Sura (Darth Animosity)

Ill KILL YOU ALL!

0 · 360 views · located in Star Wars

a character in “Star Wars: Under A Dark Reign”, as played by ChaosBlade

Description

Race: Human

Age: 26

Personality: Loves travelling, fighting, winning. Despises peace and calm, somewhat naive

History: Sura was born with nothing, no home to call his own, merely a junkyard that held him and other's who had been born into slavery, something he was free of when their owner was shot down, however, unlike the other slaves who had been caught or killed, he was special. He had a particularly high midi-chlorian count rivalling that of the famous council jedi's, below that of Yoda but higher than that of Windu's. Of course, he did not know this, all he knew was when he had a problem, or something was going wrong, somehow he would be saved. Once a crate fell from it's shelf on a bounty hunter that had been chasing him, once he had been able to jump from one end of a broken bridge to another without falling, an exceptional feet when one realized that the bridge was from one side of a small lake to the other, and that the broken part was the entire walkway. He grew to understand just why this happened when he came across the fabled jedi academy, true, at the time it was mere ruins but several records survived, it was not long till a remnant of the once great Brotherhood of Darkness found him through the many disturbances he had made. The man who found him however, was weak, he was descended from one of the original members of the group but was barely able to learn anything from his ancestors holocron, something that displeased the easily agitated Sura, very soon, the holocron moved to being in his possesion and he discovered that the so called remnant's ancestors were a bunch of cowards who ran from battle, lucky for him however they did keep basic recordings of how to handle the force and how it could be used if in the dark side of its power. It did not take long for such power to corrupt him. The dark side had played on his rage, it however, was quickly found that he suffered from a powerful disease that caused his body to be incredibly sensitive to the force, he could literally channel it through any muscle or organ of his choice and make it more powerful, even able to store it for a hidden counterattack. Great power, came with great drawbacks it would seem, the force, would be damaging his body the longer he used it, at most in real battle, he could use it for 10 minutes before being unable to use any of his force abilities without ripping muscles and tendons. Luckily perhaps, his style of fighting was nothing but pure power, wide swings of his blade with little technique, the force powering his limbs, causing it to be near impossible for the opponent to keep their weapon in their hand with the pure brute strength being smacked against it, This was due to the disease, as when he bacame truly connected to the force, it connected with his mind, and the disease reacted, his hair lost its pigment to pure white, his mind became dulled by never ending rage, only in moments of surprise could he regain focus, below it all, his wants however affected this unending wrath, making it become almost an individual, it wanted strong opponents in new and exciting landscapes, to forever travel among the stars and battle for his glory, thus, his reputation grew, the universe soon knew of him and feared him, an irony, as any jedi or sith of old could easily defeat him, even so, this was where his legend began, the legend, of Darth Animosity

So begins...

As the lone ship boarded the Devastator, Captain Moos Qualon went down to introduce him aboard and discover who it was that had boarded. “Greetings Lord Animosity. I come on behalf of Admiral Gilad Pellaeon who is currently busy at the moment in the middle of battle. I can report however that Emperor Skywalker has been very interested in meeting with you. This is as much as I can offer currently, I can direct any further questions you have to my superiors.”

The Imperial General Ganos Tunwol evaluated for his troops in the nearest end of the city walls, “This is what you have trained for. The Dantari are a primitive people who will not see reason beyond their own. Our best estimates bring their numbers to around 50,000 ready to storm Dantoo Prime and claim back their planet. By decree of our Emperor, we are to eliminate every last one that continues to struggle for its freedom. You will be the ones to carry out his majesty’s will and the leaders of this resistance shall be found and put to justice however the situation calls.” The stormtroopers were given their assignment and exited the city walls to begin their march towards the battlegrounds. It took several hours to prepare, but the Imperial Army was stood at attention and waiting with their heavy firepower following closely behind.
Though the stromtroopers numbered 30,000 against the bulking Dantari, the AT-ATs and AT-STs that prepared for long range firing gave some hope that the odds would be evened. The military awaited the arrival of the Dantari outside the city walls and found them making their approach. Unknown to either side, the final factor bringing victory to the Empire was soon to make its mark upon the planet.
The Dantari were gathering with the numbers that had been estimated, there were even two freerunners leading them and prepared to lead them. The tension created a stare down and both sides began to wait for their own chance to truly make their mark on the other.

