Standing at an even six feet tall, Alexei has a rather tall, lean build that he seems to almost stalk around his surroundings, wherever they might happen to take him as he follows his Meister around or travels solo. His height lets him tower over people, and despite the lean frame he is rather fast and strong, even if his body doesn't show the muscle, its there, sure as sure.
Alexei likes to dress well, no matter the circumstances, and usually has a default attire he has several copies of, much to the amusement of his peers. A white, buttoned up dress shirt and black bow tie are usually worn beneath a dark blue vest that is also always fully buttoned. Working down, he has a pair of dark blue casual slacks that he wears generally, while a pair of polished black dress shoes wraps up his actual clothing. He usually favors a pair of blue sunglasses that may or may not survive very long in a fist fight, depending on the situation.
Being born and raised in northern Russia has given Alexei a huge resilience to the cold, so his attire does not really change much when going into colder climates. But he does have a long, calf length oil slicked greatcoat he wears over his normal attire when the weather kicks in beyond being merely cold, such as driving rain, snow, just about anything. It has an insert that is fur lined for cold even beyond his natural resilience. He does not wear any sort of hat or headwear, regardless of the weather conditions that bring out his greatcoat.

Alexei does speak with a rather notable Russian accent, although his English is on par with most native speakers of the language. He does routinely lapse back into a fast, heavily accented Russian rant for one reason or another. And he won't translate, although this might be the closest he gets to messing around with people.

{Level Headed | Calm | Pragmatic | No Nonsense | Quiet}
Alexei is, first and foremost, nigh on impossible to rattle. No matter how bad the situation, he keeps a level head and doesn't let the panic and naturally human reaction of panic get the best of him normally. This lends itself well to him wanting to plan out how to go about things that matter, such as missions assigned to him and his partner, major academic or physical undertakings, and other high risk, high reward scenarios. Going hand in hand with his level nature, he is always calm, usually avoiding letting emotions get the better of him when he can help it. Whether this is through meditation, stubborn locking down of his emotions, or another approach means little. What most people's first impression of the Russian is a collected, cool headed thinker.
They are not too wrong, either, although when it comes to getting things done, Alexei has little patience for tact or political correctness. He will take the pragmatic approach every time its more efficient than any other. Coupled with his calm and level nature, this makes a dangerous mix for both his friends and foes. He has little patience for wasting time and effort on jumbled, needlessly complicated plans when a swift sucker punch can fix all their problems for the time being. Granted, this pragmatism has gotten him into trouble far more than the Russian will ever admit, but it is a flaw as much as it is a strength in that he has absolutely no problem cheating, lying, or bluffing his way to accomplish just about any objective he might need to see done, no matter who got hurt in the long run.
Both thankfully and unfortunately, Alexei will not take anyone's complaints or wasting of his time. He has apparent sense of humor, either dryly remarking on a joke in a literal or serious tone, or ignoring it outright. Or he will rarely reply in a sardonic, harsh manner before going about his business as usual. Thankfully for his peers, however, he is not fond of speaking or gathering attention to himself. So this means that, while he might be a pragmatic, abrasive individual when speaking, he rarely speaks enough towards most people for it to come through. He isn't an unkind person, not by any stretch of the imagination, but he is a rough one to say the least.

