~Light Manipulation~
Jacob can control the element of light. He is able to produce light in dark situations, use light to blind a foe, and concentrate light into beams to burn someone and knock them over.
~Phoenix Transformation~
Being the Phoenix prince, it is only natural that he can transform into the flaming bird. When in his bird form, he can control the intensity of the flames. It can go low enough so that he can rest on someone's shoulder, and he can raise the strength enough to incinerate any nearing projectiles.

Male
“You honestly couldn’t tell? You should get your eyes checked, good sir.”

“I’m pretty damn tall…”

Hair Color
Red

Appearance
“I’m sexy and I know it.”
Jacob is a rather tall fellow, towering at a staggering height of 6’1’’. Though he is tall, he is far from scrawny. His body is riddled with powerful muscles which make him both strong and a fast runner. His teeth are a bright white and his eyes are pools of molten lava: a mixture of orange a bright red. His hair has a bright red demeanor, and is always silky despite the fact is sticks out in multiple direction. It always smells faintly of citrus.

Personality
“ I am aiming to be somebody this somebody trusts. With her delicate soul, I don't claim to know much~”
Jacob is the crazy partier. He’s charming, witty, and an all-around ladies’ man. His attitude is always playful and humorous, which only adds to his alluring boy-ish attitude. Despite being incorporated with fire, his temper is always cool, and he never panics. It takes a lot to get him very angry, and when you manage to light his fuse, things are going to get destructive. He may be the controller of light, but that doesn’t mean he can’t use it as a weapon. He is a skilled fighter and knows how to kick ass.

When Jake see’s something he wants, he will not stop until he gets it, whether it be an item, a grade, or a girl. He can act almost predatory-like towards others, especially women. He lets them know he is the alpha male. If it wasn’t for his bright red hair and eyes, some people would think he is a werewolf. However, Jacob doesn’t tend to show this side of him off as often as he does the playfully, friendly type.

Jacob adores music, and can be seen fiddling with his iPod and having his expensive headphones on, blasting music. He’s not the most original person; he likes to quote songs and just use witty epigrams.

Thoughts on Other Characters
Blaine Harris- "My best friend, of course. Let us be grateful to people who make us happy, they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom."
Autumn Hunter- "She's pretty cute but really quiet. Whenever I try to talk to her she shys away. Many a man is praised for his reserve and so-called shyness when he is simply too proud to risk making a fool of himself."
Tobias Black- "He's an ok guy. We could probably be closer friends. It's hard to notice things without people noticing me and that takes some getting used to."
Katherine Everett - "Hate her. With a burning passion. She's sooo... wicked. I object to violence because when it appears to do good, the good is only temporary; the evil it does is permanent."
Grace Sandler- "What can I say? I'm a sucker for big blue eyes." *winks* Don't try to be what you're not. If you're nervous, be nervous. If you're shy, be shy. It's cute."
Lucius Blackstone- "We aren't very close... There are no strangers here; Only friends you haven't yet met."

It was a beautiful Sunday October morning. The sun was slowly rising above the blazing tree's of yellow, red and orange making it seem as the forest itself was ablaze. Frost coated the yellowing field of grass in front of the two houses where our eight Royal's now lived. It has been a month since they had all arrived at Sage University.

"GAH!!!" a echoed scream could be heard throughout the thick colorful trees and the spanning area of yellowing grass as a seemingly quiet girl woke from her peaceful dreams of knights in gleaming white armor by a towering stack of books teetering over and burying her alive in the depths of crinkled pages. Autumn's emerald green eyes sprung open in surprise and the shout had fallen from her lips accidentally, most likely waking all those in the clearing. The vision of her dark haired prince charming faded away as she moved to sit up in her fluffy, white queen sized bed, the books tumbling to the floor as she flung the comforter back. With sleepy emerald eyes Autumn glanced at the alarm clock on the polished light wood night stand.

"7:oo am on a Sunday" she mumbled grumpily as she lifted the blanket off her legs, swung them around and made hard contact with the ice cold wood floor's. A harsh shiver traveled from her feet, up her spine and to the ever so growing headache one of the hard cover books had caused.

