After the tragic sinking of the RMS Titanic in 1912, engineers and shipwrights went to work to create the new luxury ship. Smaller than the Titanic but large enough to contain living quarters and recreational rooms. In 1924, they succeeded and built The Dreamer. This vessel had multiple living quarters, ballrooms, a massive dining area, working electricity, a pool room, flushable toilets, well-furnished lounge areas, and plenty of places to party. As a show of good faith that their ship could sail the seas, they auctioned it off to the highest bidder which was a man named Jameson Gatsby--a tycoon who made his money on property, oil, and the smuggling of alcohol during prohibition. He purchased the vessel to host his wedding to his fiance Georgia Day. Jameson, Georgia, their wedding parties, and all their guests, set sail a week before the wedding was to take place. Somewhere along their journey, Georgia and Jameson's best man, Richard Johnson, fell in love. However, Georgia had still planned to marry Jameson which made Richard furious. On the day of their wedding, while the husband and wife were exchanging vows, a very drunk Richard had taken control of the vessel and crashed it into rocky shores off the east coast, cursing the ship and it's people to eternity at sea.

Every year at the same time The Dreamer had made its voyage, a vessel can be seen cutting through the ocean waters. If you die at sea during this time, it is said that your soul may end up on the ship, cursed to party for all eternity. Our characters have seen their share of death at sea and they find themselves aboard The Dreamer with no memory of how they died or their lives before. Slowly, their memories begin to return, but they still cannot leave the ship. They must find a way to break the curse and free all the souls to the world after. Or be trapped forever.

After a whirlwind romance ending in their deaths, the cursed couple spends their afterlives at sea, reliving the week before their demise. The romance, the betrayal, and the crash. Georgia continues to pick Jameson over Richard. Would a different choice change their fates? Or will they continue to be stuck in the loop of their last days?

The fated's love story is long and hard-fought by Fate. The two met as children, grew up together, and even went to school together. They were neighbors, classmates, and even roommates, but in all this time, they refused to see the love right before their eyes. They cherished their friendship too much to potentially ruin it in a relationship. While partying during spring break, a storm swept their boat out into the ocean where it eventually sank. That was the night they had decided to take a chance on each other. It was also the night they found themselves aboard The Dreamer. They are in no rush to move onto the afterlife now that they're finally together, but what they don't realize is that they're fated. They were and always will be together. In this life, after, and the next. Will they help free the trapped souls? Or will they choose to spend eternity together aboard the party ship?

A forbidden love caught fire, the starcrossed are a couple who fell in love hard and fast. They struggled in their lives and found solace in each other. Unfortunately, their families didn't approve. Instead of living their lives apart from each other, they decided to fake their deaths by jumping from a cliff into the ocean and then run away together. Unfortunately, the water was at low tide and their jump proved fatal. Now they are stuck in limbo aboard The Dreamer until they can break the curse. Will all this time together be bliss or will they find that their love is not as strong as they believe?

Images flashed through her mind as she thrashed against the sheets which devoured her like the waves of the ocean. The more she struggled, the more tangled she become. In her dreams she saw a handsome man smiling at her . The image made her glance down at the sparkling ring on her finger. Jameson, her fiance. A man she cared for, but wasn't sure she loved. Another flash, a confident smirk, a kiss shared in the dark beneath the glittering night sky. A moment she swore she'd never forget. A moment that made her heart race faster than never before. This was Richard... and she loved him. Another flash, brighter than lightning and she found herself on the grandstaircase, dressed all in white posing for a picture with her new husband. Then the sirens sounded. A loud crash shook the entire ship and she ran, searching for Richard. She found him, slumped over the wheel reeking of spirits. He had killed them all...

---

"No!" She screamed, bolting upright in her bed. She was drenched in sweat, heart beating frantically as if in warning that something terrible was going to happen, but nothing did. Nothing came. She tried desparately to remember her dream, confused as to what had terrified her so. But the more she reached for it, the faster it sank into the dark of her mind. It was like trying to grab the water that flowed beneath them. For she was on a ship. Jameson's ship The Dreamer and she was safe from all harm. This was the best built ship afterall. Smaller than the Titanic, but just as grand if not grander.

