Alphonse Ravenclaw

Alphonse modest size demon-like wings which extended from his lower spinal cord batted through the air as he neared his destination. A devious smirk crossed his somber expression. The cold water of Dublin Bay below him evaporated under the heat emanating from his own body leaving behind several trails of steam. He could smell the scent of the supernatural powers mixing in with the aroma of alchohol and other noxious fumes drifting from the city he was approaching. It was true. There would be a being of great power.

The god of war, Hadrian.

The demon kishin, Lord Aro von Friedhor was supposed to accompany Alphonse, but time was short and he was ordered to move ahead alone. Not that he cared in the least. He ascended into the in a spiral and then dropped like a bomb, indulging in the enjoyment of his new body. This new body that he was in love. A gift from a true god, Aro von Friedhor.

Eden woke up nestled in the supple leather of the private jet that she'd chartered to take them from the London airport to the air strip outside belfast. Eden was tired and her head was full of the information from the notebook that Osmond had given her. Yawning and stretching Eden tossed the tiny head pillow at Desmond. Desmond shook himself out of his stupor as he felt the pillow collide with his face with a gentle "Mph!" Looking around bleary-eyed and gently shaking his brother, Desmond looked to Eden, "Where are we?" As he spoke, Osmond looked out the window and smiled, noticing the familiar hills and the distant image of the skyline of Belfast and immediately started grinning. "Des! We're home!" Desmond looked around and yawned, peering out to confirm Osmond's statement and nearly jumped out of his seat with a light whoop of joy, "Well let's get going, we have much work to do and we still have a mission in Dublin to complete!" "While the two of you were sleeping on the plane ride to London I called ahead to the hotel and left Atlas a message at the front desk. i told him we'd be in Dublin two days from now and not to worry. The plane should land in about....10ish? minutes. there's a car waiting for us at the landing strip"

The two looked to her puzzled, "Car?" in unison. Osmond cleared his throat a little, "I guess you didn't see that part in the notebook, the only way to reach the Ralley homestead is by a special knowledge or accompanying one with this knowledge. Once we land we'll show you. No better way to travel than the one we're about to take." The two looked to each other with a look of mischief and joy at the thought of being home and seeing their folks once again. "......i rented a car, for you to drive..."Eden buried her face in the pillow "I'm not going to like this am i?" came her muffled question. The grins on the two widened at the response they received. Desmond leaned forward into Eden's row crossing his arms over the headrest, "I'm afraid there's no road in the world that leads to where we're goin' dear." With a wink the two chuckled to themselves, glad they didn't have to change into their wool and fleece clothing on the plane given the close quarters. Osmond leaned forward, "You ever go horseback riding in your childhood?" "No, I learned fencing, politics, linguistics, and pretty much anything i could do inside my room. why? horses don't like me....oh god I'm really not going to like this am i?" With that Osmond popped next to his brother and the two looked like mirror images of mischief, "Let's just say then that this will be a wonderful learning experience for you. Don't worry too much, what we've got waitin for us is a lot better than any horse or car anyhow" Flashing another quick wink as the plane began to make it's descent.

Eden hugged her pillow and mumbled "I'm really not going to like this" Eden pushed the intercom button "James? how long?" "Ms. Eden we will be landing in 5 minutes, weather is 60* and the tower says there are some weird....things near the runway" Osmond looked out the window and felt a slight chill cross his face, "It would appear they've gotten a little impatient." Osmond of course was indicating the images of large rams in the woods bordering the runway. They had trained the rams to never touch pavement unless accompanied by one of the Ralleys, as it would appear they stayed true to their training. Three large heads could be seen in the dense foliage.

Izzy fell to her knees panting and sweating profusely. She looked around at the large space they were in it looked similar to the Dojo that Atlas had at his house and Izzy could see why the Tola clan had a sizable debt at one time, they have a large boat for training when using sea travel and this cargo plane for air travel. Izzy looked at Atlas, " Atlas can't we take a break?" Izzy took a couple of breaths, " I mean we have trained for 10 hours of the plane ride, and only took a break to eat for an hour, I'm exhausted can't we just sleep for the rest of the ride, that way we are rested for the mission." Izzy looked up at Atlas who stood there with not a drop of sweat and didn't look tired at all. "Is this really our difference in skill and stamina? Will I ever catch up to him?" Izzy thought to herself as she awaited a response from Atlas.

Atlas looked down at his exhausted meister and training partner, "You don't need to grovel I was about to tell you to go rest, you have eight hours till we get there so it should give you the perfect time to rest, I received the necessary hotel arrangements for the mission each team has their own room, I am glad I won't have to deal having to get any closer to those twins then necessary we will finish the mission and head home that will be all. The quicker this mission is over the better." Atlas walked over to his and Izzy's bag and grabbed the sword that was wrapped in the golden cloth, unwrapping the cloth and placing the sword on his side. Atlas then took of his blazer and dropped it to the ground, loosened his tie, and unbuttoned the top few button on his shirt, " To actually battle I won't be wearing my Shibusen uniform, but for now this is fine." A tall, thick, metal pole was in front of him, Atlas eyes thinned and he lowered his body a quickly took off toward the pole unsheathing the sword an slicing the pole to piece too quick for Izzy to know the actual number of slices he used.

Atlas sheathed the sword and walked over to the bags he used his bag as pillow and leaned against the wall holding sword, " He really is frightening when he has an actual blade in his hands he always lets off a really dark aura, like his entire being is consumed by his killing intent." Looking over at Atlas then turning to walk into the next room, it had normal first class seat and ever a little food if they were hungry Izzy found pillows and a blanket and laid down in a chair as she drifted off to sleep she remember one of the things her grandfather told her about the difference between the two when she asked but she drifted off and it soon became what she saw in her dream.

