"I want to visit Alaska sometime." Zack said and nodded, glancing to his left at Kasei. He knew it was cold and possibly harsh, but he'd heard that it was beautiful as well. If he could find somewhere nice in Alaska. Somewhere remote and quiet, preferably outside of town, he'd go. "I'm just afraid that someone like me, having lived in California all my life I might die from the cold instantly." He said the last part with a smile and a shrug. He wasn't sure what he was going to do after the tour ended, and in all honesty he didn't have the room in his head to think about it right now. There had been all that with Tyler and the police hadn't caught him yet. His arm was aching after each show and they were wrapping up the tour. Zack clenched his fingers a few times and then stretched them out to find his hand shaking. The strain he'd put on his shoulder today made his muscles tired and that caused his hand to shake. At least it wasn't bleeding anymore. It had been reckless of him to go on and play almost immediately after he'd been let out of hospital, but Zack had refused to let the tour stop. "Do you want to get something to eat?" He took a small step toward Kasei, tilting his head and looked at her. "I don't know about you, but I'm absolutely starving."

She was looking over at the few guys who were staring at her and sighed lightly. They didn't care about getting caught in the act, which let her to believe that they were either drunk or just rude as hell. Sam turned her focus back to Jukka as he talked and smiled brightly at what he said. "Aaw." She let out, biting her lip. "I thought long legs, blonde hair and big breasts are what most guys go for? I have neither." Sam chuckled and shrugged.
When Jukka looked over at Tanner, her eyes followed. True, Jukka's last name wasn't the hardest thing to pronounce, but still. It was hard to wrap your tongue around these strange new words. She raised an eyebrow and looked back at the guitarist in front of her. "What's his last name?" She asked, preparing to pay close attention.

"Oh, dear Kit. I'm on my feet now and offered to go dance with you. Don't hesitate." The bassist said and laughed. Dancing wasn't his favorite thing in the world, to say the least. He had found that it was nice to dance with Kit though. She didn't laugh at him and she was nice. He knew her. Dancing wasn't as bad as he remembered. "Come on, let's dance." Victor seized her by the wrist and headed towards the dance floor. "I'm not as drunk as last time we danced, so now I might have a clue about what I'm doing." He said with another smile.

"As far as we know, he fucking hates dancing." Aaron said to Jukka, laughing. The two Asphyxia members turned their heads and looked at their friend, finding it funny how he was actually going to go dance. "I guess people change." Aaron added, still smirking. "But that doesn't mean we can't tease him like hell when he's done."

"Go in the summer then." Kasei said, smiling a little at that. "The summers are nice, you won't get to see the northern lights or anything like that but you'll still be able to see wildlife." She told him, recalling the summers of her youth where the grasses grew tall and all the animals were all out and about after the frigid winter. Summer was always something to look forward to when you lived in Alaska, although admittedly while the wildlife could be wondrous to behold it was also something to make one wary as it was more than a little dangerous sometimes.

She watched him clench and unclench his fingers. His shoulder was acting up now, after the show and was probably needing to take painkillers again. Her mind flitted back to the event that caused it and held back a grimace. Whatever was happening with Tyler needed to be sorted out and soon...But she tried not to think about it right now. Not with Zack and not when they were trying to have a somewhat positive evening. She was sure he probably didn't want to hear more about the police being failures right now either. When he spoke up, she looked back from the lights of the city and nodded. She hadn't thought about it since she'd left the venue, but something to eat would be welcome now, especially since it was getting late. "Yeah, that would be nice." She said, smiling slightly.

Jukka frowned at her, shaking his head. "Nonsense, you are stunning." He said after a moment, with a smile. She was beautiful to him, unlike many of the fake looking women he had seen in various bars and clubs with tits up to their chins and bleached blonde hair. He didn't like a lot of those types of women, because while they certainly drew the eye there was usually nothing genuine about them.

When Sam asked what Tanner's last name was, he smiled. A sort of mischievous smile that meant she may have difficulty with it. "Välkkynen." He said, once and smoothly, slowing down the word so she might hear the pronunciation better. What got a lot of Americans was that the Y was pronounced much like a U and some people just from the get go weren't sure what to do with it when reading it aloud. It almost always was amusing to the Ranger members to watch people's faces when reading his name.

"...Right." Kit said, supposing he had a point there. She just didn't want to guilt Vic into doing something that he just really didn't want to do, because that would take the fun out of it and while she had liked dancing with Victor, but she wasn't sure he was overfond of it. She was about to tell him that when all of a sudden he grasped her wrist and started heading off towards the dance floor. "Alright, I just didn't want to guilt you into it." She told him, smiling as they passed a few people sitting at tables and some dancers who were departing. "Well, good. That is good for you, right?" Kit asked Victor. Being more sober depending on how comfortable he was could either make things better or worse.

Jukka laughed. "I like how ready you are to tease him about his newfound hobby." He stated, smirking. Honestly, it was something he would probably do to his bandmates. He couldn't really imagine Kasei liking dancing either, she wasn't really the type to like to do such things as it seemed every time she did she seemed very uncomfortable like the time that she and Ville danced at a friend's wedding.

He thought for a moment and shrugged. He'd like to see the northern lights at some point, and planned on fulfilling that wish sometime. "As long as there's peace and quiet." Zack knew that he would need some time after the tour to relax and settle down for a little bit. He also knew that he would need to work on getting his shoulder back in shape. It was stiff and bothered him when he played his guitar on stage. Fortunately his fingers did most of the work, but it restricted his mobility on stage. This had been a long tour so far. So long that some might say that it was too much for bands like Asphyxia and Ranger to begin with, but they had managed. Most bands started out on smaller tours, to kind of ease them in.

