Introduction
Winter: Snow, Ice and rock
Summer: Forests, fields and deserts
Traits of people born to each kingdom-
Summer: Tanned, with dark features. They have affinities with animals and earth magic’s.
Winter: Pale features on white skin, often with animalistic eyes. Their affinities lie with water and weather magic’s.
Spring: Reminiscent of the last frost they are often thought to have pale green skin though they do sometimes get born with darker shades. Their affinities lean towards healing and air magic’s. They are thought to be the weakest of all the races, though the most lucky (most die before the age of 5 or 6). Occasionally they are born with the girt of foresight.
Autumn: The wild race, often travelling people, though stronger than their counterpart when young life was still full of illness and pain (most die before the age of 5 or 6 also). They tend towards fire in their appearances, though they do occasionally come in odd colourised skins, they often have metallic iridescent streaks in their hair. An affinity with fire and emotions. Very rarely they can also call upon the gift of chaos.
Sea Folk: With blue green skin, often heavily tattooed. The strongest with magic this race is unreliable, the magic both controls and is controlled by them. Many have winked out like lights, where others have done the impossible. Their magic is greatly reduced by large masses of water, so to live full lives they stay on the sea, never docking or replenishing anything but the bare essentials. Living on and for the sea, they cannot exist for long periods of time. The magic for them, is a killer.
The Summer Castle is the centre of the lands capital. People travel from far and wide to get to the trade central that is located in its lower regions. I will be looking from everything from caught officials, trades people and visiting tribes. I will only be leaving one for the autumn, everyone else will have to be of Sumer,Winter or one of the two Sea Folk spots left. Feel free to make two characters, if you like! :)

"Where'd everyone else end up, what happened to Orin, did Moirrey go away...." He paused realizing that there were too many questions to ask right now. "You don't look to well either, shouldn't you be in a bed also?" His face softened with the comment to Aaria. "Or if you prefer." He scooted his body over to only take up one half of the bed he was in. His face giving off a little hint of pain from his arm as he moved slightly. "You need rest, just as much as everyone else." His head felt like Thor had been beating him over and over with his hammer, but then again it was only a mild nuisance, as he lay there on the bed looking at Aaria, waiting for her answers to the questions and wondering if she'd take the offer of comfort, probably not he thought to himself though.

Slowly she stepped towards the bed, avoiding his gaze. "I would like that." She whispered, causing Kiane to look up from his work and frown. "I don't think I can handle being alone." Finally she looked up and smiled gently at him, climbing into the bed slowly. She tried not to disturb the arm that was injured, by easing gently in. She settled onto the bed, on her side, facing Genesis. Her gaze remained on him for a while before she closed her eyes. Kiane finished with Genesis' arm, before rinsing a cloth and placing it on Aaria's forehead.
"Both of you need to rest. It's probably not the best idea for you to stay in the same bed, but if I know Aaria then I know that she's made up her mind." Kiane smiled, stepping back and pulling the curtains around them. "Now sleep. The pair of you." He left them in peace, instructing the other staff to avoid the cubicle.
"Do you often invite strange people to sleep in the same bed as you?" Aaria asked, a cheeky note to her quiet voice. She was ready to simply fall asleep on command and was fighting to stay awake. Her eyes were still firmly closed. "Or am I honoured to be the first?" However, she was asleep before she even heard the answer. Drifting off into a deep sleep.

