How Did They Die and Why?
Akair was shot by her ex-boyfriend, Henry Rivera, when he came to her home drunk from a friend's pool party. It was a cool summer evening and Akari was video chatting with her mother back in Japan. She had been living in America most of her life and her mother had returned to Japan just the year before. She had broken up Henry with him only two days before because his abusive behavior was escalating and she didn't want to get hurt. Henry was known to be an abusive boyfriend sober. Intoxicated, he could get downright vicious. She was staying over a friend's place and sat on the back porch with her laptop since the evening was relaxing and she was enjoying the fresh air. No one was home except her. Once she finished her conversation with her mother, he came up at the back porch with a hand gun and shot her three times in the stomach and twice in the chest. She had lost too much blood by the time the ambulance reached her. Akari took her last breath on the wood floor of that back porch.

Appearance Description
Akari is a mere 5'4" with a slender build. Her skin is naturally milky white and has brown hair with lighter brown blonde high lights. Her eyes are narrow and piercing often sporting an involuntary angry look. Her nose tips down steeply and her lips bend in a soft yet distinct curve. She usually plays with makeup a lot and likes to wear more racy clothing as her style.

Where is your character found a lot in the House
Akari enjoys lounging by the pool or designing clothing in the fashion studio. True to her artistic roots she feels at home in the art studio and often tries her hand in karaoke and dance, but seldom has true passion for the sport.

Personality
Akari is a straight forward, honest person. She hates to sugar coat and prefers the solid bare truth to the soft weak hearted lies. Though her eyes create a strict unkind image out of her favor she is rather naive and trusting to those who catch her eye in a positive light. Her kindness extends to only some and she does have a cold aura surrounding her wherever she goes. She is very judgmental and is sometimes a hypocrite towards new people. She has a bad habit of assuming things instead of clarifying them which is odd since she hates lies. She admires bravery and courage, even if it opposing to her. Akari will over think and over work herself to an unnecessary point which leads her to draw or design to calm her boiling blood. When faced with indecision, she traps herself for hours, or if the situation is really bad, days. She draws blindly and usually resolves her problems when her mind goes blank. Other people don't usually influence her thoughts, but once they do, it will cause her to take the idea and hold it up as high as her own. She is also very sensitive about her family, especially her father. Akari isn't naturally hot-headed or easily provoked, but she isn't afraid to raise her fist when something rubs her the wrong way.

History
Akari was born in Japan, but moved to America when she was four. Her mother was a business woman operating their own Japanese Spa place. Her father was a high school and college teacher. He majored in language teaching Japanese in select schools and also mathematics. When she was five, her parents had a son. They grew up quietly in the suburbs of Maryland. She got into artistry despite the disapproval of both her parents. She eventually convinced them that she could commit to being a tattoo artist. Though she followed her path of being a tattoo artist, she satisfied her parents by going to college for architecture and design. She didn't mind much. The year she graduated high school, her father was arrested for DUI and the police discovered that he had a mistress in the passenger's seat. She was killed on impact and he was jailed for her murder. She never dared speak to him again and her mother, overwhelmed with grief, decided it was best for her to return home. Akari then started to date Henry Rivera. Within a six months, they had moved in together. Within three weeks after that, she left him. After two days, she was murdered.

Zhou Mi
We live here, that's why." She spoke softly and chuckled before smiling. She looked at WoonHa who thought it be best to introduce themselves. [b]"That actually is a great idea. I'll go first, my name is Ae-Cha Park and I am eighteen."[/b[ She gave a slight wave, pretty glad that she didn't make an idiot of herself.Zhou Mi watched as the Ae-Cha introduced her self. She was very cute, infact she was beautiful. He flashed her a soft smile before his eyes went to WoonHa and Alan whom introduced themselves.
" Hum, I wonder if i have ever molded your clothes WoonHa?"He mumbled thoughtfully, " Do you think being a fashion designer is hard?" Zhou Mi loved fashion so hehad a feeling that him and WoonAh could easily click and be good friends.Whith gracefully movements the long legged model sat up,
"Nín hǎo! I am Zhou Mi--Some call me Mi or gentleman MiMi, i dont mind nicknames as long as they are not insulting and strange. I am a professional model, very high class and respectful to anyone. *Ó, wǒ chàdiǎn wàngle!* I am 19 years of age." He bowed before sitting back on the sofa.

