Have you ever wondered what makes people who they are? Maybe you've asked yourself, why is that boy so lazy? Or why did that kid kill himself? Or maybe you're thinking on the other side of the coin. Why is that girl so good? Does he even know what boobs are? I actually tend to find it quite amusing when I am asked these questions, since the answers are only too obvious. It was like asking why Jack The Ripper killed. Wrath, that's it. The boy is lazy, you say? Obviously Sloth. How about the one that killed himself? Perhaps Envy or, yet again, Wrath.

But what about those good ones? This is where it gets a bit more complicated. Let's take the girl who always takes the time to write out little notes for people, stuffing them in their bags when they aren't looking, or putting them in their lockers. Gabriel is influencing her. Alright well, what about that boy who always stands up for others? Michael, of course. The one that can almost magically calm others down with his presence? Raphael.

Who are all these people? How can they do this? Well, this answer is a pretty easy one too. Those 'bad' guys are The Seven Princes of Hell, the 'good' guys The Seven Archangels.

Heaven and Hell are at war, just like usually. But this one is bad, real bad. Lucifer and God are about to be shoved off their thrones and be thrust into battle. They decide to try something first, though. It's the Seven Princes and Seven Archangels that always start the fights, they are the ones that hate each other with every fiber of their being. Surprising, right? You'd expect it to be Lucifer, since he is supposed to be jealous of God. After time he learned to just get over it, he didn't care anymore. But that is another story.

Instead of accidently crushing Earth in their war, they decide to improvise. There is a mansion in New York, where they are sending the Seven Princes and the Seven Archangels. At the mansion, they are to work on 'getting along' and 'being friends' with one another. Obviously neither Lucifer or God thought that they would comply though, and they were probably right, so they forced it. Each Prince has been bound to a Archangel, and vice versa. Some of them have chosen to change their names, to fit in a bit better, though some may keep their real names.

Image

Gabriel | Messenger | Female | Taken
Gabriel, also known as the 'messenger of God', can literally send messages to God. Though it isn't like a note in an envelope, she just has to concentrate and she will be able to speak to him. During this period she will probably look as if she is sleeping, since this conversation literally happens in her brain. Though she can also speak to Lucifer, and dead souls, and into other peoples minds.

Michael | Stubborn | Male | Taken
Michael is commonly considered the 'protector of people'. This boy will literally do anything he can to stand up for people being bullied or hurt or even talked down to. Some may call him stubborn, most just call him an ass. His power is persuasion, making it easy for him to convince someone to leave another alone.

Raphael | Healer | Male | Taken
Raphael has the power to heal others wounds. Though this happens to also be bad for him, since once he heals them he will take half of the damage onto himself. He is most commonly known as 'the one whom heals'.

Uriel | Guide | Female | Taken
Uriel is known as 'the guide'. Her powers can be described as somewhat of an precognition, since she can touch someone and see their past and multiple futures. Of course, someones future changes every second, so she can never know for sure. Not only this, but she can literally see the path of others. At least the path they should be taking, to be closer to God.

Selaphiel | Humble | Female | Taken
Selaphiel has the power to calm others around her, immediately able to dim their anger, happiness, anything they may be feeling. Though these feelings can often give her headaches, and the ability to calm others actually happens to make her very emotionally-deficient.

Jegudiel | Praise | Male | Taken
Jegudiel tends to be the happy, carefree one of the house. He's very crazy, fun, incredibly kind. This boy likes to be best friends with everyone, though can come off as very shy. His power is to be able to make anyone feel happy, or get rid of their anger.

Barachiel | Lightning | Female | Reserved
Barachiel can create lightning. Though that is the brunt of her power, it is not where it ends. She can also control anything to do with the weather and most electrical things.

Castiel | The Bridge | Female | Taken
Castiel controls the bridge between the three worlds, and those who cross it. Her power is invisibility, which also allows her to conceal the bridge and make other people or things visible or invisible to others.[/i]

Image
All of the Princes can touch a human being and make them become their sin. Meaning if say, Envy, touched a woman and told her that she really, really wanted a pair of shoes, she would kill for them. Though they would have no memory of it afterwards.[/size]

Lucifer | Pride | Male | Reserved
Lucifer is the Prince of Pride. This could be because he literally is the prince of Hell, being Lucifer's son.

Mammon | Greed | Female | Taken
Mammon is the Prince-ss of Greed, wanting everything and anything she can get her hands on.

Asmodeus | Lust | Male | Taken
Asmodeus is the Prince of Lust, though his views on humans and other immortals are quite different than most. He is easily jealous and likes to be in charge.

Leviathan | Envy | Female | Taken
Leviathan is the Prince-ss of Envy. This causes her emotions to be very messy, and she tends to have many different personalities at once.

Beelzebub | Gluttony | Male | Taken
Though it probably seems like Beelzebub, the Prince of Gluttony, would probably be very big, he isn't. It isn't just food that attracts him, he just likes be showered with everything he can have. You could say he's quite, possessive.

Satan | Wrath | Male | Taken
Satan is Lucifer's younger brother, and he hates him with every fiber of his being. If he wasn't younger, he would have been the heir to Hell. Though he is still a prince, but just the Prince of Wrath.

Bardiel | Murder | Male | Taken
You could probably picture the Prince of Murder a modern day Jack The Ripper. He is bloodthirsty, craving the pain and suffering of others and completely against the love trying to be thrust upon him.

Belphegor | Sloth | Female | Taken
I'm afraid the only thing keeping Belphegor skinny is the idea of actually having to get up and go all the way to the kitchen pretty much appalls her. She is the Prince-ss of Sloth, and it fits quite well.

Each Prince and Archangel had specific instructions. The letters each received had very few differences, but they were instructed to bring said letter with them to the upcoming meeting. Every pair was assigned a place to meet at exactly nine PM, and after getting accustomed to each other, they were to go immediately to the mansion.

In the mansion, the pairs each get their own room. The rooms are right next to each other, and connected with a bathroom in the middle.

