Personality
Kuril is a cold, cynical, survivalist, thanks to his Raposa nature. A distrusting fellow, he's friends with few people, and trusts even fewer, preferring to be alone or one someone he truly trusts. His loner life style has lead many to speculate him being mad, or hiding something, but at the same time, he gives of a feeling of death and few ever approach him to ask questions.

Furthermore, Kuril has a broken moral compass, and nearly no ethics left, after having to survive in the wasteland for so long. There is nothing truly wrong to him, as long as he achieves his goal, and he doesn't feel any accomplishment nor any guilt over what he does. Nothing is right, but nothing is wrong either. He does still however have a couple rules, which mostly consists of killing no noncombatants, no rape, and always following his orders to the letter, rarely, if ever, disobeying his superiors.

At the same time, he also has a broken definition meter. Killing to him, is not the same as horrendously torturing, so as long as he doesn't kill them, he will do anything to get the information he needs. Unlike Servin, he doesn't like to waste time with subtle wordplay and manipulation to get his victims to spill secrets. Kuril would rather inflict mental or physical pain until they give up what he wants or what he wants to hear. However, he has nothing against a little bit of manipulation to make the person snap under mental pressure, and his cunning Raposan nature nicely fits into it. No one is safe from sessions with him if he is ordered to perform them, even if they are a close friend.

Sometimes, he snaps into random bouts of a sadistic mood and nearely insane where he relishes in causing pain and misery for the sheer enjoyment of all of it, completely different from his sane times.

Brief Description of Human Form
Kuril has black hair with a red right eye and pale skin from spending too much time hanging around his dark cave. His hair is significantly longer on his left side of his face in order to cover his eye patch and a long scar along his former left socket. He is not too tall, and uncharacteristic of most raposa, he is on the borderline of being lean and bulky in terms of his muscles. He also wears a mask over his face a lot of the time in order to cover up something. It's said that he also has scars in places that you normally wouldn't receive in a fight, but rather you had been restrained and inflicted upon you. Black gloves he he has scavenged are almost always on him, or he's wearing them, also hiding things. Little carries over from his raposan form, nothing too obvious, except that his teeth are rather sharp, and this has managed to let him pass as a human if he ever needed to. He also wears a loose, black dog collar with a now tarnished tag for what he says to be "reminders." /size]

Brief Description of Animal Form
Unlike most raposa who are small and agile, Kuril is superior in strength and size to most of the other, rare, raposa. Although nowhere able to take on a lupus directly by himself, he is still able to barrel into fights in his animal form and even hold his own in most duels for a while. Black fur covers most of his body, except for the tip of his tail which he has dyed in blood for some reason. Several scars trace along his muzzle, and also a long one over his left eye. Most of the scars visible in his human form are mostly hidden under his coat and he shows no effort to hide the visible ones in his animal form like he does in his human. Like in his human form, he also wears his collar that seems to fit far better in this form, but he makes no effort to remove it when he could easily do so for some reason.

Human Skills/Abilities
Kuril posses little abilities beyond his ability to survive and scavenge from nearly everywhere and also make a use out of almost everything. He is also skilled in hand to hand combat, and has proficeint skills in hand guns, althrough he doesn't actually own one. He has been seen to use his trade "tools" with skill that makes many fear him, especially if they are ever caught hiding something. he also has an unflinchign stare with his single good eye, and many are intimidated by it.

Animal Skills/Abilities
Built bulkier than most raposa, he can take most of kinda on with ease, except he is slower and less agile than them. Althrough he loses one of the greatest traits of raposa, he makes up for it by being able to survive nearly anywhere, and blending in perfectly low light environments, and in caves where he has a natural fighting instinct in. Kuril can also carry a large amoutn of objects in this form and can attempt to take on a lupus, and also smells fear very well, better than most raposa, and some miao.

Weaknesses
While his black fur is a blessing in his animal form, he stands out in the bright day light, and well lit enviorments and his size also nearly screams to come get him. Also, having only one eye makes him favor his right side, and he can't keep track of multiple targets at the same time, and even against one target, his dimished field of vision can easibly be capitalized on. His large size combined with his missing eye causes him to have a slower reaction time, and prevents him from being as agile, or as fast as his raposa kin.