*Oh i almost forgot*

LuHan Kwon

"Is there a way I could get cat food? Just thought about that..." "Hai, I could. I'm the only one who brought my own vehicle." The edges of his lips quirked into a small smile as he ruffled the back of his head. He watched as Gisa, such an adorable name, bit WoonHa's finger and then ask for a band-aid. Sadly, he didn't have one so he kept quiet. "Oh, and I'm twenty two..." He glanced back at the cute ghost boy and wondered what his name was.
Luhans eyes glued to the white haired man before him, dressed in a suite and cute dark framed glasses. he would always blush when the mans eyes met with his and turn away quickly. Luhan hid behind Ms. Moon even more scared to look llike an idiot, and because he was scared of the amazing looking man.
"*Nǐ shuō zhōngguó rén, wǒ yě zhèyàng zuò!*" The little boy cried looking at Zhou Mi and moving slightly away from Ms. Moon. He was glad someone else in the house was able to speak Chinese a language he grew up learning--Besides English. Zhou Mi nodded smiling as luhan smiled brightly and blushed embarrassed by his sudden out burst. "LuLu why don't you introduce your self, everyone here is nice." Ms. Moon smiled pushing the doe eyed boy away from her so everyone could see him. The look on the boys face was priceless, he was painfully shy and didnt want anyone of the humans to meet him.Well, to be truthfull they did seem nice..." H..-Hello, My name is LuHan October Xiao. I am Chinese-American, I speak Chinese, Korean, English and Cantonese. I am at the age of 18, though i would have been 19 if i didnt die till a few more hours." He blushed. "Yíhàn de shì gāngà...Uhm I was a uhm singer and thats all you should know." Luhan bowed quickly and moved to Ae-Cha, who he felt wont make him speak infront of everyone. He liked Ae-Cha because she was like a sister too him and he trusted her with everything. Eyeing the cat that WoonHa held in his arms he pouted. He would have loved to hold the kitty and play with it, but being dead seemed to make everything impossible. So, the brown haired boy just stuck to making funny faces to the kitten who just looked at him funny."Tā kěnéng bù juéde zhè hěn yǒuqù, yīnwèi tā shì yī zhǐ māo.... Bùshì yīgè yīng'ér."

1* You speak Chinese? Me too!
2* Sorry that was embarrassing.
3*He probably doesn't think it's funny since he's a cat....Not a baby.."

Ms. Moon thought about it for a moment after clapping for Luhan who had given his introduction. With small baby steps Luhan would warm up quickly to the humans.
"Well lets see, i am sure i could manage to get it without anyone have to leave. I wouldn't want anything to happen while you were out getting some...I would say take one of the ghosts with you--but that is a terrible idea!" She laughed. " I would prefer myself to get it so you can get settled in, or sending one of the house maids to get it. I was going to have you all get into pairs of one human and a ghost and have the ghost give you a tour and show you your room- which with this plan i could get the cat nip for your kitten Woonha...Or we can do it all together, than we could deal with who is getting the cat nip.."

Akari Kimashi

Akari sat up from her bed and blinked out her eyes until she got tired and sat up. She never slept. Ghosts didn't need the rejuvenation of sleep for they were no longer human. She looked down at her hands and at her feet letting the transparency of her existence sink into her once again. One could say she was over her death, she would front that she was. But one does not simply remove the memory. She realized she was late in greeting the humans. Akari looked at herself in the mirror and straightened her hair and studied her outfit. She wore black shorts and a blue floral blouse that showed her black bra underneath. Hoop earrings dangled from her lobs and hints of makeup graced her cheeks and eyelids. This was what she wore the night she was killed and if you looked closely, you could see the five bullet holes through her body under the see through shirt. She pressed her hands at her stomach and sighed. Not wanting to miss out on anymore of the greetings she hustled downstairs and was meet with an odd sight.