"Note to self, never speed read then fall asleep" she grumbled to herself as she stood up and stretched until she heard the satisfying crack of my back as the tension of her muscles eased. With a quick flick of her head and a whisper of ancient Wiccan words the books flew into the air and shot into one of many bookcase's, arranging themselves in alphabetical order. With another flick of her pale wrist Autumn's bed was now made, the shower had started and her clothes she would wear today were sitting nicely folded on her perfectly made bed. Gotta love magic powers. Autumn stepped into her on-suite bathroom, the stone floors were heated and warmed her cold feet as she stripped out of her orange pajama's and black lacy under garments. She twirled her index finger as she opened the glass door to the shower making her clothes fly up and slam dunk into the wicker laundry basket. The warm shower water cascaded over Autumn's pale flesh as she closed the glass door and sighed in pleasure, loving the feeling of the water soaking into her skin. Autumn grabbed her honey and berry scented body scrub and started to lather up then rinsed off. The clean, fresh feeling made a smile appear on her face as she scrubbed her vanilla shampoo into her light locks. Autumn stayed in her little piece of heaven for twenty minutes, pouting slightly when she turned off the water and opened the glass door to let the cool air of the steam filling room attack her once warm body. Autumn quickly grabbed her chocolate brown robe and tided it around herself, took a matching brown towel and dried her mane or white hair. Once done she removed the towel to see her white hair frizzing out in all directions and sighed in annoyance before reluctantly grabbing her hair brush and yanking it through the mess. Like always it took Autumn six and a half minutes to fully brush through all her hair and tie it back in a french braid. She then left the on-suite and re-entered her bedroom, stripping off her rob and flinging it onto the bed as she grabbed her clothes. Autumn had decided on lazy clothes today, picking out a pair of black sweat pants, a dark purple t-shirt, black ugg boots and a black leather jacket. She felt dark today, the way she had been awaken had soured her mood. She quickly through on a pair of matching lacy dark red under garments then put on her clothes. Lastly she put on her pentagram pendant her mother had gotten her for her tenth birthday and grabbed her leather bound spell book then exited her room and silently went down the stairs and into the kitchen. Autumn decided since she had probably woken many people from their own peaceful dreams she would make them all breakfast. Putting her book on the unused counter Autumn gathered all the ingredients for pancakes, hash browns, toast, scrambled eggs and bacon. They had a werewolf living in this house and from what Autumn had been told they like to eat.......but then again so does Autumn. The girl can eat three times her weigh in one sitting but she burns it quickly because magic and spell casting takes alot of energy. With a flick of her pinky finger the eggs, toast, bacon and hasbrown's started making themselves while Autumn worked on the pancakes. She decided on making them cinnamon and vanilla flavored so she got to work. Twenty minutes later everything was sitting on the counter, steam rolling off the varies foods. Hopefully everyone would smell breakfast and come down on their own.

It was morning. The sun was up in the sky, the birds were singing, and there wasn't a care to be had in the world.

Lucius, of course, found this unbearable.

"Samael's balls, couldn't they have given the ONE demon a room without the cheeriness of it all?" he grumbled to himself, tearing apart the third dimension hidden in shadows and sliding into the fourth, then stepping out into the third again in his bathroom, in which he'd rigged up a nice curtain in the corner, allowing him a permanent shadow to enter. He then walked over to his sink, splashed his face with water, and looked at his eyes. Damn things were still amethyst, and seemed to mock him with their color. He snapped his fingers, and the irises flared red briefly... and then blinked back to being purple, as if he'd never changed them. {Well, maybe tomorrow.} he thought to himself reluctantly, moving through his usual morning routine, turning the hot water tap on, and letting it steam up before filling the basin. Once filled, he pricked his finger and stirred the water, which slowly turned a clear grey as he did so. Once it was suited to his tastes, he stuck both hands into the piping hot water, then splashed his face again, feeling the blood in the water soak into his skin and begin reshaping it, pulling back facial hair, declogging pores, and the like. It was one of the tricks his older sister had taught him, resetting the face to a previous state, and he thanked her for it. Once his face was dry again, he smiled in front of the mirror to give his fangs a once-over. They, too, were affected by the blood magic, and had a perfect, white gleam to them. He always DID wonder why white teeth were so fearsome when fanged. It wasn't like someone who was about to get eaten would go AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-Can I mention how dazzling that smile is-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAMYSPLEENAAAAAAAA, and so on.