She shook herself from her sheets and made her way over to her armoire. She threw open the doors, her gowns rattling on their hangers inside, begging to be worn. Only the best for the future Mrs. Gatsby. She ran her fingers over the fabric as she let the name echo in her mind. Georgia Gatsby. Not a bad thought if she was being honest with herself. However, now that the day was drawing near, she was beginning to have reservations about the whole thing. She shook off her thoughts, chalking it up to pre-wedding jitters, and went about selecting a gown. She decided on the blue one that would go well with her knotted string of pearls. She grabbed her cigarrette holder, stuffed some of her belongings in her boddice, and made her way up to the lounge to calm her nerves. The sky was still dark and she didn't much care for overcast mornings. Instead, she prefered the nicely lit lounge with its overly stuffed chairs for comfort and its velvety curtains.

While she sat, and smoked, her thoughts wandered, returning to the dream. She felt she was forgetting something. Something important. Something that made her pull another cigarette from her boddice. Instead of lighting it, however, she ended up chewing on the end of her holder. She started to wonder if maybe some food would help, but the nausea that had formed in the pit of her stomach made her decide otherwise. Then she worried, the last think she needed was for her to be sick on her wedding day. Then she desparately wanted someone there to distract her. Maybe she'd go find Richard--Jameson! Her fiance was Jameson, Richard was her fiance's best man. Why the heavens had Richard's name popped into her mind?

She was so lost in her thoughts, she hadn't heard the footsteps approach her from behind.

A bright sunny day. A dazzling smile. Warm brown curls wrapped around his finger. The taste of rum and coke. The air filling with the smell of salt and starlight as the night drew near... and so did a viscious storm. Waves rocked the ship, knocking him off his feet, and slamming him down to the ground. He quickly rose. He needed to find her. He needed... another large wave rocked the ship. Gotta find her. Have to make sure she's safe. One final crash sent him flying into the water, waves thrashing around him and pulling him deeper... and deeper... And his final thoughts were not of how terrified he was. No. They were of her. Flora.

---

Simon woke with a start, his tired eyes wide and searching. Searching for what, he wasn't sure. He was sure, however, that he had to find... whatever it was. With a frustrated groan, he laid back against the down pillows and thought about how much softer they were than his own pillows. He rolled over, attempting to return to sleep when his thoughts back tracked to his thought about his pillows. Wait... he wasn't in his bed?

Then he heard voices outside his door, commenting on the beauty of the ship and how gently it slid over the waves. "Cuts them like a hot knife through butter," someone says. He bolted upwards. A ship? No... it can't be. There were no windows to his room, probably one of the inside rooms, so he did the only thing he could think of, he bloted out the door, up the stairs, and to the deck. The deck of a ship. Water was all around him. No formations of land in sight.

He began to pannic. His breaths came quickly and uneaven. He pawed at his shirt--a mere nightshirt with loose trowsers--in his attempts to pull air into his lungs. He clung to the railing for dear life, his knuckles white. He started to search for something or someone... someone who would comfort him in a time like this.

Richard hadn't slept particularly well. His sleep had been broken with strange dreams, dreams of destruction, where it was all somehow his fault. And Georgia. She'd been in those dreams, but it felt unorganised, like the pieces shifted every time he touched them, just enough so he couldn't put them together. But it didn't matter. She was Jameson's. They were the whole reason they were here. He didn't even know why he dwelt on it, on her.

He had thought that fresh air might just help clear his head. But now he stood staring at the waves, glad that it seemed relatively calm and that at least his suit wouldn't get ruined. Jameson was elsewhere on the ship, probably ensuring that that the wedding would run to schedule, would still be the greatest party the seas had ever seen. His dreams still haunted him somewhat. He couldn't shake the feeling that he was to blame. The fog of drunkenness, the realisation that he had messed up and it was too late to do anything about it. But he couldn't remember what he had done, what he had caused. He couldn't stop himself from doing it if he didn't know what it was. And that frightened him. He sighed and pushed away from the edge of the boat, deciding that the fresh air wasn't doing him any good and that some coffee might do him better. He made his way down though the lounge.

The ship truly was magnificent. It almost seemed like a waste to use it for something like this, for what was effectively just a huge party. But Jameson only wanted the best. And Richard couldn't blame him. Everyone would be talking about this for years, possibly decades to come. And it was the closest they felt they could come to immortality. And Richard had just laughed and went along with it. This was perhaps the most brazen of Jameson's schemes, and it seemed to be just as successful as the rest.

Richard ordered his coffee in the lounge, and spotted a familiar hand holding a familiar cigarette holder. Georgia. He approached her from behind. "Something on your mind?" He asked as he sat down across from her.