Aboard the Devastator, one of the radar observers reported, “The Dantari have gathered within our projected range Admiral.”
Pellaeon proclaimed, “We have them precisely where we need them. It is time we blast these brutes into oblivion. The ground forces will finish them off.” Turning to the intercom systems, he ordered, “Fire when ready commander.”
The voice on the other line agreed, “Confirmed Admiral.” From the view of space, the laser blast that made its way to the surface of Dantooine was like a mere pin tossed at a small hill. The damage on the ground however was going to be far more devastating.

With this mighty strike the laser blasted upon the ground of Dantooine reducing everything within its radius into a mere crater. It was a few miles away from the city of Dantoo Prime, but the tremor could be felt and probably caused some panic. It gave the Imperials leverage however as the blast killed off a healthy portion of the Dantari forces, but only little more than a fifth of the forces.
Despite the damage, the Imperial troopers began their march towards the Dantari and open fired at whatever life form was unfortunate to be in the crossfire. As the march began, a number of AT-STs marched behind ready to assist their brothers in battle and brought some particular focus to the freerunners. They would need to be destroyed to take out the one true advantage the opposing rebels had.

Anakin jumped through Tony’s tossing of the AT-ST and sliced it in half as he jumped towards him. Summoning every ounce of precision for the duel, Anakin took note of his opponents two light sabers and blocked every attack he had with his defense. The swipes were powerful but slow, he truly must have been a drunk man who was unable to see anything past what was in front of him. If he was this removed from his senses it could make for an easy battle.
Utilizing wreckage from the AT-ST, the two Sith continued to thrust the pieces at one another as the lower pits became a junk heap of the machine’s parts. There was still an operational laser cannon still being used that Anakin kicked into use to try and kill him, but the blasts were deflected and shot off into the air or into the walls. It was business that had become a battlefield of its own between two Sith and the destruction within the city began.
As the wreckage became little more than scraps, Anakin began his advance to his opponent and sought to bring an end to the battle. Striking and blocking every attack Tony had for him, Anakin summoned the force and slammed him into the nearest wall. The two light sabers rolled on the ground and Anakin brought his own to Tony’s neck. He warned, “Perhaps when you have sobered you shall be fit for discussion. PROXY.”
At that order, a droid similar to that of his first creation jumped down into the pit and ran over to his creator. The droid greeted, “Master. You have a request for me?”
Anakin ordered, “Keep him here and force him to submit if need be. I have business elsewhere as this battle continues.”
PROXY confirmed, “An easy task master, he will not leave this spot.” With that confirmation, PROXY used his training module technology to assume the form of the long dead Jedi Qui-Gon Jinn and grasped Tony firmly by the neck and stood in that place.

Anakin left PROXY to deal with his no longer important opponent to observe what began to take place on the battlefield. If things continued as they did, the Imperials could overpower the Dantari with their current numbers. Even if they were defeated, a force more than twice the size outside the walls awaited them. There was something else going on behind this battle however. It was a diversion he had known to work before.
Focusing his attention to the capitol building, Anakin began to feel that there was a presence that would not always make itself known. It wasn’t there just yet, but if he met with what he sensed there, it would be his chance to contribute to the battle. He summoned forth a transport and awaited his arrival to the critical building of the planet.

Captain Qualon noticed a small change in Animosity’s facial expressions from what he was showing in his character earlier. It was a small curiosity he didn’t bother inquiring and simply explained to his occupant, “There has been a rebellion staged by the Dantari natives that the military is currently subduing. From our current estimates however the battle will be over quite shortly and I am fairly certain his majesty will be ready to make an example of the survivors.” It was a report that no Imperial would have had an issue reporting to anyone who wasn’t within the ranks since it was a true story that could be used to enhance the great image of the Galactic Empire that continued to expand greatly over the last twenty years. Qualon himself would have liked to see some Dantari killed by his own hands himself, but the only one he truly knew who to fear was the emperor himself coming from just about any act of disobedience.