Image

A dark nightclub next to an alleyway?, really? This was probably the worst place she could ever imagine to host a meeting or bonding, whatever they were calling it. Technically the pairs were already bonded though, at least so she had been told. To her, the bond seemed silly. But it still wasn't something to be taken lightly. A bond between two very powerful beings, like the most powerful things besides God and Lucifer themselves, was nearly unbreakable. It was a bond that you had to live with, no matter what complaints or problems you had with it. You could probably plead your case to the big guys, but even then it was unlikely to be changed. They had done this for a reason, to unite the sides and hopefully stop the war that would eventually crush Earth. Still, she didn't know why she had to be included in it. Gabriel and Lucifer could have sufficed, they were the most well known to the humans.

The nightclub was beginning to fill up as nine approached. A few men had already come over and offered to buy her a drink, and she had politely denied each time, stating that she didn't drink and was here to meet someone. Actually, the first statement was true, and it wasn't just because she was an angel. Alcohol had just never been something that she wished to drink, the times she had had it, the drink had been disgusting. And it wasn't just that, she didn't like smoking either, actually she happened to despise that. Many people here seemed to be oblivious to her glares though, and they continued to smoke. Now the latter, that was true to, but she wished it wasn't. There was nothing she wouldn't give to be able to back out of this.

You would probably expect a cafe called Coffee Shoppe to serve the worst food and coffee you'd ever tasted. You would also be correct.

Raphael wasn't one to complain very often. He was stubborn, he liked doing his own thing, he didn't like to be bothered. But he was also quiet, and he wasn't the person that would make a big deal out of nothing. So he sat quietly in the corner of the cafe, sipping the most disgusting mocha frappe he had ever tasted, and debating on if he should even try and eat the cookie that sat in front of him. Really, for all he knew, that thing could be poison too. It could kill him! At the same time though, he was starving, and that cookie was looking awfully delicious. Though he knew that if he ate it, he would probably be paying for it in a little. His throat was already burning from the damn coffee, it was supposed to be iced, not steaming.

But again, he reminded himself, he was not a complainer. And he certainly did not like to attract attention to himself. Setting the coffee cup down on the table in front of him, he looked towards the door yet again. He had gotten here at about eight thirty, probably a lot earlier than he should have. Though he really didn't want to keep this new, er, partner waiting. Was he supposed to call him partner? He didn't want to call him his new boyfriend or anything, that would be really weird since they hadn't even met yet. There was no telling if they would even get along, but if he knew anything about the Princes, they liked being in charge and liked people doing what they said. Which meant they would likely get along, because Raphael hated making decisions or being in charge.

He leaned back into his seat, lids half-closed, thick lashes falling. Asmodeus had been here a while already, silently watching his supposed bond mate. Appearance-wise, decent, mannerisms, strange. After all, why subject yourself to such disgusting beverages when the earthly realm with filled with much more desirable sensations. So far, his opinion was rather low. He did know some things about this drudge, that his name was Raphael for one, and that he was blessed with the ability to heal. Otherwise, very little. He never did like interacting with archangels even when he had been a resident of the Upper Planes, for they were the most deluded of them all. It wasn't hard for him to deduce why they were favoured by God, for they were simply blind, devoted to a ignorant fool. For one to not truly experience the physical world, yet preside over it, was moronic. At least Lucifer, the one he now follows, understood at least that much.

Deciding to prolong the meeting no longer, Asmodeus finally ventured outside, pushing the heavy car door open as he stepped through. A satisfying slam was soon followed by the usual locking beep. Reaching the entrance, he was greeted by the familiar ringing of the bell hanging above the frame. Casually, his eyes found the hidden angel and merely returned a long, fixed gaze as he looked over his host in greater detail. The Prince was dressed simply, a light blue buttoned up short sleeve and dark jeans with sneakers, he looked more like a college student than a demon in disguise. Though with his sleek, medium-length hair, the very few patrons of the cafe gave him a second look just to check that he was not in fact a she, before proceeding to "enjoy" their meals.

Once he reached the table, Asmodeus slid into the seat with grace. He was well-versed in the human body, and able to move its fleshy parts with purpose for he had spent much of his time above the levels of Hell. One could not help it, things simply grew bland after eons of the fiery pits and eternal suffering.

Before his partner could stumble about a greeting, he decided to answer the first question on his mind.

"Asmodeus."

If Raphael were knowledgeable in the Pact, perhaps he would recognize the name. Asmodeus the trickster some called him, though he thought Asmodeus the wise was far more appropriate.

Selah was never in line or okay with meeting anywhere, let alone with one of the dank beings she had been told to despise. Now in a drastic turning of the tables she was being order to bond with one. City light filtered into her meeting place, a large park surrounding a small lake that probably was infested with more pollution than the air she was breathing. Nonetheless, she followed her very detailed directions to a T. Someone upstairs must have though it would be funny to force the two to meet in a large park, alone, at the very dark hour of nine at night.

Recent usage of her powers left Selah in her regular emotional catatonic state. It was not as if the lady did not want emotions but her ability was useful, resulting in a total drainage of personality she might have left. Her whole entire life had been this way, resulting in her solitude and exceptional adoration for silence. The power of hers was uncontrollable, often sucking emotions from those that did not want such thing to happen. Alas, she was strong with her capabilities, proving a necessity to the big man upstairs, as she did his bidding as he pleased. She could not deny his orders, let alone ignore them.

The innocent looking angel decided to dress her part at least, the higher ups had told her to do as such. 'As a representation of Heaven-' Selah recited the lines over in her head and must have heard them hundreds of times before taking the descending pathway to the human realm. Cool air swept through the thick green leaves, rustling them into a whirlwind of crisp noise in the surprisingly silent night. The bright full moon reflected lightly across her pale skin illuminating it into an ethereal shimmer. For the occasion of meeting her 'bond' Selah chose an icy blue dress made of fine lace. The fabric clung to her waist, only to fall lightly to atop her knee in a soft manner. She smoothed the soft material once more while gazing out into the darkness, hoping her bond would arrive soon. A twinge of her did hope that whoever it is would be pleased with her, but that was a very small part.