A guard entered the room looking over to Zulu who was still huddled in the corner of the room, and opening his eyes slowly. "Sir, the king has requested your presence now." Zulu didn't respond to the guard instead choosing to think of the warning his foresight had given him. It had thrown him off a bit, and left him pondering his next action. His gift rarely gave him answers, and instead replaced them with questions. What were those lights? What was that aura? Are they still in the castle? Questions flooded his mind causing his curiosity to make his choice. "Sir-"
Barrett teleported behind the guard using his foot to tap him in the back of his knee. The guard dropped into a kneel, and was unable to react as Zulu grabbed the back of his neck squeezing a pressure point. The guard flinched as soon as the pain rushed through his body, but he was unconscious as soon as it begun. Two more who were assigned to watching the door rushed in to find a guard laying on the floor missing his weapon.
Zulu reappeared away from his room, near the servants entrance. He dropped onto his hands and knees sweating profusely and seeming to gasp for air. He had used his foresight to predict his path, but it took a lot out of him. He had rested just minutes before, but that had only covered the use of his foresight. With the long and short range teleportation he could barely move now. He used the guard's Halberd he had taken to lift himself up and walk to the wall. He decided to catch his breath, as he looked around. He could see drips on the ground.
Strange. He thought wondering why the servants didn't spot this near their own entrance. He looked closer and recognized it from the dead creature from the earlier in the day. He took a couple of steps back realizing what the lights were in his vision. "Impossible!" He was amazed at the mindset of these creatures. They had found a way to infiltrate the Summer castle with their appearance. He prepared himself for a fight, but soon realized no one else was around. He decided against following the trail he saw on the floor. One had caused enough problems, and he was in no condition to fight, regardless of curiosity. He started making his way slowly to the throne room using the Halberd and wall for support, but had to continue stopping along the way to catch his breath. He was incredibly tired, and needed to rest. He slid down the wall and lent up against it. He was having trouble keeping his eyes open, and his wits about him. His senses were dulled, and his ability to think impaired. He started to regret using his powers, and realized how dark it was in the tunnel he occupied.
Moonlight shined through a window revealing dust dancing in the slight gust in the hall, as well as being the only light provided. They danced back and forth like a saw being cut through a tree. It left him feeling nostalgic, as he reminisced on days he actually did hard work. He looked beyond the dust seeing the faint outline on the edge of the moonlight. A small pool of liquid was near the outline, and the gust controlling the dust appeared to actually be breathing. The figure didn't seem to notice Zulu sitting against the wall almost like it was waiting for something. He gulped a little as he set the Halberd down on the floor silently knowing he could run faster without it. He still was breathing heavily but silently now. He didn't see the bright eyes, but was cautious all the same, as he shuffled along his bottom back down the hall making little progress, as he stopped to breath.

Orin watched Lilly as she entered the room, his eyes lighting up at the very sight of her. Though both he and his sister knelt down before the mighty King, he was for once the one carry the weight as she lent on him so heavily. Her was breath ever so slightly fast at the exertion on her to be there, rather than resting as she should have been; he worried for her. Though he understood where the Spring Maid was coming from and the King, but he was still more than a little annoyed that they were being scolded like children over a fight. In the Winter world a fight was seen as nothing, living more primaly made it far more acceptable; there was always reason behind fights, he hadn’t been scolded since childhood for doing such a thing. The aura around Lilly was odd, but he felt it best not to ask, rather listening to the story in awe. When she finished he touched her arm letting her know that he believed her and they would talk about it.
“You have all disgraced yourselves and your family’s, making such a public display only minuets after having been trusted to keep the peace.” He placed a hand over his eyes, rubbing his temples gently. “What are your reasons for both your disrespect and failure to complete the vow?” He looked out at them through miss matched eyes, not many people knew the real king or had met him in such close quarters before and for once he let how tired he felt show. It had been to long since he had been let to rest and the invaders had made it even harder to do so with his worry about the kingdom. He ran his fingers affectionately through his Yenee’s dark green hair, she was his comfort in the night, the person most loyal to him in the world. Many people knew that the King was believed to be having an affair with his Spring Yenee and he let them talk this once, it was not true though he had been told time and time again that she wanted him. He was a loyal man, though he no longer loved his wife, he had no urge to betray her so cruelly.
“We are of Winter Lord, we meant no disrespect to you or your Kingdom.” Her voice was shaky as she spoke, already nervous over what she had heard from Lilly. “My father did not know about any threat to the kingdom when he sent us to you, my sister came as soon as word reached our lands, coming to collect my Spring twin. We want to fight for you, we want to protect both our lands and yours. The others were protecting us, so in truth if anyone should be punished it is us.” She nodded her head as far as Orin would allow her, keeping her as strait as he could manage; not to cause further damage to her body. She leant into his touch, sending out a call to Sherri, eyes closing. The deep sweetness of her brother’s scent filled her nose and a small smile lit her lips, ever the blossom wherever he went. She needed him here with her, he completed the triangle that they had always lived with; would always live with.
“My lady, Lilly tells me she met something in the corridors.” Orin’s voice like silk caressed the silence that had fallen. Yenee looked at him her eyes filling with fear, he knew there was something she was not telling him. ”What was it that you saw child?” Her eyes moved to the Summer Elf, envy touching her shadowed green eyes; she wished for someone who would without word or question trust what she said. She looked down for a moment contemplating what he had said, surely she would have had a fit if something bad was coming, or perhaps she hadn’t because the gods already knew the message would arrive in time. She rose unsteadily to her feet, silk lavender shoes poking out from beneath the froth of her green dress, wondering what to do. In truth if three Spring were together it could only go wrong no matter how much she craved her own kind, the creatures would hunt anyone with foresight. She pulled her King to his feet, eyes telling him to be silent and that she would deal with it. If they were close by the creatures would smell so many Spring, she would take the risk but would not allow her King to do the same.
“Yenee.” He porotested, eyes becoming tender.
“I will make them take the vows and explain, do not worry I shall follow you shortly.” She smiled sweetly at him, barely able to stand; she could not let him know.
“Eu son leal ao rei,
eu son leal ó trono,
eu vou seguir os comandos do rei e do exército do rei sen dúbida.
Para rei e do país,
ata a caída da nosa gran terra.”
Orin’s voice joined in for the second time, twining with his sisters. The Spring Maid had a name, some how it seemed like a shock after calling her a title for so long, he didn’t know how to feel about it. He knew that if something was truly wrong like he believed, this would be a bad place for so many injured warriors to be found by the enemy. The Spring Maid, Yenee came closer, obviously wanting to talk to them as people rather than subjects, not wanting the strain. He smiled tugging on his sister in warning before moving them both to there feet, he did not want to strain her, but crouching as they had been would only strain them further. He reached down afterwards, offering his slender pale fingers to Lilly, eyes warm with emotion. He feared for this her in battle and for once in his life was glad he had been trained so. In truth he was not a warrior, he did not have the metal to be so ruthless, wanting to offer everyone another chance; but he could protect her.

