'

I'd still do it in a heartbeat. She added in her head.

Blinking her grin returned and she offered one final salute before shooting up into the sky. Within seconds she was about fifty feet above the others and slipping her new goggles over her eyes.

Tyrus began his steps towards the Beowulf, not an ounce of haste about him while Bron beat him to the shot. Off the bat, and kill behind and the landing. However in his current state Tyrus didn't consider a measly Beowulf to be much of a set back. While Bron gave his speech, Tyrus still approached the carcass. His senses cluing him in on minor details, muscle detail posture- scent. The predator made use of such information when sizing up his prey and Tyrus felt a grin on his face at the result.

"Okay, just yell if you see something needing my attention. I don't intend to go anywhere otherwise." Tyrus' answer was about 30% lip service, but he genuinely had no intention of going into some cave system if he could help it. When he heard the sound of Indie taking off after Arian and Bron set off, Tyrus commenced his plan to have some fun. The plan itself was rather simple, he simply intended to make noise. To that end, the Faunus took a deep breath while cupping his hands to his mouth. In the back of his throat, he began making an 'oooonwuh' type sound as deeply as he could manage. His hands opening to project on the 'wuh' end of the sound. It was something he'd happened to come by when listening in class for once- while he didn't know what animal made it Tyrus knew for a fact it was another predator. If he was lucky, the local Grimm would take it as a challenge.

"INDIE!!! Is anything coming yet?!" Forgetting he could simply activate his scroll for communication, Tyrus instead resorted to using his prodigious voice to shout up towards the flying girl. Part of him recognized that only performing his call for a less than ten repetitions and expecting results was extreme impatience. But waiting around calmly was simply too boring, especially if he was supposed to keep Grimm from inhibiting any work going on in the tunnels.
