Personality: Chuck is a very laid-back kind of guy when he's not on a job, and usually can't really be bothered. However, when is IS on a job or mission, he is always VERY serious and would do anything to get the job done. If someone stands between him and his mission, he won't hesitate to remove them from the situation. He tends to be bad with women.
Ability:
+ Ninjitsu: Having trained in the way of the Ninja, Chuck can be very stealthy, fast (comparative speed: slightly slower than Espio), and can POTENTIALLY disable an average target within a couple of strikes.
+ Invisibility: Chuck can cloak to an extent. When standing still, he can be completely invisible, but if he moves, onlookers would see a slight blur. Anyone willing to pay close attention would see a faint appearance whether he is moving or not.
+ Limited temporal control: Chuck can do two things with this ability. He can slow down time for everyone else, and can slow down time only for himself. When using it on everyone else, he moves VERY fast comparatively, but it consumes a lot of energy and usually leaves him exhausted. I'm not sure how using it on himself would be useful, but I could probably find a way it could help. Time slow for everyone else would be around 30 seconds (Basic) but can become longer and more potent as he practices. Time slow for himself would be around 1:00 (Basic), but can become longer and more potent as he practices.
History: Chuck grew up in a small family with no brothers or sisters, and he was in one of those families that had a hard time coming across food. He grew up on hard times, and his father died by the time Chuck turned 9. Chuck started looking for a way to help out more, and he quickly discovered he was good at thievery. He would always leave and come back with more supplies, and his Mother eventually started asking where he was getting it from, but he managed to dodge the question every time. His mother eventually found out about his thieving ways, and tried to get him to stop, but to no avail.
When he was old enough to move out, his mother died in a horrible accident. He let himself slip further into a life of crime, until he came across a life-changing item. He managed to come across a Chaos Emerald, and suddenly, he became very popular. Lots of people continued a long, drawn-out attempt to get it from him, so he assumed it was very valuable. He kept it in his posession to the best of his extent, but dropped further into crime, eventually becoming a mercenary. He eventually set up a base in a city sewer, where he lives today with his own ring of mercs.
