Two days until the school year officially starts huh? - The senior student relaxed a hand along the slope of his neck, a stray spec of light reflecting off the suface of the ring he wore, making it appear more lustrious, although he had attended the Shaman King Academy for many years now, he couldn't help but feel overcome with an aching sensation, the feeling originating in the pit of his stomach, it wasn't the kind of unpleasant kind of sensation like being sick or afraid, it was a sort of "itch" that one might expect from an adrenaline junkie who just had the fight of his life, somehow he knew this year would be different, he had a knack for relying on his intuition and this was no different. Tossing aside the duffle bag that saddled his back, he had reached the entrance of the zen temple- " For a shaman, my spirit energy was never anything too spectacular, I've compensated my so-so spirit for my natural athleticism. Tailoring a style fit for using my spirit energy as an enhancer for my all ready peak abilities"-Taking a sharp exhale, the shaman glanced about the facilities-

-Shifting his head slighty towards the sound of hollowed foot steps, in his peripheal was one of zen monks that tended the zen temple, he would flash the monk a brief smile before tilting himself in a respectful bow, he knew all the monks by name but even then sometimes their names eluded his grasp, it was no exageration to say that the temple monks all looked alike, focusing a moment, he would use his spirit energy to recognize the monks identity- "Hey, Hieun, how's it goin'?"

-The monk known as Hieun would tilt his straw takahatsu hat, returning the pleaseantry- "Kyle, what brings you here to the temple and not a stripping establishment or an illegal fight club" -the monk flashed a friendly smile-

"Jeez, how did they ever let a guy like you become a monk. You're even more corrupt than I am" -Kyle scratching with a playful expression

"Those days of personal indulgence are all behind me you should know that, I couldn't be any happier...but I don't believe you couldn't recognize me without resorting to that pathetic spirit string trick of yours. I thought I was your childhood friend, remember?"

"Sorry, all you monks dudes look alike and remember how we use to get in trouble up in Yonkers and Upstate?" A slight frown framed Kyle's face "You look so different without hair, it's hard seeing you as anything but my dorky sidekick"

As Charlie pushed open the huge crimson-painted oak doors of the school library, he couldn't help but feel a bit at home. Under his black dress coat, a female voice, thick with a southern accent talked to him from inside a Black Smith and Wesson revolver with a white Ivory grip, ornate with gold swirls, as elegant and bold as the wind itself.

"Ugh, come on man! The library again?! Is that all you do? Just read? All day long? I reckon, you should live a little."

"I like reading. It prepares me."

"Fer' what?"

"Life."

"But how does that help you fight?!" She interrogated.

"Amat Victoria Curam." He replied.

"Amass Vitoree what now?"

"Victory loves preperation."

With that, Charlie climbed one of the huge ladders, up the huge bookcase, and grabbed a book called "Astronomical astronomy for the young genius astronomer", and "Guns and you", waved "Hello" to the old Librarian, and retreated to his usual spot in the huge library, between to bookcases of "Tax law" books, sat down against the wall and began to read.

Sorin sighed lightly to himself, a frown marring his face as he leaned his head against the doors leading to the main gym. Although he was usually not bothered by most things, he could not help but feel a little bit of apprehension regarding the start of the school year. Although he was 19, and already older than most of the students, he was also an exchange student. This being a special shaman school, meant that he would be starting in the lower classes, with people much younger than him. The thought of all those people judging him made him feel... queasy. A soft snout butted up against his side and he smiled despite his mood.
"You cannot worry about what the other students will think about you, Sorin. You - We - made a promise to your mother that we would become strong enough to protect them." The deep voice of Eomor reverberated through his chest, reminding him that he had no time to wallow in self pity.
"You're right of course, Eomor. You always are." The spirit snorted and shook his head in a haughty way, pushing past him and phasing through the doors. Laughing, Sorin followed him and tightened his vambraces, preparing for what was sure to be another one of Eomor's grueling training sessions.

"Oooo, they're so supple and plump. I just want to touch em and kiss em until they swell over, your cups certaintly do runneth over. Oh woman why do you torment me so?" -Kyle's no doubt having another one his recurring "dreams", his crude conversation offering little to imagine regarding the subject of his dreams. Deep in the subconscious, the dream would play out the same , each time he came closer to a glimpse, his dream would be cut short by the abominable alarm clock, this day would be no different, the buzzing chime echoed at the mark of 7 am, displacing Kyle from his fantasy and back to reality, a fist immediately smashing the alarm clock into debris, Kyle sitting up against his bed, a hand muffled a lite yawn".

