{H A I R C O L O R}
    Her natural hair color is [ DATA MISSING ], though she often takes a bottle of electric blue hair dye to her long locks

{E Y E C O L O R}
    A light, almost hot pink is the color of her eyes, most likely a trait from her genetic mutation

{G E N E R A L A P P E A R A N C E}
    Kyoki is a spitfire of a woman, standing at an even five-foot-three and weighing the bare minimum of what could be considered healthy at ninety-eight pounds. To note a singular unique feature about her is impossible, as Kyoki prides herself in being a walking example of asininity; with long electric blue braids that are constantly seen a twirl in one of her hands when she is idle, and a pair of shockingly bright pink eyes that coupled with her incredibly pale flesh may hint at albinism. The smile she constantly wears is full of malice and an unhealthy obsession with wanting to see the world burn.

    A petite yet toned build carries the woman from location-to-location with ease, despite the constant hoisting of a seemingly endless array of illegal weaponry from the war era. Her attire is just as odd as the rest of her, sporting a self-made skimpy attire of pinks, purples, holsters, bullets and leather. The ink on her arm suggests time spent in China at one point or another; the oil, grease and blood on her hands suggest a sinister past-time full of chaos and machinery.

{P E R S O N A L I T Y}

    How does one begin to describe Kyoki? To truly understand the woman with the macabre smile and feral gaze would require a whole lot of patience, and the occasional lapse in ones own mental state. Kyoki is, in some ways, the very embodiment of massive hysteria.

    Carnage is Kyoki's favorite past time, and she makes absolutely sure everyone else in her sights knows it. There isn't anything like the way the glass blows out of windows with a good explosion, or the sensation of when the foundation of a Government build quakes and crumbles felt in the bottoms of her feet. A close-second would be getting to play with her firearms -- she owns a vast arsenal, and most are actually modified guns from the WWIII era, much to the surprise of others.

    Kyoki is actually quite intelligent, despite her outward demeanor. There have been many a time where the authorities have nearly had her in their grasp and she has figured her way out, including one particular incident where she managed to slip out of her cuffs and hijack the armored military vehicle she was being transported in. That was a fun day. The fact that she is actually capable of logical thought is a well-kept secret, known only to the people she chooses to offer such information to.

    By no means does that mean she even knows what sympathy is, or has a single empathetic bone in her body. On the contrary, Kyoki has shed her share of blood over her criminal career, and revels in the ways she can further abuse and torture her victims. The body count she totes is unknown to even herself, and the creative ways she presents her 'artwork' are constantly changing to the whim of her mind alone.

    Needless to say, Kyoki hates anything that has to do with the New World Government, and goes well out of her way to show them one Hell of a time. With the arrival of the new Government-trained freakazoids, Kyoki's lust for carnage has only grown... and her throat more dry for the blood of her new teenage adversaries.

{L I K E S}
    Chaos || There's nothing like watching humanity scatter to pick the pieces back up to Kyoki, and figuring out more ways to make them do so is Kyoki's goal in life. Throwing the coins up into the air, watching them fall, and studying the effects of how each one lies... only to adjust her psychotic data, and repeat the process. This is the true art of chaos, and Kyoki is one of the masters.
    Pew pew || From your run-of-the-mill handguns, to rocket launchers and Gatling guns, Kyoki loves each and every one as if they were her babies, and relishes at the chance to play with them as much as possible. Much to the dismay of anyone around her.
    Big Bada Boom || Explosions are all unique, beautiful, and the catastrophic aftermath of each one always leaves Kyoki in a state of absolute awe.
    Her Crew || When it comes to people, the only thing Kyoki thinks they're good for is interior decorating. And exterior... okay, so she just wants to see how long she can jump rope with their intestinal tract. This way of thinking, however, is spared when it comes to her crew. While she by no means speaks to them any differently -- and can even be considered abusive to the lackeys, and has actually sacrificed more than a few for "the cause", there are a few she actually appears to treat with as much respect that she can muster, primarily the leader of the group, Mihael. This devotion to "Mickey" can almost be considered an unhealthy obsession, as she is willing to put herself in the line of potential danger -- or worse, incarceration -- for his sake.
{D I S L I K E S}
    Authority || From the New World Government to the lowly police forces, Kyoki hates all of them for reasons no one quite understands. Perhaps it has something to do with the concept of forcing rules upon people. Or even their moral compass. Regardless, if there's a do-gooder in the area, Kyoki makes sure they aren't around for very long to impede with her play time.
    Backfire || When a plan comes together, no matter how chaotic, Kyoki is a happy girl. But when something goes wrong -- like a bunch of snot-nosed meta humans getting in the way -- Kyoki is the very vision of annoyance. She hates it more when her babies -- her modified arsenal -- don't work right for any reason, and rages almost immediately. Grenades, she's found, tend to calm her down quite a bit in this case.
    Sobriety || Though she does enjoy a good time in terms of drugs and alcohol, it's boredom that really grinds her gears. Kyoki always has to be doing something, from tinkering with something, to making someone scream. Forcing her to remain idle and not do anything quickly leads to a very bored Kyoki, and no one -- especially potential victims -- wants that.
    Losing || It doesn't matter what it is she could lose at -- from something as vital to a fight to as simplistic as a came of tic tac toe, Kyoki hates the very thought of losing. Even if it looks like she is on the verge of failure, Kyoki will quite visibly become agitated. And when Kyoki gets angry, a lot more than shit hits the proverbial fan, so to speak.