Once that part was handled, Lucius shadoported over to his closet, two hangers of clothes already in hand. He felt the sun on his skin from a reflection in the room, and decided black would be perfect, tossing on a skintight black tee, black dress pants, and a long, flowing, black trenchcoat, the fabric light enough to float majestically in the wind, but thick enough to keep sunlight out and heat in. Clothes, check. His next, and final stop in the house, was the kitchen, where he opened the fridge and took a peek inside. A carton of eggs, ham, cilantro, an onion, potatoes, and the pig's true gift to all, bacon, stood out, and he cracked his knuckles, ready to get to work. He reached down to his shadow, found the head, and gave it a quick tug, yanking it up off the floor. It then proceeded to prepare the potatoes and onion as Lucius placed the bacon in a frying pan and cracked the eggs, grabbing curry powder as he did so and giving the eggs he was mixing enough spice to leave someone surprised, but not crying from the heat.

The shadow had the potatoes sliced up nicely by the time he was finished, and had already tossed the diced onion into the eggs, so he placed the slices into a pan, poured his egg, onion, curry, and small bits of ham mixture on top of that, and then, after sprinkling the cilantro on top, slid it into the oven. As the dish baked, the delicious smell of spices drifted through the house, allowing Lucius to take a nice, deep breath for the first time since his last time making breakfast. Damned Philistines had no idea what they were missing, content with their waffles and cereal and what-have-you, until Lucius had come along... At least he had been taught quality cooking by his mother before he'd arrived here, thank Lucifer. He'd have starved otherwise. Or swallowed his own tongue.

"WAKEY, WAKEY, EGGS AND BAKEY!" Lucius shouted from the kitchen, although the smell should have already woken everybody up. Before anyone could get to the kitchen, though, he dropped his shadow down to the ground again and turned to face you. "LUCIUS' TIP OF THE DAY: Ask Thundergod in a PM for the recipe if you want it. An average frying pan will give you the size you need, and serves however many people you damn well want to! And I'll shut up now before anyone catches me breaking the fourth wall again!" he said, then returned to waiting for the eggs to finish cooking.

Phoebe Carson

Phoebe wasn't very keen for mornings. The whole 'noisy alarm clock' thing didn't work for her, and neither did the concept of getting out of bed. Was it really too much to ask for her to be able to sleep in until noon?
Whatever Phoebe's opinions on waking up were and however strong her determination to get a few more minutes of sleep in was, none of that stopped her from rolling out of bed and hitting her head on the floor. What a wonderful way to start the day.

Phoebe opened her golden coloured eyes and looked around at her surroundings. ...Had the nightstand suddenly gotten a lot bigger? Wait... no. What a stupid childish thought. She obviously had fallen from the comfy mattress, blankets, and pillows that were now above her. Duh.
Phoebe sat up, yawned, and stretched. What she would give for a nice cup of tea at the moment. Perhaps some Red Rose or just plain Green. ..Or how about a muffin and cream cheese icing? Phoebe's mouth watered at the thought of it.
She looked through the scattered clothes that hid the floor and chided at herself for not doing laundry. You're not an animal, Phoebe. Don't live like one. Wear clean clothes. The green haired lady decided that she'd wash her clothes later, do everything else now. That worked, didn't it? Of course it did, there was no point in even questioning. Everything worked so long as Phoebe was in charge.