Lilly graced the arm of Orin tightly as he offered her a hand up. It was obvious by her grasp that she didn’t want to be left alone. He would provide her safety while she mustered up the courage to speak.
She coughed forcibly, after everyone was done speaking. Her voice cracked in the beginning, but stabilized the longer she spoke...
“Glorious King,” Lilly exhaled as she took a deep bow in front of the feet of the King, “You are the must Just of any in the land. Your Kingdom is run by fairness, order, the way you see fit. What happened earlier was an act of pure hatred inflicted upon siblings. Kaylin was almost killed. I am a Healer..” she paused for a moment, letting her ability be known to the King, then continued, “and when I saw this Winter born about to die, I had to jump in and help. That is when the rest of us all took part in trying to capture the girl that stabbed Kaylin, but she got away. No one should be punished for saving the life of this strong Winter warrior. Our only goal is to serve you full heartedly in battle with the enemy... which leads me to express to you exactly what I saw in the Hallway, Majesty..” Lilly took a quick breath, eyes jumping from person to person in the room. Was she being too forward on addressing the King? Didn’t He himself ask for an explanation from each of them? She bit her lip, her red Summer blush filling her cheeks. She would let Orin do the rest of the talking from now on, but for now, she knew she had to finish.
“I believe I saw another of our enemies in the Castle, my King... It smelled of poison, the same scent I found from the wounds the night before.”
With that, she was quiet, Orin interjecting. He spoke straight to the Spring Maid, confidence and force in his town. It felt strong, and Lilly needed that rock in her life at this moment when everything seemed on shaky ground. He told the Maid he believed her word, and in not even seconds as time passed, the King was being rushed out to a safe location.
Then the Maid, her name appearing to be Yenee, spoke up and began to say the vow. Lilly’s eyes were perplexed at all the drama now beginning to unfold. Her soft voice uttered every word of the vow in harmony, but it all seemed to go in slow motion. All she managed to see in her mind was blackness pierced with two glowing eyes, like what she saw earlier in the hall. Her knees were a tad unsteady as she looked up at Orin, unsure of what to do once the vow was over. As the final word was finished, the Maid started to approach them closer. Lilly shifted her gaze down to the floor respectfully, but got a nudge from Orin letting her know it was okay to look the Spring Maid one on one for now, in this rare occasion. Lilly did her best to not show weakness in her eyes, but she was sure the Maid could see it. What did the Maid have to say to them except for find somewhere safe to hide? Get out of the palace? The scary thing was Lilly saw one of them, but who was to say there wasn’t more. At the rate of their increased sightings, by now the whole Kingdom could be surrounded by these deadly creatures. The warriors would be caught off guard if they were to be attacked in such a safe-hold like the Castle walls.
“Orin, what if there are too many? Where do we run to? Your sister is in no condition to fight. I gave her my all yesterday and she is still injured... I don’t understand..” her voice trailed off, forehead nuzzling into his arm. She was still young for her race after all, and the need to be comforted like a child was still what she needed when she felt hopeless. Selfishly she tried to tug him a little more her way, away from his sister, just for the fact that she wanted more of his attention at this moment of fear.