{T A L E N T S}
    Tinkering || Kyoki can build just about anything with very little effort, from homemade pipe bombs to the most intricate of tech. Her vast knowledge in mechanics makes her a worthy ally to the rebellion. She has even been known to build decoy robots for surveillance purposes, though they always have that artistic touch that is her own... and usually explode when the job is done.
    Demolitions || The bigger the boom, the bigger the bang! Coinciding with her love to build, Kyoki is capable of whipping up and rigging all sorts of explosive devices, such as the aforementioned decoy robots. Grenades are her favorite bouquets of destruction, and she always has one hidden somewhere.
    Firepower || She's a great shot, and on top of that has the know-how to restock her crews ammunition stockpiles. She does have a habit of shooting first and just not even bothering to ask any questions later, after all.
{F L A W S}
    Hysteria || Kyoki is definitely, without any shadow of a doubt, a psychopath. The lack of empathy of otherwise supposed knowledge of right or wrong is a sure sign of this fact, while her constant psychotic babble is another. Kyoki sees no problem with being unattached, however; she loves it, because a lack of moral compass allows her to do the things others wouldn't dream of.
    Showboat || With her psychopath tendencies comes the need to show off, she does so with her own sense of class and style. Similar to the villains one would have once seen on television, (and something she will actually mock from time-to-time) Kyoki will go out of her way to prove that she is smarter than the hero, and overall better at anything they can do. She hasn't begun to monologue yet, as she's often enjoying slaughtering people too much to take the time to do so, but she is no doubt heading in that direction.
    Sore Thumb || Her appearance is intentional, but it does have its drawbacks. It isn't hard to remember a sociopath with bright blue hair, pink eyes and the gumption to send the head of the New World Government the heads of their operatives sent to take her out via a missile if given the opportunity, so she is rather infamous in that regard. Of course, this means taking her on any recon missions for the rebellion is impossible... but her persona in general made that hard anyway.
{F E A R S}
    The Man || Seriously: Fuck. The. Man. Any form of authority scares her to her absolute core, and are the ones who suffer from her wrath the most. The very thought of jail-time is simply impossible for her to comprehend, and therefore she would very much rather die in a firefight than be locked behind bars and forced to listen to... ugh... rules, thank you very much.
    Blackout || A world without technology is a rather dull-sounding one, and Kyoki would rather not think about life without her babies. She needs the things that go "Wham!", "Pow!" and her favorite, "Kaboom!", so if those things were to be taken away from her... well, she may just gouge her own eyes out from the boredom.
    Sister Dear || It isn't common knowledge that the bodyguard of the big bad leader is her sister, and Kyoki prefers to keep it that way. They are, after all, polar opposites; Kyoki is the very embodiment of chaos, while her level-headed sister is all about 'order'. She's at least thankful that her sister is on her side, because if she were to ever flip script... well, Kyoki might just be the first to flee the scene. She does not want those fists hitting her in the face, thank you very much!

