Emily is known for having a bright personality, she is often optimistic and always tries to see the best in others even if they have the worst intentions. For this reason she is sometimes considered naive as she is often too trusting of others. For this reason Emily is often manipulated and often lied to.

Even when she is often liked & popular, she does not pay any attention whatsoever of the social status of those she surrounds herself with. It can be understood that she is too friendly to mistreat or dismiss anyone. She is always trying to get along with everyone and dislikes conflict. Often times, people judge Emily before they get to know her and make hasty assumptions that she is simply just an ignorant presumptions Capulet girl when the trust lays very much far away from that.

She is extremely loyal to her friends and would do anything for them, even when it could be something that could affect her. However Emily has found it difficult to continuously put her friends first when she feels like they hardly care about her at all. She is a true believer of romance, in other words she is a helpless romantic, meaning she believes in true love, and love at first sight, etc.