Alexei is a rare case of a multi form Weapon, which might make things more complicated, but at the same time add flexibility to his Meister's pool of attacks and defenses. There seems to be a running 'Medieval' theme from the forms, as exhibited as such. The "default" form Alexei assumes is a Basket Hilted Rapier for facing down single targets. When outranged and outnumbered, his second form grows into a long reaching Glaive. Thirdly, against fast moving or tight quarters, Alexei can form a dagger which, lacking reach of the other forms, is far faster and most controllable in tight quarters. When dealing with targets his Meister cannot reach, he has a twin pistol form that allows for such activities.
{S T R E N G T H S}At Least five
- Stamina - Alexei is not the strongest, nor the fastest, out of a group, but through conditioning he is the most long lasting. In a given situation, sure someone might lift more, or get farther sooner, but the Russian will get there eventually.
- Intelligence - Well learned and constantly studying, Alexei is often one to have a problem solved or a piece of information that folks generally might gloss over, useful or otherwise. A natural savant to all things scholastic or requiring raw smarts.
- Quiet - People tend not to notice Alexei, despite his size, due to his sheer silence and generally letting himself get overlooked by most people. He has a tendency to pop up and scare people from not announcing himself.
- Multi Form Weapon - As discussed above, Alexei has the very strong ability to give his Meister multiple weapon forms to choose from in a given situation, although this might not be as potent as it could be without a lot of practice and skill.
- Multi Tasker - Give Alexei a dozen different jobs, by the end of the day he will be on top of all of them in an outwardly chaotic (But organized to him of course) manner. Multiple tasks or situations all going on at once won't even break Alexei's stride.
- Abrasive Soul - Alexei is not an easy Weapon to work with on both a technical and resonant level, and it takes a rare individual to be able to even wield him, let alone actually reach his full potential. And this is assuming they can handle three different weapon forms with fairly different, complicated and often times technically demanding stances.
- Charisma - To say that Alexei isn't a very good people person would be giving him a fair bit of credit. It is rarely a matter of being hateful or spiteful, but his quiet nature until provoked into saying something that often times can be seen as rude, uncalled for, or otherwise offensive makes it hard for him to actually communicate on a personable level.
- Cold - Unless someone can really get close to Alexei, he comes across as a cold, uncaring individual who will, and has, made sacrifices for the greater good, regardless of whether it was a popular choice or not. And to most people, he is indeed as cold as the land he hails from.
- Stubborn - Alexei doesn't know when to fold 'em, walk away, and recover. He will keep at a situation or problem until either he is unable to continue, physically, mentally, or emotionally, or the problem gets solved. One way or another.
- Manipulative - All part of his way of getting things done, if he finds a way to play someone like a fiddle, he has an almost irresistible urge to do so. Whether its playing emotions, blackmail, or otherwise, he feels compelled to utilize others to get his own dirty work done.

Born to Senator Pasha Leontiy Stukov, his father and a Senator in the Federation Council of Russia, and Motya Galya Stukov, a public affairs aid to Senator Stukov and eventual wife, one would have though the wealth and status would have served him well. But the lad had no taste for any of it even as an infant. His father was routinely away on business in the Federation Council while his mother was usually far too busy organizing and planning for the next big ploy that her husband had planned. So the boy had to really raise himself in the family's lodging in the most northward areas of Russia. His closest friends were a tutor his father hired, who was in fact a member of the DWMA and intended to use the job as a front for keeping an eye on goings on in Russia. He would never want for anything money could buy, but as his tutor was quick to notice, that was hardly a way to raise a young boy.
Isolated as he was, Alexei never developed the proper way of dealing with people his age. The only people in his early life he dealt with were his father, a natural liar and con man, his mother, a kind but busy and harried woman far too engrossed in her job to help, and his tutor who, while a kind man, could only do so much for the boy. Eventually the tutor convinced his father to allow him to attend a private school the tutor had gotten a job offer at and, with the very same teacher as a sponsor and his father's money behind him, he attended a private school near Moscow. He excelled in all things academic, far above his peers, but he seemed socially crippled by his early isolation as a child. He never got along well with others, found them beneath him and unable to rightly work with the vast majority of them. The reasons were both obvious, his upbringing, and not so obvious, a trait that his tutor was beginning to suspect.
Sure enough, the man finally pinned down the fact that Alexei was a latent Weapon, never having manifested before in his weapon form. Under extra 'lessons' from the tutor he was able to finally shift, but much to the shock of the tutor, the first three shifts were all different weapons. Knowing what he found was something that would both serve a Meister well, and that his intellect would be wasted here or with his father, the tutor discussed moving to a foreign school. Alexei had been on shakey footing with his father for some time now, his father growing more irate with him and his refusal to take politically minded classes, suggesting or demanding certain courses be taken. But the old man would never cut off the money to his son, he was not that corrupt, but he refused to sign for him to go to a foreign school of any sort. That put Alexei and his father Pasha at odds, extreme ones at that.
Alexei would stumble upon his tutor on the phone with his father, arguing the case and telling the old man that his son would never be a groomed heir of the beginnings of a political empire. Not with the traits and abnormalities he displayed. Between his tutors pressure, his son's discovery of his ultimate plan of grooming an heir, and his own career's increasing demands, Senator Pasha Stukov finally yielded. Within a week, the tutor and Alexei were gone, on a plane with what belongings Alexei cared to take with him. His father promised to never stop funding his son's career in life, no matter where it took him. Too little too late, in the mind of Alexei, but his tutor's suggestion that he at least leave on forgiven terms was taken. Alexei would not miss his family as he went to attend DWMA, and while he might not ever really like dealing with other people, but he would humor them at least and see what he could really learn.