“Don’t let this war change you,” His voice was that smooth voice again, meant for other things, though right now he just wanted to comfort her, and enjoy her presence. “I have seen all too many battles that changed a woman like you into something else.” His voice drifting in to a sheepish slur, still coherent. “The women that change their attitudes for dire situations, can never seem to reclaim that part of them that they loose when everything returns to normal. You are a warrior that I can tell.” He smiled a little reciting the speech his mother had given some of the women in his tribe. “Don’t let that rule your life, for there are only times when you need to delve into bloodshed, it will not always be nothing but battle.” He hugged her closer for a moment before resting his arm again his hand at the small of her back. “So rest now, for tomorrow brings a new day, and with that new day, new conflicts.” He lay there a moment, realizing that not all of that speech was meant for comfort, it was a mixture of readying oneself for future conflicts, and it wasn’t meant for him.
He snuck a peek of Aaria one more time before he closed his eyes once more, feeling a tear fall from his face once more. It was an unmanly tear, one for the memories of his mother. He let that lie pushing the thoughts of her away, steadying himself and dozing off. It was one thing to lose it on his own, it was another when there was a strong woman next to him. He didn’t want to bring anything up in their need to rest, so he lay there silent enjoying her company, focusing on the warmth that they shared. Feeling the slight breeze that was brought on by her breathing. Her scent filling his sense of smell, it reminded him of the forest he used to travel. This is what he needed, something or someone to hold onto, something for some well needed comfort.
He slept with no conflict between himself and Chaos, it seemed as if it were delved into nothingness, Genesis hadn’t felt him stir at all in his sleep, though something else seemed to creep into his thoughts, the beasts that they had fought with earlier that day, he thought he could smell them again, it had caused him to open his eyes, looking into Aaria’s sleeping figure. He turned his body so as not to disturb her and looked out into the room, well he had forgotten about the curtain, seeing nothing he lay back in his beginning phase, getting a slight smell of the poison from the beasts earlier. It made his stomach queasy, though he quickly fell back asleep, there wasn’t an immediate danger that he could sense, it seemed more of a reminisce of something that had happened before, he wasn’t sure how the thought or phantom smell had found its way to his senses, but he still needed the rest for now.

Tiredness was overwhelming her and she was fighting to keep herself awake as she listened to Genesis speak softly to her. "I won't change. I'm stronger than that. I know what war is and I know how to handle myself when it comes to war." She whispered against his chest, a mumble that could barely be heard. "Now rest Genesis, for we've had a long day." Sighing she cuddled closer to him, allowing the sleep to wash over her. The silence was comforting this time when she fell asleep and no nightmares haunted her. For when she experienced such headaches, she was likely to wake screaming from a dream where she recounted her brother's death. However tonight, with Genesis close to her, she felt no such pain.
After what felt like only a few minutes Aaria woke from the movement of Genesis shifting on the bed. Frowning, she stayed where she was, listening silently. And then it hit her. A foul stench, the same one from the night before, lingered in the warm air. Aaria forced herself not to retch at the disgusting smell, for it brought back horrible memories. Beside her Genesis had returned to the position he had been in before. Closing her eyes, she made it so that he did not realise he had woken her. Were the beasts in the castle? Why had the alarm not been sounded? Where was everyone? Many questions flew through her head all at once. However, a wave of calm washed over her as she realised that it must simply be a lingering smell from the night before. Settling back down, she returned to sleeping, allowing the darkness to seep into her mind one more time.
A few hours later
Opening her eyes, Aaria was surprised to find herself so close to Genesis. Flushing a bright red, she edged away, lifting his arm and placing it carefully on the bed. For a moment she stared at his peaceful sleeping face, before slipping out of the bed, trying not to disturb Genesis with her movements. Let him sleep some more. He needs it. She thought to herself, taking her bow and quiver from the side of the bed, along with her sword that rested there. "I'll be back later." She whispered, reaching over and brushing hair from his eyes. Realising what she was doing, she froze in mid-action before hurriedly rushing from the cubicle, red in the face and slightly flustered. Of course she had to run straight into Kiane, who was heading to check on them. He raised an eyebrow, a smirk on his bruised lips. "Kiane, have I ever told you that I dislike you very much?" She asked, glaring at him with all her might.
"Message from the King, Aaria. He wants to speak with you. Right away." He told her, tilting her head to get a good look in her eyes. "You're feeling better?" She nodded a response, pulling away.
"I need to go then Kiane. Tell Genesis when he wakes that I'll be back later. Unless the King wants to see him too?" He merely shrugged, shaking his head. "Ok, well give him the message."
Hurrying off, she headed for the King's meeting room, dreading what was about to happen. They were bound to be in trouble for not reciting the vow with everyone else. Tiredness was still eating away at her mind. All she wanted to do was sleep. Tying her hair back, she slipped through the main doors, her eyes catching onto everyone kneeled at the front, in front of the King. She whispered her apologises, before joining them. Kneeling, she bowed her head, listening in silence. Not once did she speak up from them or try and make a point. Aaria kept her mouth shut, chewing her bottom lip as she listened to the King and the Spring Maid as well as Lily pipe up and speak on their behalf. Her eyes barely rose from where they stared blankly on the floor. Once again, her old worries had returned to her, now that the comfort was gone. Not only that, but there were more worries added on top. She'd allowed her heart to be opened, but would it only cause more hurt and grief?
Snapping out of her trance, she realised that they were going to recite the vow. Clearing her throat, she spoke it with them, her voice lacking it's usual strength and confidence.
“Eu son leal ao rei,
eu son leal ó trono,
eu vou seguir os comandos do rei e do exército do rei sen dúbida.
Para rei e do país,
ata a caída da nosa gran terra.”
Once the vow was over, Aaria rose with the rest of them, still silent, though her eyes now bore into the Spring Maid, who apparently had a name. Surprise flickered through her when she came to realise that the Spring Maid actually had a name, after being called by her title for so long. Now the battle would begin. The time had come for them to stand and fight, but like Genesis had said, not to lose themselves in the chaos and havoc of war. But what exactly would that war bring? And how many would be lost before they could defeat the most deadly of foes?
Kiane pulled back the curtains, exposing Genesis who was still asleep behind them. "Genesis, wake up." He called in a loud voice, walking across to the bed, shaking the autumn man to rouse him from his slumber. Stepping back, he took his uninjured arm in his hand. "Aaria has gone to the King and I'm not sure if he is awaiting you as well." He said, pressing two fingers to the man's wrist to check his pulse. He made a note on his clipboard. "She stayed the whole night? Not like Aaria is it?" A smile flickered across his face as he checked Genesis eyes for any signs of trauma.