Zack noticed the expression on her face. Although no words were spoken, he had a good idea of what she was remembering. He remembered it all too well himself. In fact, he had noticed that it had been harder to sleep for the past few days. Zack didn't sleep much to begin with, but since things had gotten more serious with Kasei and he got to know her better, his sleep pattern became somewhat more normal. Now it was getting messed up again. He would lie in bed and remember the look on Tyler's face and also Kasei's. Then he'd remember the knife going in to his shoulder as if it was in slow motion. It was all burned very clearly into his brain. Sometimes, he'd feel like it was getting harder to breathe and his heart would be beating out of his chest. I just hope that I'm not on the verge of a panic attack. The guitarist thought to himself, frowning at that. Worse was, he didn't know what triggered it. Zack silently reminded himself to bring his painkillers when they left. Just to get rid of the pain in his shoulder for a little while.
He flicked his cigarette over the edge of the balcony and turned towards Kasei, tilting his head a little. Then he stepped towards her and wrapped her in a tight hug, being careful with his shoulder at the same time though. "I'm very, very glad that I met you and I think you're an incredibly beautiful girl." Zack said, sighing with a smile on his face. "Let's go, shall we?"

It was very hard to explain Jukka's personality for her. You felt like what he said was genuine and that he really meant it. He was nice and talkative. Rarely frowning and being annoying. Of course, she hadn't known him long enough to know if that was what he was like all the time. That was just the impression she got from him know. "Oh my god, stop. Like, I've totally never had anyone say that to me before. You're so funny too and hot. I love guitarist, my God." Sam twirled a strand of hair around her finger, doing her best impression of a dumb bimbo whose only reason for being there was because she thought Jukka was hot and had lots of money. "I'm sorry, I can't do it properly. I don't have the bleached hair or the push up bra that squeezes my tits together and up to my chin, making them look way too big. Or the mentality for that matter." Samantha laughed and shook her head, taking a sip of her beer before looking over at Tanner and then back at Jukka.
When she heard what the bassist's last name was, she just stared at Jukka. "What?" She let out, chuckling. "V-Va... Va-elkynen?" The letters were strange to pronounce. She was pretty sure there was a letter in there that they didn't have in English.
"Valkyrie. I'll call him Valkyrie." Sam settled with that, tapping her finger against the bar and shrugging. It was difficult for her to say, but it was funny to try and funny to hear Jukka do it flawlessly.

"Please, you couldn't guilt me into anything!" He said with a smirk, shrugging. "Don't worry. If I really didn't want to dance, I would've said no, Kit." Victor stopped on the dancefloor and shrugged. He could remember how it had felt like dancing with Kit. It hadn't felt awkward as he thought it used to. He always felt embarassed and weird when he stood there, moving to the music. "I think, after our last dance it dawned on me that I don't look as ridiculous as I previously thought." He laughed a bit at that and began moving to the music. "Not saying that I look good, just... Less bad." And another laugh escaped him.

Thomas and Aaron both looked at him with a raised eyebrow each. "I thought you knew us. Of course we'll tease him." Aaron said and looked as if it was the most obvious thing ever.

Kasei flicked her cigarette away and then turned from the balcony and the city lights slowly, only to find herself facing Zack who suddenly put his tattooed arms around her tightly. She returned the embrace, glad for his sudden gesture. It made her feel a little better as she had begun to worry again - whether it was mere coincidence or just him getting better and better at reading her she wasn't sure. I hope I do something for him... Kasei thought. He had been amazing about everything so far. Very kind, not pressing her too hard for answers or things like that. She wanted to at least tell him how much she appreciated it all but at the moment she couldn't seem to find the words. So far the two of them had gotten to know quite a lot about each other in the rather brief time they had known each other. She wondered how this was going to follow up after the tour wrapped up, which was soon. "I'm glad I met you too, Zack." She said after a moment, softly, slightly reluctant to let go but she did and nodded as she took a step back. "Right." She told him, sliding her hands into her pockets. "Anything you were planning on?"

Jukka watched, arching a brow at her little performance - a none too convincing one. He found himself chuckling and shaking his head - she was spot on with a few things. He was familiar with women being attracted to him because he was a musician and they were often women with that personality type, they usually either thought he had money or simply liked the idea of being with a 'rockstar'. Of course it was often a disappointment for them when they realized that heavy metal bands were often not the wealthiest of sorts, especially ones who haven't quite made a name for themselves yet. "I will thnk all of the assorted gods and deities for that, but do me a favor and please promise me you will never do that again." He shook his head repeatedly, as though trying to clear a image from his mind, still smiling.

Sam didn't seem to catch onto Tanner's last name like she had his, not that he was terribly surprised. It was tricky for Americans and she repeated it much like Kit had. "Välkkynen.." He repeated, before shrugging. "It seems most people have difficulty with it. Kit can't say it either, I think it's the additional letter and pronunciation that throws people." He shrugged, glancing out to the dancefloor where she had gone with the bassist before looking back when she settled on another name for Tanner. He laughed at that. Valkyrie. Wait 'til he hears that. "Close enough." He said, smirking.

"I suppose that is true." Kit said, knowing good and well that there wasn't a whole heck of a lot of chance of getting Victor to do something he really didn't want to do. He didn't strike her as a pushover at all. She smiled as people milled around them, swaying and moving to the beat of the music which boomed overhead. "Good! Confidence is important." She told him, honestly. She'd seen quite a few people pull off some things that a lot of people couldn't, all because they were genuinely having fun and weren't worried about things. "Don't worry about it, I've seen people who were worse than you." Kit said, shaking her head in remembrance.