The first thing she noticed was a pretty lady sitting as if she were invisible at the edge of the couch. The next thing was a kitten which she didn't particularly take a liking to, but could tolerate nonetheless. The third was a man with a slightly bloody finger with said cat. Last was the gracious Ms. Moon and several humans "invading" her home. She was a bit upset that she didn't get to witness their initial reactions or if anyone freaked out. She would have to ask the other ghosts later. Walking down, she smiled at Ms. Moon. "Sorry," she bowed slightly, "I'm a little late," then she looked at the more or less organized group of humans in the living room. "Hello everyone," she bowed slightly again. "I'm Akari. Ghost as you see. I'm twenty and a former tattoo artist," she rattled off her basic credentials. It felt awkward walking into them even though she had been living with the other ghosts for a while. Shuffling, she moved herself closer to Akahito. "What did I miss?" Her head bobbed slightly searching for Luhan. Finding him, she send him a smile and looked at a tall human male with striking features before returning her attention to her ghost friend. She noticed his paler expression. "Are you okay?"

She had warmed up to all the ghosts in the house and trusted most of them. She felt close to Akahito since they shared the same background.

Park Ae-Cha
Looking at the others introduce themselfs, her eyes really started to pay attention once Zhou Mi started to speak. Nín hǎo! I am Zhou Mi--Some call me Mi or gentleman MiMi, i dont mind nicknames as long as they are not insulting and strange. I am a professional model, very high class and respectful to anyone. Ó, wǒ chàdiǎn wàngle! I am 19 years of age. She smile grew as he continued to speak. A model? No wonder he's so cute. She didn't think much of the thought untilshe saw the cutie smile at her,she started to blush a little not even knowing if he was smiling at her directly or to everyone but to her it looked like he was just being nice. She looked down but had a small smile on her face,it was't long until she felt someone sit next to her. Luhan,of course. God,she loved him so much he was like the sweet innocent brother she never had who acted like her little brother even through he was older than her. H..-Hello, My name is LuHan October Xiao. I am Chinese-American, I speak Chinese, Korean, English and Cantonese. I am at the age of 18, though i would have been 19 if i didnt die till a few more hours." He blushed. "Yíhàn de shì gāngà...Uhm I was a uhm singer and thats all you should know." She smiled as he sat next to her,she messed with his hair and smiled sweetly at him, showing off her white teeth. Unlike,Luhan she had no problem talking to people infact it was hard for her not to talk.

As the others introduced themselfs, she saw the cat bit WoonHa's finger and couldn't help but giggle alittle. Ae-Cha always was looking at Zhou Mi in the corner of her eye. God,he's going to think i'm a stalker or something!" She started to notice Akari enter the room and just smiled, now she might have hated people being late but when she was the only other girl in the house you needed help to keep the guys in line. She saw her sit next to Akahito. It was funny to her because all the ghost had someone they were close to, probably they died the same way. Her and Luhan sadly caused their own deaths and Akari and Akahito were murdered, but she was close to everyone in the house, hopefully.

Akahito Abukara

Akahito didn't notice Akari until she started to speak to him. "What did I miss?" Her head bobbed slightly searching for Luhan. Finding him, she send him a smile and looked at a tall human male with striking features before returning her attention to her ghost friend. She noticed his paler expression. "Are you okay?" He nodded a bit and whispered. "Yea just can't stand the sight of blood." Rubbing his fingers through his hair as he he looked back to Akari. "Gamsahabnida, I shall go do that now,"he said with his finger still being held. He walked very suggestively as his hips moved back and forth with ease, his hair bouncy to the rhythm of his walk.Akahito blushed his face easily showed his emotion. He couldn't help, but think he was hot in a way. Quickly pushing those thought from his head. The flamboyant Asian man practically came bouncing back, showing off his bandaged finger. "It's all better! Ne!" He stuck his tongue out and then glanced at Akahito. "And thank you very much, Akahito dongsaeng." He gave a rather suggested wink before flipping onto the couch again, looking at Gisa in the girl's lap. Akahito nodded and still very much blushing. "You're welcome." He then looked at Ms. Moon who was giving an announcement. Ms.Moon clapped happily as she looked at the ghosts. "As i planned, i will split everyone of you into two- human with a ghost, you may join pairs if you really must, and the ghosts will give you tours." Akahito blushing quickly went away and he scratched the back of his head gently. Not sure how this was going to work out.