He began to unbutton his shirt and slip it over his shoulders, letting Kaine take it and set it to the side while he helped fasten the arm in place with a sling. He was 'nude' from the waste up, but that shouldn't matter right? He looked to Kaine and could swear that he saw him stare for a moment to long, then go back to setting the shirt and cloak together in his side-pack. Is it too much to walk around like this or no. He didn't want to ask, so he changed the subject.
"What does the King want, Is this still about the vow?" He felt a slight ting in his head, causing his neck to twitch his head to the side momentarily. That was weird he thought to himself, stilling looking at Kaine's actions. "Nevermind answering that, I'll see for myself." He got up and walked out the room, his sword on his side, leaving the rest of his things in his room. He watched as the passerby's eyes found him as he walked around looking for the throne room, he remembered where it was vaguely. After about 5 minutes of wandering he stumbled upon it walking in as Aaria had finished her vow to the summer kingdom.
He approached the small group, coming up behind Aaria, seeing that all his new 'friends' where here, he smiled warmly to them, looking from face to face, coming up and placing a hand on Aaria's shoulder when she was finished. He looked to the king, bowed his head slightly, never taking his eyes from the man, feeling another twitch come on, his mouth moved but it wasn't him controlling it.
"He may want to help you, King of Men, but those words shall never pass thy lips." The dualism of Genesis' voice and Chaos' voice slipped through bringing a shocked look to Genesis' face, nothing more came out. Genesis just looked shocked at the King, waiting to see the man's next actions.