He sighed deeply and screwed up his face in thought. "I didn't have anything particular in mind." He said. "Should we just get something to eat downstairs?" The idea of going out to eat somewhere didn't appeal to him at the moment. Zack would rather not be around very many people just now. In fact he felt like he wouldn't be able to handle that at all. Briefly he wondered if the whole incident with Tyler had caused more trauma than he'd originally thought. He found himself more easily stressed and anxious than before. Somewhere in his mind he knew that he'd have to take care of that and figure out if it would cause him further problems, but.... Zack was Zack.
"I don't really feel like being around a whole bunch of people right now."

"Alright. Promise." She said and chuckled. His response and reaction had been rather amusing. Samantha was just glad that he had found it funny and not weird or annoying. She hadn't expected him to either. Jukka was definitely not an uptight person. "Assorted deities?" She asked, tilting her head a little and smiling. "Do Finns still believe in the Viking gods? Odin, Thor, Loki, Freya... All those?" She teased. She found the Vikings rather interesting. She'd read about them a lot and found the stories and sagas immensely fascinating. When he repeated Tanner's last name, she still looked baffled. Sam wasn't going to attempt pronouncing it again as it was difficult for her and she had already settled on Valkyrie. "How do you spell it, exactly?" She asked, wondering what he meant with double letter. Which letter came twice?

"I pity you then." The bassist laughed and began moving to the music. He knew for sure that his friends were going to have some comments ready when he came back to them, but he didn't mind so much. Victor teased everyone all the time and you had to be able to take it, if you wanted to keep the balance. "So what do you plan on doing after the tour?" Victor asked, interested. He figured that she might study some more or something, but honestly, he wasn't sure.

Kasei nodded. She couldn't think of anywhere she really wanted to go either - truthfully there was a part of her that just kind of wanted to get in touch with her inner hermit and just stay in the hotel room. She found herself thinking of the past incident and wasn't overly enthused with walking back out there not knowing where the hell he was. But, if they were only going downstairs and least it wasn't going to be much of a trip, so she supposed she should just go out and do it instead of worrying. "Neither do I." She admitted when he said he didn't really want to be around a whole lot of people. She was too tired and stressed to try to be too friendly to the poor, unsuspecting public. "But, if we just go down and then come back we won't have to deal with it for too long."

"Good." Jukka said, smiling. He was glad she was comfortable enough with him and the rest of everybody to kind of joke around. When she asked him about the gods he was referring to, he shook his head. That was a common misconception - Finland actually hadn't been a part of the whole Viking deal. They had been on the outskirts and had their own tales and gods and pagan traditions. "Fun fact, Actually Finland wasn't a part of the Viking culture. We had our own religion and folklore and stuff. We were just on the outskirts of all of that. Logically there probably was some Finnish vikings seeing as Finland is right by Sweden but a vast majority of Vikings came from Sweden, Denmark and Norway." Jukka made a face when he realized he was essentially giving Sam a history lesson. "That actually sounds kind of nerdy that I know that and you probably didn't want a history lesson but..." He shrugged. He quite liked the old Norse gods and tales and such so he had actually bothered to explore some of that although not as much as others as he wasn't exactly the scholarly type. A lot of what he learned of the old stories was from metal with Norse/Viking themes, truth be told. "And his last name is spelled, V ä l k k y n e n. You have to double the sound of the k." He shrugged. It wasn't so hard once you got used to it, Kasei had gotten much better at pronouncing his last name once she'd spent some time with them and gone to Finland a few times.

Kit had seen some pretty poor dancers over the years and it never ceased to amuse her how some people who knew they were bad would just take it and run with it and not care - those were some of her favorite people to watch. Victor didn't seem too bad, she got the feeling he was mostly just uncomfortable and needed to learn to not over think it. Speaking of which, she knew his friends were probably going to have a few things to say when he got back but she didn't doubt he could handle it and would probably have his own responses. He surprised her a little though with his next question. "When I get back? Hmm." She knew the tour was nearing it's end and everything was going to have to get back to normal soon. "Well, back to school, naturally. And work. If I have the time I might try to start working back at the dance studio but if not I'll probably just keep working for my mom." She shrugged. It probably didn't sound so exciting compared to what he was used to. She hadn't given much thought as to what all was going to happen when she got back home - she had gotten used to running around with Deidre and Michael. "What are planning on doing when you get back?" Kit asked him, wondering what they had in mind.

He sat in silence as he tied his shoes. In his mind he went over all the things that happened last time the two of them had gone out for dinner. Most of all, Zack wanted to just go and eat and come back and relax. The tour had been a lot of fun, but there were so many things to keep track of and learn since the two bands hadn't been on a tour like this before. Surely, after this they would take a break and recharge their batteries and be ready for one more. Asphyxia were road dogs, he knew that. "Do you think we can take the food back here?" Zack asked Kasei and stood up, waiting. "Sorry. I don't want to sit down there if there's a way to avoid it." He tilted his head and smiled. "I hate people." That wasn't entirely true, but he definitely wasn't a people person.

