The International School for Extraordinary Students
For thirty-five years, this school has been an all male school.
However, due to recent complaints and issues with parents, the school is now opening its walls to female applicants. Students stay year-round and visit home during the various school breaks that scatter the school calendar. Each student has their own room, but the bathrooms located between every two rooms are shared between the occupants on either side.

[:Dorms:]
Because the school was not built for separate dormitories, students of different genders may have adjoining bedrooms. There is a strict no affection policy at the school and all students are expected to have clean, mature behavior in the dorms. Random spot-checks may be performed at night to confirm that students are in their own dorms during after-hours.
All dorm rooms are 20’ x 20’. Students brings their own furniture and decorations.
All electronic devices are allowed in dorm rooms. However, all internet activity is monitored and any student viewing inappropriate content will be asked to leave the school as soon as possible.

[:Student Body:]
Every year, the school has housed 100 students, all male. This year, however, the population will be broken into 50 boys and 50 girls. All students range from age 18 to age 25 and are required to be in the top five percentile of their class before applying. Students with criminal records are allowed to attend the school but must meet mandatory yet random check-ups during the day. Most students are in the upper-middle to upper classes; despite this, some students from the lower and lower-middle classes are allowed to attend if they qualify for the scholarship program. All students are required to speak English.

[:Education:]
Here at ISES, students are going through a new and improved education system. All classes are taken either via online lessons or personal studies. A test will be administered in each of the student’s subject every other Friday. Students are allowed to use the library at all hours of the day, but no books are allowed to be brought out of the library. If students do not understand the material they are learning, tutors and professional mentors are standing by for one on one teaching.

[:School Rules:]
Students are not allowed to have any inappropriate books, magazines, or pictures in their dorms at any point in time. House arrest, or in this case, dorm arrest, will follow if any student is caught with such items.
Public displays of affection are prohibited. Any student found committing PDA will lose their privileges of roaming the hallways without a supervisor. Sexual relations between students is also banned and will have similar consequences as well as a camera installed in the student’s dorm.
The use of alcohol and drugs is prohibited and will result in either dorm arrest or expulsion.
Violence on school grounds is forbidden. Any students found fighting will be required to attend relationship therapy sessions and will be on dorm arrest.

PLOT
You will be playing a character at ISES. All of the girls will be new, but the boys may have been at the school for a year or so already; this is optional, of course. The roleplay follows the relationships formed between all of the characters and specifically the relationships formed between “roomies”. You do not have to spend all of your time writing about studying and such. These people are geniuses. Focus on their relationships, their personalities, their families back home, etc.

*Note: Obviously there might be some adult themes such as sex that come up in the roleplay. I do not mind at ALL if you mention it. If you want to write it out, please fade out. You can go as far as the clothes coming off and then that’s all I should see. You can fade back in after your characters are finished with their, ehem, business. PLEASE UNDERSTAND that the rules of the school forbid sexual relations. BE CAREFUL lol.
