Claudie Nightshade's Story

Claudie threw the small white wolf, getting into a crouching pose. "You're a brave little bitch, aren't you?" she smiled with a snarl, pouncing towards the little wolf. The wolf dodged causing Claudie to stumble, she caught herself some of the other vampires came to help her up. She shook them off, "Get off! and do what we are here to do, kill the King Alpha!!" she ordered the released and went back into the chaos. "Now, back to you puffball. Let's finish this quickly shall we? Those morons wont even get close to the King let alone kill him without my help." she chuckled, her body language saying 'Come at me, Bro!" to the white wolf.

Bryarly snarled and lept back up when the vampire threw her. She could taste blood and felt a throbbing pain in her paw, but ignored it and showed no sign of this weakness as she got into a defensive position. "You're a brave little bitch, aren't you?' The vampire smiled, and Bry snorted lightly as though she was chuckling. You have no idea. She thought to herself as the dark-haired, pale creature lept at her. Having speed on her side, she dodged her advance and caused her to stumble slightly. Her rounded ears swiveled and a low growl escaped her as some other vampires came to her aid. "Get off! and do what we are here to do, kill the King Alpha!!"

When she heard this, Bry's bright blue eyes widened. Throwing her head back quickly, she let out a very distinctive yet urgent howl, calling all the wolves reluctantly. She really, really didn't want anyone else to come and get hurt. Especially not Tyler. "Now, back to you puffball. Let's finish this quickly shall we? Those morons wont even get close to the King let alone kill him without my help." Bryarly snarled and circled around the vampire once, so she was obscuring her view of the alpha and her packmate. She searched for any weakness in her stance- but she seemed like a very strong vampire. Who knows how old she was.
Growling, when she thought she saw an opening she launched herself at the women's neck. She felt her claws rip into her strong flesh, although her paws screamed in protest. She knew almost for certain that her right front paw was broken, but it could be worse. She vampire quickly threw her off and into ground- hard. Hard enough that she shook as she tried to get back onto her feet. She knew that she had wounded the vampire- but she didn't know how bad. She easily could be fine and kill her before the other wolves got here. She let out another howl, this time laced with agony and faded off at the end as her vision blurred.

Lucas
Lucas was so relieved that Adrian was okay and when the rest of his pack came in he knew that the issue would be resolved quickly. "I'm not concerned.....ugh." Lucas cringed looking at his side he saw a long gash, the blood was already causing his fur to clump together. He straightened and looked at Adrian, "Stupid blood suckers." he shook his head. Suddenly the girl who was Tyler's mate was brought over, she and Adrian seemed to be close. All Lucas knew was it was thanks to her that his mate was still alive, for that he would be internally grateful. Looking around he saw that the ring leader had been surrounded but she still stood there with a defiant, cocky, grin.

Claudie

Without warning a flood of flea bitten mongrels came in, on threw her and took away her little warm-up fighting companion. Soon she was surrounded, "Hhhhmm I'm not liking these odds, time to leave!" she yelled to her following. Winking at all the wolves around her, she took a bow and glanced up at the Royal King and Queen "Mark my words, this is not over.......by far..". Claudie cringed slightly, she had been injured by the stupid little wolf, but she wasn't going to admit that publicly. An extremely large male vampire tore through the pack of wolves, throwing an spark bomb which caused enough smoke of majority of vampires to escape. Leaving several died or dieing wolves and vampires. Despite the cocky expression on her face Claudie was burning with rage, 'This is not over!! i will make all Lycan suffer!!' she kept repeating to herself as she rushed through the forest.

Bryarly stood very shakily on three legs, growling lowly at the vampire, waiting for her next advance when she heard the other wolves pour in. She didn't dare look away from the vampire, though. Her ice blue eyes was unwaveringly trained on her when Tyler ripped her away. Her eyes wide, she tried to quickly step forward, not wanting him to get hurt, but he was already back at her side, leading her back to Adrian.
Bry shakily hobbled on three legs, and leaned against her mate. Her eyes flicked towards Rain worriedly, but she relaxed slightly when she saw that she didn't seem hurt. She swung her head towards the vampire, struggling to stand on her own and look strong when the vampire she had been fighting with paused. "Hhhhmm I'm not liking these odds, time to leave!" She called to her coven, and Bry relaxed slightly although when they through the spark bomb she tensed and snarled, touching Tyler, Adrian, and Lucas with her snout to make sure they were all close and safe.

When the dust settled, Bry collapsed. Downplaying her injuries had make them worse- her white coat was stained with her own blood on her right paw and shoulder, and she tasted her own blood in her mouth. Her vision blurry, she attempted to stand but was hardly able to move without pain shooting through her.

