-Description:
He has layered brown hair and hazel eyes. He's slim and very well muscled from almost constantly training himself to get stronger. However, his build naturally hides most of his muscle tone. He has a light dusting of freckles across his nose, courtesy of his Scottish heritage, though he obviously has an equally strong amount of Japanese in him from his mother. His arms and legs have quite a few scars on them from when he first started training to be a Weapon. He also has his family's crest tattooed in red over his heart. He tends to wear a black undershirt and capris, and a beanie, though he's been known to wear a long-sleeved black t-shirt and jeans when it's cold.

On his own, the most Innes can do is to change his arm into the 'blade' part of his gunblade weapon form. He can't utilize the 'gun' half by himself at the moment, since he hasn't learned how to shoot his own soul wavelength- not to mention how tiring it is, potentially reducing his accuracy and efficiency for the rest of the fight. Normally, when he knows he might have to fight on his own, he brings along a baseball bat as a backup- what's the point in wasting energy to only half-change forms?
With his Meister, however, he's a lot more capable. He shoots a compressed form of his Meister's soul wavelength. He can also unfold into a sword for close combat. Soul resonance allows him to combine his soul wavelength with his Meister's to fire more powerful 'bullets' and should he be extended into his sword form, he would have a much sharper and slightly longer blade. Any other soul resonance techniques are unknown.
-Personality:
Innes is really active, though not overly social. Unless he's comfortable being around someone, he's generally pretty quiet. Innes is rather artistic and all of his notebooks have some rough sketches and doodles in and on them. Where his father taught him how to be a Weapon, his mother instructed him in other things such as how to cook and play guitar and piano. Due to his father's influence, he's always been very fit and active. He's bounced from sport to sport throughout the years, but has always loved rock climbing, or more specifically, bouldering. He was raised to be loyal and patient, though he can have moments, like everyone else, where he loses all that and can be rather short-tempered. He's also rather sarcastic when I find an opportunity to be, but since most people don't seem to appreciate this, He's found himself toning it down quite a bit more than he used to. He also likes to play the word banter game 'Questions.'
-Bio:
Innes was born in Scotland to Ian Ross, a rather famous Scottish weapon, and Amu Ross, a rather lesser-known Japanese weapon. They lived there until the year Innes turned thirteen, when they moved to Japan to be with his mother's ailing parents. Throughout all a this his parents continued training him in how to be a great Weapon. After his grandparents died a little over a year later, they moved to Death City. While they were there, Innes quickly learned to hide his still rather predominant Scottish accent while he was around anyone outside of his family. Once he was old enough, he was enrolled in the Death Weapon Meister Academy. There his training to be a great Weapon truly began. His progress was temporarily set back, however, after his father died trying to hunt a Witch three years ago and his mother fell ill.