The muscular brutes did everything possible to put so much as a dent in the Imperial machinery. The stones and blunt objects were enough to cause some amount of damage, but the blasts of the lasers tore through the primitive ranks as though they were nothing. It was smart of them to march into the ranks to avoid any planetary fire, but the Imperials still had the advantage with the power of their two AT types.
One of the AT-ST pilots took aim at one of the Freerunners attempting to destroy the vehicle only to be hijacked and thrown out by one of the Dentari. The pilot struggled all he could but found himself at the mercy of the brute’s strength. The Dantari did all it could to figure out the controls only to see it move awkwardly across the ranks of the stromtroopers. It caused some of the troopers to run from the spot while another one of the AT-STs fired at the stolen machine. The explosion within the ranks assured that there wouldn’t be any further concerns. The imperials continued their assault with the most deadly blasts for the still persistent natives.
The Dantari might have been more powerful than some in the Imperial Army were willing to give credit as they continued to put up a great resistance to the punishment from the outnumbered troopers. The battleground continued to be smoldered by laser fire and the deaths on both sides continued to mount greater. The crowded sea of brutal humanoids and white armored troopers continued to writhe against itself to find a single color as pieces, weapons, and limbs flew across as a result of the battle.
The Phase II Dark Troopers made their advance to decimate the Dantari with some offering some assisting fire to the attacking besalisk. Several of them managed to distract the attacking leader while the dark troopers focused their fire on one of the Freerunners. The missiles were eventually enough as they managed to enter the cockpit and destroy the pilot inside. One key asset of the rebelling Dantari was destroyed but there was still another one trying to deal as much damage to the AT machines as possible.
As the battle raged on, the Imperial forces began to notice the unidentified Autumn’s Fury flying above the battlefield in order to reach the city. Perhaps it was the work of the rebels all along to use the Dantari as bait in order to manage their way in. One of the AT-STs made an effort to fire at the aircraft but if anything probably only managed a very small scratch that wouldn’t have done a great deal of damage to the incoming ship.

From the cockpit of one of the AT-ATs the holo image of General Tunwol gave the order, “There is one Freerunner left. Focus fire on it and see to it that the remaining Dantari are crushed.”
The pilot obeyed the order confirming, “Orders received General. Focusing fire.” As the AT-AT made its way towards the battlefield, the lasers fired at the final piece of Dantari equipment and blasted it to pieces the moment contact was made.
There was no victory celebrated within the Imperial ranks as the pilots of the ATs were informed by their leading General, “We have at least some confirmation on the besalisk on the battlefield. That is the one leading the Dantari. Kill him immediately.”
The pilot of the AT-AT who destroyed the remaining Freerunner understood the order, “Confirmed General.” With that order received, the Dantari were pushed further back from the city walls and the AT-ATs began making their advancement further into the ranks. The steps were slow but crushed everything that wasn’t quick enough to avoid the shadows of its impression on the ground. Very soon the leading Besalisk would be crushed and the fighting would only continue to tilt in the favor of the Imperial dominators.
The battle continued to unfold long into a great struggle that both sides had imagined would eventually become real. The forces who continued to fight still desired to show the other who was right in seeing the planet being controlled. The efforts of the Dantari would not be looked on as an act of great achievements however despite the 10,000 storm troopers killed that day. With the help of the assault from earlier, the brothers in arms managed to repay the Dantari warriors three times over and were determined to ensure that the price would never be brought below four.