Jason had been tracking the females of his pack like a predator tracks prey, much to their annoyance. He knew his mannerisms could prevent them from reaching out to their potential mates but that was fine with him. They were is girls and that was that. Little did he know that later on all hell was about to break loose.

He was getting ready for the evening banquet and was half into his tux when chaos broke loose, being tense and alert anyway allowed him to pick up on the danger surprisingly quick. Without a second thought he bolted out of the room he was standing in and sprinted to the unfolding scene. Vampires were attacking and their stone cold hearts were set on the king. With so many Lucas on the scene it was suicide and the vampires seemed to work it out shortly after making themselves known. By the time Jason reached the madness the vampires were gone and several wolves were injured. He bent down next to Adrian as many others did.

With the danger over however his heart beat raced as his eyes darted around for his pack, what if some of them were outside where the vampires fled, or perhaps they were around here and hurt somewhere. "Alpha?! Luke? Hanley?" He called out into the crowd from his knelt position. It was mayhem, everyone was stressed and unsettled. Shifted and not shifted.

"Alph-" Jason's voice disappeared as soon as his eyes found someone. A fragile, pale face appeared through the crowd rushing towards the scene. She was cutting through the crowd in an angelic evening dress, her face creased with concern and worry. He watched her rich, red curls bounce with every hasty step she took, but everything seemed to be moving in slow motion, like a terrible scene from a movie except there was nothing terrible about watching her. She seemed unreal to him. She came to kneel down right in front of him over Adrian's body her green eyes precise and piercing. She was beautiful. He felt a strange feeling he didn't like overwhelm him, like a unused part of his brain was suddenly being put to work. It made him feel dizzy and weird.

In reality it left him kneel over the kings mate, staring directly at the red head like a concussed fool. His white shirt hung half open, and a black dickie tie hung loose around his neck.

Adrian shifted so she was leaning more on Lucas, his body heat comforted her and she knew she would heal faster as long as he was beside her. There was so much commotion that it gave Adrian a headache so instead of focusing on the outside she tuned her hearing to listening to her bones cracking and reforging as they healed. She took a deep breath in a cringed in pain as her ribs poked her lungs, she exhaled quickly to stop the pain. Out of all the events happening in front of her Adrian heard a small whimper echo in her ears. She looked around to see no one less had noticed as another small whimper followed.

'the pups!' her wolf barked, worried and Adrian's eyes widened in fear. She shot up off of her mate and started to run to the room all the pups were. When she arrived as yelped when she saw the dead body of one of her packs nurtures. She crashed into the room and her eyes instantly landed on the male vampire. He had a shadow moon pup and a royal moon pup thrown over his shoulder and he was grabbing another one when she came barging in. He hissed at her and rushed towards the open window but Adrian threw herself in front of it and snarled at him. Her broken bones protested but she didnt care, they were trying to harm the pups and that is just to low on the humanity scale.

The vampire roughly dropped the pups on the hard marble floor and Adrian snarled as they whimpered in pain. He would pay for making these pups scared and hurt. She lunged at the vampire as a crack sounded in the room, one of her half healed ribs breaking again. Adrian fell to the side and the vampire lunged, tackling her. Even though she was bigger and strong then him, in her hurt state he easily pinned her down. Adrian heard some of her pack's male pups snarl and Adrian looked up to see around vampire had joined them.

'dammit' she mentally cursed and latched her jaw's onto the vampire above her shoulder. He screamed in pain as she kicked out his knee's making him fall on top of her and she shot up, ignoring her pain. His shoulder was still in her bone crashing jaws as she shot off and grabbed the other vampire by the leg and jerked him, making him fall to the ground. The second vampire struck at him, digging his claw like finger nail's into the flesh of her front leg. With a tug he broke it but Adrian didnt care as she threw them out the window. She whimpered in pain them collapsed, all the pups instantly coming to her side. They all shifted into their baby pups and nuzzled her sides trying to comforted her and themselves.

'Bryarly baby are you ok?' Tyler whimpered as he nuzzled her face. Out of the corner of his eye he saw Adrian's look of concern then her shooting off to who knows where. Tyler turned to his best friend to see a look of worry plastered on Lucas's face.
'dont worry dude i'm sure she's.......' Tyler was cut off as a eardrum scattering scream echoed threw the halls from the pups play room.
'Oh shit' Tyler cursed as he was about to dash off to the pups room but stopped. He couldnt leave his mate when she was so hurt.
'Royal moon pack follow your alpha to the pups room' Tyler ordered in his Beta tone.