After taking up no more than five minutes in the shower, roughly a few seconds putting back on her clothes, ten minutes drying her hair, and two minutes brushing her teeth, Phoebe left the washroom feeling refreshed and clean.
Now she just needed breakfast, then laundry.
Almost as if on cue, a voice boomed from downstairs, "WAKEY, WAKEY, EGGS AND BAKEY!" The voice shouted, causing a sigh from Phoebe. Although the elf was up and awake, she still thought Lucius should be more considerate for those who still wanted to sleep. However, what that annoying demon boy was cooking did smell good... and besides, you'd have to be an idiot to reject free food. Screw the people who were still sleeping, Phoebe burst out of her room and thundered towards the kitchen.

"Well hello there, my little poor-mannered friend!" Phoebe cheered with false enthusiasm, "Stop with your yelling, it's rude and uncivilized. If you want to wake someone up, go to their door and knock." Said the one who sounded like a herd of elephants while running through the house, no doubt waking Katherine and Jacob if Lucius's shouting hadn't already.
"Now, seeing that there is no food on the table, when will breakfast be ready to eat? Also, did you by any chance make some tea? Phoebe asked, scouring the kitchen for a sign that he had.

Lucius merely smiled as he took a kettle, poured cold water in, and put it on the stove, bringing it to a boil in a few minutes. After tossing in a pouch of a raspberry herbal blend, he swirled the pot a bit and poured out a perfect serving into a mug, sliding it over to her. She was a good enough roomie, no doubt, but she DID have a tendency to be a hypocrite, which, as chaotic and contrary as he was, still was below even HIS standards.
"If I was polite all the time, my dear Phoebe, then I would hardly be able to call myself demonic, now would I? And before you think I made breakfast for everyone because I'm trying to BE polite, then you fail to realize the lack of quality in what you eat, and I am merely blowing not your mind, but your very soul. Which I won't charge you for this meal." he said, looking into the oven to check up on the eggs, and found them up to snuff. He then rolled up his sleeve and pulled the pan out while it was still hot, pulling the shadow around his arm to act like an oven mitt as he placed it on the counter to cut into it with a spatula.

Jacob Knight

“When you arise in the morning, think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive - to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love.”

Image
The morning is a bright one. The sun was shining powerfully against the house where four strange beings would be calling home for the next few months. It was a comfortable temperature inside and outside the house despite the harshness of the sun. This is fine for Jacob; he loved the warmth and the brightness. Brightness means warmth, warmth means security, and security means happiness…

Beep. Beep. Beep.

“Ohh… come on…” Jacob swung blindly, smacking his fist on the nightstand, trying to hit the stupid alarm clock. After hitting it a solid three times, it decided to finally shut up. Letting out an annoyed hiss, Jacob tossed the blankets off of his body and they flopped to the ground with a soft whoosh. The Phoenix Prince dragged his tired body off of his bed and towards the shower.

The hiss of the water made Jacob sigh as it ran over his shoulders and down his cold, lethargic body. It slowly woke him up, his eyes opened more and the usual gleam returned to them. After a nice scrub down, he turned the water off and hopped out of the shower stark naked. He hoped no one would walk in or something.

Humming quietly to himself, Jacob skipped around his room collecting his things for the day. He pulled on some checkered boxers, some dark denim jeans, a white shirt, a red and black over-shirt, and a silver wallet chain. Now singing out loud at random, he grabbed his iPod, headphones, and slung his guitar over his shoulder. Throwing his door open, he let out a loud “Laaa!” and skipped down the stairs, his smile full of glee after he had heard a roommate of his screaming something about breakfast.

The familiar, fabulous smell of food tickled at his nostrils and his grin grew wider. If that’s even possible. Once again, Jacob took pleasure in throwing the door open and marching into the kitchen.

“You made breakfast! Oh my goodnesss!” He said, in a mock shrill tone as he plopped down on the chair next to his roommate, Phoebe. He let out a heart chuckle and winked in Phoebe’s direction. This meant nothing to him, but to Phoebe, well, he wouldn’t know.

“So when is the fabulous smelling breakfast going to be finished?” Jacob asked, propping his head up on his hand as he rested his elbows on the table.