"Oooh." She let out and sighed. "I always forget." Samantha shook her head at herself. She liked history very much, but always forgot that Finland hadn't been part of that whole Viking thing. "I think it's because I don't know a lot about Finland, and it's sort of stuck to the side of Scandinavia. Tsk, tsk." She said and chuckled. Then Jukka's expression changed and he said that she probably didn't really care about that. "Oh, don't worry. I love history." The girl said and nodded. "And I've never really met someone who wants to talk about. Most people don't really give a shit, to be honest. Not here, at least." Sam laughed at that and shrugged. "I'm not sharp on my Viking knowledge, though. The sagas and all the mythology is wonderful." She tried to think of one, but failed. Well, she could only remember parts of them since she had only gotten into it recently, and there were so many things to remember.
When Jukka spelled the word for her, she tilted her head again and just stared at him. A smile started to appear on her face after a few seconds and she shook her head again. "Valkyrie." She repeated. "That weird a is difficult to wrap my tongue around." Sam sighed.

This was actually enjoyable for him. The dancing was quite calm and the music wasn't too loud, which made what Kit said audible to him. He listened as she spoke and looked a little surprised. Either he couldn't remember, or had never been informed that she worked for her mother. "You work for your mom?" He asked, and looked interested. "Doing what?" Victor knew that she was in school, but couldn't remember what she was studying. "The dancing part I had figured out." The bassist added with a smile and a wink. "And I don't know what I'm going to do. I think we might start working on an album."

Kasei simply slipped her converses back on and ran her fingers through her damp hair before looking back to Zack and shrugging. "We can find out." If the hotel offered room service or whatever she didn't see why not. Besides, all they could say was no. Kasei wasn't feeling overly social herself, still trying to sift through everything that had happened. She was trying to not be too negative though - she didn't think she or Zack needed that. She smiled slightly at him then. No, he wasn't really a people person but she had a feeling his dislike for other humans wasn't quite what was keeping him from staying downstairs, although she supposed he could also just be feeling particularly anti-social today. "Ready to go?" She asked.

Jukka shrugged. It wasn't something a lot of people probably put a lot of thought into so he figured it wasn't too unusual to not know. "I don't think a lot of people know a lot about Finland unless they're from there." He said, chuckling a little. He was pleased to hear though that she was actually interested in history though. That was something he didn't hear a lot. "Really? I have to say I'm happy to hear that. I haven't met a lot of people who have an interest in history either." He told her, nodding. "And to be honest, I'm not the most knowledgeable person on it either - I'm not historian though I take an interest in it. Most of what I learn, I learn from music and a little studying in my free time." He figured he should be honest on that.

"Just pronounce it a bit like 'ah' and you'll be fine." Jukka smiled at her. "It just takes some getting used to, I think most Americans problem with the language is just the unfamiliarity with it. Kasei got used to it." He said, nodding. Finnish was a difficult language to learn, especially concerning the grammar but he didn't think it was impossible to learn for a foreigner. Kasei had done quite well and had no exposure to such languages before, although he supposed her living with a Finn for years on end probably helped contribute to that. He'd tried to teach Kit a few Finnish words and phrases with some success as well.

Kit nodded at the question. She and her sister had worked for their mother at the little family owned cafe near their house. It was a nice little place, warm and inviting where you could order a fairly wide variety of things but the most common request was coffee, she supposed. "Yeah, usually. My mom owns a little cafe, Deidre and I worked there a lot in high school. It's nice." She told and then grinned at what he said next. A new album? That would be exciting. "A new album? Ooh, does that mean I might get to find out what you guys are going to be doing and might be putting on it before you release it?" Kit asked, eagerly. Sometimes she almost forgot but she had been quite an Asphyxia fan before the tour and had eagerly awaited a chance to see them live, which had been a large part of the reason why she had wanted to come. The fact she had been borderline starstruck when she had met James for the first time brought a smile to her face. It was funny to think now that the band who's music she had admired now felt like good friends to her.

She didn't comment. Neither did she have too. Kasei just slipped on her shoes and asked if he was ready. She understood. Kasei understood him somehow, he was sure of that even though he hadn't known her for very long. Maybe that's what happens when two broken individuals meet. Zack didn't believe in the one and only or anything like that. To him that was completely ridiculous. Relationshops were much harder than that. He had found something in Kasei that he couldn't let go of though. He had to admit that.
The guitarist nodded and headed for the door, stuffing his wallet in his back pocket and reaching out for Kasei's hand. He squeezed it comfortingly and sighed. "Listen..." He started, staring at the wall to his left. "About what I said before the show..." Zack didn't really know how to explain all this, and didn't think he had to. "I hope it didn't make you feel weird or scared or anything. I just...." He sighed and looked at Kasei briefly. "Yeah... " Words had escaped him so instead he ended his sentence like that. Such is the mind of Zack Vayne...

She shrugged and smirked, supposing that that was true. Sam was part Italian, so most of her history knowledge pertained to that. "Yeah, I know what you mean." She said. They had been few and far between, the people she'd met in her life that actually shared that common interest. "Oh really?" She asked, surprised. Samantha figured there was some music - if not a lot - that had to do with history in some way. "I kind of felt all alone when I was younger. Kind of geeky as well. When I was a kid, I couldn't find anything that interested me other than video games and music." She smirked "Seriously, I hated fucking everything. Didn't like sports, school, whatever.... Very nice kid, right?" And a chuckle escaped her. "But then I read this history book once and I felt like... Holy shit, this stuff is cool. Been hooked since that." Sam shrugged and took a sip of her beer, tilting her head.

In her head, she tried to pronounce the Ranger bassists' last name with the instructions Jukka had given her. It made more sense to pronounce that a thing like that. There was still the problem with the double 'k' now though. "Say this then; precipitevolissimevolmente." The auburn haired girl shot back. It wasn't hard to say if you slowed it down and had it written down as well, but hearing it was strange. Italian was fast.