Jon looked at the park with hate and anger of course this is how he looked at everything he can't feel any other emotion besides anger and hate while amongst other beings including the other princes. His powers had a no exception rule. Before he was at the park he went to a drug store to replenish his pack of smokes as well as grab a bottle of Jack for when he got home. While in the drug store he found a man who was only looking for something to drink. Jon sensed the anger inside of the man when he took a closer look he saw that this man just saw his wife with another man and in retaliation he want to kill his cheating wife and her "Secret" lover. This put an angry grin on Jon's face he walked over to the man and said "You want to kill her shes a whore and a whore deserves to die in a brutal manner. Now go and kill her or you can be a little kitty about it and let her continue to shame you." Without using any words the man simply charged out of the store his fists in a tight fist Jon felt the anger and was angry himself "Goddamn I have to go to the park!" he paid for his things and left the store.

Jon walked into the park he figured that his 'bond' would be in the center of the park "Typical everyone has to the center of the park just to meet a person. Pisses me off." In a rough way he pulled out a smoke put it in his mouth and lit it up. Taking in a deep breath he felt himself relax a little. When he finally reached the center of the park he found a girl in a what he could guess a blue dress walking up to her he yelled out "I could only hope that you are the person I am supposed to meet if not then screw it let there be a war." When he got closer he felt his anger vanish all the hate and anger from everyone seemed to disappear he was caught a little speechless from this.

Michael sat down with his tray inside of the Fatburger. He was supposed to meet that one here. He surveyed what he had ordered, a medium burger with bacon, a medium chocolate shake, and an order of skinny fries. It was horrible how humans submitted themselves to this, though the fact they survived it was equally amazing.
He took a quick check around the restaurant, not being able to find who he was supposed to be meeting here. He could only guess that this was like a second heaven, or hell rather, for her. Most enthusiasts of the small eatery were heavily goring on themselves, not careful enough to check if what they were doing was wrong. At least everybody was being polite, though they kept to themselves. Somebody had even given a meal to a less fortunate person, which had made him smile.
He turned back to his burger, and after reminding himself that he wasn't human, so nothing could kill him by means of heart attack or food poisoning, he reluctantly took a bite of the burger. It was good. Good enough that he saw why the humans tainted their bodies with such food. He took a napkin too wipe anything off of his mouth, but stopped halfway through. Their was a feeling he had not felt in a long time. He wiped the small bits of burger off of his face, turning to see it.

Mammon

Mammon sat in her car, the engine off, for about 25 minutes before finally deciding to go in. She had made sure to get there early, but when she had arrived, she couldn't make herself get out of the car. She was dreading meeting with her bonded partner, but it wasn't so much the what as opposed to the who. She had more then asked around about Michael, and after finding out what she had, she learned that he was stubborn. That would be interesting, considering she was too. Mammon sighed, pulling the keys out of the ignition, and dusting herself off as she stepped out. A few minutes ago, she had seen him walk inside, and from her car, she could see the back of his head as he sat in a booth, so she decided she had kept him waiting long enough. Try to behave, she thought, wiping her face of the clear and heavy smirk it was holding before, and entering the building.

At the first table, she plucked a fry out of an untouched container at a couples table, no protests from them as her apparent glaring had actually been mind altering. She looked at it, about to bite it, then decided not to, dropping it on the ground, and sitting across from the boy, pulling her legs up underneath her, criss cross style. Not saying anything, she began looking into the boy, embracing every feature he had, every aspect of how he looked, the curve in his nose, the prominent cheek bones. Mammon just sat there, embracing him, trying to keep herself distracted from the overbearing amount of food around her. And the whole time, she said nothing.

"Oh, come on..." Gabrielle fumbled with the chain, trying to wrap it around her bike so that it was linked to the post, but to no avail. It was too short. How had that happened? Gabrielle's brow furrowed with confusion as she inspected the metal links, trying to figure out how it had reduced in size so suddenly; it had been perfectly fine this morning, right?

Jegudiel... Gabby's eyes narrowed, her suspicions rising. It had to be him! No one else had the ability to gain forgiveness as easily as the archangel who could remove anyone's anger; only he would dare anything so brave, since his safety was ensured already. Oh, she would totally get him back. Huffing to herself, Gabrielle gathered the chain and put it in the basket on the front of her bike. She then bent down to kiss the right handlebar, blessing her bike so that it wouldn't get stolen before she returned. She'd cycled over to the mall and she intended to cycle back home, too; it wouldn't do for her main mode of transportation to go missing, now would it? Ah, the perks of being God's favorite...

Now, enough of that bike. Gabrielle had some shopping to do! She'd taken the initiative to chose the mall as her meeting place with Lucifer, and she was nearly running late. She was supposed to meet him at Bloomingdale's, but she had to get there in time to scope out a shirt or something nice for him as a peace offering before he arrived. The responsibility to make this experiment a success rested on Gabrielle's shoulders, and she had to make sure everything went smoothly--starting with her own bond. If she could make things work with Lucifer, then hopefully that would set a good example for the other pairs and they could prevent the Apocalypse (again).

The only problem was that this was Lucifer they were talking about, the pride of Hell and just as nasty. Gabrielle would have to make an honest effort to get along with him, plus do everything in her power to make sure the big man upstairs stayed happy with her. Otherwise, she'd get a long lecture from Him and boy were those mental conversations exhausting...

Gabrielle entered the high end store and paused, taking a moment to enjoy the warmer temperature inside before venturing towards a display of latest Armani arrivals. She knew Lucifer took pride in his appearance, so getting him something expensive and flattering should do the trick.

As Herald walked the dark streets of crimes, the paper in his pocket was being crushed by his hands. His hair lightly shading his left eye, making his glances abruptly ruder than usual. Although he is usually like that. Possessing next to no emotions at all and glances that might have pissed or piqued some stranger, Herald had attracted attention he find annoying. A group of gangsters sat in a corner of a wide alley he passed by. Their eyes locked onto him, however, no heed was paid by Herald, who walked through the stares as if nothing. Though somehow his menacing figure had them hesitating.