His feelings within the force were correct. There were Jedi here but only one was making his presence known within the capitol building. Or at the very least this was what Anakin could sense when he searched for the intruding presence to his building. Several storm trooper guards had lost their lives in trying to kill the Jedi intruder, but this provided Anakin with the prime opportunity he needed. Entering the observation deck that was only a few floors above the conference halls, Anakin searched for his opponent and came face to face with him.
Anakin had a chance to see the Jedi who would challenge him, not one that he had known before but obviously one that sought to end his luck streak ever since his survival. His presence was as familiar as not only the one he faced twenty years ago, but that of several Jedi who believed they could undo his reign. Once he finished this defiant one, Anakin would see to it that the two others he sensed would soon join him. He did not have the faith in Darth Angor that she would be capable of defending against two Jedi and simply considered it opportunity to ensure that his skills were still honed to a perfect degree.
For anyone who was in the presence of Darth Vader in this moment, the dark side of the force became like a sack of rocks upon a wet cloth. Preparing his saber for battle, Anakin observed, “You still wish to feed off the weak-minded to bend them to your will. Even in times of desperation the Jedi Order shows their true hunger for power.” Attacking the Jedi Master with his strikes, the game of searching for an opening within the other began. Both strikes within the force began to rupture through the air as the attacks sought to sear the flesh of the other. In the middle of another great sweep, Anakin thrust his hand forward and summoned forth a great barrage of lightning to the Jedi Master. The power was great and demanding, one that would break the victim easily if the force did not bend in that victim’s favor.

Darth Animosity’s reaction to his answer was not something that Captain Qualon had anticipated. The sith fell over and appeared to be unconscious and Qualon ran his hand over the sith’s neck trying to see if any vitals were still active. Helping the sith warrior to his feet, Qualon set Animosity to a nearby seat and updated into a reporting console, “Our guest has fallen unconscious. I believe that his majesty will wish to see him.”
Pellaeon on the other end answered, “See he stays there until his majesty arrives.” There didn’t seem to be any trouble yet, but hopefully this Animosity figure wouldn’t awaken rudely to cause any problems for the Devastator.
Qualon ordered into his personal intercom, “Get a med team here. Make sure that he maintains optimal vitals.”

The Jedi was far weaker than Anakin had projected when he summoned forth the lightning from his hands and into the Master. Having listened to his final words, he heard the one thing that he would have never imagined uttered from a Jedi. He knew of Anakin’s search for the great power that he had crusaded for so long and attempted to use it as a taunt. This much did not anger him, but his last words were more than enough bring him to rage and sought to strike him down at last. Before Ruan could let the force take him, Anakin thrust his light saber into Ruan’s neck allowing Anakin the chance to know that he had killed another object of his hatred.
He was uncertain if he noticed a trick in the Jedi Master’s dying words or if his hatred of the Jedi simply rushed him to this conclusion, but Anakin could feel that there was something hidden from him. Perhaps this Ruan did know the secrets that he had been searching, but Anakin was more than determined to continue his search. He would not let this progression in the force hinder his search and it would not change him from the one he was now.

Leaving Ruan’s corpse and traveling down the steps, Anakin found a communications console and used it to patch into the ground forces outside the city walls. Standing before him, General Ganos Tunwol saluted proudly having won the battle and reported, “My lord. The Dantari are in full retreat and have been decimated before even having a chance to scale the city walls. Casualties are at around 12,000 but the Dantari have paid their share for this futile rebellion.
Anakin questioned him of one of the primary objectives for this operation, “What of the leader on that front? Was it a Jedi like we anticipated?”
General Tunwol reluctantly answered, “Um yes my lord. However it would seem that in a rather spontaneous moment that the captain of the 409th regiment went against orders to capture him alive. He is dead I’m afraid.”
Not offering any words for the General, he ordered, “Bring him before me.”
Before long, the clearly defective trooper saluted to his emperor proclaiming, “My lord, the Jedi leader is dead and if –“ These were the last words before Anakin chocked on the captain with the will of the force.
As the captain struggled for life, Anakin sent him off, “You have denied my orders for the last time captain.” Possibly in the most merciful fashion he had for a defiant soldier, Anakin gave him a quick death as he snapped the trooper’s neck. Looking to the one who stood behind the captain, Anakin congratulated, “You are in command now Captain. Ensure that you do not disobey my orders on the field next time.”
The newly promoted trooper saluted to his emperor, “Thank you my lord.” Cutting off the communications, the Emperor continued to make his way further down the capitol building searching for any further resistance. He felt a severance in the force as someone died other than his Jedi Master opponent from earlier.