History
Kuril never really know where he had been born. All he knew was that he had been thrown into the wasteland to die, but his raposa instincts kept him alive, and he learned to fend for himself. He prefered to live in a cave, and rarely attempted to cover up his tracts as he thought he could out run most mutants in his animal form. However, a group of very bold human travelers, some of the few, found him in his animal form, and not knowing he was a changer, decided to trap him and keep him as a pet or hunting animal. Before he knew it, they had managed to capture him and he saw humans for the first time in his life, and he was tempted to shift to show he was like them. Something, however, some survival instinct warned him not to, and he decided against it. They decided to keep him as a pet, and used him as a beast of burden and hunting companion, when they decided they wanted to kill mutant animals. They treated him relativly well, if strictly. he gained considerable bulk during this, carrying a lot of weight, and he lost much of his natrual speed. His life changed when a bloody fight erupted between the humans, and eventually mutants picked them off. Kuril ran, and with nowhere to go, he eventually found a human village.

At this point, he still didn't know much about humans, and thought all were much like the group he had traveled with. When he turned into a human to approach the village, one of the villagers saw this and declared him to be a great evil. In some attempt to drive the "evil" away, they threw him into a "dungeon" and degraded him. Certain problems cropped up in the village and they blamed him, and tortured him in an attempt that perhaps the evil spirt, in pain, would leave. In one of these sessions, they cut out his eye, by accident, and also in these sessions, Kuril learned what he himself would later put into practice on others. After losing his eye, Kuril, by a change of luck managed to escape, and wandered, dying of infection and blood loss until a couple other changers found him and healed him. One of them told him about the Army, and also taught him many survival skills he would need. By now, he had been broken, physically and mentally, and when he recovered, his moral compass never repaired itself, and he also now had a deep seated hatred of humans, something he only manages to put off by remembering the humans who found him, who seemed like nice enough people. He reached Aethes eventually, and after forcing a spy to divulge all of his information and unraveling a small conspiracy, he was considered good enough to be an interrogator, and he was put as a chrage under Servin which he is fine with and has been there ever since.

Rumors:
Most people don't know much about him, and really only talk about how he received all his scars and why he wears a color. However, some claim he smells of blood and corpses always, and speculate he may even eat other people.

Attitudes:
Kuril is apathetic with most everyone in the Army, although he respects and loyally follows the leader. He also always differs to Servin in most decision in interrogations, and he's friendly with most of the spies and appears to like the spy master well enough. He finds himself at odds with the Doctor sometimes due to the nature of their jobs, but he does try and get along with him.

So begins...

Sevrin Massengale - The Fortress

Sevrin stood there, a tight smile on his face and his arms casually folded behind his back. He respected the leader, yes, but right now didn't seem like a time to be stiff and stoic. He listened to Tenko speak to the crowd briefly before they lit up in approval. Upon hearing Atra's comment, he didn't plan on responding, mostly because his mind was kind of tuned into the speech (he liked speeches, for more or less obvious reasons), and secondly because there wasn't much to say. No matter how much it seemed to offend Lorelai, he had the feeling Atra's comment was at least partly true. The majority of them don't know what work goes into making the Fortress run the way it should. What it takes to keep them, at least, somewhat comfortable. Then again, with all they do for the soldiers and other changers underneath Tenko, Farren, himself, even, the least they could do was cheer for their leader when he made a speech.

That's what Sevrin would do.

And that's why he put on his best smile when their leader came back, relieved to have had his speech go over so well. Did they cheer out of obligation or a genuine like for their dear Tenko? It could be a mixed bunch, but it didn't matter. With that pack possibly planning a move, any Army soldiers who didn't particularly like Tenko could also try something with all the confusion.

"Mhmm, it went very well, sir," Sevrin nodded approvingly. At least Tenko got up and made a speech. Didn't falter or stutter. God, being who he was, he hated when changers did either of those.

Just after saying that, he heard the sound of someone speaking again - loud enough to address a crowd - and then start clapping. Who was idiotic enough to do that? Sevrin didn't want to think about that. Surely, someone would deal with him. Maybe not right now, though. It was a good enough distraction for someone to spot some pack members hanging around.

Or maybe hurl something at the speaker's head from a high distance. Sevrin wanted to go up to the railing and see who it was, but a very familiar voice turned his head in the other direction. So his one-eyed friend had made it to the party after all. His face turned into a grin as he walked over to the second interrogator and looked him over. He didn't look like he had been busy, he looked tired. He'd ask him later. "Morning, Kuril," Sevrin gave him a quick nod, then looked around him. "Glad you could make it, though, you should really work on your timing. You missed a brilliant speech from Tenko." Most would probably realize his teasing words towards the end, but he couldn't help but make a joke amidst the many distractions and less-than-serious behaviors. Like an unconscious thing. He glanced at Lorelai for a split second.

He was still waiting for that clapping to cease. Now that he remembered it, it kind of annoyed him.