Lucas laughed as his mate crawled out of her fallen pillow fort, and watched her as she removed his shirt. "You look sleepy baby" Lucas did feel drained, so for now he enjoyed the company of his mate, pulling Adrian close to his side. He soon slipped off into sleep, a dream came that soon escalated into a nightmare.

Vampires were everywhere, while Lucas was tide to a pole not matter what he did he couldn't break his bonds. The female leader from before stepped forward a smile plastered on her face as she walked through the crowd dragging a limp Adrian behind her, "Look at the mighty King Alpha now!" she laughed victoriously. With a snap of her fingers a few more vampires stepped forward dragging some of his closest friends behind him. They were all placed facing him, blood smearing all of their faces, Lucas was frozen in horror. The vampire brought Adrian so she was inches from his face, "Beg to him! Beg! to your useless Alpha!", Adrian opened her mouth a little only letting a whimper out. "Not good enough!" the blood sucker put her hands on either side of his mates head and with a quick movement snapped her neck. "NO!!" Lucas was finally able to scream.

He jerked up in a cold sweat, Adrian slowly waking beside him. Cold chills ran down his arms, it was as if the female vampire had been in his very room.

'i'm going to teach you who the dominate one in this relationship is!' Colton declared attacking Adrian. All Lucas's body wanted to do was spring forward and kill the fool for even thinking for a moment that Adrian was his mate! When you add the disrespect it was unbearable not to fight, but Lucas's body was not responding.

When the fighters fell off the small cliff, Lucas had had enough, "Tyler! Stop this now!". With that Tyler jumped down and in a few moments Adrian had come back up and nuzzled his neck, he weakly licked her in response. 'Healer's please he needs help' his mate asked the near by doctor.

The doctor came and looked saying, "The problem is not the poison itself, it seemed like you have silver left in your wound. I need to take the remaining of the silver out so that you can get fully healed". Lucas's body shuddered in response, falling to the ground Lucas transformed back into a human. A fever had started taking effect, "Get it out..." he said weakly.

Claudie

She smiled from a near by tree, she was covering her scent so no one even got the hint of her presence. Claudie was extremely pleased by what she saw, with a quick chuckled she started jumping tree to tree heading back to head quarters with the breaking news.

"i got the healing the wound part" Adrian said weakly, she didnt like to see her mate like this even though he was naked (which she didnt like with other females around) see could only focus on his pain. Adrian scanned the forest floor to see Tyler's t-shirt, jeans and red sweater.
"TYLER I"M JACKING YOUR SWEATER AND SHIRT!" Adrian yelled down the cliff and grabbed his shirt, slipped it on cause she's pretty sure Lucas wouldn't be happy with other males seeing her naked, then draped Tyler's sweater over Lucas's......well those parts.
Then carefully Adrian licked the cut healing it over. Another thing about mates is that they can heal each other's external wound's. Adrian watched as the skin removed and healed the cut, leaving no scar's.
"Tyler can you come up here please we need you!" Adrian shouted and Tyler hesitated watching Bryarly carefully before shifting, jumping up the cliff, slipping on his jeans and walking over to Lucas and Adrian
"Ya?" he asked still a bit in a bad mood thanks to Colton
"Please help me carry him we need to get him to bed so he can rest" Adrian pleaded. Tyler nodded and helped her lift Lucas who was the tallest out of all of them so it made it awkward.
"here let me help" Renier grumbled gently shoving Adrian aside so he could take her place. The boys started back to the castle and Adrian stopped and looked back at the doctor.
"Can you please come with us? just to double check him? please" she asked warily. She didnt care if this woman was Shadow moon Adrian only cared that her mate would get better.

Back down the cliff Colton grumbled and shook Bryarly off.
'I'm fine leave me be' he growled before running over into the forest.

Lucas groaned weakly his whole body hurt so much he could barely feel his friends carrying him. They got him to his room laying him in his bed, everyone left for a moment giving Adrian and Lucas a quick moment. " Adrian, I'm sorry I couldn't defend you myself..." He sighed weakly reaching for Adrian's hand. There was a knock on the door, Lucas knew it was the doctor but he didn't think he'd be conscious long. " I love you....... I'm glad you're safe..." He said slowly closing his eyes.

Adrian didnt wait for the doctor to respond as she quickly followed the guys to Lucas's bedroom.
She sat down beside him and smiled softly down at him holding his hand.
"i love you to" she said softly as a knocking from the door echoed through the room.
"Come in" Adrian shouted as she watched Lucas close his eye's. Leaning down Adrian kissed him softly on the lips and curled up into his side waiting for the doctor.