"You two are very different, but I believe the main difference is you are what we call a protector you plan to use your skill to protect and help people. Atlas may have the same mind set then you, but that all changes the moment you give him a real blade, he is like a demon of the battlefield a swordsman with great madness even if he doesn't know it himself one day I'm afraid he will make a mistake, seeing as once he starts it is hard to stop him, if the time come I will need you to..."

Izzy began to get nudged from the side she looked at Atlas who was now sitting in the chair next to her buckled in his seat, " So are we there?" Izzy asked still a little groggy.

"Just about another five minutes" Atlas said seemed to be his happy go lucky self and was smiling and typing out a report he to do for the class it was do once they got back so he decided to finish on the free time the had. Izzy was staring at Atlas, she could not remember what her grandfather asked her to do if Atlas ever got out of control not at all. "Anything wrong Isabelle." Izzy quickly shook her head no the then hit Atlas in the gut, who just laughed and caused Izzy to laugh soon after as the plane hit the run way.

Eden looked out the window with a sinking heart. she saw the white balls of fluff in the tree line and stared wistfully at the nice shiney black car she'd ordered 'My pretty car.........' The twins looked out with her to see the heads, noticing one black, one grey, and another with burning red hair, "Our rams!" The two said once more in unison, the grins on their faces almost stretching beyond their faces as the rams stared intently at the plane as though they knew where their hounds were at any time. "Rams? THAT IS OUR TRANSPORTATION?! I have to give up my car to ride on a sheep? Can't we rent horses or ATVs or something?" Eden clutched the notebook to her chest and felt her heart sink further as she thought of the nice hot chocolate she'd ordered in the car, no nice car ride, no hot chocolate, no heat, no fluffy seat

The two looked to her puzzled, "What's more wonderful than the down on a ram's back, it's what lines our coats here" as Desmond spoke he held out his hand for her to feel the inner sleeve to feel the silklike smoothness of the fur. Osmond smiled to her, "They tried horses once, but they couldn't climb for a flip, besides, what better to take us to the top of a mountain than beings that climb up and down it every day? Besides, it was written in the notebook anyhow" the two chuckled loudly as they felt the wheels of the plane touch down on the tarmack.

"ehhhhh......animals just dont like me.." Eden felt the plane taxi down the runway and pull into the little hanger. Rising from her seat and straightened the non-exhistant wrinkles in her jeans and adjusted her top and hat automatically. grabbing the scarf she'd bought and flipping it around her neck she sighed and put her sunglasses on. "Lets do this then"

The twins grinned as they stepped down the steps of the plane, walking briskly to the entrance.
Desmond placed his thumb and middle finger to his lips to deliver a loud blast of a whistle where the three rams bounded down the pavement to the twins, nuzzling into them as though welcoming them home. "I see we have good company to welcome us home, Eden come here. This is Finn, Ares, and Stone. We raised these three on our own when we were children." With each one being addressed, Finn being the red one, Ares being the black one, and Stone being the white, they nodded their heads to the young girl, stepping forward to gently rub their heads against her hand to show they were friendly.

Inner Eden was freaking out. She'd never been close to animals before, well, not nice ones. Her brothers had taken great pleasure in filling her punishment room with snakes, gators, spiders, angry cats, boars and anything else that would attack her. These seemed nice enough now, but she wasn't going to let her guard down. She stroked their heads and scratched behind their soft ears. Keeping her lips clamped tight as not to squeak or whimper she nodded at the rams and quickly stepped behind Desmond

Before Eden could completely hide behind Desmond, the two had loaded their satchels onto the shoulders of two rams, Osmond taking Ares and Desmond taking Finn. The two quickly mounted their rams, using the shoulder manes as grips, and looked down to Eden from the high perches of the rams as tall as horses, "Come on Eden, There's one more place we need to go before we head up to the mountain. Grandah was supposed to meet us here, I wonder where he could be." Desmond pondered as they stroked the necks of their mounts. Eden looked at Stone apprehensively and swallowed hard. She looked up at the twins with imploring eyes "Is it somewhere we can get to by car? We should go there by car. Yes. Car."

The twins looked down from their mounts at Eden Desmond sighed, "Just hop on. Stone's not going to hurt you. Please E, we have work to do and not exactly a whole lot of time to get it done in! The car can't climb the mountain side, these guys can. When we get to Dublin we'll ride in a car all day long but right now we don't have that luxury." His voice urgent as Finn and Ares pawed at the pavement. Osmond flicked his toothpick from side to side as he stroked Ares' neck. Eden looked at Stone and gulped, she slowly stepped toward Stone and shook visibility as she neared him. She slowly reached out and touched Stone as her inner-self was screaming. She slowly heaved herself up on Stone's back and whimpered softly as she felt him move under her, and shut her eyes tight and shut down her mind as to not freak out further

Desmond nodded as he slowly turned Finn towards the exit of the hangar, "Now then, Oz, how about you lead us onward, Grandah should have been here to greet us." Osmond turned back and gave a wink, "Alright then, Ares, Finn, Stone, Let's ride! FLY! EITILT!" With that the rams stared straight ahead and immediately bolted into a full sprint into the city. The sounds of their hooves striking the pavement made them sound as if they were active thunderclouds and yet the ride was almost no different from them standing. The three bolted through streets, cutting quickly down alleyways and tight corners until reaching a long stretch of road where an older looking ram stood among a throng of smiling children. As they drew nearer Osmond would hold up one hand, "Chuid eile! Rest!" With that the rams slowed down to a trot as they neared the children as an old man with a long beard as fluffy as his ram's hide stepped out and waved.