"Right, right. I think you told me that before." Victor called over the music, only to discover that it was fading out. He stopped dancing and shrugged. Again, to his surprise he had actually enjoyed dancing with Kit. Granted they hadn't danced the night away, but four songs were good enough for him. "Yeah, that's the plan." He smiled at what she said next, finding it a little bit cute. He was willing to bet that Kit could cheer anyone up with her attitude. "C'mon, Kit. You can come by the studio anytime you want. Plus, we always need people's oppinions before we release it. It'd be good to have yours." And that was true. Asphyxia preferred having someone come in and listen to their stuff, other than the producers. They'd prefer those people to be friends though. "Listen, I don't want to disappoint you or anything, but I think this is enough dancing for me. Wanna come back to the bar and I'll buy you another drink?"

Kasei followed suit, sticking her keycard in her jacket pocket before stopping at his side and taking his hand in hers when he reached for her. "Hmm?" She tilted his head slightly as she looked up at him as he began. She wasn't surprised he was mentioning it - earlier, it had been quite sudden. So sudden that at first she had no idea how to respond to it and had hastily thrown together an answer that felt right in order to not make an ass out of herself. It didn't make her answer any less genuine really, she just had shocked...She hadn't been prepared. And wasn't exactly used to such declarations. Was anyone, really though? "Don't worry about it. I understand." She said, smiling softly and then brushed her lips against his fingers briefly, a small reassuring gesture. "I wasn't really expecting it though, honestly. You surprised me." She admitted with a shrug. She really hadn't seen it coming from Zack so quickly, he didn't strike her as the kind to say something unless he really meant it and if that was true she had to admit, she really was surprised but pleased. She cared for Zack, had since she had first gotten to really know him and wanted to see what would become of them.

Jukka laughed at what Sam said about being a hateful child. He had a slightly hard time imagining that - Sam seemed so friendly nowadays, although he supposed people changed. "Well, I have to say I have a hard time imagining that but I suppose it isn't unheard of. At least you had some things you liked though." He nodded. He had never been a top student - rather difficult, although he had been athletic and had quite enjoyed hockey, which he had been good at. He also had his music and had been very social even though he hung out with some of the more quiet people like Ville. "I have to say, I wasn't much of a scholar. I was only good at what I liked. I only really got into the history that interested me. Remembering dates and shit is hard. But I guess I was decent at sports - and I always had my music." He said, smiling. He had started playing back when he was quite young so it had always been an integral part of his life.

Jukka squinted slightly as he listed to the word (Or he was pretty sure it was only one word) slip from the auburn haired woman's lips. "Shit, that's long." Okay, maybe not too long. Finnish had some pretty long words too. Still, there was no way he'd get it the first time around. "Mmm...Percepti...smee volla...minty?" He grinned, knowing he'd just made a fool of himself. "I promise to never butcher your language again."

"Speaking of school, I remember the time you glued all the drawers to Mr. Einio's desk shut back when we were kids. That was great." Tanner interrupted him making a charming fool of himself by smirking slightly as he made his way back to the bar, a dejected look barely concealed by the twitch of amusement at his lips currently. It didn't look as though things had gone quite the way he had wanted considering he was alone and the girl he had been speaking to was now in animated conversation with her friends, laughing and smiling.

"Ah, I remember. That was a good one." Jukka nodded, casting one last glance over his shoulder at the girl and then at Tanner. "Didn't go well?" He asked. She didn't look angry so he couldn't have pissed her off.

"She's not really interested." Tanner sighed, lifting a shoulder in a shrug.

"Did I?" Kit furrowed her brow as if trying to remember before shrugging. She had probably mentioned it at some point, but she couldn't remember when. She stopped as the music faded out and several people moved off to get drinks and catch up with people. She was glad Vic didn't seem to mind dancing again and she wondered if it was maybe starting to grow on him a little.

She figured Asphyxia were probably planning something like an album right after such a large tour as this or maybe doing another smaller tour as headliners or something after resting up a bit. An album would be cool though, she always liked to see their new material. "Really?" She asked, her eyes widening in surprise a little at that. She had hoped for some hints or maybe a description of things but actually getting to see them in the studio would be really neat - she got to do that with Michael's band every now and then but that was just because she was Deidre's sister. "That would be so cool." She told him and then cast a glance back over at the rest of the group and smiled. "Don't worry, I'm not disappointed. I'm glad I got you to do this much," She laughed a little. "And that would be nice." She nodded.

As unexpected as it must have been for Kasei, so was it for Zack. He was sure that he would never say those words again, or at least it would take a very long time. That wasn't what happened. The Asphyxia guitarist was so awkward when it came to his own feelings that he'd found himself fallen for Kasei very quickly. It just happened as if he'd been struck by lightning. That was the last thing he'd expected. When Kasei spoke up, he smiled at her briefly. He knew she'd understand. That was one of the things he liked about her. Few words were required around Kasei, but some were necessary. The small gestures she made also meant a lot to him. It had been such a long time since anyone had done what Kasei just did. "I can't believe we only have a few shows left and then the tour is done." He said and shook his head, turning left past the elevator. "What do you think will become of Jukka and that Sam girl?" Zack asked after a while, his mind having slipped to those of their group that had gone out. In all honesty, he had no clue what to think about them.

"I was more interested in... Well, what I liked and nothing else. But that's not how life works." Samantha said and shrugged. She had discovered that early though, before it came to a point where it could cause real problems for her in life. She hadn't exactly been the wonderchild either. Sam had good grades and all, but she had also been the kind of girl to come home late and get in trouble, though she had always had a way of talking herself out of those situations.
When Jukka elaborated, she nodded agreeingly. "Yeah, me too. The stuff that didn't interest me, I didn't take seriously. What kind of sports did you like the most?" She asked, tilting her head. She had a pretty good guess, but wanted to hear it from Jukka. The music part she had figured out already.