Sherri walked in then, her muzzle was black with poison that she allowed to leak out over her muzzle, rather than swallowing the toxic stuff. Her mistress had called and she had rushed to be here. Along the way she had run into one of the smaller black creatures, similar to one of the dogs that they had fought the night before. Obviously it was a scout as it had gone scampering before her mighty form, over 3 times its size, it had stood little chance once she had grabbed it neck; even with its heavy amour. She could feel her blood running freely where the creature had managed to score her side with its talons. She stood still as the thick, black, viscous fluid finally left her mouth; the poison made her feel very dizzy, but as long as it was taken from her body soon she would suffer no ill affects.
Kaylin rushed away from her brother, reaching her beast’s side in record time despite being injured. She ran her hand over the impressive creatures hide, careful around the wounds. All the while she muttered to anyone who might here of fetching medics immediately, then following on to list the wounds to herself. Little of the poison had gotten into the long slashes, what troubled her was where the tentacles had wormed through Sherri’s thick ruff and the barbs had touched. She felt her twin at her side, though he did not say a word to her and felt comforted. It was not the first time that there link had been in danger, it was the reason that Sherri was often asked to stay out of frays unless it was absolutely necessary; though she was strong and had no fear Sherri had little immunity to poisons that often weaker men would attempt to use. She put her mouth to one of the many small wholes that she could find, pulling from it the poison that would soon fill her cats blood. She spat the dirty liquid on the floor, going back to it and pulling till she tasted blood. The last mouthful of blood she swallowed greedily gaining healing and strength from the blood.
“Lady Yanee, you will need to find some form of Spring cattle which I know you will have for the purpose of healing.” His hands rushed through the fur while he searched for yet another puncture. “You may kill it or just drain some blood, either way we need a bucket full to deal with this poison.” He glanced back at Lilly ashamed that she should see him so, such a dirty and Winter thing to do. Shaking all over he placed his mouth to the new wound, pulling the venom from it. The poisoned was thick in his mouth and smelt foul as the earth. He knew that the others would come for his kindred and so he swallowed none of the blood offered so easily to his tongue; it would make him sleep. Silently he was pleased, his sister would swallow enough of the blood to counter much of the toxin they would be swallowing along with blood, maybe enough to heal her lungs her hoped. If he lost either of his companions due to the tie he would die, but this was not what he feared, what he feared was to be alone in a world where he had no place.
Eventually they both moved back from the now lying cat, Yanne handed the bucket of blood that had come while they had been busy. Kaylin was already dreaming on the flood beside her friend; so he took it. He walked to the creatures drooping mouth, opened it using one the the great dripping canines to prize the mouth apart, tipping the green blood down her gullet. He sighed looking down at her, watching as her eyes closed. He too was feeling tired, but form exhaustion rather than blood. The blood of his kind slowed the body, slowed the mind and spread through the slow system healing. It made the difference between to much blood loss and only badly drained; life or death. He was glad that neither of his companions would die today.
He crawled along the floor towards Lilly and rapped himself around her ankles not saying a word. He prayed that the guards got here soon, so many of them were injured and would have a hard time dealing with a fight; they were coming. In the distance he could hear howls, they would descend on them soon. He was happy to be with Lilly once more even if she was disgusted by him and wanted no more than to push him off her. She smelt of sweetness and earth, calming him as he sat curled around her one hand on the hilt of his cane. The smooth white wood was slightly stained with green blood, but it would be easily cleaned and it made for a strong case. His mind wandered over what had so quickly happened, had Genesis refused to take the vow, he had thought that was what had passed, but he had been to busy looking down at Lilly; how prettily she nuzzled into his arm.

Lilly’s eyes opened, the fog of an old memory flashing through her mind. Though she was much older now, the smells and sounds of that day still left a print in Lilly’s mind. She remembered every detail so clearly. Nothing went wrong that day. It was perfect. Lilly was silent to the sheer sight of all her surroundings now, caught dumbfounded. It was hard to catch up to the pace of this lifestyle, war. That flashback was eating at her reality, what she left home, wondering how in the world she convinced herself to join in the war efforts. She didn’t know it would be like this. What exactly were they up against really? No one knew what to call these toxic black monsters that came from what seemed Hades' itself, but something so vicious didn’t deserve a name anyway. Now Lilly faced the most dangerous challenge of her life, one that might even end up with death.
Everything seemed to sway in slow motion in front of her, like a silent tragic film with only bad news to bare. Maybe getting mixed in with this group of people was a mistake. Don’t get Lilly wrong, she had a new found love for each of these souls she called friends, but if any of them were to die, they would only bring her heartache. Everyone seemed to be getting injured or sick in some way, to add to the difficulty of danger at their feet. If Lilly didn’t conserve her energy in just the right way, she could easily find herself in a dire predicament where someone might not get healed. She was only one girl, but knowing Lilly is she couldn’t save everyone, she would consider herself a failure. Lilly reached up for the necklace shaped in a cat’s face around her neck. It was cool at the touch, a breath of fresh air at the heat raising in the room. She held the necklace tightly, futilely hoping it would relax her nerves, keep her away from having a breakdown from fear. Fear. As if that word has not been a theme since the day she arrived here.
Her gaze shot to Genesis and Aaria. What did Genesis just say? The dualism of voices that sounded at once only added to the shock of his sentence. Genesis was indeed a charming soul, but this other side of him was dangerous. Having to watch her back from the slimy dogs was one thing, but to have to keep an eye peeled over a friend was even worse. Would he ever hurt her in his Chaos form? Would he hurt any of them? He obviously didn’t want to help the king. With Chaos preventing Genesis from truly aiding in this war, he was only serving as a hinder. It saddened Lilly that he was going through this, as if some demon corrupted his soul. Would he always have this second side to him, or would one day he be freed from its grasps? For now, Lilly would keep her distance from him, and hope that her tribal bead around his neck would give Genesis the strength to stay in the light.
Orin was currently still at her side, Lilly’s head still resting against his shoulder heavily. Yet his sudden pull away quickly ended the comfort she felt, leaving her slightly off balance. “Huh?” she gasped, tensing up as to why he ran away. Her vision followed Orin’s messy locks of green hair until she saw the reason why he left her side. Sherri, the rather magnificent green tiger that was some type of Guardian to the Winter’s, came in with one of the black monsters in her mouth. Lilly’s eyes widened, curious as to if that was the one she saw in the hallway earlier. So she wasn’t seeing things... they creatures have penetrated the castle and who knew how many else were inside. Kaylin and Orin spoke to their tiger and the Spring Maid, but their voices were to quick to keep up with. Instead, she found herself frozen in step unsure of what to do. She didn’t know how to go about healing a Spring tiger or what it would call for... Luckily it appeared they were working things out quickly for a bucket of blood was being brought in for the cat. The strong aura that was pulsing around each of the three across the room was strong, and bright. They were being healed. Spring blood was the strongest natural healing remedy. Yet the relief that the three would survive this encounter did little to help calm the knots in her stomach.
She gazed down at the oozing dead monster on the floor. It reeked of toxic poison, giving Lilly the urge to cough. She cringed while studying its form, all its characteristics. Deadly.
“Sound the alarms, spread the word. Let all know in the castle what has came inside,” Lilly asked, speaking up loudly to some of the service members in the room. They all nodded as if they were dumb not to have already been doing so. People inside couldn’t be caught off guard or it would be manslaughter. Everyone would die in shock, and that couldn’t happen. She ran to the large oak doors, locking them in. As well she grabbed a broom that rested in the corner, shoving it in the handles so that no beast could enter. “We can’t leave this room you guys...” she pleaded, knowing all to well that all of them leaving would be too big of a target for their enemy. Especially at the heavy scent of Spring blood.
The one comforting thing that Lilly had: the fact that she remembered to grab all her belongings. Her backpack was on the floor, full of all the medical supplies she brought, and her clothes. She would be ready now if any of her friends needed her. As the situation with Sherri calmed down, Lilly could see that Kayling and the cat were falling asleep. Orin was still awake, though it seemed he was fighting not to doze off. Then Lilly paused in her step, seeing that Orin was making his way over to her. He appeared so tired, it wasn’t fair the constant struggle he went through with his body. When he wrapped his arms around her ankles, her heart went out to him. She got down on her knees, cupping his face in her hands. “Hang in there, my friend,” she smiled genuinely, then touched his forehead with her own, before drawing back away again. She would do her best to keep her friends healthy and protected. The responsibility would be a big one, but she would die for her friends. She would die to save any injured, for that was her purpose in life. To save.