"What a pain in the ass." He muttered to no one. He pulled the crushed note up to his chest, and opened it. Words of otherworldly language appeared, however, Herald could read it no problem. It wrote a name unknown to him, a map or sort vague pinpoints the meeting location vaguely. Coincidentally, he was standing right in front of the alley next to appointed meeting place. Chaining his movements, he walked by a dumpster, slammed it with just enough force to make the lid pop up, and threw the note in, closing the chain with a slam on the top of the lid.

The nightclub was already filled with people. All the people joking and some drinking. More smoking and more flirting. These were all nothing but annoyances to his ears. A rage inside him instinctively tells him to massacre every living being in this very room, however, it was averted by a unknown magical barrier. He could feel nothing now. The noises at his ears irritated him more and more, to no end. Enduring this is already a pain, but trying to find his so called "bonding partner" amidst this crowd meant nothing but a huge pain to him. "Damn whoever set this up." He muttered to no one again. Though some heard him, he just walked off.

Through sheer luck, he found his target, and he didn't kill someone today. Hooray. Now he just had to meet with this women and move to a mansion and he can just forget about this bonding business and perhaps get on with his boring life. With the God sealing away his powers, he could have done nothing but sit in one corner and water flowers. The usual thing nowadays his life. With his other hand in his pocket, he pulled the chair nearest to him and sat down. His target facing him. He stared at this "bonding partner" of his, and waited for a question. To him, this seemed as if nothing more than a hassle, and all he wanted to do is to quickly get over it and go back to his business.

Lovely day! What an absolutely lovely day indeed!, As always Jeg was jolly and happy even though he will have to spend time bonded to one who is completely opposite to him. Although he does invoke happiness and eliminate anger, he does like to be a trickster at times, laughter, obvious as it is, was one of his favorite things. Jeg arrived in New York not long ago, and as usual he was hopping around all over the place. The sun was shining and the streets were full. Jeg had chosen this time for a good reason, he loved the sun and loved the happiness radiating from people. The appointed location was in front of a fountain in central park. Jeg took a seat on the bench and waited, patiently he sat there, thinking of how the others were fairing. He knew some of his brothers and sisters would be fine, he also knew that some of the others might not. As Jeg sat thinking of the others he burst into laughter, "Dear sister, I do hope your chain is well on this fine morning!" he said to no one in particular. He quickly turned and pulled out half a chain from his back pocket, and tossed it into the fountain. Aside from the joking there was another matter he had to attend. From the day he was created, he made a promise to get at least one smile from Selah, everyday, until the day things end.
Some of the other angels will not take these matters so lightly Michael for example might not be so calm about these things.

All serious matters aside Jeg decided that he would make the bonding a fun thing, and would most likely try to appease everyone. He hated fighting, oh he hated it so much, he preferred laughing, and smiling. Its a been a while, and Belle still wasn't here. He sighed and threw a coin into the fountain, it was a stupid superstition he knew it, but it was a well worthy one. Wherever Jeg stood he radiated positive energy, one that is very hard to negate. Jeg also liked nature, which was another reason why he chose central park, the greenery made things even better.

Walking as if he had everything in the world, he began to walk across the street. Everyone looked at him as if he was crazy, what he was doing wasn't really bothering him because, there wasn't any cars coming so why stop? Shaking his head he smiled, and continued on towards his destination, the mall. He was supposed to meet her here which, wasn't a bad place to meet at all. The crowded areas would usually be the places he'd actually go to. Sliding his hands into his coats pockets, he'd continue further inside the mall. He actually didn't really care for the archangels much, as long as they didn't insult him and his position then they wouldn't really be the ones that'd piss him off. Plus, he rarely got mad, he was too busy feeling pride to feel any other emotion.

Looking around the mall, he would be looking for the place Gabrielle had told him to meet her at. Normally he would say hell no, and never come because, that was how he was; but, since she was actually choosing a place of his liking. He would be proud to consider it. Bloomingdale's? He absolutely enjoys that place, that was where he'd get most of his coats and some of his shirts from. Only thinking that he would be the one to look good in any clothing he decided to wear, he actually had fun having people feel pride on what they had picked out to wear. Which meant it was more fun for him, being the one that had convinced them to give in to their pride.

Here he was thinking that she'd pick a place that had horrible food, or somewhere that wasn't to his liking. After finding Bloomingdale's he began to look around for Gabrielle. Grinning to himself, he began to walk over to his partner,"There you are, 'partner', and here I was thinking you had no taste." He actually did have a problem with being friendly with a total opposite, it was as if he was meeting up with his parallel self. It was actually pretty bad for him, he doesn't really think that they could actually get a long enough to stop anything from happening. But, there was no shame in trying unless, that would be the thing to ruin his position. He didn't want that to happen. But, him being him, he would rather be the one to get praised for what he is doing, so he'd do his best to keep his distance.

Against his will. This whole damn situation was forced upon him against his will and Judas hated it.

He shut off the engine of his car abruptly and turned around in his seat to check on his stuff in the back. His two suitcases of clothes and other necessities had been stored in the trunk while his favorite possessions were stacked and ordered in the back seat. He hated to have to haul them around, endangering them to get stolen or damaged, but the way he saw it, he had no choice. If he had left them at home with the less important things, he risked the same issues with the only difference being that he had no way of protecting them.

Judas sighed, he would have to get out of the car soon to meet his 'partner', leaving his objects alone and helpless. It really didn't sit well with the gluttonous prince but he knew it had to be done. Finally, he gathered up his will and got out of the car, pocketing his keys and walking around to the trunk. He opened it up and pulled out a large blanket before shutting the trunk and making his way to one of the doors to the back seat and opening it. Carefully, the positioned the blanket over his things, hoping it would protect them from any wandering eyes. When he was satisfied that not one of his precious belongings was showing, he shut the door and made sure (multiple times) that it was locked. He would have not one of his things taken or there would be consequences.

Their meeting place was a small antiques store in the shopping district part of a quaint town just off of the highway. It had been difficult to find, but Judas found the place to be rather cute. Cute and gullible. He had been very pleased when he saw that they'd be meeting at a store and tried to get there as early as possible to give him time to snatch up some new possessions before his 'partner' came.