Elyse gasped as she sat up, feeling like she had just been plunged into ice water. It took her a few seconds to catch her breath. It was only then that she took in her surroundings. This... wasn't her bedroom. She had no clue where she was. And the room seemed to be... moving slightly? Tilting. Was she on a boat? She climbed out of bed and took in her nightdress. She sure as hell wasn't in her own room. This sure as hell weren't her pyjamas. It was... old fashioned. She caught a look at herself in the mirror and folded her arms. It wasn't... the most hideous thing she'd ever seen. But it sure as hell wasn't her style. She went to the wardrobe and threw it open.

"Oh goddammit," she said, staring at the clothes in front of her. They also were... definitely not her style. She pulled a dress out of the wardrobe and grimaced. Completely shapeless. Hideous shade of green. She shoved it back into the wardrobe and started rooting through them. What era even were these clothes? At least they were short, she told herself. She stopped at a black and blue dress. Not her usual style but... she could make it work. She dug out some underwear too, and manage to get herself into them and into the dress. As soon as she saw it on herself, she could put a name to the era. Flapper. And even if it wasn't her style, she could pull it off. She grinned, pinning her hair into something like a bun, and slipping her feet into heels. She always took an opportunity for dress up, and if the clothes were here, she was going to wear them.

But now, she said, she had to find out what the hell was happening. She stepped out of her room and looked up and down. Voices carried up and down the hall, and she swore that somewhere, she could hear... was that jazz? She started walking, heading towards voices, and just hoped that she'd come across... somebody who knew what was going on.

Maximilian woke up yawning as he rolled around in bed. He couldn’t get back to sleep. There was a nagging feeling eating away at him. He had a feeling a mistake had happened. Although, he couldn’t put his finger on what it could be. Hell, he couldn’t even remember where he was. He didn’t remember much he realized. Maximilian wasn’t much of a drinker. He wondered if someone roofied him, but that seemed doubtful. Maximilian didn’t feel like he had sex and he woken up alone in bed. Slowly he got out of bed and looked out the small window in his room. All he saw was the ocean.

He went and opened the door a crack to peak outside. He saw people roaming around. No way in hell am I going to go out dressed like this. He currently wore black and white striped pajamas. Maximilian went to the closet and roamed through it. He was pleased at what he found. It wasn’t long before he was dressed. He had put on a black suit, bowtie, and dress shoes. His shirt and socks were white. Without any product, he did his best to neatly push his hair out of his face. He exited the room once he was happy with his look. As he walked around the deck, he flashed smiles and winked at selected individuals. A few minutes later he toned things down. Maximilian blended into the crowd. He had to figure out how he ended up on this ship.

Confusion clouded his mind as he explored the ship. He refused to worry about it though. He decided to just enjoy himself. The only snippets of conversation he heard were about a wedding. Maximilian was going to start some friendly conversation to get more information on the big event, but something interesting happened. Someone bolted right in front of him. The man would have run right into him if he were walking any faster. The man sparked curiosity and a bit of worry in him. These feelings caused Maximilian to follow him. He was glad to see he stopped at the railing. Maximilian slowly approached. He didn’t want to spook him. Is he going to j- No. He must just be having a tough day. Maybe he doesn’t remember anything like me? Although…that would be a strange coincidence.

Once at the railing, he leaned against it sideways. His eyes casually went to the man. He took note of his breathing, his white knuckles, his searching gaze, and how he was in a nightshirt. Maximilian cleared his throat loudly to try to catch the man’s attention. He laced his fingers together while he kept an elbow on the railing. ”Ah. Today is a beautiful day. The sun is out and not a cloud is in the sky. We are even lucky enough to be on this beautiful ship filled with gorgeous people. The ocean is even sparkling, as if filled with jewels. Don’t you think today is lovely?” he asked. He gave the man his best smile before letting out a relaxed breath. He didn't wait for an answer. “How about you tell me what's wrong? I bet I can help. We can even discuss things over breakfast…we just need to get to the cafeteria,” he added.

Hopefully we find the cafeteria quickly. There must be signs that will guide us. I would ask someone, but I wouldn’t want that to freak this man out. He seems freaked out enough. I wonder what is wrong.