Thank god… Kurai was extremely relieved as he saw the raindrops fall down just as he strode into the facility. He loathed the rain and all aspects that came with it, and he was grateful that his luck was good enough to prevent him from getting caught in the rain. It was bad enough with it pouring down, but actually getting caught in it is something that he wanted to avoid at all costs. He managed to bring his attention back to the room just in time to see the girl respond to his greeting. "They call me Agent Alice.""I'm sure someone'll go over our roles later... not really worth bringing up right now." The girl said her name with a shrug, giving him the impression immediately that she was either being nonchalant with her name, or that she was giving herself a nickname or alias. It was probably the latter, as he did not recall seeing any Alice in the namelist he was given to. The closest adaptation should be Allison, the spy. He could not comprehend why people decided to give themselves other little names, but chose to respect her decision anyways. Some people get the wrong ideas if he doesn’t use the name they wished to introduce themselves in, mainly getting rather defensive and in worst cases feeling offended. It would be a pain to clear up afterward. "What 'bout you, man?" "Are you... shit, what was the name....""Joon-kou?" Allison spoke, in a distinct accent. He couldn’t define which country it came from, but judging from the tone and the slang she used, it was probably American. He had read up about the country once, quite an energetic one with vibrant culture. Its people were stereotyped to be cheerful and friendly, so it was easy to say that Kurai was quite taken aback at her supposed nationality. He would have to rebuild his knowledge of them once he gets to the library…

As he was thinking that, he noticed a movement before him. Allison had raised her hand in a loosly closed fist, causing him some confusion again. Was she planning to hit him? No, the actions were too slow and she doesn’t seem to have any intention of harming him. Is it a threat? Can I kill her if its a threat? Hey, its a valid reason, right? Many thoughts crossed through his head in a split second before he remembered what a fist bump was and raised his own, trying to make it as similar to hers as possible. β€œOh, my name is Kurai. And Junko's is supposed to be our leader.” He spoke without changing his expression, a bright smile on his face as he politely corrected her. If he was offended in any way, he didn’t show it. β€œI’m flattered that you thought for a second that I was to become our leader.” he continued in what appeared to be a nonchalant tone as both their gazes moved to a girl who had just arrived. She was wearing an odd looking hood and seemed to ignore most of them, staying by herself in a corner. Judging from her sweater that looks electronic and her liking for music, he would assume that she was their hacker, Elle.

"I guess we should go wait somewhere... mess hall, maybe? I'm pretty hungry."Allison spoke again as she dropped her fist back into her pocket and turned to go round the corner. There was an imput from their other team member as well, another one with silver hair. Kurai raised his hand in a small wave again, signalling that he heard without saying anything to disturb their conversation. Trying to be polite couldn’t be wrong in well, whatever circumstances they were in. Before he could follow her however, there was a sound like the clearing of a throat. He spun around only to see a boy with an odd hood as well, standing with a sneer on his face. He had apparently fallen from the skies from a parachute, a rather dramatic entrance. "Oh, shit." He looked down quickly at Allison before looking back toward the new arrival. β€œHi!” He gave directed a quick smile at the boy before turning to the assassin again with a quizzical look on his face. β€œYou know him?” He muttered to her so that only they could hear. It was impolite to ignore someone without greeting them first, that was what he read about in the book of ettiques he scanned through for the sake of meeting new people. It had better be worth it. If that offends people he had no idea what to do around others anymore.

However, before she got the chance to respond, he noticed a man standing in the middle of the room. From his build, it would seem obvious that he had been training for quite a long period of time. If he didn’t already know the leader was a girl, he would have assumed that he was the one who would be leading them. After all, you would never know when some super powered teenagers might get out of line. "Ahem. Uh. Hey. You all speak English?""I-I guess that Junk-o is going to be here soon. Until then, everyone just be quiet or somethin'... The name's Caelan McDouglass. I've been tasked with helping lead this group. I've been in the military for eight years now and I expect you all to act like disciplined, respectable soldiers. That clear?" Caelan’s fitness was now clear to him on where he got it from, though Kurai never liked training much. It meant giving up on those marshmallows he loved so much. Speaking of which… He touched his pocket and found a small packet of said swets that he managed to get past for the trip. Now only a few were left, and he made a mental note to stock them up for later. Perhaps he would find more in the mass hall?

"...You don't really seem the... shy type. We'll start with you. Introduce yourself." Kurai raised his eyes only to see his second in command pointing to himself. β€œHi everyone, I’m Kurai Ryujin, and I’ll be your strategist! I’ll do my best to keep all of you safe so put your trust in me.” Without missing a beat, he stepped forward and quipped cheerfully. It was mostly a lie, albeit a white one. Anyway, behaving as such would probably be useful in the long run. People tend to trust others more if they seem harmless and friendly, thats what he learned. And after all, who would trust him enough to carry out his instructions if they knew he didn’t care much for their lives? Not to mention the fact that they weren’t even safe from himself.