Samantha repeated the word and chuckled her light chuckle. "Actually, that's not too bad. Most people just gawk at me when I say it." The fact that it wasn't really a word, though it had been accepted as one in Italian didn't make it any easier. "It means very, very, very fast. Like, as fast a possible. Difficult to explain." She chuckled again and repeated it slowly, syllable by syllable.

She didn't get another word out before Tanner came over, to whom she smiled brightly. The words she had exchanged with him were few. Apprently his endeavours with the young woman had not gone well. "Why do I have no problem at all imagining him doing something like that?" Samantha said and pointed at Jukka, leaning towards Tanner.

"Didn't you?" The bassist asked, laughing and shaking his head. He turned towards the bar and slowly started towards it. He was glad that Kit seemed pleased by his invitation. Victor knew that she liked their music, but not how much. "Yeah, we'd love that. We love hanging out and not always being super serious and you know.. Taking a break now and then. Bringing people in and having them listen to what we've got is good for that." He explained. Every now and then when you were in the studio, you'd start to overthink everything and it could be a terrible mess. Sometimes you needed a fresh pair of ears to listen to your music and have their input on it. "And you're always this little ball of good energy, Kit." Victor smiled at her and shrugged. "It's all about the vibe in the room, you know."
When she said she wasn't disappointed, he looked pleased. He'd rather sit down and relax now and just talk. It came easy to Victor to be social and it came easy to him to talk to Kit. "Good, good." He said and nodded. "What'll you have?" He asked when they reached the bar, looking back at her.

Kasei nodded slowly at what he said. It was hard to believe the tour was already beginning to come to a close, sometimes it felt like they had just started and at others it felt like it had been an eternity since they had been home. It would be nice to be home though, and even nicer to see Ville's family again, they hadn't seen them since Christmas. Ville's mother was probably going to fuss over them all like she always did when they had been away too long. "Yeah, it'll be nice to be home though." She admitted, sliding her hands into her pockets, warmed by the prospect of seeing the Hilden family again. She was a little surprised by his sudden question, although she supposed it was something that had been making her curious as well. "I don't know. Jukka never really does these things, so I have no idea where his head is at right now nor do I know about hers. He seems to like her though, and it seems like he's been keeping in touch with her...Maybe he'll try to make it work?" Kasei said.

"Isn't that the truth, unfortunately." Jukka said with a small sigh, shaking his head. He was fortunate that he got to do what he loved with his good friends, he might complain about other things from time to time but he had to admit that he had it pretty good. His parents even agreed on that, he was lucky they were happy for him that he was pursuing a career that he enjoyed - he could only imagine what Kasei's parents would think of her life choices. He had only heard a couple of brief mentions of her family before but from what he had gathered they were quite the opposite of his and Ville's families. The good thing though was that Ville's mother liked to treat Kasei like the daughter she never had. "Ah. I really enjoyed hockey, I used to be on our team in high school. Tanner used to be as well. Ville wasn't though, he wasn't exactly the...athletic type." He replied, shaking his head with a smile. Ville had never been much use during sports, back then he'd been quite clumsy.

"Really? Hmm. Well, I did promise to never butcher your language again so I think I'll just let the professional handle that one." He said, winking at her.

As they say, "Speak of the Devil, and he shall appear.". Tanner nodded to Sam as he took his seat at the bar, ordering another beer. "It's because he did shit like that all the time back in the day. If given the opportunity he'd probably still do it at this age." He said, smiling over to the auburn haired woman. His accent was a little stronger than Jukka's or Ville's and he was a little harder to understand - something that only intensified when he drank. Sometimes he'd even forget to use English all together when he got real shitfaced. In private he usually preferred to speak his native language.

"I don't remember." Kid admitted, laughing softly. She probably had mentioned it a while back and simply just couldn't remember, or Deidre had mentioned it. She knew that she had mentioned her parents before. She nodded when he said it was often a good thing to bring in new people to listen to the music. After a while she imagined you would eventually get tired when you'd been working on it so long you'd begin to over think at and not look at it as you normally would and having someone who hadn't heard it before might give a different opinion. "Really? I hadn't realized you guys weren't always serious." She said, smiling at that. Asphyxia were often quite humorous and she enjoyed their company a lot - they were often funny and laid-back but they also knew when to be serious too, which she appreciated.

Kit tilted her head slightly at what Vic said. "Really? I've never heard that before." She told him, honestly. Sure, people seemed to enjoy her company and she always liked to try to keep a positive attitude but she had never been told that before. It was nice of the bassist to say. As they made their way through the crowd and back toward the bar she saw that Tanner had rejoined the group. She guessed things hadn't gone as well for him as he had hoped with that girl from earlier. "Hmm..." She said after waving to Tanner and they reached the bar. "Maybe...A screwdriver?" She was pretty sure she had that before and had enjoyed it. Although frankly the either night after the first couple drinks, what she had ordered became a bit fuzzy.

He walked for a moment in his own thoughts. Thoughts that were similar to those Kasei had at the same time. How it would be nice to be home but also difficult to fathom that the tour was over. It had been one hell of a tour afterall. Zack was going to leave it with great new friends, a girl he was pretty sure he loved and a great experience alltogether. And a fucking stab wound. He mentally added. His hopes were that they would catch Tyler and he wouldn't suffer anything but the pain from the wound from time to time.
He listened when Kasei talked about Jukka and shrugged. "Yeah. It's really hard for me to figure out. Guess we'll have to wait and see." Zack chuckled and shook his head. They reached the end of the stairs and he pushed the door to the hall open and stepped out. "God, I'm starving." He muttered under his breath, seizing Kasei's hand as they continued toward the restaurant.