Flora only left Simon’s side for a few minutes and everything went wrong. All the soda beer had finally forced her to go to the bathroom. Flora has taken a few moments extra moments to sober up. She had gotten into the realm of being tipsy. This realm was dangerous as she had urges to initiate more than just a friendly touch with Simon. Her heart was more persistent than ever. It was having a hard time figuring out why in the world Flora was just friends with him. She loved him. When she left the bathroom, she decided she would kiss Simon. She could always blame the alcohol for her actions if he reacted badly.

Large and rough waves attacked the boat. Flora struggled to stay on her feet. She kept sliding and falling. Although, she ignored the pain after each fall. Flora screamed Simon’s name repeatedly. He was nowhere in sight. She had to get to him. She had to protect him. Flora screamed until she was finally thrown overboard. Then it was Flora against the ocean. She kept swallowing salt water as she struggled to keep afloat. Eventually she was pulled into the deep, dark, and mysterious blue. The ocean had won.

---

Her eyes few open and she was gasping for air. She yanked a pillow off the bed to bury her face into it. She squeezed it tightly. Flora felt terrified but didn’t know why. Well, she knew why. She had a nightmare. She couldn’t remember the dream that caused her to be so uneasy though. All she wanted to do was remember. She hadn’t had a nightmare in ages. What caused me to have a nightmare? I just need to relax. Her grip loosened on the pillow as she tried to relax. Flora snuggled into it. Flora sighed as she enjoyed the soft sheets and pillow. Her bed felt so comfortable. She decided to rest her eyes for a few more minutes.

Confusion quickly filled her eyes when she finally opened them. She sat up in a flash, in a panic. She frantically scurried out of bed and headed for the door. She had no idea where she was. Honestly, she couldn’t remember much. She knew her name at least. She left the room. Flora barely remembered to close the door. She walked slowly and took in everything. Flora didn’t think of the odd looks she received. She was in a nightgown and walking around barefooted. As she walked, towards the sound of music, she wrapped her arms around her waist. She felt unsteady and worried. Flora had little memory, felt as if a part of herself was missing, and recognized no one.

She was so distracted that she didn’t notice the woman in front of her. The woman was wearing a black and blue dress. Her hair was in what you could call a bun. The heels the woman wore made her taller than Flora. She bumped the woman’s shoulder when she walked by. It only took her a second to whirled around. Her cheeks burned with embarrassment.

“I’m so sorry. Are you okay? I’m sorry. I wasn’t paying attention. I’m sorry. I am just a bit distracted…” she said in a rush. Her eyes went up and down the woman’s body. She took in her dress and heels. What am I wearing? Her eyes went to her own body. Flora’s cheeks grew hotter. Flora let the embarrassment come and go though. She would ignore how she was in sleepwear. She looked at the woman again and smiled shyly.

“I’m Flora,” she paused to hold her hand out, “What’s your name?” There were more questions Flora wanted to ask, but she didn’t want to bombard her with them. She could always ask more questions once she got to know her.

Georiga nearly jumped out of her skin, when she heard someone come up behind her. She was both relieved and a bit troubled by the fact it was Richard, considering it was the man who was not her fiance that she was just thinking so deeply about that she hadn't heard him come up behind her. She tried her best to look nonchalant as she took a drag of her cigarette. "Good heavens, Richard," she breathed, filling the air with the scent of nicotine and tobacco. "You gave me such a fright. Don't you know its bad luck to sneak up on a lady while she's lost in her thoughts?" That's when she realized he had been questioning that exact thing. She cleared her throat and took another drag. She gave a cheeky, flirtatious smile--something that was not out of character for her to do. "Wouldn't you like to know."

She released the smoke into the room and sat gracefully onto the wingback chair behind her. She played with one of her chandelier earrings, a gift from Jameson. Jameson, her fiance. "I wasn't having second thoughts of the wedding if that's what you're thinking. No need to worry Jameson over a little nightmare." She waved her cigarette holder. "Besides I can't even remember the damn thing." She realized she was giving away more information than she had meant, but Richard had always had that effect on her. On many people really. He was quiet and listened and that's why Jameson was so fond of his friend. He could bounce his crazy ideas off him and see which would stick.

"What about you? Any thoughts plaguing your dreams?" She asked curiously, wondering if this odd sensation belonged only to her or if others on the ship were feeling the same. Maybe it was something in the food. Maybe it was something in the drinks. Of course, the thought made her crave something alcoholic to fuzz the edges of her worry.