Lucius was glad that someone appreciated his work, or at least mentioned it, and slid the bacon off the stove and into a napkin in a bowl, the grease soaking into the paper and leaving the bacon even crispier. He then put half aside, dusted it with his, what he liked to call, "crack bacon" spices{Not for you, this blend is for Thundergod and his friends ALONE.}, and slid both back onto the table, now on separate large plates.

"It'll be ready once Kat gets down here... Unless she's decided that she feels like fasting, which, based on the size of the candy mountain I've seen in her room, I believe about as much as her deciding today's the day to start working on her tan. Either way..." he said, then tore open a dimensional hole in the shadow of his trenchcoat, and stuck his head into the shadows beneath one of the chairs, his voice raised, but not to yelling levels. He was in her room, after all. "Kat, you have two minutes or until the bacon's gone to get to the kitchen, otherwise we're eating without you!" With that, he slid his head back out of the shadow and back into the kitchen. "Alright, she's got her warning, now help yourselves to the bacon!" he said, and took a piece of the crack bacon, his mouth watering in response to the spices accentuating the fatty meat. He didn't intend to let Kat go hungry, of course, he'd just put aside her slice of the egg dish until she got to the kitchen. As someone who controlled the darkness, he couldn't help but be fond of someone stuck in it.

Phoebe Carson

Upon her request, Frost made a cup of raspberry blend tea and slid it over to Phoebe, who was staring at the stove, wondering when the food would come out.
She replied only with a nod before slipping into a seat at the table. Frost then went on about he being demonic and expecting him to be polite and whatnot. Phoebe took a sip of her tea and listened.
Not taking her soul was a considerably nice thing to do, but she figured thanking him for that would probably change his mind and... well, Phoebe liked having her soul.
She took another sip of her tea.

After a little while of watching Frost cook and trying to figure out her outfit for the day, another roommate joined the kitchen. The red haired Jacob marched through the door, and after making a comment about Frost making breakfast, Jacob sat down beside Phoebe, gave her a wink, and proceeded to ask when breakfast would be done.
In return of the wink Phoebe flashed him a smile, then shot him a glare, "How adorable." Was all she said.

Frost answered the question, then made one of those weird shadow/portal things that creeped Phoebe out. How could he do that?
Once the demon boy was done with talking, Phoebe plucked a piece of bacon from the plate and twirled it around in her fingers, "This used to be a lovely little pig." She announced, staring at it, "Now it's delicious food."
With those words, Phoebe took a bite from the strip of bacon and beamed, "Wonderful."
After finishing the piece, the elf princess took another sip of her tea and drummed her fingers on the table. Frost and Jacob were great and all, but it would be a lot more fun if Katherine showed up.
So lazy. Phoebe thought impatiently.

Blaine shifted the stick his car and swiftly turned it in the direction of the place where Jacob is staying. It didn't take to long in the care that Blaine drove, in something that was minutes away only felt like two seconds to him. Blaine never once drove the speed limit, it was always 30 miles over it or more.

The roar of his car rumbles through the drive way and Blaine quickly beeped his horn with a light tape, just before parking it and getting out, to let people know he has arrived.

He changed his mind on going to the school, messing his hair up into the curls it normally is, slipping his tie off and shoving it into his coat pocket, and undoing the first three buttons to his shirt. When he reached the door he softly knocked on it. The kind of knock that Jacob and him made up so one and another would know it was them.

He sighed and stepped back, leaning against something as he waited, checking his cell phone for new numbers and messages. He had about 20 missed calls and about 26 missed texts.

They all ended up being girls, all but one. He deleted them all and read through the one that came from his fathers butler. With a soft tsk under his breath he now really wanted to do something to distract his mind from the real world. Jacob was just the person to do that with.

He tilted his head back and looked up at the sky, he saw a few birds dancing with each other and flew away. The morning was quiet and a bit of a nice feeling. The phone beeped again and he glanced at it to see who it was and deleted the text once he saw it was no one important.

He touched his lips a bit and looked down at the ground to the side of him, seeing the garden as he waited lost in thought.