Keeping her eyes on him for a moment longer, she did not speak, trying to gage how she really felt about him. Tearing her eyes away to see what the commotion was about, she let out a small sigh, then a gasp. The giant green cat padded through the door, one of the foul beasts clutched in her mighty jaws. Another gasp escaped Aaria, her former troubles forgotten in an instant. They had a breach within the castle and every one of them was in danger. With wide eyes, she joined the others at Sherri’s side. Though she had no idea how to heal the huge creature form the numerous poisoned wounds that littered her body, she could be there for support. Resting a hand against Sherri’s shoulder, she whispered words of a calming nature, for the cat had once tried to assist her when she needed it most. She did not want to see a magnificent creature like Sherri pass away in front of them.
Watching curiously, she was amazed by the extent that the brother and sister went to in order to rescue their friend. They worked fast, sucking the deadly poison from the wounds. Crouched beside them, she rubbed the cat’s flank, trying her hardest to soothe as best she could. Anger was bubbling inside of her. These beasts were threatening the ones that she had come to love and she wouldn’t let it happen any longer. Patting Sherri one last time, she rose to her feet, retrieving her bow, quiver and sword from where she had left them at the front of the hall. Shouldering her quiver, she snapped three arrows in place on her bow, stowing her sword on her hip. Turning, she ran with elegance towards the huge oak doors, but found them blocked by Lily. Shaking her head, she watched at her friend barred the door, a look of fear on her pale face. “Lily...” She whispered, chewing her bottom as she stepped towards her, putting a hand on her shoulder, the other holding her bow.
“If we remain here then we are sitting targets.” She told the girl, looking into her eyes sincerely. “We cannot cower in here whilst those things roam the castle. I won’t allow it. You can stay here and look after Orin and Kaylin. You are no warrior. But we are.” Turning her head, she cast a glance at Genesis, nodding once. “We need to rid the castle of these creatures, even if it means that we fall trying to do so.” Taking a deep breath, she attempted a weak smile. She was prepared to die for her cause. Innocent people resided in the castle, unable to protect themselves. Even if Sherri had killed all of them, she wanted to make sure that there were none left lurking anywhere. “Lily, some people cannot protect themselves. They need us. Please Lily, understand that much.” Her eyes were pleading as she continued to hold the gaze of her friend. “We’re tough, we can handle this. Beside Genesis will have my back.” She smiled reassuringly, although deep down she was unsure if Genesis would protect her in a battle, should his personality flip as it had done before now. But she would have to take that risk, in order to protect those close to her.