"Well Since everyone seems to like the idea i will do it. WoonHa while you’ll get a tour i will get the cat nip, and then you may rest in your room if you ar not feeling well." Ms moon looked at everyone in the room thinking on who match up." Since Akahito Abukara & WoonHa have already seemed to click the two will be paired up." She looked at the others still thinking, "Park Ae-Cha & Zhou Mi will be paired with each other because your backgrounds have similar traits." Ms. Moon ran a hand through her long black hair with a slight pout. "Eun Mi & Akari Kimashi you both lived in America so that is something yo could expand on!" She looked at Luhan whom clung to Ae-CHa with a motherly smile.
"LuHan and Alan will be our final pair. I hope the pairing idea works out! Though i have a feeling it will because he pairings are made to suit both of your personalities! If you don' like your pairings tell me." Ms. Moon stood up clapping her hands once. “I am very excited to have you all here! If you have any other questions"

Zhou Mi
ZHou Mi Smile as everyone seemed to agree on pairing up, a human with a ghost, to show them humans the house. Please let me be with Ae-Cha.He thought excitedly as he waited for the pairings, "Park Ae-Cha & Zhou Mi will be paired with each other because your backgrounds have similar traits." Zhou Mi's face lit up as he smiled at Ae. He got nervous butterflies in his tummy and he ran a hand through his hair trying to look cool. "I don't mind being with Ae-Cha, as long as she is fine with being paired." He stood up stretching slightly before moving over to where Ae and Luhan sat.
"Uhm Hello, I am Zhou Mi...Though i already stated that.." He bowed blushing smiling nervously.

LuHan Kwon
Luhan felt like he was going to be sick...he wasn’t good with people, but since everyone seemed to be okay with people they voted on being paired up. He nervously played with his hair looking down at anywhere but the humans--especially the good looking boy named Allan. As Ms. Moon began talking Lulu started drifting off ino his own dream land not really wanting to figure out the pairings."LuHan and Alan will be our final pair." Luhans head shot up with a shocked look. Of course he got stuck with Alan, now he was just going to make a fool of himself in front of Alan. His hands nervously shook a trait he had when he was Human appeared whenever he began to get nervous or scared. He sent Ae-Cha a nervous and scared look Hoping she would give him some encouragement before he got up and lowly made his way to Alan and stood by him.
"Uhm, uh...H-..Hell-o. I am LuHan, i gu-guess im your chaperone." He blushed bowing and giving Alan a shy smile.

Akari Kimashi

Akari almost laughed at Akahito when he said that he couldn't stand the sight of blood. She held it in though not to be rude and was grateful her friend told her the truth. She didn't bother him and turned around as Ms. Moon began to talk before she could see that blush that spread across his face. She would have commented and stated the obvious. Akari looked at Ms. Moon in curiosity as the woman split them up in pairs. When did she say she was going to do this? Akari thought, but she let it slide. Her face held no trace of a smile. Most people considered her to look like a witch whenever she wasn't smiling. An angry, irritable witch. She tries to change the image, but her face just melts that way naturally.

Eun Mi & Akari Kimashi you both lived in America so that is something you could expand on! Ms. Moon said and clapped.

Akari looked around and her eyes landed on a brunette's face with bubbly features and wide eyes that she swore looked green in the light. She wasn't sure that her name was Eun Mi since she was late to the little meeting, but she was the only female human in the room. Akari gathered her thoughts and put a label on the girl. She looked young and happy, yet shy and conserved in a sense. She wasn't sure how the girl's innocent atmosphere would blend with her own straight-forward, less inviting face. She looked at the floor and took a second to figure out how to approach the human. She had been only interacting with ghosts since she was killed and she was lacking in her human social skills. Composing her face to look warmer than it usually would have on a regular day, she walked up to Eun Mi. Her generally cold stare forced a warm gaze and her strict facial features strained to look caring. She expected the girl to look her to stomach first since most people would notice the dark circles where bullets entered her living body. Her shirt was see through after all. "Hello," she said tilting her head to the left to make her seem amiable, "I'm Akari. I'm guessing you are Eun Mi since you are the only human girl here." She could feel the awkwardness seeping into her tone even as she willed it to seem happy. "Ms. Moon mentioned you lived in America. Where?" She guessed she might as well get a conversation going as she showed the human around the house. She honestly didn't know what to do.