Frost froze in place when he heard that Blaine had shown up. His eyes widen and he couldn't bring himself to move or think. Frozen like a statue. His heart raced and he had burnt the food without taking a realize to it. He quickly shoved everything away, even if he burnt his hands a bit, but never complained about it. He closed his eyes tightly and rushed away from everyone in the room.

He quickly made an escape to go outside in the back yard. He didn't want to see Blaine and he didn't want to be bothered so early in the morning either. He hugged his knees staying out back, sitting on one of the chairs, looking at his burn marks on his hands. "Manages to hurt me, even without being in the room." Frost sighed, mumbling to himself and looked down, rubbing his hands together.

He refused to go inside until Blaine was 100% gone and down the road, far away from this house. Not like he could object to Blaine showing up, he was Jacob's best friend and he couldn't do that just because he disliked him. 'Wish Tobias was here' He his his face into his knees and started to slowly doze off in that position.

Blaine turned his attention to the door opening up. He grimaced when he heard the comment by it.

"Oh, it's you", Katherine said and opened the door fully before turning and heading to get changed. 'Sorry I am not your Dog of a prince.' He thought to himself, not wanting to comment. Or really bother with anyone at all this morning, he didn't waste his time walking inside the house either. He waited outside where it was more relaxing.

Blaine squinted his eyes when he heard the noise in the house, he could tell it came from the kitchen and from what he could see at the door. Frost had made his escape through the back way. He could smell the freshly burnt skin and hit made his stomach turn un a weird way. He tried to turn around as his eyes flashed a bit of a red color, he tried to take a deep breath to calm himself but it hardly worked. 'Easy Blaine, relax, he is just a kid, don't kill him yet.' He tried to calm himself down.

Suddenly the sound of Frost's foot steps ran up the stairs and past him in a rush, he could hear all the noise that came from his room and all the shouting. And he could smell the dog's arrival when he was able to focused again. In this time he was wondering what took Jacob so long. He refused to step inside that house at least right now he did.

Phoebe Carson

Phoebe had been eating and enjoying her breakfast when Katherine finally decided to show up. The girl was her best friend, but tardiness was an unwanted quality in everyone.
"Well good morning." Phoebe said casually as Katherine ran into the kitchen, stealing food from both Frost and Jacob while she was at it.
"Katherine is officially back with the living." Phoebe announced before glancing at Frost and then back to her friend, Though I'm not sure the two of them really count... demons being demons and vampires being immortal and all. She added silently.
She took another sip of her tea exactly when there was knock at the door. The sudden sound surprised her and Phoebe found herself spitting her drink back into the cup. She scowled.
"Who in their right mind comes waltzing on over here at a time like this?!" Phoebe demanded, shooting up from her chair. Before the elf was able to, Katherine made her way over to the door, opened it, made a comment to the rude visitor, then walked away.
Nearly at the same time, Frost completely froze what he was doing and literally fled the scene.
What got into him? Phoebe thought, staring after the demon in confusion.
Curious, Phoebe looked over to see who it was.
Oh, of course. The lady thought, immediately looking away, Leave it to Blaine to ruin a perfectly fine morning! The man was extremely handsome, no doubt, but he managed to get on her nerves every now and then.
Like now, for example. He had shown up randomly and caused Phoebe to backwash into her tea. She couldn't drink that now!
Still, the man was charming in his own way. Holding a grudge against such a good looking creature would be horrific, a crime, in Phoebe's sense.

"Come on in, Prince-Boy!" Phoebe called at him as she dumped what was left of her tea into the sink. "Jacob, be a dear and go give your friend some company. We don't want him to get lonely" She snapped, already heading up to her room.
Now motivated by Blaine's appearance, she had an entire outfit to plan. Shirt, pants, shoes, hairstyle, accessories, all the 'must haves' that Phoebe needed to start the day were unknown to her. What colour scheme did she want? Yellow? Beige? Purple? She had to look magnificent, like a royal should. Any less would be... well, less.
The elf princess let out a sigh, mornings were so terrible.
