The Northern section of the city is split into three holdings, the largest is controlled by the Taverns Consortium, a small but very rich guild of tavern keepers and landlords who realized a great deal of money could siphoned off from the earnings of taverns and Inns. As such, the north district boats some of the richest, most extravagant hotels for miles around.
The other two holdings are of chefs and brewers, which fit well with the consortium, profiting off of the hotels via high priced and very expensive meals and liquors.

In The Northern District of the city, Brewers and cooks labor to prepare meals for the rich and luxurious hotels and hostels, which only the great noble families and rich merchants can afford.
