Vilea used to be a beautiful land, but the king has become corrupt and the city has become a wasteland, slowly this poverty and slavery to the king has spread to the surrounding villages and is slowly seeping into the most untouched regions of the world. No one can do anything in opposition because the king controls a massive army that keeps the villages under his control. The natural magic in this world has died off under the king’s rule and only a few legends survive, one being the legend of the Soul Weapons.
It’s really just a fairy tale, there were once seven great warriors spread throughout time and each warrior was preserved in their weapon through a powerful gem seal, usually found on the hilt of the weapon, using elemental fusion. Thousands of years they’ve been buried but the first of the seven legendary weapons has appeared. Of course this is just a rumor, and no one truly knows if one of the seven has finally awakened. They say if it did the person controlling the weapon will eventually be consumed by the weapon’s spirit warrior and they will claim the owner’s body as their own.

Stepping out of character now, the story and character set up will be played like this:

First come first serve basis. PM me first to reserve the spot with the weapon type if I approve you can make the character