Archangel.

The word pounded in Jonas's head as he strutted down the cobblestone streets. It made him sick to the stomach when he thought about having to share his air and time with one of the foul creatures. A shiver ran up his spine and he hugged his jacket closer to himself. Whoever it was he was sure he'd hate them.

Ding

A small bell jingled when he pushed open the door to the store and he cringed at the sound, ringing in his ears even after the actual bell had stopped making a sound. Was this what it felt like to be nervous?

An elderly woman at the counter looked up from her book and smiled before returning her attention to the words. Judas quickly weaved his way through to the back of the store where he'd be out of the woman's sight. The place was completely empty and smelled of dust and the lady's perfume.

His attention was quickly caught by a small gold figurine of a dancer, little diamonds hanging from her ears and on her shoes as well as from a small necklace sculpted around her neck. The whole thing could easily fit in the palm of one of Judas's hands and his fingers itched to snatch it up and hide it in his jacket. He reached for it but a blinking light in his peripherals stopped him. Turning his head he saw that the light was part of a security camera, its accusing lense pointing right at him. Hissing obscenities under his breath, Judas stuffed his hands in his pockets to keep them under control and began wandering the isles until his 'partner' came around.

It had walked in, daintily and gracefully, he dared not look at her, lest to give any sign of interest. When she sat down, there was a moment where they just sat there, staring at each other. He was waiting for her to make the first move, but to no avail. Might as well break the ice.
"Last time we met I was busy stomping some of your families faces into your house. Long time since then Mammon." He didn't even wait for her reply, he was glad they had been sent here, this was a perfect place for her to snap so he could send her back as well. Might as well decimate the ice if not just break it. "I'm guessing that we're both not happy about the entire bonding thing though." He was trying to be polite to her, it was hard, but at least he wasn't going to get in trouble for it. The fact that he would be having to share a conjoined room with her was absolutely repulsive. Why was he being punished for an eternity of servitude, something he was created to do. The lord was to forgiving this time, and Michael would have his protest. "Can I buy you something to eat? Or do you want to just suffer there."

Belphegor

Awoken by the voice of the mortal driver she had hired, Belle's eyes fluttered open, only to be shocked by the sun shining through the window and onto her face. Flipping her sunglasses down, a large sigh emitted from her mouth as she turned towards the door, waiting for her second mortal helper of the day. The door was opened for her, a thick man standing there, then leaning down and picking her up, doing that task he was payed to do. "Where to miss?" He said, his voice low, yet some how pleasing to hear. "The fountain," she mumbled, her body draped over his, her energy completely gone. Lifting her head up slowly, Belle glanced at a biker near her, smirking lightly, and breathing in, energy rushing from his body to hers, as she draped herself back into the mans arms. "We're almost there miss." He said, probably confused as to why he had been hired, though not asking questions. "Uhm who are you here to meet?" He asked, his voice officially confused this time, as Belle lifted her head, seeing who she needed, and motioning for him to put her down. As he did, she handed him a wad of cash, lifting up her glasses to look him straight in the eyes. "When I whistle, you come. Got it?" Her voice, though usually slothlike and quiet, became rough as she gave commands, the man nodding his head, then walking away when Belle twirled around her finger, signaling him to go.

Smoothing her clothing down, Belle walked to the boy she was sent to meet, sitting on the fountain next to him, her sunglasses now concealing her eyes.

"Hello."

Mammon

Mammon stared back as Michaels eyes looked at her, probably searching for an answer she was certainly not going to give, and words she was not going to say. Finally, giving into the hungry silence, the boy spoke up. Horrible way to start, she thought, already dreading however long it was that she was going to have to be pared with him. But, it was like him to start off with a memory that wasn't necessarily good, but at least he acknowledged the fact that neither of them would be happy. As he offered to buy her something, her smirk some how repainted itself on her face, her realizing she no longer wanted food.Instead, she wanted to have done what he didn't want her to, to not give in. She wanted to displease him. She wanted to make him feel bad. And she was going to. because she always got what she wanted.

"No," she said, each word formed perfectly in her colored lips. "Unlike some, I don't succumb to," she paused, glancing at the food infront of him. "That." She finished. "Though I will take a water," she smirked, dimples forming on her cheek at her ability to resist what he so wanted her to want.

She knew as soon as the Prince entered the nightclub. Hell, she still remembered the day that Lucifer had created the Prince's, it was hard to forget the energy that they gave off. The Archangel's were older than them by years, hundreds of years actually. Only when Lucifer the Archangel had been thrown from Heaven, were they created. Though many of the Prince's were scarily stronger than the Arch's, which certainly wasn't a good thing. It meant that when the bad guys caught one of them on their own, they weren't returning anytime soon. Or at all. Actually, the whole idea was pretty backwards. Light was always supposed to beat Dark, but in this case, Dark was so much stronger. Both Lucifer and God had the same amount of power though, the flaw in the project was that God didn't want his angels becoming corrupt, so he didn't allow them as much power as Lucifer allowed his demons.

A bartender placed a drink down beside her, and she frowned. "From the man over there," he quickly explained, seeing her glare. The man shrunk back a bit, apparently getting the hint that she didn't want him near her. "Drink," she pushed it back towards him. "Go. Now." He took the drink and hurried off, leaving her to continue staring at her hands in her lap and wish that this night would never have to happen. Cas wasn't going to fall in love with some demon, even if she was stuck with him for the rest of her life.

A man came and sat across from her, simply staring at her. She raised an eyebrow- even though he probably couldn't even see with how dark it was in the club -, waiting for him to say something. "What?", Cas demanded, sitting up a bit straighter. It was then that she caught that same energy again, and her eyes widened a bit. "You're the stupid Prince, aren't you?