"You know, I really need to start showing restraint, oh well the student body is just going to have replace me another clock-

-Springing up from his bed, his body spinning into a roll that resembled a certain hedgehog mascot , his feet landing solidly onto his carpet, a mirror facing his direction, he examined himself, his hair a bit tussled and crust had formed around his outer eye, but other than that, he was fine, trudging into his bathroom, he returned sometime later, Kyle would enter his closet with towel still drapped around his shoulder, he had a bothersome tendency to be less than modest about frontal nudity- "Hm...I think I'll wear the wife beater, basketball shorts combo, I need to go to the gym anyway"

7:45 a.m.
-Kyle finally reaching the entrance of the schools gymansium, outside the facility there appeared to two individuals, from their appearance kyle gathered one to be a member of the neo-x laws, the other was a necrophyle, they both had balled fists and inferring from their body language, that language being a duel, In spite of this Kyle had a duty to break up fights as a Student Body council member-

"Sorry guys, as much as I like fights, I have to break you two up". If you must have to fight, take it off the premises of the school"

"Who the hell do you think you are talking to Billy of the Necryphyles like that?". The one known as Billy remarked, he was a rather dull looking student with red spikey hair.

-The other student, a neo-x law with glasses and a blue bowl haircut interjecting - "You don't look to be a part of either the X-laws or the Necryphyles, give me a reason why we should obey you?-He then turned to Billy, giving a slight nod. They enemies seemed to have an implicit agreement to work together to stop a bigger obstacle they saw as Kyle-

"I really wouldn't..."-Kyle searching out both Billy and Jimmy's spirit presence, both were roughly equivalent and overall average, but still a far cry from beating a student body council member, kyle then raised a finger at both Billy and Jimmy.
"The two of you combined don't have enough furyoko to threaten me but you can serve as a good exercise" -Kyle wasn't very good at diplomacy, he had a tendency to incite more fights than stop.-

After waking up, taking a shower, and getting dressed, Charlie put on a black dress coat and tie, strapped his gun to his belt, and decided that after being in the library so much, he might benefit from some gym exercises.

As he made his way toward the entrance, he noticed three figures, that seemed to be in a conflict. The first he noticed was Kyle. He was a well known figure around the school, as well as being a fellow member of the Student body council. He also noticed the unfimiliat Neo X-Laws kid, and Billy, an Necro who had given Charlie a bit of trouble in the past.

"Hey Kyle, these guys giving you trouble?" he asked, keeping his eyes trained on the Necro kid.

Kyle:"Nah, they're just a nuisance though...-A hand reaching behind his head, stroking at a silver loose strand-

Billy:-The necrophlye Billy turning to Charlie, I'll show you just how much a problem I can be tough guy,- billy began drawing upon his inner spirit energy, behind him manifesting was his guardian spirit, an ogre which carried what looked like a heavy club, the ogre raising its club, before bringing it back down in a sluggish but powerful swinging motion the club levied down ontop of Charlie-

Kyle:"Sorry to drag you into this, I was originally going to handle these guys myself, but I don't mind the help, I'll take the neo-x law guy, you handle Billy"

Kyle:"Nah, they're just a nuisance though...-A hand reaching behind his head, stroking at a silver loose strand-

Billy:-The necrophlye Billy turning to Charlie, I'll show you just how much a problem I can be tough guy,- billy began drawing upon his inner spirit energy, behind him manifesting was his guardian spirit, an ogre which carried what looked like a heavy club, the ogre raising its club, before bringing it back down in a sluggish but powerful swinging motion the club levied down ontop of Charlie-

Kyle:"Sorry to drag you into this, I was originally going to handle these guys myself, but I don't mind the help, I'll take the neo-x law guy, you handle Billy"

-Kyle effortlessly zigging out the path of the giant ogre's club, he started a sprint towards the other delinquent, Kyle's body flickering brilliantly, stopping just outside the range of the delinquent, a foot shooting out underneath the Neo-Exlawer, in a sweep motion which raised Jimmy some distance off the ground, he then followed that up with a solid jab which sent him spiralling into a nearby shallow water fountain, his body making a splash as he entered, all done without having to resort to using his spirit shaman-
"I hope I didn't hurt you too much"

"Got it." He said, rolling to the side, the large club barely missing him. He drew his gun lightning fast, and fired three shots at Billy. Behind him appeared a tall blonde girl in Jean shorts, a brown duster and a cowboy hat.
"Finally, some action!" she shouted.