The Capitol building continued to be stormed by the dozen Dantari warriors who believed that they could somehow manage to defeat the entire interior army before being killed off. As soon as Anakin entered the hallways to see several stormtroopers holding their ground against several charging Dantari, the dark powers of the force were summoned into his light saber and thrown across the halls. It landed square in the head of one of the charging and just as quickly was pulled out for Anakin to begin his attack on the other Dantari who managed to survive. Jumping with the will of the force, Anakin sliced across one Dantari’s head and cut off the arm of another. The one that was still standing with its left arm cut off tried to move in further to attack the smaller pest, but several shots from the stormtroopers managed to put the defeated creature down.
With the Dantari dead, Anakin found the entrance to the capitol building main office was most likely the source of the disturbance in the force that he had sensed earlier. Indeed the Master Jedi wasn’t attacking alone and hoped to kill off the Emperor by perhaps lowering his guard at some point. Summoning the force, he opened the doors to see the work that had been done with the full presence of the dark side ready to aid him in battle if need be.
Entering the main office of the capitol building, Anakin looked around to see that damage that had been done between the two Jedi and Darth Angor. Summoning the force he observed Angor’s light saber in his hand and commented, “Not one of my best pupils. This at least rids me of one concern.” Turning his attention to the Jedi who were still standing before him, four Phase II Dark Troopers entered the room and brought their guns to attention should any harm be made towards their Emperor. Anakin gestured the Dark Troopers not to fire just yet and spoke, “Your rebellion is finished. Regardless of who planned it, all of you will pay for it.”

Anakin never thought much of Darth Angor but it was clear that if even she was able to tire these two enough to the point of effectively seeing the two Jedi brought to his knees mere minutes after the battle had begun, they would be incapable of holding their own any longer. The one named Nal’dar was continuing her attack while Anakin continued to easily block every effort in attempts to defeat him. Preparing every attack he had for her, Anakin thrust his hand into an opening as she attempted a swipe into him throwing her on her back as she slid across the floor. Almost as if on signal, the nearest Dark Trooper placed its right foot on Nal’dar’s neck with only light enough pressure to avoid suffocating her. Before letting her have any ideas, Anakin grasped Nal’dar’s light saber from the distance that flew from her position.
Finally having a chance to bring the remaining defiant Jedi to her knees, Anakin offered no warning once he summoned forth a wave of Force Stasis. She would be his prisoner along with her friend and he would have the force sensitive beings that he required. Cal fell to the ground and was brought to the catatonic state that came from the power of this mighty command.
Once she fell onto the floor, two of the Dark Troopers prepared a pair of force shackles for both of the acquired prisoners. Anakin ordered his troopers, “Take them to my ship. We shall be taking them prisoner for the journey.” The Dark Troopers obeyed and took the two Jedi keeping them bound and keeping them from being able to escape.

Leaving the capitol building and making his way to his personal shuttle, Anakin opened communications with his droid asking, “PROXY, is the prisoner still stuck in the landing pit?”
PROXY answered his master, “Well not the same exact place master, but he is incapacitated. I believe that the effects of his habit have finally come against him.”
Anakin ordered, “Stay put PROXY. We’ll take him prisoner with the others.”
PROXY responded to the order, “Oh certainly master. It won’t be the hardest for me to stay put.”

Within moments, the two Jedi who had assumed the rebellion were captured and the currently knocked out Jedi was taken onboard the ship with him. It was something that might have seemed suicide to anyone but Anakin Skywalker himself as the three force users were brought into the Emperor’s shuttle. The battle was with its casualties, but it was one that more than finished with all of the best possible scenarios for Anakin. Three force sensitives were in his hands and the journey to Korriban would reap a great reward because of them. The Imperials were left to clean up the mess that had been made on the Dantooine battleground while the Emperor’s shuttle returned to the Devastator. It was a definite signal that the battle upon this planet had been won, but the one that led to the greatest reasoning behind it to be revealed to the few very soon.

