Alston is a bit short for a Human male, standing at only 5'3..yet do not let his size fool you. He has soft lavender eyes and brilliant crimson colored hair that he keeps quite long and typically up in a high ponytail. When alone, Alston is usually dressed in more casual clothing, though it still reveals his ranking. When working or with his fellow knights, Alston is dressed in his signature outfit. However, when working about the palace he is usually seen in a more simpler outfit.
Weapons and Gear: Alston carries with him a katana that is long and shining. It was a gift from the man that trained him when he was a boy. His true weapons of choice are his twin daggers. He goes nowhere without them.

Personality:
Alston will typically come across as rather aloof, acting as if he knows more than you ever possibly could. He is confident and knows that he is good at what he does. He can, once getting to know him, be a rather sweet man once he lets his guard down. He adores learning new things and is always curious about something if it's not been encountered by him before. Once getting to know Alston, he is a bit more talkative whereas he tends to be more on the silent side.
History:
History: Alston was born into a rather poor family. He was the youngest within the small group of siblings and as such was usually picked on. Alston's father left the family shortly after he was born and it's his belief that could be part of the reason his older brothers' did not care for him. Alston did not let this get to him. He was quick to take up a sword, happily playing with a wooden weapon for as long as he could remember. By the time that Alston was six, he was approached by a aging man that went by the name of Makur.
Makur took Alston away from the village that his family was from and taught him the way of the sword. The boy was a natural. He spent many years learning beneath the aging man before Makur contracted a fatal disease. Once the man passed away, Alston applied to become a knight. It was a long process. He worked his way up through the ranks and after four years the man found himself one of the most well known of the knights. He served the realm as was expected of him. Once their king had passed, Alston found himself watching over the Princess. It was a great honor and one that he would not fail at.