Raphael finally gave in. Picking up the cookie, he broke off a small piece and stuck it in his mouth. It wasn't terrible, at least he didn't think so. They really didn't tend to eat much in Heaven, though he had consumed human food before. Most or the Arch's just fed off of energy, obviously from the souls up in Heaven. Some of them did prefer human food though, but those were the ones that came down to Earth a lot more than the others did. Raphael had long ago decided that he preferred this place over his last home, there was much more to do. Obviously Heaven was well, Heaven, and it was great. But one month down here, was about ten years up there. It was the same for Hell, which was why the Arch's hated having to go down there. Missions took forever, and there was almost no chance that you would survive.

That was why Earth was really a Heaven for both species, if they could see it that way. Time seemed to- literally -fly down here. It seemed as if the only problem was the humans, but unlike some of the others, Raph loved the humans. They seemed like the most interesting creatures, the way they acted, how they spoke. Their smiles, laughter, tears even! He couldn't get enough of them, if he hadn't been taught that following a human was creepy, he probably would be doing the exact thing right now. Following, observing, asking questions, bothering them. Raph was always teased for these sort of things, but he couldn't help it. It might have been weird to think about, but he had been gifted with the power of healing, and it gave him a desire to know how things worked.

Feeling someones eyes on him, he looked up to see who it was. The sight he was provided though, made a slight chill run through his body. Asmodeus, that was all he knew of the Prince, his name. And he was also determined to make the best out of the situation they were both in. At first he had attempted to stand, at least try and make a decent impression by shaking his hand or something, but before he could push himself into action, the Prince was already sitting in front of him.

"Uh, yes, Asmodeus, hi." Oh, my God, Raph, get yourself under control. "I am Raphael, it's a pleasure to finally, er, meet you."

"Though I will take a water."
"I'm guessing you don't take it blessed." He mused with a life-threatening jest.
Good enough, he walked to the counter, got a water, then put it in front of her.
"Interesting, neither of us like this whole binding thing." He took a drink from his milkshake, giving him time to think over his next sentence. "Why you so angry about it? Me I just hate your being, but I should probably find it interesting to see your point of view."
He resumed munching, might as well do something while waiting for her response.

"There you are, 'partner', and here I was thinking you had no taste."

Gabrielle looked up from where she was inspecting a silk Armani tie, trying to see if it would compliment the deep maroon shirt she'd picked out earlier. Rats, he was on time! She'd been hoping he would be late so she'd have time to make her purchase, but alas...

"Hey, I have excellent taste!" She said defensively. And, as if to prove that she was tasteful in all matters tasty, Gabrielle held up the shirt against his chest and then pressed the tie on top. Keeping both items in place, she tilted her head to the side and squinted. "Looks good," she finally decided. "But of course it will look good--you're the Prince, it's kind of impossible for you to look anything less than perfect. You've got really clear skin, by the way. I'm totally jealous."

Gabrielle's plan of action was simple: smother Lucifer with compliments and stroke his sense of pride to the point where he was constantly happy and couldn't mess up their bonding with negative feelings. Pride was definitely the root of all sin--Gabrielle, being an angel, mentally cringed at the though of being so close to evil--but it wasn't infallible. She could handle this. Compliments were easy to give.

"Hey, I have excellent taste!" Hearing the archangel say, and he knew she was saying it in defense of his comment towards her taste in fashion. Lucifer shook his head, he couldn't believe she had much of any taste of fashion, not like he did any way. Looking down as she had held up a shirt and a tie against him. Looking down at the article of clothing then back at Gabrielle. "Looks good," Looking down again, it actually did look pretty good, and the tie had matched the deep maroon colored top. But, he would never admit that, since he didn't believe anyone was as perfect as he was in fashion.

"Yes, i'll admit you do have some fashion sense but, not as much as I do." Looking up at her once again, "But of course it will look good--you're the Prince, it's kind of impossible for you to look anything less than perfect. You've got really clear skin, by the way. I'm totally jealous." He couldn't help but, smirk at the comment,"Yes you are right. I'm glad you see my way in things. Thanks for the compliment, dear." Feeling the pride in it already, he actually felt even good about himself than before as that comment was actually coming from the mouth of an archangel.

Looking away from Gabrielle and then looking back. He wondered if she really meant it or was she just trying to fool him. "How jealous are you?" Leaning towards her wanting to hear a little more from her just testing to see if she was actually telling the truth and not just saying that just to be saying it. If it wasn't true then he'd have to keep a far distance from her then.

As an archangel, there was no way Gabrielle could lie so that was a pretty good insurance for her word right there. She could, however, exaggerate a little bit... but she tried not to do that very often, least of all with a powerful Prince that could smell a lie miles away. "My fashion taste is just as good as yours," Gabrielle retorted, hanging the shirt off her arm and starting to move away from the clothing rack, towards the cashier.

She could feel him follow after her, going so far as to lean in to speak his next words. "How jealous are you?" Gabrielle paused, looking over her shoulder at him. "I'm not jealous enough to turn green," she clarified with a smile, not intimidated by his close proximity, "but that alabaster skin is enough to make me as jealous as possible as an angel."

Having reached the cashier, Gabrielle handed over her items and then her credit card (thankfully God had been very generous financially). The total had two zeros after it, causing Gabby to raise her eyebrows, but then she figured it would at least be good enough for her bond. "Here," she said, turning around to hand him the bag, "that's for you. Now, I'm starving. Can we grab a bite to eat before going wherever it is you want to?" Just stay nice, Gabby, and he should be fine. This was like talking to a ticking time bomb... she never knew what might set him off.

Mammon

Rolling her eyes at his comment about blessed water, she stared ahead of her as he got up and went to get her water. When the water was put infront of her, Mammon put her chin into her hand, her head now perfect height to drink, and she bit the straw, drinking water. Curling her lip in disgust as he ate the food, she smirked at his comment. "What makes you think I'm angry" she voiced, blinking slowly. "Maybe it's just that I hate you." she said, smirking more than before, but then wiping her face clean of emotions. The truth was she didn't know why she was so angry. It was obvious that she didn't like him, but it had to be more than that. What makes them so special anyways? she thought, looking closely at him.