Jimmy:-Emerging from the fountain was the shaman spirit of the Neo Ex-lawer, it took the form of an enticing busty mermaid which winked at Kyle. Jimmy standing soaked with a confident smirk "Of all the places to knock me into, you choose a water fountain, he then lifted a hand, commanding his shaman spirit"

Kyle:-Kyle becomming distracted from the cleavage of Jimmy's shamn spirit would draw closely as if he were under a sort of trance, his eyes were filled with heart shapes-

Billy:-Billy's Ogre shaman spirit would shield Billy from Charlie's incomming rounds, the shots entering the ogre's hand, left leg and chest respectively, the ogre spirit would yell aloud in pain-

Kyle: -The mermaid spirit would coil its serpent like lower half around Kyle's form, constricting around him until she met him at eye level, she would then conjure up a water trident, steadying it above Kyle's head- "No good... She just would happen to be my weakness, boobs and water elemental".

Jimmy: That's it, do it....finish him Arafina. "Laughing a bit maniacally"

Kyle: -Kyle suddenly hit with a rock out of nowhere, being awaken from his stupor-Ooooh... Oh yeah, that's right...I still have that...-Kyle concentrating his spirit energy to mark Arafina as a target for his lightning rod technique, the clouds above them darkening, the distinct roar of thunder followed, a stray lightning bolt shooting down center with the mermaid, frying her instantly upon contact, lightning being super-effective, the mermaids grip loosening, releasing kyle-

Jimmy: Wha? How could it be?

"You about done sugar?" Jane said to Billy, Drawing a large knife from her boot. Charlie kept his gun trained on Billy's spirit, as he looked over and noticed Kyle had escaped from the mermaids grip.

Billy: We can't keep taking shots like this, we have to take the battle to him - Billy's Ogre then channeling its affinity, fire engulfing around Jane and Charlie, boxing the both of them in, the ring of fire narrowing with each passing second- "Ha take that"

Charlie smirked, as a fierce wind began to blow, smothering the flames. "You should have given up." said Charlie, the wind gathering to form a sword-ish shape in his hand. He quickly dashed at Billy, swinging the wind sword fiercely.

Billy:-Surprised that his flames had been extinguished so easily, unable to react from Charlie's blinding dash, his ogre cleaved in-two, the force of the impact, sent him rolling back, he would lower to his knees, begging for mercy-

Kyle: -turning to look back at Charlie then back at the defeated forms of both Billy and Jimmy who had also followed suit, in a pleading position- So...what should we do about these guys? -Raising his hand, kyle flashed his insignia SBC ring-

Jimmy: Oh my GOD, YOU'RE...YOU'RE IN THE STUDENT BODY COUNCIL- he then looked over to Charlie, recognizing his SBC ring as well- YOU TOO?

Billy: I'll do anything you ask, just don't tell the student body council that we tried to rough you guys up. We don't want to get the SBC involved.

Charlie laughed at their reaction to the two boys rings, and holstered his gun. Jane dissapeared into the gun, laughing at Billy and Jimmy.

"Not so tough now, eh?" he laughed. "I say we let em' go, as long as they stop starting shit. What do you say?" he asked Kyle.

"This gang war situation is certaintly a hinderance on the student body council. It wouldn't be in our best interest to let them go...."-Kyle remarked, entrenched in his own thoughts, he then reached a resolution "We can't let you guys go, unless you promise to leave your gangs behind. Only under that circumstance will we let you leave without mention any of this to the SBC.

"Yeah, you're probably right." said Charlie. "I'm really getting sick of dealing with the Neo X-Laws and the Necrophyles. So what do you say guys?"

Jimmy: That's impossible, I can't...-His eyes fixing down-

Billy: Yeah, what he said. I joined the Necrophyles because they threatened my sisters life, they said if I didn't join, anything could happen to her.

Jimmy: I joined the Neo X laws so I could protect my friends from the Necrophyles, we were a constant target for bullies until we joined the Neo-X laws. The Neo-x laws are not all bad, they protect the school because the student body council is ineffective. Isn't that true though? You guys are too busy up in your ivory tower, doing who knows what in secrecy? Why does it seem like you guys don't do anything to help the student body?