Eden screamed and dug her fingers into Stone's fur as he took off, and held on tight. With each turn and bump she whimpered a bit and when he stopped running she collapsed forward onto his back and buried her face in his fur. Yelling into his ruff, the noise came out muffled "I HATE YOU TWO! YOU TWO SUCK!"

The two disregarded Eden's complaints, having already dismounted and walked over to their grandfather. Desmond quickly shook the old man's hand laughing, "Well I'm glad to see some things haven't changed eh?" As the man took Desmond's hand he quickly drew him in for a playful jab in the gut and then a very tight hug, "Well bless my old eyes, if it isn't my vagabond grandsons!" With that it was Osmond's turn to receive a hug and punch, "Glad to see you too Grandah!" The grin on both their faces almost glowed as they stood next to the old ram. The old mand looked over his ram to see Eden still clinging to Stone's hide, "So that's the young lass you two wrote to me about eh?" As he spoke he would be walking over to the young woman with curiosity, "You know dear the ride is much better when you actually watch your surroundings, they don't want to fall just as badly as you do. The name's Jonas, Jonas Ralley at your service miss, and that old fella' over there" thumbing to his ram, "is Reithe."

Face still burried in Stone's ruff, Eden slowly untangled one of her hands and stuck it out for Jonas to shake. her voice muffled by wool "Nice to meet you, your grandsons are mean. Your country is beautiful, but i'm afraid of heights and animals dont like me much, so if I get down i'm not getting back up, excuse my rudeness. i promise I'll greet you properly when we get to your house and i dont have to get back on Stone for a while." Jonas looked puzzled at her as he took her hand, "You Americans are a strange lot aren't you?" Releasing her hand, Jonas took to running his fingers through his beard absently, "Well then if you want to head on in such a rush then we should best be off, though I might suggest you look up. You're kindof making Stone nervous, and it just makes the ride better for everyone if you just trust in the rams. They won't let you down. I've ridden on Reithe for sixty years now and the old boy hasn't thrown me off or hurt me yet hehehehe!" As he spoke, Jonas nodded to the boys to resume their mounts and then lept onto Reithe's back and waved to the children as they returned to the building, the sign becoming more legible, "17th Avenue Orphanage"

Eden sat up but kept her eyes closed. Using her untangled hand she carefully patted Stone's head "Don't be nervous. I believe you wont throw me off " her inner head screamed NO WE DON'T! "I trust you" NO WE DON'T! "Please dont be nervous" STOP TALKING TO IT STUPID!!!!! Mentally hushing her inner-self she cracked an eye as they start off and slowly opened her eyes. If she didn't look directly down, she could keep her eyes open and keep her inner self from screaming at her

As Eden opened her eyes, the twins had lined up behind their grandfather, standing in front of her. The old man held up his hand, "Alright everyone, Let's go! Eitilt!" With the words echoing among the streets, Reithe reared up and bolted forward, Ares, Finn, and Stone close on his heels. The twins held lightly to the fur of their rams, enjoying the feeling of the wind as it blew around them. Their comfort came from knowing both the wind and the rams were with them, and they could only hope their training with Eden would at least show her that the wind was with her as well. The four bolted out of the city limits they would enter a green pasture where the shadow of a tall craggy mountain loomed in the distance, blotting out the sun in certain areas. Osmond fell back slightly to ride beside the meister, "Eden! Look up! There's our destination!" his voice at a yell to be heard over the thundering hooves of their mounts. Eden started to feel nauseous as she felt Stone move under her. She looked up where Osmond was pointing. She kept her lips clamped tight, fighting the urge to lose the dinner she'd eaten on the plane. She absently wondered if they would eat soon, which only made her nausea worse. She nodded at Osmond and kept her death grip on Stone's ruff

Within a matter of minutes the group would be charging towards the almost vertical cliff side, the rams tensing up as they began to crouch within their gate and suddenly spring upward onto the ledges. The rams seemed to bounce on springs as they ran up the mountainside, never losing their speed as they began their ascension up the mountain. With the sudden increase in altitude came a gradual drop in temperature until a mild snow could be noticed, the twins hunched down over their rams' necks to keep with the warmth until they reached a summit covered with trees, upon entering the new forest the temperature would increase to approximately 60 degrees Fahrenheit. The rams slowed to a mild canter until they encountered a gate with a sign inscribed, "Ralley Family Compound. UNPROVOKED VIOLENCE UPON THIS HOUSE OR ITS INHABITANTS WILL INCUR THE WRATH OF THE WAR GOD. . . WELCOME"

Eden yelped and whimpered with each leap and bound that Stone made. As the temperature dropped she hugged Stone closer. Shivering as they finally reached the gate she looked up and smiled finally i can get off the sheep "How much further Oz?" Osmond looked back as they passed through the gate, "Not much further, you can actually see the house from here, look," As the group trotted forward, the top of a two story manor came into view. Sprawling before the large house was a wide pasture where large groups of differently colored rams wandered and grazed. As the group drew nearer to the large brick house, the sight of multiple obstacles and stone training dummies with deep gashes and pockmarks from points. A smaller building could be seen next to a wide stable where a hard metallic clang resonated, just covering a deep boisterous voice singing an unrecognizable tune.