Akari Kimashi

Akari kept her face calm as the other girl spoke. She felt glad her eyes didn't stray down to her body as most would. Her nature seemed positive enough and Akari tried to seem less stiff. The kitten meowed lightly as she passed the furball to one of the male humans in the room. The kitten looked like it glared at her with hate. Akari stared at it until Eun Mi returned with an answer to her question. "Oh New York, huh?" Akari said moving her feet towards the exits of the living room slowly. Unsure if the girl would follow she added gently, "We can just walk and talk since Ms. Moon wants you guys to get familiar with the house. You're going to be living here a while, right?" Akari's eyes twinkled a bit and she had to admit the girl was cute. She never dated a girl before though she knew she had an attraction to them just as strong as her attraction to males. One never came around to her. "I lived in Maryland growing up, but I moved to L.A. for a about a year," her voice was going strong and steady, but faltered slightly at the end of her sentence. For reasons beyond her knowledge, she paused and stared at the floor for a second. Snapping back to reality she shed her up tightness which was replaced by embarrassment. "Sorry about that," her face turned a barely visible pink. "I usually don't do that." It was true. Most of the time she kept at least alert, but she rarely blanked out. "Er so you saw our fine living room. It's a big and extravagant mansion as you can probably already tell," she giggled, melting into a naive girl once more. Her seriousness faded for the mean time and she hoped Eun Mi was as bubbly as she imagined the girl to be. It would help her get a conversation going. "The dining room is right over here," she pointed to the dining room entrance.

Akari Kimashi

Akari's eyes widened in happiness at the mention of an art studio. Being a tattoo artist and just a plain artsy person at heart, she loved the art studio. She practically spent most of her alone time in there. She had to admit it was the best place in the house for her. It was even more soothing then her own bedroom. "Goodness! Do I mind?" her voice was rising in pitch. She only ever did this when she became excited. "I would love to show you the art studio!" Her sharp features seemed to soften and glow as if she were a child again. Yes, something in common! she heard herself thinking. "It's upstairs." She made a motion to grab the girl's hand to lead her the way, but she was again reminded of her ghostly entity as her pale wrist glided right through Eun Mi's fingers. "Okay, that isn't going to work," she whispered, embarrassed at her stupidity. "I guess, you should just follow me then," she turned quickly on her heels, floating a little above the surface picking up speed. Her cheeks were getting pink, an unusual action. She hoped Eun Mi was following her up the stairs.

She stopped in front of the entrance to the art room. Akari looked back at Eun Mi and realized she would have to be honest with the girl. She had to see her reaction to her past, even if it might turn ugly. She had to be straight forward about it and she wouldn't think twice about commenting on the her first impression of Eun Mi. She assumed the girl was a bubbly soul that really hadn't experienced harm in her life. She was far from it, but Eun Mi hadn't given her a hint in the fifteen minutes they had been chatting so the honest Akari was left to assume things. Once Eun Mi came into view, Akari passed the closed wooden door and went through it. She grabbed her artwork from a neat shelf and laid it out on the nearest desk. Her smile was broadening. She could show Eun Mi her drawings and sketches. Her tattoos... would have to wait to be revealed.

Akari Kimashi

Akari laid her artwork down on the table so Eun Mi could see it. She was always eager to show her sketches to people and nearly everyone in the house had witnessed her drawings before so it was exciting to have another person interested in her work. "This is yours, I'm guessing?" Eun Mi said cheerfully. Akari smiled and nodded. "I've drawn a lot of stuff since I arrived here." She broke off from her again and went to the front of the room to grab another one of her sketch books. She had taken up three so far and was just starting the fourth sketch book. She couldn't draw tattoos on anyone, but drawing was enough to keep her contented. She can back with two more sketch pads in hand, forgetting to be embarrassed about all her drawings. "I assume you draw as well?" her voice had a certain lightness to it, as if she were speaking to an old friend. She kept the two sketch pads on the desk in front of where Eun Mi was leaning over her latest finished book.