She supposed the members of the two bands were pretty happy with what they were doing. Most people thought that being a musician meant that you got paid, got drunk a lot and enjoyed fame. Sam figured that it was a great job and it would make most people happy if they were passionate about their music, but she was also pretty sure that there was more to it than that. There were big bills to pay and many things you had to do that probably weren't so great. Plus a lot of time spent in hotel rooms and cars, driving from one show to the next. Ranger and Asphyxia weren't that big yet that they could just fly wherever they had go.
"That was my guess." She said and smiled when he told her that he liked hockey. "Your national team usually does pretty well, right?" Sam wasn't sure as she didn't watch a whole lot of sports. "I talked a little bit to Ville. He seems.. Quiet." She added when his name was mentioned. He was nice and very friendly and polite, but they hadn't talked much.

She didn't get to reply to what Jukka said regarding his butchering of her language, before Tanner spoke. She chuckled and turned towards him. "I bet." The woman said and looked from Tanner to Jukka and back. "And I suppose you're entirely innocent?" She asked, giving him a certain look. "I'm absolutely sure that the two of you have gotten each other in so much trouble when you were younger." Sam said and took a large sip of her beer. She had to concentrate a little bit more when Tanner spoke because his accent was stronger than Jukka's, but she understood him alright.

Victor laughed with her when she spoke and shrugged, shaking his head. Their drinks were served and he gave Kit her's, while taking his own and drinking from it. He realized that Kit had known Asphyxia for quite a while now and knew what they were like. He didn't have to explain things to her because she already knew. She knew that there were only serious when they had to be. "Right.. Forgot you know us pretty well." Victor said and sighed, looking up at Kit. "We're never really serious, are we?" He added, laughing.

"No?" The bassist asked, a little surprised. He would have thought that she had heard that before. In fact, Victor wasn't able to imagine Kit angry at all, even if he tried with all his might. He could not. "Actually I don't think I can imagine you angry, Kit." He leaned against the bar and looked at her with a smile. "And that's why we'd love to have you come to the studio when we start."

"Yeah, I guess we will. To be honest, I doubt even he knows what he's doing right now and so I highly doubt we would be able to figure it out." Kasei said, smiling a little. Jukka was usually the type to just see where life took him and not worry about things until he needed to - that was probably what he was doing right now. She thought this could potentially be good for him though, while never having a steady relationship never bothered him she thought it might be nice for him to have someone - well, if this all worked out anyway. As she stepped out into the hall, she silently wondered what Ville was doing. He had been tense the past few days. She hoped he was actually trying to relax a little or at least doing something that didn't involve him worrying even though knowing him that was probably impossible. "Me too." She said, although her mind was elsewhere.

"Yeah, we do. I guess if I had never discovered music that I probably would have pursued hockey." Jukka admitted, although the thought of never discovering his love for music was something that disturbed him a little. Sometimes it was funny, to think that if one thing had changed in your past how you could have become a completely different person. Nowadays he didn't keep up on hockey so much but he still had friends and family who did so he was kept up to date. "And Ville? Yeah, he really is. Polite, but quiet. Back in high school it was worse. He was real smart academically, but everything else he was kinda standoffish about and real shy around girls. And clumsy," He added, shaking his head. "I can't tell you how many times when we were playing football that he would fall on his face as a kid..." Jukka trailed off, smiling as though remembering something funny. Probably Ville falling on his face.

"Well..." Tanner hesitated, as though not sure how to begin. "He changed me. I was totally ordinary, and then I met him when I was seven and he changed me. I was totally ordinary and then he came along and taught me his evil ways." He said, quickly, pointing at Jukka who looked offended.

"Oh, come on. You can't blame it all on me. The snake in that one jerk's desk was your idea! And the time that we hid during that high school play behind the scenes and then jumped down during Romeo and Juliet. That was all you, right there." Jukka said, attempting to defend his honor.

"I didn't jump, you pushed me! And I fell on Lisa Whatever-Her-Name-Was. She probably still hasn't forgiven me to this day. And we almost got expelled, do you remember that?" Tanner asked, frowning at him now.

"Yeah, I remember. But we didn't. And you're not denying that the Romeo and Juliet scenario was your fault?" Jukka asked, not looking particularly guilty for having pushed Tanner down onto a stage.

Tanner looked from Sam to Jukka, as if wondering if she was going to not believe he was innocent of his involvement in such shenanigans. "Well, it might have started off as my idea..." He admitted, reluctantly. "But it was your idea to dress up with masks and shit to try to give them the scare of a lifetime." He pointed at his bandmate.

"I take full responsibility. And you have to remember, we did give the club the scare of a lifetime. Hearing Jani Aalto scream like a girl like that was worth almost getting expelled." Jukka said, smirking and then looking back over at Sam. "I'm sorry if this damages your opinion of me." He told her, although he didn't sound apologetic at all. "But to answer your question, yes. We were trouble..."

Kit took her drink and thanked him. She knew there was probably still things about Asphyxia and it's members that she didn't know. "Sort of. I'm sure there's things I still don't know. But yes, from what I've gathered for the most part, you guys aren't all that serious." She smiled at them. That much she was sure of - a bit like Ranger, they seemed to enjoy goofing off a bit. "But, I think that Thomas almost crushing Greg like a bug counts as pretty serious." She told him, recalling the event which must have been rather traumatic from the young, obnoxious bassist's perspective.