"Awesome!" Eden hopped off Stone and practically kissed the ground. Then trotted beside Stone as they reached the house. when they stopped she patted Stones head "thank you for not killing me" she quickly stepped away from him and walked over to Jonas and curtsied "I'm sorry for my rudeness earlier, your estate is beautiful and it is a pleasure to make your acquaintance"

Jonas looked down at Eden with a still puzzled look, "You know we still have a little ways to go right?" As he spoke, the old man extended a finger to show steep drops and rises within the pasture as they walked along, "Though I am glad to actually see your face now dear, why not let Stone carry you and your things just a little further, you might find you enjoy his company. Can't be any worse than having these two hooligans in your entourage every day," nudging at his grandsons with a wheezy laugh. Osmond and Desmond reached into their pockets, producing a ball of paper and a toothpick to be lightly tossed at their grandfather in jest. Dipping down and riding up the hill, the clanging stopped as a broad shouldered man with goggles stepped out, holding a hammer in one hand and a pair of tongs in the other. The man's thick beard was predominantly black from the soot of his forge with little hints of red peeking out among the curls.

"Well well well! Look what the cat dragged in eh? Been a while boys! Get over here and let me get a look at ya!" The man's voice sounded like grinding gravel as it boomed over the pasture, drawing the attention of a few rams and their offspring who bounded towards the forge in their cotton soft down.

Alphonse Ravenclaw

Alphonse hung behind the DWMA students, not making a single sound. He would not act irrationally. Though he was beginning to become bored of trailing them. He'd read about the minor gods before in a book once back when he was in his old body. He'd also read about their easily induced anger that usually left behind rivers of blood and carnage. Alphonse may have been a powerful Death Scythe, but he was no fool.He watched with a subtle grin as his eyes crawled up the Eden's legs and to her throat. How Succulent her blood must taste. How much more delicious her soul must be.

As the twins approached the shed, their eyes lit up in joy, "HEY DAD!" The twins yelled in unison as they vaulted off of the rams and tackled the broadshouldered man in a large hug. The man recieved the two with a roaring laugh as he dropped the tongs and hammers. The rams gathering joined in on the embrace, glad to see their former sheppards returning home. The large man looked over to the house "EMMA! THE BOYS ARE HOME!!" his voice echoed throughout the mountain as he called out for his wife. The front door opened to a tall woman with long blonde hair in a tan fleece dress holding a greasey cleaver in one hand and a half plucked chicken in the other, "Bless my soul, you are home boys!" Her voice rang like a bell as she placed the blade and chicken in the kitchen then jogged out to meet her sons in a strong embrace.

Eden took a step back to allow everyone to have their family time in peace. She shifted uncomfortably from one foot to the other, hushing her inner voice as it made sarcastic remarks about how 'this is how a family is, your just a freak' She looked back at Stone and took a step towards him, and poked him with a finger. Her inner voice stopped making fun of her just enough to freak out about her touching the animal. Removing her hand from his pelt she looked over at the touching family reunion and sighed and started to retreat into her mind to review what she'd learned from the notebook

The twins quickly hugged their parents and looked back to where Eden and Jonas stood, "Why are you two over there? You've got your place in this too ya know!" Mr. Ralley yelled as the rams opened up to allow the two to join them. Wiping his hands on his smudged white t-shirt the large man offered his hand, "Michael Ralley at your service, This is my wife Emma," as he spoke Michael placed a hand on the small of his wife's back as she bowed slightly, "Pleasure to meet you dear." As her eyes made contact with Eden's it would immediately become obvious where Osmond got his natural expressions. Jonas placed his hands in his pockets and stood next to the four as they conversed, "I don't mean to break up this lovely image but it would appear there is another in our midst. Show Yourself, Unfortunately your tricks can't cover the smell of your madness among the rams. As long as you come in peace you have no reason to hide." The other Ralleys looked to Jonas as though he were going mad but with a second to focus, the presence of the kishin's slave became noticable but not intimidating.

The Kishin's Death Scythe Alphonse Ravenclaw

The Prism of shadows that hid Alphonse from view shattered like glass, soaking up into the grass beneath his feet. His face, that bore a striking resemblance to his elder sister, chuckled as he combed stray hair back with his gloved fingers. "I guess I've been found out. Though I have to admit. I am impressed." He smiled and winked at Eden with his crimson eyes.

Eden turns bright red at the attention, and nibbles on her lower lip and does a tiny finger wave, suppressing a grin as she did. She was kind of confused, where had this guy come from? why was he here? how the hell did he get up the cliff without riding one of the sheep? her face practically steaming she moves closer to Desmond to hide behind him so she could compose herself

The old man sighed as he rested a hand on Reithe, "You shouldn't be so surprised. We've been around the block for a long time, you learn to sense things when you know your terrain for most of your life. What exactly is your intention for coming to our property?" The twins trained their eyes to the new arrival, Desmond turned his head slightly to speak to Eden, "The trick to this is that you have to be in the company of someone or something that knows how to get here. There is nothing that says you have to be acknowledged by the ones coming here." As he spoke, Michael and Emma moved beside their sons, forming a wall of bodies between the kishin's representative and the meister. Michael placed a hand on Eden's shoulder, leaning in to whisper in her ear, "Now dear, there's still one more trick to this land that he may or may not know, the sign only says that outsiders cannot act aggressively against us, we can still fight if need be, we are on protected land you know." The big man gave a gentle wink as he stepped forward slightly. Eden looked around Michael and Emma and smiled at the new comer, part of her mind was screaming at her to introduce herself and make nice like the good little socialite, the other was saying she should stay behind the boys. poking Desmond in the back she whispered "Is it ok to talk to him?" Desmond looked back again, "As long as he does not bear ill harm to the land and those living there yeah, this land is technically neutral, they do not support either Death or the Kishin. Though be careful, even sugar coated words can mask poisonous intent." With that Emma stepped forward, her eyes coldly analyzing the kishin servant, "You know it is only proper manners in this part of the world to introduce themselves to their hosts if they look to be treated as guests."

