Personality
Jasper is a very calm and collected person, at first glance you'd think the exact thing. He almost constantly has a suit on and tends to never be too outgoing. Perhaps striking up a casual conversation with an acquaintance. Whenever you get to know him, he's rather charming with a sharp tongue. Usually having a comeback to any teasing comments or rude remarks. Due to his past experiences, Jasper is quite calm when it comes to high risk situations and always had a rational state of mind no matter the crisis. He is rather paranoid however, constantly looking behind him and having his ears play tricks on him.
Biography
To know a little bit of Jasper's past, you'd first have to hear of his mothers. His mother was born a twin. Her brother was named Allen and as they grew up they were extremly close, doing practically everything with each other. If Allen were to get in trouble for something, Allia, Jasper's mother, would take some of the blame. Same thing if it was the other way around. Well, by the time Allia and Allen grew to be sixteen, Allia started talking to the kids from the 'bad crowd'. There she was introduced to cocaine and crystal meth.
Henry tried countless times to save his sister, even after their parents gave up hope on her. When Allia became pregnant with Jasper at eighteen, her brother forced her to move in with him and made her stay at least somewhat clean while she was pregnant with Jasper. When Allia finally gave birth to him, Allen did his best to keep his sister away from the drugs but to no avail.
Sometimes Allen would come home to his sister passed out on the couch with baby Jasper wailing for attention. Or little Jasper playing on the apartment's stairs while Allia was getting high in the kitchen. At one point Allia stole money from Allen, which caused him to go out of control. He kicked Allia and Jasper out on the streets by the time Jasper was eleven.
After that, Jasper was constantly thrown in and out of school as his mother dragged him from homeless shelter to homeless shelter. When he turned thirteen, he watched his mother slowly die from a brain tumor rapidly forming in her brain. The doctors had said she had had about six months left. However, seven weeks later Jasper found his mother dead on the bed of yet another homeless shelter.
She had overdosed on meth and had left Jasper a note of how she was so sorry and how she loved him very very much. Jasper had burned the letter, never forgiving his mother for everything she had done to him.
After staying six months in the DHS system, Allen heard about his sister and went to adopt Jasper. It took a year for the custody to take place and by then Jasper was fourteen. Allen taught Jasper everything he needed to know about living on his own, and by the time he was seventeen already was moved out and on his own. Now, seven years later, Jasper has to fly to Brazil for business purposes.