Lily stood by, somewhat unsure, during the commotion with the wolf who mistakenly thought the alpha King's mate was his. It was not her place to step in, and anyways the royal Beta seemed to have it mostly under control. She stepped towards the tree where the vampire had been hiding, inhaling deeply. She could still pick up on the faint scent of vampire and silver, but he was obviously not a threat now and there didn't seem to be any more. Or at least she hoped.
She turned back, scanning for her pack. She nodded to Hanley when she spotted her, but other than that there didn't seem to be anyone. Jason and Luke were still probably asleep. She didn't want to go find them and barge in their rooms, due to the fact that they might have found a mate. Knowing that they would be up and find her soon enough, she tried to relax a little.

Brushing her dark curls over one shoulder, she followed behind the parade of wolves carrying the alpha King. She was careful to stay far enough behind that she wasn't crowding, but close enough that she could jump in front of the, if more vampires came. As the others emerged from the forest, Lily lagged behind and paused, looking behind her at the forest where she knew the vampires were hiding. But the one thing that she didn't know and was killing her, was one big question: what were they planning?

Lucas half listened as the doctor spoke with Adrian. soon the fever brought him a fitful sleep, the presence of his mate kept his mind from going into nightmares. In fact she was the center of the his pleasant dreams.


Claudia
She ran through the woods with ease staying in the trees, it happened to be bad luck that she happened to step on a rotten branch which broke. She fell through the air landing on a person, not just any person a Lycan alpha!!

Colton growled and shot up within moments having the vampire's neck in his hands pushing her into the soft ground. He was so angry he didnt know what to do.
He wanted to make Adrian jealous
He wanted her
He wanted to kill this vampire
this beautiful vampire
He wanted.......

In a flash Colton's canine's sank into the cold skin of the vampire's neck. The he shot up and looked down at her in surprise

Lucas

Groaning he reached over and turned of the iphone alarm, his body was sore but he was feeling better. "That's one way to wake up someone who just almost died." he joked pulling her down on top of him. Lucas flipped over so he was on top looking down at her glowing face, "Can we go get something to eat? Without being attacked?" he asked bending to nibble on her ear, his stomach growling.

Claudie

"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!?" she shrieked, already she could feel his will being forced on her own. The fact she hadn't wanted a mate for the reason that she would have to follow him for the rest of her life was bad enough the fact that she had been dominated by a Lycan was HORRIBLE!! Claudie shoved him off, "YOU B******!" she screamed again there was nothing she could do now, her body wouldn't allow her to attack him. The bite on her neck was already healed, her mind was racing why in the world would a Lycan mark a vampire?! and why her?! the Queen would kill her for this....maybe that was a good thing....Claudia looked at the male waiting for him to speak, he wasn't horrible looking at least of a dog his brown eyes were gorgeous. She growled at herself, it must be the loyalty setting in.

Colton looked down in disgust.
He marked a vampire......
Gross
"you shouldnt have been around when i was majorly pissed i wasnt think straight!" Colton growled back.
"you werent my ideal choice neither thank you" he snarled and turned away from her and started walking away. One thing about marking a vampire is they become super lovey dovey and think to always be with their mate. Colton could feel the pull as he walked away and he stopped, turned to her and waited for her to follow him.

"Where are you going? Moron you can't take a vampire with you! Especially since i was the one leading last nights attack.." her body forced her to walk forward, Claudia clinched her fists. She wanted nothing more than to rip of the dogs head, but obviously she couldn't. "If you weren't such a hormonal hound dog, we wouldn't be in this mess so you can't blame me for anything!" she growled standing beside him. What was this retard thinking?....He was going to lead her back and have them kill her.....Claudia's heart didn't beat but if it did it would be racing right now. He kept walking and Claudia screamed every curse word she knew at him as they walked, considering how many languages she knew she could go all day.


Lucas

Lucas jumped up and ran out catching up to Adrian, "Oh no you don't!" he laughed grabbing her and throwing her over his shoulder, still running towards the kitchen. Once in the kitchen he set her down, "Oh looky there it's a tie. What do you want to make?" he laughed winking at her. Everyone else had already eaten so the kitchen was empty of any staff for the moment.

Lily turned away from the forest, starting back to others when something made her stop dead in her tracks. She smelled vampire- and it wasn't even trying to hide herself. She was cursing on the top of her lungs, as she walked towards Lily. Confused, she ran at the vampire, about to pun her, when she spotted the alpha of the Ocean Moon pack. Not only that, but the alpha's scent was imprinted in the vampire. She paused, and took a step back. The vampire wasn't attacking, either.