Eden felt a shock, and ran around in front of Emma, curtsied and offered her hand 'my manners, I'm so sorry, I'm Eden..." following her gaze "oh...not directed at me....sorry...I'll just be over...." pointing "there". All the Ralley's locked eyes on Eden and quickly grabbed her shoulders and hurled her back behind them, "Don't interrupt!" the five voices rang out in unison as they returned their gaze to the Kishin's representative. By this time every ram in the pasture was also looking to the intruder, some pawed at the ground while others shook their horns, they were all aware of what was on it's way, they knew soon it would be time for their ancestor and the creator of the covenant would be in their midst. Eden huffed, and pouted "lame"

The Kishin's Death Scythe Alphonse Ravenclaw

"Pardon my intrusion." Alphonse bowed slightly. "I am Alphonse Ravenclaw. I come here on behalf of Archduke Aro von Friedhor. My master is a very old and very wise. He's informed me of the rules of this land, so don't expect a fight from me...well at least not yet." He grinned slyly, this time his eyes locking on the Ralley twins. "I'm only here to converse with Hadrian in place of my master. That is all."

Jonas looked to Alphonse with a grave expression, "I know your master well, you forgot to list his one true title: Kishin. To refer to him as Archduke would imply that he has some humanity left when we are all aware what happens to a person when they cross the barrier your master has. Then again greater warriors than your master have tried to win Lord Hadrian to their side and found themselves crushed beneath his power, I suggest you not put on such airs in his presence. Well, since you seem to bear us no ill will for the time being, welcome to our home. You will have to pardon the accomodations, we were expecting only three guests, not four..." As he spoke he would absently stroke the old ram's fleece, curling his fingers and twirling the snow white fleece around his index finger.

Osmond and Desmond both clenched their fists, feeling that while the intruder calls for peace, they could not shake the feeling that by the end of their encounter, a battle will break out on the grounds of Hadrian's Hall. Michael moved between his sons and placed a hand on either twin's shoulder, "Calm yourselves boys. Let him make the first move, besides, we have bigger things to worry about than a mortal wanting to charm an audience. Grab your masks and lead Eden inside where you can leave your things. Mom and I'll take care of them while you lot are gone." The twins were confused at their father's words, they could remember countless times where they would have to be the ones to hold their father back from a fight, be it a bar brawl or a young gang member trying to rob him. They knew Michael Ralley to be more of a headstrong fighter, but even he was being effected by the seriousness of the situation. Upon hearing their fathers orders, the brothers quickly scooped up their bags and Eden's and lead her into the big house, inside were paintings of famous battles, warriors, and landscapes. The furniture within looked old and yet very well kept.

Moving down a hallway and into a small sitting room holding a few couches and leather armchairs similar to the ones at their appartment, the twins placed the bags down and quickly turned to Eden, Osmond gazed into her eyes with his mother's cold calm expression "E, does the name Ravenclaw sound familiar to you? I can't remember where I've heard that name before but I know I have. Look, E, be very careful around this guy. He looks nice and all, but keep in mind: he works for a monster, his very soul reeks of the kishin's madness. Things may get rough so we want you to keep on your guard with this one. Can you do that?" Before hearing Eden's answer, the twins reached into their satchels and retrieved the clay masks and carefully held them in their left hands as they lead Eden back to the front where their parents and grandfather stood talking with Alphonse. As they drew closer to the group, Jonas looked to them and then to Alphonse, then back to his grandsons, "If there is no more preparation that needs to be done, follow me, we'll go on foot from here."

The Kishin's Death Scythe Alphonse Ravenclaw

"I don't mind. In my previous life I couldn't even stand on my own. I was locked in a cage for months. Now, I don't even require food to sustain my body. Only souls. Though the warm blood of young woman is a delightful side dish." Alphonse wouldn't put up any resistance. He would stay in his place gleefully as long as it lead to the completion of his mission. Until then he would saunter casually and continue to flirt with his crimson eyes.

Eden's plastered smile faltered, and she looked at Alphonse "Ew....just....ew...." She stepped closer to Desmond and Osmond, and snaked her arms around each of their waists. Leaning her head on Osmond's shoulder, she allowed her eyes to go blank as she scanned through her memories for the name "Ravenclaw", disregarding the references to books, actual Ravens claws, a few bands and recipes, she whispered "Ravenclaw is the last name of someone at school." In a louder voice she spoke to Jonas "I disagree. I understand that everyone's tensions are high, but" pointing at Alphonse "Why do you want to talk to him? Yeah, your master says so, but do you really want to go through with this? If your as weak as you claim then I'd recommend hitting a gym or something. In the past like thousands of years he's never chosen a side other than the Ralleys, what makes you so damned special that you think you deserve to see him, let alone speak with him?" And Eden, realizing her spacy shield was failing added in a much much quieter tone "I'm not even dressed to meet him."

"Too late creeper. We know better." Pointing at Alphonse "You stay away from me. My blood is toxic and I don't feel like killing you today. If you come near me I'll sic Ozzy and Des on you." Shivers "ew." Eden takes a step behind the twins and pushes them together, making a sort of human shield between her and the creepy dude.