"I drew these from four months ago to just last week," she said, getting closer to the girl. She pointed at a picture she had sketched of a young Asian woman. "That's my Aunt when she was a teenager," she smiled, remembering her free spirited Auntie Izumi who loved to dance and sing in the living room while she cleaned. Raising her finger again to another portrait, she echoed as if speaking to herself. "Those two girls were friends of mine back in LA." She was getting lost in her drawings again. Most of her work held stories to them and emotions that she held. Many of these were images of past friends or relatives. She had begun to miss her old life, her human life, recently. Her artwork relfected that. "These are just some nature drawings I did while looking out the window," she spread her arm across a row of several drawings. One was a butterfly. Another was a tree that grew a little ways outside of the mansion, in the far deep corner of the window view. A rose. Her arm stretched out across the table to grab a city alley way drawing. "I drew this from memory." she whispered. Some other pictures she didn't address included a few mansions, a random robot dancer, and a colored drawing of three people in fashionable wear.

Akari smiled. "Don't be nervous," she giggled and tossed her weightless body around a little on her heels. It had been a while since she was excited about her drawings. People usually didn't ask why she drew them, but for those who didn't have a drawing talent usually asked how. How did you create it? She was a bit taken aback by the question of why or what for that came from Eun Mi. She knew the answers though. "I get my inspiration from everywhere. Sometimes my friends. Other times my family. Nature, and from my emotions," she nodded to herself. Confirming her own words on the topic. "But I like to be told what to draw too, sometimes. I wanted be become tattoo artist. I love the idea of them. A beautiful picture engraved in your skin," she closed her eyes and smiled. Opening them again, she leaned closer to Eun Mi and then backed up. "Forever," she smiled.

Lifting her right wrist up to Eun Mi, she rubbed her first tattoo. She got it on her eighteenth birthday. It was a pink flower pattern that fell on top of the word Believe. "It was my first tattoo. My mom was so mad when I got it," she laughed.

Akari Kimashi

Akari smiled as Eun Mi seemed to be relaxing. She spoke and Akari's eye brows raised at the mention of a tattoo. She lifted her shirt to reveal it. It was a picture of a dark haired girl looking into broken glass, reflecting her inner grace. Or that was the story behind it. The tattoo itself was a dark haired girl touching a cracked mirror, reflecting a light blonde girl. "It's..." Akari bent down to get a closer look. "It's kind of like staring into another you," she smiled, remembering how many times she'd look into the mirror wishing to be someone else when she was a teenager. She looked at it still bent over her her hands on her knees. She picked up her hand and made a move to trace it, but never went as far as touching the girl's skin. She remembered how a ghost and a human were. She just kept her hand over it, hovering slightly. Akari didn't trace over the entire thing, but when she was satisfied with it she stood up with a fast jerk, surprising even her. "It's pretty. It looks nice on you," she said honestly. "I didn't think you were the type to get a tat, but nice choice." She glanced back at her art and smiled. "Enough of me for now, I guess. Where else do you want to explore?"

"Is there a pool here?" Eun was slightly surprised that she responded so easily, without a second thought.

"Pool?" Akari asked, a smile on her lips. "Yeah, it's downstairs." She turned her back, but before she made a move to leave she quickly gathered her drawings. "I'll show you in just a minute. Let me put this stuff away," she breathed, stacking the pads neatly so that none of the papers would become bent or creased. Akari was very careful with her art. Each drawing held a little place in her heart and it made her sad anyone of them was ruined. It was like breaking a memory from her past. Many times her drawings were just that, a memory of her past. A memory that she could regain because she was dead.

She lifted all the paper up in her arm and hauled it to the farthest shelf from the door. She kept it in tight on her body. She never understood how she could touch objects but not humans. Leaving the stack on the shelf she patted the top a mother-like smile on her lips. It was like she was sending them a mental message. She carefully walked back to Eun Mi, looking around the room instinctively making sure nothing was out of place. While she scanned the desk, her face had lost the warmth of when she stared at her drawings. It had gone back to cold. Finally facing Eun Mi, she smiled kindly. "So pool? Follow me," she walked to the door and was about to walk through it when she looked back at Eun Mi. Maybe it was rude to walk through walls when humans couldn't, but instead she pushed the door open and held it out so Eun Mi could walk out of it. Her manners were taking a sudden turn for the better. Akari wasn't this respectful. She would have to turn on her bluntness soon.