Cal cut her meditating short, she felt something. Unsure what it was she asked Nal'dar, "Hey Nal, did you feel that just now?"
"Feel what?" Nal'dar asked, standing up and walking to the door.
"I'm not sure, just a surge of emotion..." Cal lied down on the bench and stared at the ceiling.
"Well, I DID feel some more force-users than just Vader and us," Nal'dar said, pleased with herself.
"Yeah I felt that too, but that emotion..." Cal started, not finishing her statement.
Nal'dar sat down beside her head and said, "I wouldn't worry about it..."
"But for some reason, I think it was directed towards me..." Cal said, beginning to fiddle with her hair.
"Why would someone have a 'surge' of emotion towards you?"
"Remember how I told you about me getting choked while meditating with Master Ruan?"
Nal'dar looked down at the ground, sad that their master had died, but she swept the emotion away and said, "Yeah, what about it?"
"Well, this has the same feel to it... like it's the same person..."
"Well then be on your guard, in case they try to choke you again!"
"I wouldn't be killed by a simple choke, please, previously it lasted for a second, with two more seconds I would've been free from it!" Cal sat up and looked at the door, "So let's wait for this foe, and be ready to deflect any force attack he has prepared!"
"I can't do the stupid bubble, you know that!"
Cal laughed and said, "Well I guess you're just gonna' die then!"
Nal'dar giggled then hit Cal in the shoulder. The next moment the door opened, a man walked in, and starred at Cal. She looked at him and asked, "Who the hell are you?" there was no response, "What do you want?" still no response. It was then that Cal felt what he was, this was the man who choked her, this is the man with a torrent of emotion towards her. She glared at him. After another moment he left.
"That was him..." Cal said, still glaring at where the man once stood.
"What?" Nal'dar asked.
"That was the man who choked me, and boy does he want me dead..."
Nal'dar put her hand on Cal's shoulder and said, "Not if we eviscerate him first..."
"Bit dark there Nal?"
"No, I don't harbor any anger towards him, I just love you and want you to be protected!"
Cal laughed at her comment, it was true, the light side of the force thrived on love, and hate fueled the dark side... which is all that man had... hate...

The last bits of sunlight were being ripped from the sky, in a few more minutes, night would fall. Cal and Nal'dar were moving towards one of the mountain ranges, feeling an immense amount of Dark Side energy there. With darkness coming in, Cal used Force Light to light up the area around them, not its usual use but it still worked.
Two more shuttles landed onto the planet, not particularly close to them, but still close enough for them to realize they were both Sith.
"Damn, we don't even have our lightsabers! What can we do against two Sith!?" Nal'dar said.
"A Jedi has much more in their arsenal than a lightsaber, we can do much more damage to them with the force than they can do to us..." Cal said, putting her hand on Nal'dar's shoulder.
"What are you talking about!? The dark side has all the powerful attacks!"
"Powerful, against a typical person," Cal laughed, "But one thing a Sith can never understand is that the power a Jedi has, the power from peace, love, and justice, will always outshine hate..."
"That's easy to say when you aren't having lightning thrown at you..."
"Calm down Nal, we can protect ourselves from all that, it's the lightsabers that we need to worry about... I might be able to block one, if I'm lucky, but there's no way you can..."
"Never been good at Tutaminis..."
"It's not that, very few Jedi can successfully block a lightsaber with the force, at least that's what Master said..."
"Whatever... why exactly are we going to the place with the most dark side energy?"
"Well, I assume we're here because Vader wants the dark side energy for himself, so if we go and seal the Nexus point, then we can halt his plans, granted, he'll probably kill us afterwards, but at least we get to thwart his plans once before death!"
"Let's stick it to the Empire one last time!" Nal'dar said, quickening her pace.

Tony was unsure of this he would fall back his plans were tactical greatness he didn't care how they did it but two jedi would die here he didn't care if he had to convert them two jedi would not leave this planet's surface he would divide and conquer them not killing the younger less experienced one no she would under go the conversion he would stay down there until she died if he had to he wanted a student one who at least knew how to fight already he found a building that would make dividing them easy he broke it perfectly animosity could fight the dazed arkanian while he fought the padawan for control of her will he would not fail if he wasn't double crossed they might both walk out with two new sith allies who knows he told his goal to animosity he thought it was a good plan then he went to the padawan he was a good mimic and through the dust he used the force to copy the Arkanian's voice and called"quick we must retreat this way!"he then ran so the padawan would not get a good look at him if she followed his plan was to get her back to the shuttle and trap her there while coaxing her to the dark side.
(dazed from the building no doubt so no bitching about it.)