Jonas looked at the two as they made their rather strange exchange, It's one of these two that will be Lord Hadrian's Sheppard?!?! Dear God help them and us! The old man sighed as he turned to his grandsons with a worried look that conveyed everything he and his family was thinking: What in the world have we done? The bearded man stroked his beard and delivered a deliberate cough to indicate it was time to get serious again, "IF you two don't mind, we have somewhere to be and someone very important waiting on us."

Osmond and Desmond quickly strode over to their grandfather as he began to walk towards a set of steps carved out of the mountainside. Osmond took the lead while Desmond began herding Alphonse and Eden towards the steps. As they descended the stairway, the group would be able to look over and see a vast amount of the Irish country side as the sun began to set. Lining the path on either side sat clay pots filled with oil, which Jonas lit as he passed each one. As he walked the old man began to hum and then sing a sombre tune in a deep bass which the twins joined in with their gentle tenor voices having heard the song all their lives:

Under the mountain dark and cold
Where in the War God sits his throne
A King of strength and heart of bold
A palace built of conquered bone

Beside him sit his Hounds of white
Awaiting their Lord's call to war
And return home in cloak of night
Singing of their foe's no more

The Shepherd comes into his hall
To meet the War God dark and tall
The warriors swift the warriors strong
The battle pitched the battle long

His horns are sharp their spear is long
Their legs are swift their arms are strong
Their hearts are brave their hearts are bold
To reach the Lord of battles old

A promise made a pact is set
Between the shepherd and his fold
Within the mountain they have met
A pact of peace is made to hold

As the three sang, their voices echoed against the rocks as they entered the mouth of a cavern, creating the sound of multiple disembodied voices as they reached a tall door set within the mountain. The massive doors were adorned with carvings of rams, of battles, of great men and a terrible human/ram hybrid similar to a minotaur. The three Ralleys stepped before the doors, Osmond and Desmond placing their masks over their faces and then pressed their their foreheads and palms to the door with great reverence. Meanwhile Jonas placed his hands on his grandsons' backs, "Lord Hadrian! Your Hounds have returned to your Hall, Let them enter and renew the pact between our two tribes!" Jonas' voice boomed as the twins pressed gently on the massive doors, feeling the stone give way as the great hall opened up into an abyssal darkness. The twins looked back to Eden and Alphonse, their masks blocking their eye contact with the two outsiders, "It is time," The two spoke with grave tones as they awaited their companions to join them at the threshold.

(If you guys are curious as to what the melody of the song sounds like I will attatch a link: http://youtu.be/aUXP8VEXWMs I used a line or two from the song but for the most part I just want the overall sound of the music to be focused on. And yes I know it's from the Hobbit, don't judge)

Izzy and Atlas walked off the plane and out to the Dublin streets, "Should we go and see if the others got here yet?" Izzy asked Atlas who was staring up at the sky, "Homesick?" Atlas looked over at Izzy and little taken back, " You always have the same look walking home from school. You aren't really a city person I can tell, the apartment looks almost exactly like your house back home, I gotta say it made me feel a little less homesick when I saw it." Izzy smiled at Atlas who smiled back. "I can't wait for the first vacation to go back home and see everyone, having mom's delicious rice balls and uncle's great hamburgers and aunties perfect side dish for every meal, but first we need to make it through the mission." Izzy said as they walked in the hotel they were to be staying in completely lost in thought about the rather luxurious meals the Tola and Rolas families are known for.

Atlas put his hand on her head and smiled, "You know i wasn't homesick at all, but that little rant kinda made me a little. I was just thinking about a dream I had while sleeping on the plane, speaking of which I would really like to knock out on the bed, those walls and airplane seat weren't the to comfortable for someone my size." Atlas smiled as he walked up to the front desk of the hotel, "I am here from Shibusen, there should be a room for two reserved for us."

The man smiled and began to type into his computer as Atlas waited for a response, "Ah Tola correct?" Atlas shook his head agreeing, " Okay here are you room keys." The man handed Atlas two room keys and smiled, " Do you need any help with your bags?"

"No thank." Atlas said as he handed Izzy her room key, " I'm gonna go bring all the bags up and take a nap, if you bump it to the others just come get me alright?" Atlas threw Izzy and his bags over his shoulder and walked toward the elevator, as he got there he let out a large yawn. The doors opened and Atlas walked in, he was alone in the elevator so he let a sigh, " Why did I have that dream now? Why that man? Akira Tola, the only man to ever make me look like a novice and the black mark on the Tola name, why did our battle suddenly appear in my dream, but this time I wasn't his only Target." The elevator doors opened and Atlas strolled over to his room door as he opened the, he dropped all the bags and went straight toward the bed. "Much better" Atlas slowly drifted off to sleep.

Izzy watched Atlas walk away with the bags and go Up the elevator, " I wounder if everything is alright? He has been acting strange lately." Izzy walked over to the main desk, " Oh! Can you tell me if the other has showed up yet, and if so what room are they staying in?" Izzy asked as the man stared at for a little before he started looking through papers on the front desk.

"The... have... not... arrived... yet, buuuttttt" the man prolonged is words as he looked pulled out a paper, "The left you a message saying the will be here in about three days and they had some they had to take care of prior to your arrangement." The smiled as another guest loudly cleared her throat, "Oh, excuse me miss could you just move over so I could take care of the other guest." Izzy shook her head and then walked away from the counter and out the front doors.