Simon's eyes were squeezed shut against the sight of the waves, and all he could hear was the roaring of his blood in his ears until suddenly... he heard someone else. He straightened, nearly jumping at the unexpectedness of the sound. Beside him was a sharply dressed man with silvery hair and the brightest blue eyes he had ever seen. His put together appearance and the expression on his face immediately made Simon feel like an idiot. Here he was in pajamas out on the deck of an obviously expensive ship. He probably looked like a crazy person.

The guy beside him was talking about the weather and the beauty of the sea. While Simon was still anxious at the sight of the waves, he was reminded that he was on a very sturdy boat, with a very sturdy railing, and he was not--in fact-- drowning. He closed his eyes, squeezed them, and took a deep breath in attempts to calm himself. "Yeah, freaking beautiful." Was his response. He turned his back to the waves, something that didn't exactly help his nerves. Then, he decided to step away from the railing, which was better. "Not that it's any of your business," he started stiffly and mentally chastised himself. This person was trying to help him. Isn't that what he wanted? "No. Sorry." He pinched the bridge of his nose. "I'm... it's embarrassing, but drowning is a big fear of mine and... well I have no idea how I got here, but here I am, on a boat in the middle of the ocean with depths I can't even fathom and with one bad storm I could go overboard and die before I even discovered them." He realized he was rambling. He turned to the man and said, "Discover the depths I mean."

He held out his hand, trying his best to ignore the view of the horizon over the man's shoulder. "I'm Simon."

Georgia's cheeky smile made him grin in return. It was a smile he saw often enough, one that charmed the receiver without even trying. "I'd argue it's only bad luck if that lady decides to take fate into her own hands," he retorted as he took a sip from his coffee. But her comment about calling off the wedding made him raise his eyebrows. It was... an unusual thing for her to say. Why would anyone presume that?

He didn't miss her attempt to change the subject either. "As you say that, I did have some strange dreams last night. Can't remember what the bloody things were about, though," he said. "It's the strangest of sensations. They weren't about you calling off the wedding, though," he added with a raised eyebrow and a grin. "Because even in my wildest of dreams I couldn't imagine why you would do that."

He'd be lying if he said he hadn't been at least a little hypnotised by Georgia the first time they'd met. She'd seemed so wonderfully glamorous, so fitting for Jameson and his life of luxury. And yet so different from the rest of the high flying women that Richard had encountered. So daring and independent and... individual. She didn't care about what anybody thought of her, and that was spell-binding.

But she was Jameson's, he had to remind himself. There was no point in thinking any further than that, because she was the reason they were here. And how excited that Jameson had seemed as he'd burst into Richard's childhood home to declare he was going to be married.

"A rather strange coincidence we both had strange dreams on the same night, wouldn't you say?" He remarked.

Elyse was lost in her own mind, wandering down the corridors, when she felt somebody collide with her. It wasn't that hard, but it was enough to startle Elyse out of her reverie. The woman was still in her nightdress, something that made Elyse raise an eyebrow. But she just gave her most flattering, charming smile.

"Don't worry about it, dear. No need to apologise quite so much!" She said, before taking the woman's hand and shaking it. "I'm Elyse. It's lovely to meet you, Flora," she added. She took another look at the woman. She was pretty, that much was immediately evident. Her hair was a mass of wonderful curls, her skin was wonderful and smooth. She was the type of person that caught Elyse's attention without even really trying. Elyse's smile widened almost subconsciously as she tucked a strand of hair behind her ear.

"Oh, and by the way. From what I've seen, this is a pretty fancy place, so it might be worth getting dressed," she said, lowering her voice. "And all that was in my wardrobe were these... period dresses? So I don't know what the story is there, but I'd be curious to see if it's the same for you," she added, swishing around the skirt of her dress a little to demonstrate. The girl was a little shorter than her, but only mostly because she was in her bare feet and Elyse had her heels on. Her general demeanour and appearance made Elyse stop and think for a second.

"Flora, can... can I ask you a question? Did you... wake up here without knowing where you were?" She asked, softly, quietly, not particularly wanting the world t hear the question.

Maximilian’s anger didn't spark at the man's first response. Although, it sparked at his next words. He swallowed hard and opened his mouth to snap at the man, but then he spoke again. He apologized. It dampened the embers of his anger a bit. His anger slowly left him as the man rambled. He gave the man a tight smile. He wasn’t anger anymore, but he was annoyed. He hesitated, but he shook Simon's hand. Once he shook it for the appropriate amount of time, he rested his arm against his sde.