She shook her head, unable to honestly say that someone had told her that before now. Kit looked back at him. James had seen her less cheerful side before, but Victor hadn't. James had been very nice to her and had helped her out, which she was still extremely grateful for. "Well, I can say I don't think I get angry too often but it does happen. Just like everyone, I have things that bother me." She told him, laughing a little. She normally had a fairly good grip on her temperament - Deidre on the other hand, didn't.

As they neared the restaurant he was already scanning the scene. He remembered the last time they went out and it had left him slightly more nervous and made him constantly aware. Silently, he wondered if the episode with Tyler had damaged him more than just physically. He thought it but didn't say it. Zack didn't want to worry Kasei more than he already had. "Hi." Zack said to one of the waiters. "Do you think we can order something and take it back to our room?" He asked, upon which the man behind the bar looked hesitant. After a few seconds of silence, he nodded and shrugged.

"We don't usually do that, but I don't see why not."

"Great, thank you." Zack replied and smiled briefly.
When they had placed their orders, he sat down on a nearby chair and waited, looking up at Kasei with a smile on his face. He hoped that this could just be a night of relaxation and the two of them being together. Zack needed that tonight. Just be with Kasei and take it easy. Partially because he didn't want to be around other people right now (and partially because of the thing with Tyler), but also because the tour had been long and tough on them. At least on him.

She listened as Jukka told her a little bit about their lead singer, smiling. She didn't have a hard time imagining that. Ville really seemed like a person who'd been like that when he was younger and grown up to be a quiet but very polite man. "I see." Sam nodded and then changed her attention to Tanner.

"He changed me!" She mocked. "Sure he did..." Maybe Tanner hadn't been the biggest troublemaker when he was younger, but she had a feeling that it didn't take much to awaken what slumbered within him.
She didn't get to say much more than that since the two of them started talking back and forth, arguing about who's fault certain things had been. Sam smirked and chuckled while they did, but in the end she couldn't help laughing. "Oh it doesn't damage anything, but it does answer my question!" She said and nodded. "You two..." Samantha pointed her finger at them both and shook her head.
"Some day... Some day someone will chronicle your lives and all you've done and all your shenanigans..." She added, looking pretty sure about that. "And people all over the world will read the shit out of that book."

Victor agreed with Kit. It was kind of obvious though, that they weren't very serious. They were when they needed to be, but not one second longer. Maybe that was why they got along with Ranger so well. They had a mutual understanding of when to take things seriously and when to be silly and have fun. "Well, yeah. It takes a lot to anger that big guy, but Greg managed to do it." Victor said, recalling the episode where Thomas grabbed Greg and lifted him up in the air and then flinging him onto a chair. The bassist had a smirk on his face at the memory. "I know it was bad and all that, but it looked epic." He said, chuckling.

Kit began to explain that she didn't get angry very much, but she also had things that bothered her. As did everyone. It was just terribly hard to imagine with this petite woman. "Actually, Kit. Promise me you'll never get angry around me." Victor said and took a sip of his beer. "I've seen everyone in my band angry. Thomas isn't the most frightening one when he is, but..." He paused and smirked. "Seeing you angry might be the most terrifying thing on earth..." Victor chuckled and drank more beer. Maybe it wouldn't be so scary, it would just be overwhelming because it was so hard to imagine.

Kasei took to standing back a ways as Zack spoke to the waiter, hoping the guy wasn't going to give them any trouble - she didn't really want to have to be down here any longer than they already had to either. Partly because she wasn't feeling terribly social at the moment (Not that she thought she ever was) and partly because as she watched Zack scan the surrounding areas she knew he must be worrying. She rubbed her temples and sighed. Dammit, this was what she really hadn't wanted, she thought as she looked down at the floor. She looked up when the waiter confirmed they could order and then just go back up to their rooms though and quickly decided to just order something simple off of the menu before taking a seat across from Zack. She didn't really smile, her mind elsewhere as she wondered what the rest of their bands were up to in attempts to not worry, as she didn't think Zack needed her additional negativity.

"What do you want to bet, tonight someone is going to do something wild and we're going to miss it because we weren't there?" Kasei asked him, willing to wager Jukka and Tanner were already up to no good. Although she also supposed that Sam was there, so that might keep him in check. That didn't mean the others were going to be necessarily well behaved though.

"No, really. I was...Well, I guess I wasn't perfectly well behaved. But he made it worse!" Tanner insisted. It was fairly true, he had met Jukka when he was a child after moving from one of the northernmost parts of Finland. He hadn't been nearly as much of a troublemaker back then, but when he met Jukka the other boy quickly became his best friend and he discovered his more mischievous side.

"He's not entirely wrong there." Jukka admitted with a shrug before smiling at Sam and then laughing at what she said. "That would actually be pretty cool." He said, nodding slowly and seeming to consider the idea.

"We'd just have to find someone mad enough to take a chance to write and publish it." Tanner added, smiling.

Kit couldn't help but smile. He had a point there, while it had been slightly intimidating to see how easily Thomas had thrown the guy around she had to admit it was an action-hero worthy performance. "I can't disagree there, that was action movie worthy." She said, laughing a little as she recalled the event. Thomas didn't seem the type to get angry easily but Greg had certainly provoked him so he'd had it coming. She figured it was probably a good thing Thomas didn't anger easily.

"I don't know if I could be that frightening, but if it makes you feel better, okay." Kit said, laughing a little and then taking a sip of her drink. "So, if Thomas isn't the scariest when he's angry...Who is?" She asked, wondering who it could be. Thomas was pretty scary but that might also just be because of the sheer size of him.
