When you have cancer in your lungs, you learn to love the little things. With that being said, Carter is a nature boy. He spends a lot of his time in forests. He's absolutely awed by all things nature. He's an outgoing boy, and does what he wants. Nobody stops him. He has a bright brain and a bright mind. He likes to make people happy and feel good, because he doesn't want people to experience the type of pain he's experiencing. This being said, he hides away most of his emotions. But sometimes it's a lot for him.
He stands at 6'2 and is pretty thin with not much muscle to speak of. He's never been exactly active, though. And how could he be? With frequent hospital visits and constantly feeling like he's breathing through a straw, he's not inclined to run around. Along with pale skin and piercing blue eyes, he has medium-length dark brown hair. He wears a lot of graphic tees, jeans, and hoodies. He looks, well... ordinary.
He was diagnosed when he was only 11. He's 17 now. Still, he has that god damn cancer in his lungs. He only lives with his mom, who seems to get more distant from him every day. He thinks she's trying to lessen the punch for when he dies.
Really, Carter's looking for something big to live for.
