Class Crescent Moon

"What do you think?!" Koganei sighed, "Do you think I want to see you get hurt because of me?! Am I supposed to let you take all the burden yourself?! I am here to protect those who I care about not to see them get hurt because of me!" he finished before shutting his mouth again. The whole time he was taking to her he kept his feet up on his desk and his eyes closed. He hoped she would understand how he felt for once, not just worry for his safety the whole time. If she wasn't always trying to take every blow for him they would be able to be so much stronger as a team, because while she was busy trying to protect him, he was trying to do the same for her because she was doing it for him, all in all that decreased their fighting ability because they didn't have their heads in the game and were worrying too much about trying to avoid every single attack.

Kat sighed unhappily "I'm sorry...." She told him her voice sounded completely pitiful as it cracked. Any and all anger left her when she heard how upset he was. She understood why he was upset she always did. It didn't take a genuis to understand they had a lot of kinks to work out in there pact. But it was in her nature to be protective just as it was in his. It's a weapons duty to protect there miesters from harm or so she had been lead to believe. And besides this was the first time she was ever truly injured. Usually they did great together. She sighed and put her head in her arms. She truly didnt know what to do. How was she supposed to just sit back and let her miester take damage like he wanted or so she thought thats what he wanted. He was still a mystery to her. She had been taught to take damage for her chosen miester. Corse her home life was not the best. Was she truly taught wrong like so many times before? She sighed. All this fuss over minor wounds.

"Ok, class, this is the last chance to pick your other teams for your first mission out!" Maka said as she stood behind the podium. "Yeah, so be cool about it!" Soul smirked as he glanced around the class room. "Hey, Adam, Steve, you think we should ask that Hyde kid and his partner?" Calyx said as he wrote out a few ideal partnerships. "Sure, if they ever arrive?" Adam said with a laugh. "Can't we just take the solo mission, with your 'special talent' we really don't need anyone else getting in the way." Steve said with a cold glare. "I don't think they'll OK that!" Cal replied. "ughhh, this is so dumbbb!" steve blurted as he rose out of his seat, stretched and walked out of the room. "Do you know why your brother is so moody?" He said as he watched the drama king leave the room. "He doesn't enjoy relying on others." Adam groaned.

Ok, class, this is the last chance to pick your other teams for your first mission out!" Maka said as she stood behind the podium. "Yeah, so be cool about it!" Soul smirked as he glanced around the class room.

Kat's head shot straight up from her arms and her eyes where filled to the brim with fear. She thought they werent going to do that. She had read they were thinking about it but she hoped they weren't going to. "She was so screwed..She had to pick a partner?! She had to talk to people?! She had to work with someone!? How!? When people were near her she fell silent. She lacked the ability to talk. She never had to work with anyone but Koganei. And it took her long enough to even talk to him for Pete's Sake! This was so messed up.." She said in her head. She got up and walked out of the room blushing a dark shade of pink because people were staring at her. She went to the library and picked out five or so different books out based on Death Cities History, fighting styles and Weapon semantics, Soul based abilities, singing and guitar chords for songs, and Grigori Souls. And went to the back of library in the corner where she would be hidden from sight. She was sitting on a purple bean-bag chair and began reading. She was going to read the rest of the day until she decided what she was going to do. Which was the norm for her in situations like this.

Setsugie listened to Maka and Soul said thinking it over Setsugie sighed, "Teams huh,I wonder how this'll go..." Mumbled Sesugie 'Suppressing my soul is hard enough in school, and with a team can hide my ability's in battle, there no choice I guess...' Setsugie thinks. Looking at the other students already picking out their teams, "I'll just till someone comes to me... though who would want the 'weak and lazy' Meister in their team eh?" Setsugie whispers letting of a small chuckle, placing his hands over his head, leaning back on his chair and closing his eyes.

"Oh, how could I sleep in so late?!" said Roxann as she ran across Death City to DWMA and into class Crescent Moon, where she quickly spotted her meister Setsugie and raced over to him where she sat down next to him. "It took her a moment to catch her breathe, "Well, sorry I am late..." she said hoping he wouldn't get mad and decide to get rid of her for being late...again. "I overslept and then I raced over her as soon as I could, I am so sorry..." she tried to explain to him.

Kat walked to the classroom and sat down. She put on her glasses waited for next lecture to start. She was still blushing a dark shade of pink from hugging her meister. She tried hiding that she was and began reading her psychology book again. She wouldn't let herself think about the team project. She could only hope that Koganei would keep to his word and take care of it.

Slightly staggering on his seat because of Roxann, Setsugie stopped leaning back on his seat opening his eyes he looked at Roxann, "Don't worry, You should relax more school's for slacking off...well in my book anyway." said Setsugie stretching out his arms while yawning. Setsugie started leaning once again on his chair "By the way I hope you didn't rush over here without even eating breakfast right?" Setsugie said.

Koganei after having finally gotten Kat taken care of and under control he silently went back into the classroom and took his seat next to her again.

Kat stayed silent thinking about alot of things. She looked at soul remembering what he told her long ago and smiled. She would protect her miester. Maybe be a little more laid back on it but Soul would not have taught her wrong. She apologized to him by thought for thinking otherwise. She relaxed and become more like herself. She was so stressed out it was making her act foolishly.

Hearing Roxann's stomach growl made Setsugie chuckle a bit looking a her "You're a hopeless weapon... But you my hopeless weapon I guess, but don't worry after class I'll buy you something to eat I can't have you walk around with an empty stomach know can I?" Setsugie said looking in front with his normal relaxed smile. A sigh of relief came out by this time he would be training his ass off but school has come in between which is why he loves school so much.