"Alpha Colton, what is this?!" She took a few steps back, looking between them with her bright ice blue eyes narrowed. "Did you put your mark on her?!" She gaped, and noticed both of their irritation. She leaned against a tree in front of them. "We'll, this is a first for sure."

After they had taken Lucas away Jacob remained behind just in case the Ocean Moon alpha would try anything again, besides the smell of vampire remained in the area and he couldn't just ignore it. Above all Jacob didn't follow after Lucas because he knew Lucas was going to be okay, Tyler and Renier had carried him out of harm's way, and he had seen him get out of worse injuries than the one he seemed to have at the moment.

Jacob could sense the smell of a vampire intensify as he rapidly moved alarmed towards the smell. He moved as fast as he could to witness a shocking image, the Ocean Moon alpha stood side by side with a vampire, while a female alpha was yelling, "alpha Colton, what is this?! did you put a mark on her?!" she paused a moment before she leaned against a tree nearby, "well, this is a first for sure".

Jacob's body ache in fury, he must have been a traitor all along, if that was the case he could have harmed the female alpha that stood only a few feet away. He couldn't help himself and his body shaped into his white wolf form, he growled at the bloodsucker before he went face to face with Colton putting himself in front of Lily. "Explain yourself traitor before I tear you down to pieces!"

Colton

"i am no traitor she......she is my true mate i had to mark her" Colton lied
'if i tell them anything else they will kill you so just nod your head and go with it' Colton growled threw the mate mind link.
"are you real going to kill me for marking what is mine?" Colton snapped and grabbed the vampire by the waist and stood over her protectively growling at the white wolf.

Adrian

"i want.....PANCAKES!!" Adrian shouted excitedly. She went over to the cupboard and took out instant pancake mix.
"you get the bowl's" Adrian playfully commanded and she fetched the over ingredients.

Claudia

"I'm not able to do anything against his will anyway, so basically I'm a de-clawed cat." she said wrapping her arms around him, trying to look innocent. "I hate you!! Always remember that! she sent via the mate link. the white wolf was guarding the other female a little to aggressively, must be mates Claudia thought to herself. What was with these people and being hormonal?! honestly having an entire ceremony dedicated to a giant get it on fest.


Lucas

"Right away your highness!" he grabbed some bowls, "It's lucky for you, little lady, pancakes are my specialty!" Lucas grabbed some eggs from the fridge and started juggling them, so what if they were already together? he could still try and impress her.

"I am no traitor she......she is my true mate i had to mark her"said Colton, Jacob knew he was lying, but he didn't have any proof against him, instead he stared at the pale woman trying to see if she gave herself away. "are you real going to kill me for marking what is mine?" the alpha continued before he grabbed the girl at the waist protectively.

"The only reason why I am not killing you right here right now is because if you are a traitor, I should kill you in front of the other lycans. That should set them a good example" Jacob said growling back at Colton, keeping himself in front of Lily, trying to protect her in case Colton or his vampire would try to go against her. He couldn't explain it but he had a deep need to protect her and he felt as if there wasn't anything he wouldn't do for her.

Lily watched the pair, one brow raised. "I am no traitor she......she is my true mate I had to mark her" Colton told them, wrapping his arms around the pale vampire. She placed a hand on her hips- she knew that couldn't be true. Wolves and Lycans didn't mate. Her bright eyes wondered from the two, to the wolf that had jumped in front of her. Usually she would scoff and anyone trying to protect her- she was a strong alpha and could fend for herself. But this male. . . Instead of feeling irritated, she felt protected.

"The only reason why I'm not killing you right here now is because if you are a traitor, I should kill you in front of the other Lycans. That should set a good example." The wolf in front of her told Colton. Lily stepped forward, softly touching the male but quickly jerking back when she felt something like an electrical shock. "Let's take you to the King alpha. He can decide what to do with you."

Claudia

She flinched when the female said to take them to the king alpha, 'I'm going to die......for real this time.....' something inside of her felt hollow. Why, did she want to live anyway? No one cared for her, her family was gone...then why did she want to survive so much? Colton and Claudia were led by the other two to where the Alpha king was.

Lucas

"Fine.." with that they both set to work making a huge mess and then finally got around to cooking the pancakes. They both laughed at each others silly childish ant acts, by the time all the pancakes had been made Lucas and Adrian were both covered in flour. "Well that was messy," Lucas laughed putting his arm around Adrian looking at the once clean kitchen. In the middle of their meal they were interrupted by two alpha's, a beta, and a vampire?