Barachiel

Bara walked quietly to the little coffee shop she had been instructed to. The wind swirled around her in a perplexing way, just what Bara thought of this bonding she was supposed to be a part of. She was to be bonded to Leviathan.....the very beast herself. She wasn't sure how to deal with this......she wasn't sure how she felt about this....what Barachiel had heard of this Princess was how messy her entire being was, and the last thing that she needed was to be bonded with a mess. Looking up to the heavens she sent a thought What were you thinking?

One thing Barachiel should have known by now was to never doubt the plans that were made for her, but she was often considered eccentric in her ways and rather unruly, one of the messy archangels....which is why she figured she would at least be bonded with one of the heathens who could keep themselves together. She entered the cafe at exactly 9 P.M., as instructed. Leviathan was nowhere to be found.....figures. Barachiel directed herself to the counter and ordered a coffee, black. Not the favorite of most heavenly beings but it was one of Bara's favorite things on Earth, she'd be damned if she cared about what anyone else thought, and that thought itself made her chuckle quietly. The barista gave her a questioning look as she handed over the dark liquid.

Bara took the black steaming liquid and made her way to an unoccupied table along one of the windows, it was a small thing, with only two seats, and perfect for Bara, this Leviathan was late, so she would have to deal with her choice. From her seat, Bara watched the others who had been sent to the cafe find their bonded partners, seeing equal disgust on both angel and demon alike, and anticipated the arrival of her own. She was taking forever. Soon 15 minutes passed, then 30, 3 cups of coffee.....an hour.....and she was still waiting. It was all she could do to keep from causing a little thunderstorm.....thought the thought of a wet Leviathan making her way into the coffee shop was entertaining to consider.....

Jeg was in deep thought, his head poised forward and his fist under his chin, in thinking position. Jeg had this talent, it wasn't all that usefull, or all that exciting, but it was his. He could go into deep thinking, and completely be in Lala Land sort of speak. Thoughts would run wild through his mind, and he would completely disconnect.

"Hello", at an instant Jeg hopped up in the air, like he does when getting snapped out of daydreaming. He jumped on both his feet and started laughing hysterically. "You will have to pardon me, I just had thought of the best prank... But that my dear will be left for another time." He smiled cheerfully. Nothing could bring his mood down, well... almost. "Excuse my manners, I'm Jegudiel, but you can call me Jeg. As I'm sure you are aware." He hopped back into his seat "And you of course would be Belphegor." They were complete opposites, from what he knew at least. She was sloth, so lazy basically, that doesn't match with Jeg's upbeat and lively style. Nevertheless Jeg was determined to not be her enemy, he would resolve this war in his own way. He had no willingness to fight, unless of course one of his own was in danger. Jeg pondered his might a-bit and turned back to Belphegor."Lets make the best of this, we are different, but that doesn't mean we cant have a quick dinner?" he jumped and laughed, "Lets go get coffee!". Jeg stood and walked a little bit before suddenly turning. "Hey you know, I was wondering, do you smile?" He didn't seem to sound harsh or mean, but in his mind Hell was a place of despair, he would sure love a smile from her.

"What makes you think I'm angry" Well, maybe angry wasn't the best word to use. But certainly, that face did not show happiness towards the situation.
"Maybe it's just that I hate you."
"Easily to understand enough. It's not like we, who like water and flames, were meant to coexist." He finished his burger, then wiped his face clean with napkin. "Yet we can both create steam, which quenches you, and leaves me all in a disjointed mess." He smiled as he started on the fries, this could go either way for him. He saw it as a win-win. If she retaliated, he could go on a spree, if this worked out, then the humans would be safe!
"So, where do you stand, still hate me? Or are you willing to make things work?" He threw the half eaten package of fries back onto the tray, and slid a bit more into his seat, reaching for his drink. "Cheers?" He put it forward, inviting her too bump her water against it.

"I could only hope that you are the person I am supposed to meet. If not then screw it, let there be a war."

Her quite moment in the moonlight went from emotionless to anger. It filled her, consumed her soul in a burning fire, but then a feeling struck her, one she had not experienced. The effect was immediate, as if tons of water had receded from the shell littered shoreline of her mind, taking with it all debris and wreckage of the past. Selah had no idea what was happening, but it felt amazing. As each second passed, the feeling never dwindled. The weight on her soul fled at the sight of the tall man approaching her. It was not as if any sort of infatuation had occurred, relief was at it was.

By the time she could respond, he had made his way over to her, puffing on a cigarette nonchalantly. "Se-Selah. I'm Selah." She stood and offered her hand, noting her small stature next to his. A twinge of emotion escape her, a rare event. Her ability to process her own emotions seemed to overwhelm her light voice.

Jon looked at her and he took her hand at the moment he was still grasping what exactly he was feeling. Was it relive, happiness, excitement, or simply gas? He patted her hand gently "I am Jon Blackwood in a different world I am known as Satan the Prince of Wrath. I-I am actually pleased to meet you." Jon gave a full smile never in his years of existence has he felt anything but anger around another person. He noticed his hands were still on Selah removing them quickly with a moment of humility that passed quickly for him. Looking around the park he said "Do you want to eat or do something? We can just stand in the middle of the park if you want to." he dropped his cigarette and stamped it out and pulled out another one and lit that one as well breathing out a puff of smoke.

Belphegor

Belle's eyes traced the body of the boy infront of her, his body an ever moving form of hyperactive energy. In her mind, she couldn't decide if he was gross, or disgusting. As he introduced himself, she gave him a blank look, not because she didn't like him, but because it was just the look she kept on her face. He was such energy, she could feel it. He was like a magnent to energy, without trying to be. He couldn't create it, as no one can, but his energy seemed to never leave him, reusing its self in a constant circle. It was... incredible, though she would never say it out loud.

Watching him as he formed an ever flowing stream of words, she listened. When he suggested coffee, a sparkle lit up in her eyes, the knowledge of getting coffee overwhelming her sloth-like ness. When he turned around to ask her a question, she grabbed his arm, her hands light and feather like, and pulled herself up, using him to balance her, then started walking as well, her steps heavy, and long, but slow. She heard his question, millions of answers hitting her mind at the same time, almost all sarcastic and cynical, though she wasn't planning on saying any of them. Mumbling a simple, "Yes," she glanced at him, waiting for him to catch up to her, though she didn't smile to him. He would have to earn that.

