Written Description:
Standing at around 6", Asher is quite tall. He has a slight muscle build; not too much, but it's visible. He usually wears a black hoodie accompanied by an orange T-shirt and a pair of jeans. He has jet-black hair and has a pair of icy blue eyes. Sometimes Asher is seen wearing bandages.
Personality
In battle, the habit of imagining how to use the environment in a fight comes in handy. Asher is decisive, and he's quite a strategist on his feet. Asher isn't afraid to pull the trigger of a gun, but not in a lethal way. Asher prefers to keep everyone alive... Maybe that's why he's a Hunter.
Asher has shown to be very hateful towards other tournament staff, though only subtly. He also has a hint of distrust in certain other people. He no longer goes out of his way befriending and getting to know contestants, as he usually keeps himself at a distance from everyone. After three years, Asher had also become less relaxed and more pessimistic. He is also very quiet, despite being known for being talkative to contestants.
When it comes down to hunting down rule breakers and other targets, Asher moves swiftly and silently, sparing no moment to get to end of what would be his next altercation quickly. Without any remnants of his happy past self, Asher has become a frighteningly powerful combatant. Yet, there is still some regret in his eyes if does kill certain targets that he feels do not deserve to die. If there were any remnants of his last wish left, then that is all that there is able to be shown.
His wish now, however, is to take part in this world as little as possible.
Asher's early life, before the tournament, consisted that of a spoiled boy's life. He had everything he wanted and needed without any questions asked. His parents, in turn, were filled with joy at his remarkable grades and behaviour. His family was, in Asher's innocent and childish perspective, the happiest one in the planet, and his future was surely going to be a bright one. Unbeknownst to him, however, Asher was the son of two co-owners of a corporation involved in various shady businesses. It was only a matter of time before his parents' life choices caught up to them, and Asher was left to be sent to an orphanage- penniless and depressed.
It was in one of these orphanages that Asher met a person involved with the tournament, recruiting any child with a strong enough desire to go and fullfill their life's wish, no matter what it may be. Asher, with the wish to reattain his past life (or, at least, as much of it as possible), was recruited. At first, like many other new contestants, Asher did horribly. More often than not he saw his points decreasing each week, as his soul was still in training. However, Asher slowly grew more and more powerful, and he soon became powerful enough to obtain victory after victory. In fact, after all of his struggles, Asher was eligible to become a Hunter.
Asher became a Hunter for one simple reason- during his time fighting through to tougher opponents, he fought and saw fights involving those younger than him. He was saddened that lives were wasted on this tournament, as he now knew what sort of end these children might go through. If they cheated or ran, they would be killed. If they lost, they would be murdered. Asher, wanting to get a voice to change things around for the younger contestants, joined the small group of Hunters. At this time, he had one wish, and that was to protect those he wanted to protect. However, slowly things changed as he entered his new life as a Hunter. People began to kill for fun, even if it meant going out of their way to break the rules. This fueled Asher's drive to protect others, and Asher became involved with these cases as soon as he could when he hears that they would involve some contestant he knew was young and had a life ahead of him.
But... his wish would never be fulfilled. Time and time again, Asher saw that these children would be slaughtered, despite wanting to stop it all. The rules were the rules, and his being a well-known Hunter changed nothing. He was still voiceless, and now he even has to kill, or rather, eliminate the children if they ran. Asher would even see them become monsters, killing and breaking the rules just like their short-lived predators in the tournament, and thus he had to kill them like anyone else. And thus his wish slowly shortened to one person- Eva Masato. Eva was a fellow Hunter that Asher slowly grew to like, maybe too much. He would've admitted that he did want to try to have a relationship with her in private, if only Eva opened up enough to him. However, in the end, like many times before, Asher's wish can never be fulfilled.

Subject #: 4242
Date: [REDACTED]
Information: Subject has shown to have dramatically increased in the power of his "Soul." Subject soon became out of control, wreacking havoc in Solace City. Hunters "Axl", "Eva Masato", and "Asher Evans" were dispatched to deal with Subject #4242 as per protocol. However, compared to other subjects, #4242 had more durability and resistance to their attacks. Hunter "Eva Masato" died in the confrontation after Subject #4242 [REDACTED], which is evidence that [REDACTED] does have the potential to work and grant users a level of power that exceeds the Hunters'. Unfortunately, we cannot do any more live tests on Subject #4242 as Hunters "Axl" and "Asher Evans" proceeded to
ADDENDUM: Body of Subject #4242 has been discovered to be recoverable and the soul is still salvageable. Requesting further experiments to raise the power of Subject #4242.

Asher, after the event, was mentally and spiritually (in terms of his soul) broken. He was offered to take a paid leave. However, Asher opted to stay in Solace City, working still with modified procedures (ie immediately calling for backup from a tournament-involved Special Forces unit) and while he was alone, as Axl left. During this time, something changed in him, and this was evidenced in his Soul. Appearance, powers, and source-wise, Asher had undergone a massive change over time. This was to the point in which comparing Asher's soul form from back when he was with Axl and Eva with his soul form of the present would yield too many differences for someone to conclude that the two soul forms belong to the same person.
Appearance: Asher's hair had now turned silver, and his height had lowered to 5"8'. In this form, Asher has multiple swords for fighting, and he sports a black attire. His eyes had changed. Not physically, but somehow it was made to be more intimidating. Asher seems to have more muscles, but not much more that it's noticeable.
Due to the changes in his desires, Asher now dones a full-body black coat with a hat. He covers up his entire body as much as possible at all times, and the lower part of his face is masked. The only thing that a person can see is Asher's cold blue eyes, as everything else is either covered up or under a shadow.
Source: "What I wish... is to not be a part of this world... if it won't let me protect others!
Power: Fire and ice.
Due to the changes in his soul form, Asher mostly uses ice, as he somehow lost his ability to use fire. If anything, he can only throw ash from out of nowhere, which he could use to blind opponents. However, Asher does make more use of ice, freezing objects and parts of people. Most of the time, however, Asher sends ice projectiles to keep opponents at a distance.
Weapon:
Due to the changes in his soul form, Asher uses a single sword rather than multiple. The Japanese swords that Asher used to carry are no more, as honor is no longer a part of him. Asher's new sword, however, carries the brutality and effectiveness that he uses currently- A single-edged sword with ice-spikes at the bladed edge, almost like a saw. This is designed to stab into enemies as Asher slashes at them, deepening wounds and causing major damage. However, Asher can adapt if necessary and use a different weapon, but it would have to be made of ice.