"Room 347 hmm. I'm gonna have to keep a hold of my key like no tomorrow, because I know Atlas is gonna forget his a lot." Izzy laughed a little to herself, " I think I'll get something to eat, but what I wonder is the fast food here as deadly as the Fast Food in the US?" Izzy wondered as she came across a large amount of Fast Food restaurant, "I guess i'll get us both something like a burger or whatever." Izzy walked into a Mcdonalds and decided to just order a few cheese burgers, and then walked around Dublin a little, "I wonder I Lord Death knows that those three are gonna be late maybe I could get in touch with him and ask?" Izzy saw a mirror sitting in an alleyway and knelt down it front of it, "42-42-564, to knock on Death's Door!" Izzy said as the ripples in the mirror began, "Wow that's Cool. Oh! Lord Death I just wanted to inform you that Eden Rogers and the Ralley twins left Atlas and I a message saying that they would be about three days late, if it isn't a problem could I be informed why, I know that they had to get your permission first."

(I'm leaving Deaths answer up to eithier Slag or Eden since it mianly pertains to their characters is Izzy knows this or not.)

The Kishin's Death Scythe Alphonse Ravenclaw

Alphonse hand went to his his neck. Every since he entered the tunnel he'd felt a slight tightening sensation in his throat. It was as if the madness wave length the reverberated through his body was shrinking. As if some some unseen aura was compressing it inside of his very own body. As time went by he was able to adjust to it, though it intensified once he stood in the presence of the god...Hadrian. Alphonse was only fifteen and extremely tall for his age standing over six feet. But Hadrian...his height was appropriate for his dominating presence. Alphonse had long realized that the mysterious aura emanated from him.

Alphonse stepped forward. The intensity of the aura increased. It was like inhaling smoke. Though he didn't let any of it show on his face. He simply smiled and greeted the god with a slight bow.

The large being rested his head on his right hand as he looked down at the two, "Perhaps you did not understand your mission, dear Hounds. You were supposed to bring me one Sheppard candidate. Unless these two are bound together somehow I would say this generation cannot count." His voice echoed through the cavern as his eyes scanned Eden and Alphonse. After a moment of silence, watching the two greet him in their own ways, the large man did something unexpected: He smiled. His eyes first looked to Eden, "Funny, I can smell your fear from here and yet you still smile... Confidence in the face of unsurity....Reminds me very much of Him when the pact was first made. And You," His eyes turned to Alphonse, his face losing the smile, "You sneak past my Hounds and follow them to my land. A land where very few have access to, or even know exist anymore....HAHAHAHAAH!" the laughter of the deity shook the very hall to cause small pebbles to fall from the ceiling, "Very resourceful indeed! I guess I know now why my Hounds brought two instead of one. I seem to have trouble myself choosing between these two. Granted I can smell the madness of both, which of course I do not approve of, but then again both of you have come from the camps of two veritable tyrants." The being's voice held a touch of disdain as he thought of both the Kishin and Death. The fist in which his massive head rested clenched into a light fist.

The twins looked up to their master, their eyes hidden behind the dim light of the eyeholes of the masks, "Lord Hadrian, We only brought one. The male seeks an audience with you, sire. We felt that since the tribe allowed him access that he had gained your permission through them. We apologize, Lord Hadrian, for not coming to you first before bringing outsiders into your great Hall. Please excuse our incompetence, Master." The two voices bubbled through the masks as they assumed their places at the side of Hadrian's throne, the hollow light of their eyes gazed out over Eden and Alphonse. The god looked down to Alphonse with a mildly amused expression, "Well then, is that so eh? I see no reason to refuse your request. Come closer, Agent of the Demon." Hadrian's free hand waved Alphonse forward, keeping his eyes trained on him with almost an expression of boredom. However, just the look of the deity would begin to compress the madness within Alphonse and Eden as their eyes met his. The madness could be felt forming a tight, dark ball in the pits of their stomachs as they remained in his presece.

Eden's left eye twitched with annoyance as the creepy demon got to address Hadrian first, she'd been chosen to come here and now that she was here...she kind of liked it. He wasn't as scary to her as her Mother, and didn't intimidate her like her father, so she was okay with him being twelve feet tall and a god. Didn't change her view of him in her head, as a fuzzy little lamb, cute but deadly. She felt her madness compress into her stomach and she wrinkled her forehead in confusion. Reaching into herself she teased at the madness to try and lighten the load, and when it did nothing she shrugged and pulled it out of herself and let the madness she'd stored up go empty. Figuring that he'd rip it from her, the willing release of it was just....easier

Her empty eyes looked out across the room, focusing on a point above Hadiran's left shoulder. Feeling happy and relaxed, now that her madness levels were empty, she rocked from her heels to the balls of her feet and fidgeted with her gloves. The twins had told her her madness would be taken from her, and she was fine with that. She had plenty of charms and other packaged witch magic if she ever got hurt enough to need it. She kicked at the hardened madness ball, and giggled as it made a 'goooooshie' noise, she poked at it with the toe of her shoe a bit more, giggling as she did, and only stopped when she heard Osmond clear his throat.

Keeping part of her mind on alert, she let the rest of it wander into the emptied spaces left by the madness, and repaired where it had eaten at her mind with some 'patches'. Kind of like fixing a wall that had nails driven into it with spackle, not perfect, but it'd do for now. She poked around in her head a bit longer, and when she thought she'd done a good enough job emptying her head and heart of madness, she tuned in to hear the conversation going on between her ram and the weezle.

