Shiver

Three, connected by birth, have learned the horrors of the woods. Triplets, bound by a horrible but magnificant fate.

And it all began during the attack.

It was the December of 2002 and the ground was blanketed in snow. Dusk was falling, casting a gentle shadow of orange and yellow across the reflecting glassy layer. And amongst the silence played three of same age, same family, same love for the wolves. They'd grown up in their large house always watching as the packs skulked through the trees and underbrush. But for now they were unaware of their presence, their attention souly on their games.

"Ring around the rosey..." they would sing as they danced in their circle, hands clasped tightly to each other's.

"...ashes, ashes, we all fall--"

This time their chanting was cut short. Three wolves had surrounded them now, each of dark coats and unique eyes. Unaware of the dangers that their nine-year old eyes couldn't accept, they smiled and laughed as the canines prowled through the snow around them, circling and circling and circling. And then they attacked. The three were dragged from their yard and to the banks of the woods where the canine companions joined the feast. There was tearing and snarling and crying and howling, but the three didn't fight back. Wolves weren't aggressive without a reason. All they could wonder is what they did wrong.

From there is was all a blur, other than one more sight. Three beautiful wolves stood between their bloodied forms and their companions, eyes ablaze and fur bristling. From there and on their memories were fogged. Awakening in the hospital beds were all they could remember. But they did remember their wolves, the protectors, the three. And those small little nine-year olds would watch for those wolves every night from their bedroom windows, wishing to see those beautiful wolves once again. And little did they know that they would, though it would be a coincidence at that.

Because the wolves are werewolves.
And they've been waiting for so long to re-unite with them.

Info/Rules
-You are turned into a werewolf through a bite by the wolf-
-Werewolves can't choose when they turn (mostly). The cold triggers turning them into wolves-
-As humans, werewolves still have enhanced senses though they aren't super strong or fast-
-Werewolves heal super fast, though they do have lots of scars-
-During this roleplay, it will be during the transition between Autum and Winter-
-The change from human to werewolf and vise versa is excrutiating and awful to watch-
-Let's stay humans for the roleplay, shall we? There can be close calls but otherwise, no-
-We'll be starting the roleplay on a Sunday when hunters have gone to the woods to exterminate the wolves. After running/being shot at/being shot, the three wolves arrive at the triplet's home in need of their help. For some reason they are human, though why won't be revealed until later (if at all)-
-The triplet's parents are almost never home. They get home late and leave early without checking on their kids-
-Try to post often, at least once a day. Posts should be at least two paragraphs of 6 sentences-
-Have fun and don't ruin this for others by being totally godmoddish-
-Romance is wanted, but don't blinde us. Take it to PM if you want-
-I don't mind for cursing a violence, but try to keep the violence down-
-I'll let you reserve, but if I don't like your character don't get mad if I ask for changes-
-Reserved characters must be up by 48 hours or the position will be reopened-