“Nice to meet you Simon. I'm Maximilian,” he said. He let out a small breath and smiled at him. He gave him a relaxed smile this time. “No need to be embarrassed. Fears are irrational things that haunt everyone,” he paused to glance back at ocean, “Also, I can swim. I'll save you if you fall in.”

He returned his gaze to Simon and walked closer to him. He stopped when he was about a foot away. Maximilian didn't want to be overheard. He smiled at Simon again, but it was another tight one. He was thinking too much of what Simon said. Simon's ramble hadn't put him at ease. He looked around to make sure no one was paying attention to them. Is anyone watching us?”

“Now, you said you have no idea how you got here…May I ask if you remember anything from before the ship?” he asked. It wasn't long before he realized Simon may appreciate some information, so he would tell the truth.

“I ask because I have no idea how I got here either, and I can’t seem to remember what I could have been doing in life before this ship,” he added before he slowly began to walk away. He did pause to wave Simon over, so he could follow. Maximilian did want to find the cafeteria, but he didn’t plan on leaving Simon. He did wonder if Simon perhaps wanted to change, but he decided he would say something if he did.

She took another drag from her cigarette and relased the smoke into the room. Her eyes never left Jameson's. "You know I would be the girl to take her own fate into her hands, lovey." she replied. She pouted. "You don't believe me to be bad luck do you?"

She ran a hand through her hair and glanced away from him at the mention of the strange dreams and the wedding. "I don't." She explained. "Want to cancel the wedding I mean. I only meant that you might misread my worryin' about the dreams as 'cold feet' is all." She smiled. "Because you're right. There isn't a reason I'd want to call off the wedding. Marrying a man who is willing to buy me anything I wish. A man who is sweet and enjoys having a good time. I'm a lucky girl." She took another drag of her cigarette and frowned, noticing how short it was getting. She was talking too much and smoking too little.

"I agree. Matching dreams are strange. Especially considering we can't remember them." A tone rang throughout the boat, signaling not only the beginning of the day but the breakfast bell. Georgia frowned. Clearing her throat she doused the cigarette in the tray on the small table beside her. She wasn't entirely hungry. Now that the ship was on the sea, she could feel the steady rocking beneath her feet. On a small boat, it wouldn't bother her. On this big ship... her stomach was having a difficult time adjusting. However..."Jameson will be expecting us." She announced as she rose from her chair. She ship suddenly lurched causing her to fall forward, catching herself on Richard just as he rose to join her.

She apologized. "I'm sorry, Richard. It seems I don't have my sea legs beneath me just yet." She ran a hand through her hair. "If I'm being plain I must admit I don't have my sea stomach just yet either." She wasn't quite sure why she shared that last bit of information with him. Maybe she hoped, like with the dreams, he would share this feeling with her and...well she wasn't quite sure why that mattered. Maybe she was warning him in case her dinner from the party the night before would find itself on his finely made and polished shoes.

Simon reached out and shook the man's hand with a nod of acknowledgment. "Maximilian." He repeated. "Nice to meet you. Where I come from, most people shortened a name like that to Max." Simon mentally facepalmed himself and openly grimaced. "Ahh. Sorry. I don't have much of a filter between my brain and my mouth." He looked down at himself and made a sound that was halfway between a choke and a laugh. "Or my brain and my body otherwise I would've put on a different set of clothing before I left the room." Although he had been in a panic at that point. However, Maximilian didn't need to know that.

Simon rubbed the back of his neck at the young man's question about his memories. "Yeah, no idea there my friend. I woke up on a ship, terrified about the fact that I'm on this ship on water and poof. That's... about it really." He wasn't going to mention the feeling that he wasn't meant to be here alone, but the more he tried to think of who would be with him, the further the thought seemed to roam. He couldn't pin it down. "As a side note, my fear of water isn't irrational. I..." He scrunched his face up in thought. "Well I was going to say trust me on that, but since I can't remember the event that caused it maybe I can't even trust myself..."

A tone sounded through the ship, startling Simon from his thoughts. People began to make their way back inside, cluing him that maybe they should be doing the same. That the tone had purpose. "Something tells me we need to be making out way back inside for... something. Maybe it's breakfast." He said hopefully as he made to follow the others. "You coming?" He asked as he stopped to wait for Maximilian.