Kyle: -Crossing his arms, he reclined his back against a nearby pillar- That's because even we the student body council have to follow the rules, that's the difference between us and you. We're not some gang who do as we please. All the same, that doesn't make us un-sympathetic.
(I think I'm done for right now)

"Yeah, There are only ten of us. Besides if it was that bad, you could have got help from a teacher." Charlie thought hard. "But Billy...You're sister...I have a sister too, and I do anything to protect her." He looked over at Kyle. "We've got to do something about these Necros. Having a gang is one thing but threatening someones sister? That's pretty low. But if you two leave, we can put you under Council protection, and they will make sure nothing bad happens to you."
(Yeah me too, I'll probably be on later though.)

David blew out some air as he crossed the street to the other side. The side on which the gates to the academy laid. As he walked by them he looked up at the sky, watching the clouds as they floated away. "God, I would give anything to be like a cloud. To be able to live freely, without having to worry about anything like school, parents. Or taxes." He said, luaghing at his own little joke. Continuing on the path to the Library, he eventually came across one of the many fountains scattered around the campus. The gigantic size of these things always, left David in awe. Over the three years he's been going to these school and he still wasn't use to it. Reaching down, he plucked a small stone off the pavement, and rearing back, hurled it at the body of water. The stillness of the luquid wasn't enough to stop the momentum of the speeding rock, meaning, the stone began to skip along the surface, torwards the other side. "I always wanted to do that," he stated aloud once more as he turned away, "Lets just hope the SBC doesn't chew my ass off for it." Chuckling, he then continued to the Library, completely obvious to the events taking place around him.

After walked for a few more minutes, David reached the big Oak doors to one of his most favorite places on the campus, The Academy Library. Walking in, he nodded hello to the librarian, picked a random book from the 'Recommended' shelf, and made his way to his favorite recliner. "There's no better way to waste the days away then with a good book in a good chair." with that he began to read.

Felicia turned her head and opened her eyes, she looked at the clock that read “7:00 am” She let out a yawn and then sat up, she looked at the bookshelf that stared at her. It was filled with books that she had read twice, sometimes three times. She then chuckled and wondered if the library would have books she hadn’t read yet.

She then heard a fierce masculine voice say “you need to go train, your strength and speed are not at the level worth of being called a warrior.” Felicia sighed and said “Ares, you really need to get off my back.” Ares then appeared before her, his eyes fiery red as he stared her down. Felicia threw the covers off of herself and then yelled “Fine, I will go train.” She then walked over to the dresser and grabbed her clothes, she then went to the bathroom and quickly shut the door. A little over an hour passed and Felicia emerged from the bathroom fully clothed.

She was dressed in a plain black t-shirt, old blue jeans that were ripped up the side all the way to her knees and sneakers. She ran her fingers through her wet hair to straighten it out. Felicia then looked at herself in the mirror and said “alright, I think this works. Lets get going Ares.” Ares nodded and then disappeared into Legacy, which was waiting by the door. Felicia grabbed Legacy and Crimson and then walked out the door and went to the gym. When she got there she noticed some people were already there having a conversation and she didn’t want to disturb them so she just walked over to a side that had enough room for her to train.

Felicia laid Crimson down on the floor and she then heard Ares say “why are we over here it would be more beneficial to be in the middle to allow yourself more room to maneuver. Felicia responded “I don’t want to get in their way.” Ares sighed and decided to keep quiet. She began to spin Legacy in her hands, She span the spear quickly and then stopped and gripped it firmly in her right hand. Her heart began to beat quickly, she was getting into the training. She closed her eyes and breathed deeply, when she opened her eyes they were red liked Ares’ eyes. She thrusted the spear forward then pulled it back and thrusted it into the ground and vaulted herself off the ground and as she was coming down she rolled and then stood up on her feet. She turned and then ran toward legacy, before she reached the spear she threw herself into the air and over Legacy. She pulled it out of the ground and then span it in her right hand. Ares then appeared behind her, he had a smile on his face, even though it couldn’t be seen because of his helmet. Felicia picked up Crimson in her left hand and then Felicia and Ares began performing a series of movements while staying perfectly in sync. When they were done Felicia was standing in the middle of the gym panting trying to catch her breath, her eyes returned to their normal brown color. Felicia then smiled and looked at Ares, at that moment she really didn’t care if people thought her training methods were odd. The only thing that mattered was that she had just done something amazing in her eyes.
