Rick Jhonson

A simple man with poor education and strong moral values. He is very good at handling heavy machinery. Hard work is Ricks biggest passion and a black and white moral code guides his personal decisions.

Description

Rick is a 45 year old man with a full beard, brown skin, dark hair and brown eyes. He stands six feet tall and weighs 280 pounds. He has broad shoulders he is muscular but still has a good amount of fat. Rick has no clothes of his own so he always uses the Sepex issued uniforms and casual wear.

Personality

Terrible Education and an average IQ makes Rick a very simple man. Rick is a driven person; he likes to work to keep himself busy. He is not a curious person and has no particular passions; he has a strong black and white moral code. He holds on to mayor offenses against him but easily forgets anything minor.

History

Rick dropped out of school early in his alive. He spent most of his early years working shitty jobs here and there. Later on he found a job in a farm; there he discovered his talent with heavy machinery. After a couple of years of training he managed to get a license to operate heavy machinery.

Some years later the farm where Rick worked started a project to build a self-sustaining farm on a space ship. The mechanics of the company were surprised with Rick’s efficiency and working attitude. That’s when Rick got an invitation to go and be part of the first colonization wave to this new planet.

At first he had no desire to accept, but after a couple of months of constant nagging from his boss Rick accepted the invitation. He started training, and even though he flunked most technical courses he aced all practical courses that required the use of Machines including Outer Space Repairs with exo-suits.

He got accustomed to space life quickly and enjoys always having something to do.

Rick stood still while Brock made his examination. He started to feel better, he was no longer shaking and the headache was subsiding. Rick started noticing stuff now that his mind started to work properly. He noticed the flicker of the lights as if power was failing. He noticed the empty hibernation capsules. He noticed Brock leaving the room.

“Hey wait for me,” Said Rick when he saw Brock stand at the now opened door. “What are we going to do about that guy? Are we just going to leave him there?”