Flora blushed when Elyse mentioned getting dressed. She had to resist the urge to look at her nightgown. Although, she was distracted when Elyse mentioned her wardrobe. She looked over the woman’s outfit. ”Well, you look lovely. I bet all the period dresses in your wardrobe will look lovely on you. I wonder if this is like a themed cruise...” she said. Flora took a second to take in her surroundings. Everyone was dressed up and the women wore dresses similar to Elyse’s.

“I guess I should get out of my pajamas,” she paused to return her gaze to Elyse, “And I’d be happy to show you my wardrobe. I actually didn’t get to look at it...because...like you said...I did wake up without knowing where I was. I don’t even remember who I am really. It seems as if I lost most of my memory. I must have had a really fun night.” She rolled her shoulders back as the thought made her tense. Although, she kept a smile on her face. She didn’t want to seem too worried about the fact that she couldn’t remember much. Flora smile's did shrink a bit though.

“Come on, let’s go check out my wardrobe,” she said. She moved her hand to take Elyse’s, but froze. Flora knew Elyse was a stranger, but she wanted a hand to hold. Flora twirled around and headed to her room. She walked slow, so Elyse wouldn’t have a hard time following. Flora was glad when she recognized her room door. I would have looked silly if I couldn’t remember where my room was.

She held the door open for Elyse before walking in and closing it. Flora went to her wardrobe and began to look through the dresses. She glanced at Elyse and smiled. ”Well, looks like I just have period dresses as well,” she said as she pulled out a dress with matching heels. Flora glanced at the dress and then at Elyse. I’ll just turn around and change. I don’t want to be rude and ask her to wait outside. She may want to look in my wardrobe too instead of taking my word. Flora turned around and began to change. She was glad she was wearing undergarments, even if they were different that what she was use to. Once she slid into the heels, she faced Elyse.

“How's this dress?” she asked with a playful smile. Though, she then noticed the unmade bed. She walked over to it to make it. Just as she placed her folded nightgown on the bed, a tone rang throughout the boat. I wonder what that tone means... She turned and smiled at Elyse.

“I hope that isn’t the ship’s alarm,” she said.

Maximilian smiled and let out a small laugh when Simon did. “No worries about your filter. You can call me Max. It sounds like a familiar nickname,” he said. He rolled his shoulders back. It is odd we both have a lack of memory. I doubt we were kidnapped. I hope I start remembering soon. Max nodded and looked over Simon’s outfit once more. He knew he could always change later. He held back a laugh as Simon struggled to give him a reason as to why his fear was rational. “You can explain the fear to me once you remember. Maybe we’ll discover one of my fears while we are on this ship,” he added.

He froze when he heard the tone that sounded through the ship. Max watched as everyone started to head in the same direction. He looked at Simon when he asked him a question. “Well, let us be sheep and follow the herd. I hope it is breakfast as I never like to miss it,” he said. He walked with Simon as they followed everyone else. He whistled when he entered the dining area. He looked at Simon and grinned.

“Well, this is fancier than T-” he stopped as he realized he shouldn’t reference The Titanic. Simon had a fear of drowning and The Titanic didn’t exactly make its destination. “The Hilton,” he added quickly. He headed to a so far empty table towards the center of the room. Max pulled a chair out for Simon. Max froze right after and let go of the chair. He wouldn’t push the chair in when he sat. He knew he was a flirt naturally. He knew he had to check himself at times, especially when it came to men. Also, he needed a friend at the moment. Simon was that friend as they shared a lack of memory. Once seated, he took in his surroundings. Everything was supreme. He was polite to his servers, but was glad when they left and things quieted down.

“Now we can eat in peace,” he told Simon. He opened his cloth napkin and placed it on his lap. It wasn’t long before he began to eat. He was pleased the food tasted good. When he got a few bites in, he put his fork down. “I heard a wedding was going to take place on this ship. I think between someone named James and Gia. I wonder if we were invited to this wedding and we just...well,” he paused, “Well, honestly, I have no idea. I can't think of a logical reason as to why we are lacking memories..”

“Do you have any ideas on what could have happen to us to make us lose our memories?” he asked, keeping his voice low for only Simon to hear. I never met anyone named Simon. Should I make a Simon Says joke? I am not sure if he’d appreciate it. I am not sure what type of man he is yet. He seems like a likable person though. He picked up his fork again and resumed eating.
