Setting
The Crystal Caverns are full of focus crystals of all different colors and affinities which are what amplify this planet's mana field so much. As a rite of passage, each dragon born on Draconus must enter the caverns and find a focus crystal matching their affinity. Beyond that, it is against sacred law to harvest the crystals. In the epicenter of the cave system is the Temple of Time, which seems to be grown from the crystals themselves.