Mammon

Mammon listened to what he said, and as he spoke his idea of a comparison to her, she couldn't help but disagree. Strongly. She watched his mouth as he hate, both intrigued and disgusted by the way he ate. As he put his cup forward, she smirked, raising hers, but before clinking them together, she spoke. "I think we're more like fire and wood." She said, though she didn't explain the comparison, that was for him to figure out. She bonked her cup against his, taking a sip, then setting it down on the table.

Her comparison was simple really. Without each other, they were each powerful, strong tools. But with each other, one's power would burn, and hers would grown. Stronger and stronger, until eventually she needed more wood, or it burnt out, and died. She knew her comparison was better, as most things she said were, but she wouldn't say that. She didn't want to cause a huge fight. At least, not yet.

Re: Seven Princes & Seven Archangels

UtHey y'all. I'm at a convention until Monday and I'm staff, so I'll respond when I can. My sleeping arrangement doesn't have internet either, but I'll try to write a post on my phone soon!

Re: Seven Princes & Seven Archangels

Alright, well, as long as we don't get craaazy ahead of everyone else, I think it might be okay. Just I mean, don't go crazy, I'm sure you all understand that. xD We have to keep at least somewhat of a general time-ness.

Re: Seven Princes & Seven Archangels

i would post but i havent been able to get a hold of Winter, i have recently been told by another friend that she may be gone for awhile because she has a family emergency...im not exactly sure how long awhile is...but I dont know what to do because i am not sure when my pair bond will be able to post ><

Re: Seven Princes & Seven Archangels

We all know where I stand.

As for posting cycles and time lapses, in every RP I have been in (not saying it has to be this way by any means) we have always just posted. If such a large time lapse occurs, the next post can just catch up with some details. I totally understand some cannot post as much as others and it has nothing to do with dedication level just time, but I for one realllyyyyy want to post again.

:3

Re: Seven Princes & Seven Archangels

I think the posting cycle would be ridiculously long--possibly even days long--if we wait for everyone to go once before posting again. That being said, without a cycle it's really easy to neglect some characters that don't post as frequently... maybe we could just figure out smaller cycles within the RP that depend on where the characters are located? For instance, if there are 4 people in the kitchen they can just post by themselves in their own little cycles, without bothering to wait for someone who's sitting upstairs in his room?

We'd have to be careful of time continuity though (like if there are 2 people upstairs and 4 in the kitchen, posting in separate cycles, but 10 minutes have passed in the kitchen whereas 2 hours have passed upstairs all in the same posting-period). I hope that makes sense! If not, just ignore my ramblings lol

Um, I think, um. asdhflkasjdhflksjadhf. Why do you ask me these things!! Dx

Alright, um, majority wins?

Who thinks we should wait for everyone to post at least once, and who thinks that as long as your bond had posted, you should be able to reply? :3

Re: Seven Princes & Seven Archangels

Are we waiting until everyone responds/gives their intro? Or are we allowed to post with our bond if they showed up?

Well, she did make her, I just don't think she has completed her yet. I accepted Barachiel anyways, since I'm sure she'll get to it as soon as she can. :3

Re: Seven Princes & Seven Archangels

I am currently waiting for Winter to make Barachiel before I post. I believe she still is interested in Barachiel but she had to take care of something today. ^^

Re: Seven Princes & Seven Archangels

@bandgeek, Daw! Thank you so much! I appreciate the loves. <3

Re: Seven Princes & Seven Archangels

@belle, your post was wonderful, a lot better than mine! XD Though I did wait until the last possible moment to write mine, not the best idea. *is an idiot*

@Mirror, Horseygirl plays Uriel. Nadie plays Gabriel. :3

Re: Seven Princes & Seven Archangels

@bandgeek
I'm so confused... who's Uriel is the one that my character is going to be with?
I'm asking this because there is two and the info page says that my character (Beelzebub) is paired with Uriel but both Nadie and Horseygirl made Uriel characters (if I'm not mistaken).

Re: Seven Princes & Seven Archangels

Hooray! I posted. Sorry if my writing is not up to par, I had a rough day/night yesterday and I am emotionally drained... just like my character. So, heck, maybe it fits my character better to write like that.

Alas, I cannot wait for more replies and responses! <3

Re: Seven Princes & Seven Archangels

I believe it's your choice, as long as "Lucifer" or some variant thereof is used, maybe as a middle name or a nickname. You can look at the other characters as examples. I just used the female version of Gabriel but others kept the original names.

Re: Seven Princes & Seven Archangels

Mhm <3 Now for his name do I just put Lucifer or do I put a different name?

Re: Seven Princes & Seven Archangels

I'm working on him now. I would've got him done earlier if my computer would stop erasing him. ^^'

Re: Seven Princes & Seven Archangels

lol I sent you a howler, you ought to be terrified!
Nah, I'm kidding. I was fine with it, actually, but with Winter stepping in for Barachiel my reply has been rendered obsolete anyways, so no worries (:

Re: Seven Princes & Seven Archangels

Alright, for the meeting places, you can pretty much decide between yourselves or just, whichever one of you posts first gets to pick it. xD I hope I did not offend anyone with that.

I know it isn't much to start off of, but each pair starts off by themselves and they'll come together after maybe a post or two back and forth. Try and wait for everyone to post at least once before going again.

As for the two characters still not accounted for, I'll be PMing Naught to see if he/she still wants Lucifer, and I'm hoping Winter is still interested in Barachiel. :3

Re: Seven Princes & Seven Archangels

@Nadie, is it bad that I've been online for hours now, but haven't gotten the courage to open your reply? *nervous laugh* I apologize for that, by the way. >.<"

@Naught, if you could take Luci, I would love you, forever and ever? XD

@Winter/Echo, Yay! Barachiel and Levi :3 I'll reserve her for you.

@Everyone, Alright, I promise the first post will be up tonight. Don't expect it to be too long though, sorry. Writing exams are really sucking my muse.
