Stared at the girl known as Ai watching her as he spoke to him his eyes staring keenly on her lips and then her throat, he listened to the blood churning up and down her throat, and found it hard to admit but he was excited. Hearing foot steps he cocked his head to the side in time to be poked in the temple, his eyes lingered on the non chalant Derek his younger brother. "Well you finally leave the castle and judging by your eyes, Father is displeased with you", he uttered a grin blossoming across his face. His eyes then shifted back to Ai to whom he shook his head, "There are no such thing as vampires", he said flashing her a fanged smile.

Should she run? All these noises, banging in her ears and shifting her everywhere as her heart started to pound extremely hard again and her flesh grew goosebumps as the song he was humming, the rune, rang around in her head, her mind, echoing over and over as she felt her heart pump even faster. She stayed still, everything seeming to move faster and faster around her, like a spinning vortex appeared in front of her. She had gripped a tree with her back against it, almost like she was afraid the invisible vortex she thought she saw was going to suck her into it.
She finally dropped to the ground, sitting against the tree as the vortex was gone and she kept her eyes closed, breathing heavily as more sweat dripped down her throat and her forehead, part of her hair matted with sweat as her sweater became hotter on her body. She didn't know where in the woods she was... she was lost now. She kept her eyes closed, her body shaking slightly from all the confusion and all the fear. She felt like she was going insane.

When she heard the threat in his voice she bit her lip, chewing on it with anxiety as she kept staring up at him but then closed her eyes, her mind working as though she was telling herself to calm down. He wasn't going to hurt her... yet. This was all so new to her and it scared her so much, he scared her... these vampires scared her, Kisha had scared her. She never knew the paranormal, the supernatural, even existed and how they just showed up was a surprise she hadn't expected at all in her dull life. Her eyes suddenly flashed open, the bright blue shining again. "I can't lower it..." she said in almost a whisper as she kept staring at him. "It doesn't want to lower.." her heart had lowered slightly, but she figured not enough as Damien had wanted. She swallowed again as she continued to stare at him, another drop of sweat sliding down her forehead and dropping onto the ground. She was starting to grow cold as her body was still.

Katie smiled at Kyros with a seductive grin and took his wrist, slowly lowering her mouth to it and she bit into it gently. She started to suck from his wrist, the blood warm and sweet and tangy on her tongue but she maintained the urge to drink faster and faster. She made no mess, not spilling a single drop as she kept feeding from him. Her black curls fell beside her face on her neck as she would keep drinking.
She finally stopped, panting slightly and then she smiled at him, wiping a single drop of blood from her lips. "Thank you, my husband." she said softly.

"What... What happened to my mother, Damien? Her picture... on the paper... it was crossed out.." she said, swallowing thickly. She knew her mother had died... but from what? What had happened to make her die? Did she kill herself so she wouldn't marry Demetrius, or did she die from blood loss or... what? "I'm just... curious.." she hoped that didn't make him mad as she looked down at the ground again, chewing on her lip. Thinking of her mother just made her stomach clench and her heart hurt but she needed to know.

When his nails cut down her sweater she had jumped slightly when it fell off. She was tearing a black tang-top underneath and her bare arms and shoulders and neck were now exposed, a pale ivory color as she looked at him. She folded her arms under her covered breasts, her cheeks going slightly red as she watched her cut open sweater fall to her feet. She then would look up at him as he leaned down towards her. "Are there... different kinds of vampires?" she asked, her heart not pounding as hard as it had when she first met him. Asking questions distracted her, made her feel more calm when she was giving the curiosity a chance to replace the fear. She swallowed thickly and left her lips alone, the bottom bleeding a little from her chewing on it so much. She went silent as she kept staring up at him with her sapphire eyes.

She looked at Damien as he spoke. She looked back at the girl and then she looked at Damien again. She quickly leaned up on her tip toes, kissing his cheek and she slowly help his hand, linking her fingers with his cold ones, as her heart pounded, hoping this would calm him down. If it did, she would introduce herself to Damien's Sister. If it didn't calm him down, she would be hiding behind a tree.

She stared at the girl for a while and sighed once again "Don't mix me up with those disrespectful people with no manners, and you too, daring to speak to your elder sister in such a way...."
How did she have such a disrespectful brother…? And the others might even be worst then he especially that Demetrius was the worst of all even though he is the eldest… She coughed a fake cough and then smiled…
“Sorry, no fighting for me today Damien, I have brought no weapons, only Eve…”

After a few moments and when he spoke again, the two days rung around in her head as she looked back up at him. Two days? Why not a week? She was turning 18 in a week... she bit her lip again and sighed softly, before glancing side to side and then back up at him. "Sure... alright." she whispered, nodded to his offer to take her home instead of her having to walk by herself. She glanced at Darla but then stared at his chest while he whispered in her ear.
As she listened, she shivered slightly and then looked up at him. She opened her mouth to speak but she shut it then, she didn't know what to say to that but she did want to say it wasn't completely Demetrius's fault. But she decided against it, not wanting to get into an argument with him.