He looked at the cat Sherri, and the beast that it had laid down on the floor moments ago before the little crowd of people surrounded her and the blood was brought to help her. Genesis just watched, it was almost nostalgic standing there watching all the love in a sense, caring and what not that everyone had for one another. It brought a pained look to Genesis for a moment still trying to figure his next step, he tried to mouth the vow under his breath, but he doubled over when he had started in pain, something inside him was stirring, causing physical pain inside, good thing was that everyone was distracted by the cat, that they didn't really see the little ordeal go down.
Don't. I already told you I will not allow those words to pass thy lips, its one thing for you to throw your life away for others, once you pass on I take your body, and there will be no way that I shall finish what you started.
Genesis stood upright brushing his legs to act as if nothing happened just in case someone had gotten a glimpse at him from before. He was still thinking about the looks that he had gotten from the others when he heard the doors close and lock, something that Lilly had done by the looks of itm soon after Aaria had stated something about the warriors heading out, because sitting here was almost useless he thought. He had an uplifter when she had looked back at him, still seeming to have enough confidence in him to battle with her, though now he was the one unsure of himself. He didn't want to be needed at a critical moment and not be able to do anything. He felt his injured arm jolt unnecessarily causing him to look at it. The bandage went up in the black flames on his injured arm, he felt the heat consume it though it wasn't painful. It burned away and his arm felt better, almost as if nothing had happened to it.
Humor me you fool.
Genesis didn't know what to do at that point, it seemed that Chaos wanted something from this, but he wasn't sure as to what, he had his own agenda, and obviously chaos had its own to, though it would have to fight from now on to gain anything from his body, too much at risk from this point on. Not enough that he would willingly sacrifice it to stupid ideas or mistakes. He looked back at Aaria once more, she seemed to be trying to coax Lilly into letting her out, he walked to her slowly, still not wanting to spook anyone in the process, who knew who trusted him anymore. "I think it better to let us go Lilly, there is too much at stake if we stay and battle here." He looked back to the twins and the cat, then to lilly herself, who seemed to be doing better, but from what she had been through in the past few days who knew. "I'll keep her as safe as possible, and I know she'll watch my back." Genesis gave Aaria a look that was questioning about that, not sure if she would really, but more than willing to give it a go. She had shared a bed with him the night before, she might have a little more heart for him than he knew, but he didn't and that was the point. He was glad to have made these friends, if they still thought of him that way, and didn't want them to have to deal with this war, but they had all said the vow, he hadn't he was technically the only one who didn't have to die for this country, he would though if it meant to save someone who was better off living than himself.

Re: [OOC] Seasons in turmoil.
But sorry guys, I don't think I want to take over as GM :/ I have lost interest in my character and I'm apart of several other Rps that take up the time I usually put aside for Rps. Sorry again! But Krazy and Laucrian, if you two want to keep this RP going, you all are more than welcome to!
and I will still be apart of Mars, of course! No worries about that one!
Re: [OOC] Seasons in turmoil.
I really apologise for my absence, I have not been able to get online for many weeks. I'v decided with my current workload I can not keep up with all 3 rps, so unfortunately I have to get rid of two :( This not one I will be carrying on with and I hope you do not hold this against me. I will hand over my role a gm to my delightful friend Echored and hope that she dosn't kill me for abandoning you all. If you would all like I can smooth out the transition and faze out my characters in a last post? I have really enjoyed this Rp with you all and want to thank you all for giving me such brilliant material to play with over the months it has run with me. The best of luck to you all and I hope to see you (possibly) when I get more time (if ever).
Your sad resigned Gm

As Co GM, I am going to give you all the options on what you want to do here. We can move on from the story with what is left of us in the RP, and I can take over Mercy's characters slightly, or we can let go of the RP. Up to you guys, I just hate making you all wait. I'll post later if anyone in here is still willing to be apart of this RP!

Re: [OOC] Seasons in turmoil.
Krazy i hope this wont annoy you, but the time transition is actually between morning and night... we have slept the day away, not the night... most having only had a few hours and still tired. i dont know if you can change this or want to, but it would be appreciated :)
BarrettdelaZulu hey i dont know if your character wants company but iv left sherri spare and she can come join you if you like?
Since people have only taken a loose interest in the demonic creatures would everyone like them to attack or do you have plans? thanks!