"Its a very major mission that only Eden, Osmond, and Desmond are able to do because of a pact that Ralley family has with a deity." Lord Death said as he waved good bye, "Now, you and your cousin need to do recon while you wait, your contact will be waiting for you outside Spire of Dublin., have fun, <3, BYEEE." Lord Death told Izzy as she seemed rather unfazed by his comment of the Ralley Twins and Eden meeting with a deity.

"Once he wakes up we'll go right there sir." Izzy said and the connection cut out, " Wow they are meeting with a deity. Where have I heard that word before, it is sometime of shaman or something isn't it, maybe Atlas would know." Izzy said to herself as she looked down at her phone, " He has be fine now I mean he has been sleeping for two hours already." Izzy walked back toward the hotel they where staying at, " Three days of recon, that isn't going to go well with Atlas. He doesn't even know that they are going to be late and with the conversation that he had with the one in Lord Death's room it will not go well at all. God Damn it, I'm gonna take all this heat cause they have another mission, well Lord Death shouldn't get to mad if Atlas and I just go on and do the mission before they get here I mean Dublin definitely is not Atlas's cup of tea." Izzy laughed to herself as she walked into the hotel, the laughed getting her much unwanted attention as she walked in the elevator.

Atlas squirmed in the bed, sweat running down his face and the rest of his body a frightened and Saddened look on his face, " Don't.... GET AWAY FROM HER! bastard... i'll... i'll..." Izzy walked into the room looking at Atlas a look of horror took over her face as she dropped all of her bags and her smile vanished as she rushed over to him and began to shake him. "I'll... I'll... I'll... I'll... I'll... I'll... I'll... I'll... I'll... I'LL KILL YOU, YOU BASTARD!" Atlas shot up in the bed knocking Izzy back into the wall, Atlas was panting as he slowly began to wake up, "Is...sa...belle? Are you okay I'm sorry, I was just having a horrible nightmare." Wiping sweat off of him with a towel next to the bed, "Let me help you up," Atlas reached his hand out which Izzy grasped and he pulled her to her feet.

Izzy looked at Atlas and smiled, " I got some news you aren't going to like, the Ralley Twins and their partner have got caught up in another mission with some Deity and won't be here for three days, so Lord Death wants us to do recon for that time." Izzy said as she looked at Atlas' sweat soaked sheets, "What could he be thinking of, that can scare him this much?"

Atlas got out walked over the bathroom, "Hmph Lord Death is insane if he thinks I'm gonna just sit here doing recon for three days while their off playing with gods." Atlas said as he walked in the bathroom and turned the shower on, Izzy's eyes grew in size as she finally realized and remembered what Deity meant. "Hey, Isabelle how about we just do the mission ourselves, if it is possible we can clean our hands with this mission." Atlas said as he peaked his head out of the bathroom, "I think I'm gonna have to make friends with those guys if they have a connection with a god I would love a chance to really test my skills." Atlas said as he pulled his head back in to the bathroom and stepped into the shower. "Why did that dream happen, I haven't thought about him since he left."

Izzy waited in the room eating a few burgers that she had bought earlier they had gotten a little cold after everything that had happened, but she didn't care to much. As she ate the bathroom door opened and Atlas walked out buttoning up his shirt, and reached for his blue tie as he walked over to Izzy and grabbed a burger, "Atlas what was your nightmare about?"

Atlas looked into Izzy's eyes and a serious look came over his face, "Akira returned and this time I was his target and he decided to take everything from me. He made me sit there as I watched him kill everyone important to me." Atlas got up and grabbed a few burgers, "Let's get going we'll do one day of recon and start the actual mission tomorrow" Atlas turned Izzy with a smile. Izzy looked at Altas with disbelief at his comment, as Atlas went to leave and smiled at her she smiled back and got up, as they walked out of the hotel room Atlas looked up, "Don't worry it was just a dream, I won't lose to the monster again."

The Kishin's Death Scythe Alphonse Ravenclaw

"Thank you for allowing me into your domain Lord Hadrian. It's an honor. My name is Alphonse Ravenclaw. Underling of the Archduke of Laviatria, Aro von Friedhof." Approaching Hadrian internally was difficult. he could feel the madness inside of him fighting to maintain it's energy that was being sucked away by the aura that was seeping from this enormous god. He fought with it. Deep inside. He felt that without the madness he would return to his former self. "He said that you would have a lot to say about the way the world is now."

The large man leaned forward, placing his face within a foot of the young mans, "That I do, but I know you were not sent here just to listen to me speak about how this world has come and how it will go. So speak your business, Servant of the Kishin," the massive being leaned forward and scratched his chin in contemplation, "Better yet, I want to hear your words in their absolute purity," With that, Hadrian extended a thick finger forward, touching the young mans forehead and inhaled deeply. As his finger made contact with Alphonse's forehead, Alphonse could feel his madness being pulled upward, through his throat and out of his mouth in the form of a writhing blob that built within the palm of the god's extended hand.

As the last of the madness left Alphonse's body, it would wriggle and contort in the massive palm untill it formed a small bat bearing the face of Aro von Friedhof and almost instantly imploded into itself forming a white ball of light. The wargod smiled as he looked to the new creation, "There, madness forms wardrive, wardrive forms courage, courage forms strength. Now then, speak your business. I much prefer those who speak to me to speak on their own accord, not as puppets for some tyrant who cannot bother to find me in person," his eyes quickly shot to Eden and flashed a kind smile, "Do not worry, servant of Death, I have not forgotten our business as well. You will have your time just as I am granting this one his. Have patience." With that his eyes turned back to the young man before him.
