Personality:
Indifferent would be a word that would describe Malcolm very well. He is very lazy, but not whiny. He simply has no ambition to do anything in his life. He would simply prefer to sit around, watch clouds and play his harmonica. He also seems to do whatever he is told without asking why. He will do anything his partner asks of him, because he trusts them. His expression almost never changes, the only person who has seen it change is Rin.

Clouds, The Blues, His Harmonica, anything Rin likes

Loud annoying music that has no soul, Anything Rin dislikes, candy

Malcolm is a literal virtuoso on the Harmonica, He has an incredibly flexible Soul

Anything happening to Rin

Playing the Harmonica
Bio:
Malcolm remembers very little from his past. He was born in a small town on the west coast of the United States. He had a father and a mother and they both loved him very much. He was an only child, as far as he could remember, but he never really felt alone. He did remember how different he was from the other kids. He remembered not understanding them and they would never play with them. They called him "freak", though the word never elicited a reaction from Malcolm, ever. Though he had no friends, his mother and father supplied all the companionship he needed. His father even encouraged him to play the harmonica, at which he was a virtuoso.
One day, a plague seemed to stretch over the town. Something like a red mist. The towns people went berserk and started killing each other and doing other unspeakable things. His father managed to get him and his mother out of the town before they were affected, or so it seemed. They traveled on into the night, his father saying they needed to get to Death City, and that's when it happened. His mother turned on them. Her eyes were wide and a bloody grin stretched from ear to ear. She started to babble, then attacked his father. She tore him to pieces in front of Malcolm, he was unable to do anything. She then turned on him. She backed him into a corner, poised ready to strike. She beat him and scratched him for a time, until she was about to to strike the final blow. At the last moment, Malcolm retaliated, a light bursting forth from his hands, a scream erupted from his lips. He struck his mother and she went flying back into the sands like a torrent of blood. She laid still. Malcolm froze. He was 8 years old.
After a full day of not moving, he stood up, face expressionless, and started limping towards Death City. When he finally arrived, people tried to stop him and ask if he needed help, but he seemed to not hear them. he kept going until he reached the gates of the DWMA, then collapsed in front of them. He was taken in and tested. They tried to find out what happened but Malcolm never spoke of it, in fact he rarely spoke at all. They found they would have to remind him to eat and drink and sleep. If someone wasn't around, he would just sit in his chair all day, doing nothing. They knew he wasn't mad, but Lord Death feared for the boy. That's when he found out about how malleable the boys soul was and how much raw ability he had. He believed the academy would be a perfect place to introduce himself into. Maybe being around others would change how he felt.
Other:
Powers:
Abilities: Malcolm has a very malleable soul that he has near full control over. He is a bit of a savant. He lacks in every area such as intellect or social skills but is brilliant with control over his soul and combat. Those and playing his harmonica are the only things he excels at. Everything else, he can barely do. He barely even talks and has no real ambition to do anything with his abilities or life.
Soul Menace:
-Soul Force: Basic self resonating attack where you shoot your soul energy through physical contact with your opponent. Only Malcolm can use it with any part of his body.
-Soul Palm Barrage: Malcolm resonates with his own soul gathers the energy into his hands. He can bend his soul wavelength so precisely and with such devastating force using an open handed fighting style, he can paralyze peoples souls. Think of it as each strike from his attack slowly shuts down and suppresses your souls energy until eventually it is fully repressed and it will take awhile for it to recover. Paralyzing a soul can go from a meister not being able to resonate with his or her weapon or a witch not being able to properly use her spells to Having an opponent fully paralyzed or unconscious temporarily. It all depends on the strength of the final hit. Each hit is stronger than the last due to the opponent becoming weaker with every hit. It is a very meticulous process and expels a lot of energy, but it pays off in the end.
-The Soul Blues: Malcolm resonates his soul to the same frequency of his harmonica and uses his energy to power his song, which will then resonate with an enemies soul and slowly put their soul to sleep, leaving there energy drained.
Relationships: None
Thoughts towards Other Characters: Malcolm doesn't really have the ability to weigh and measure another person
Theme Song: 21st Century Schizoid Man by King Crimson
Cat's foot iron claw
Neuro-surgeons scream for more
At paranoia's poison door.
Twenty first century schizoid man.
Blood rack barbed wire
Politicians' funeral pyre
Innocents raped with napalm fire
Twenty first century schizoid man.
Death seed blind man's greed
Poets' starving children bleed
Nothing he's got he really needs