The creepy man's offer was tempting, at least that is what Cal was trying to show, she would never submit to the dark side, never... She looked up at the man and said, "Sorry, I don't join with people like you..." She raised her hand and turned her head away, an immense blast of light was produced, most likely blinding the man. Cal had no time to check whether he was dazed or not, she ran towards the presence of her friend, leaving the man behind.

Nal'dar continued following the figure she thought was Cal, then stopped and realized that she could sense no love within the figure, it wasn't Cal.
"Who are you!?" she yelled, raising her hands, ready to attack, or defend.

Not having enough time to put the crystal into her newly-acquired lightsaber, Cal swiftly raised her hand and blocked the saber with Tutaminis, then used the force to put the crystal in the lightsaber and jumped backwards about a meter. She activated the saber, blue, then raised it towards the man. She then said in a mocking tone, "How'd you find us? Did you remember my scent you little puppy?" She giggled a little then jumped up and attacked him from the air, using her preferred style of combat, Ataru.

Nal'dar saw what was going on between Cal and the Sith, then quickly looked at the other Sith and said, "If you really are our ally, then help us take this bastard down!" She charged into the fray!

As soon as Cal saw the energy-build up in the man's hand (thanks to her Arkanian eyes), she dove to Nal'dar and gripped her stomach, then activated Force Bubble to protect them from the force lightning. The power surged throughout the watery ground, hitting the energy field Cal had set up, but not damaging it in the least.

"You okay?" Cal asked Nal'dar removing her hands from Nal'dar's waist and looking into her eyes.

"Yeah I'm fine, you really saved my butt, thanks," Nal'dar smiled then looked outside the bubble, the Sith was still pummeling the ground with lightning, "Damnit..."

A blast of dark side energy slammed Cal's mind, causing her to lose focus for a moment, just enough for the bubble to go down... Nal'dar, knowing how strange this was, grabbed Cal by the stomach and used force push on the ground to propel themselves away from the watered field. Nal'dar then asked, "What the hell was that Cal?"

"I... I don't know..." Cal said, standing up and looking at the man, "He has a great power over the force, frightening even... yet it is filled with lust, desire, and emotion... he's just a common Sith!"

"I wouldn't call him common, but we need to eliminate him..." Nal'dar said, igniting her lightsaber.

"He's too powerful on this planet... we need to quell the energy from the nexus point if we are to have any chance..."

"Then go..." Nal'dar said, stepping in front of Cal, "Go and erase the nexus point, me and the other Sith can handle this cretin..."

Cal was about to put up objection to this, but then realized it needed to be done. She simply said, "Don't die..."

Nal'dar smirked and said, "There is no death; there is-"

"-the force," Cal finished the Jedi proverb, then ran towards the cliffs.

Nal'dar stepped a bit forward and planted herself firmly in between the man and Cal, yet still out of reach of the water, she would stand firm until either her own death, or his...

The immense power channeled within the man was awe-striking, Nal'dar's first instinct was to run, but then he might go after Cal. Devising some semblance of a plan, she jumped forward just enough to avoid the attack, but not enough to allow him to go after Cal without being killed. She didn't think she would be able to keep this up for long, but she had to try, she wasn't alone after all, the other Sith was there. Hopefully he wouldn't fire any more anti-matter pods on the surface, he must've not thought that one through too much...

Cal felt the great disturbance in the Force as she sprinted away from the battlefield, she had no time to help, she needed to get to the Nexus point...

After a few minutes of running, Cal stopped at the top of a mountain over-looking the valley. It was covered with rocks and statues, in the center was a spire-like building, with dozens of excavation sites around the mountains into the tombs of ancient Sith Kings, and Lords... The dark side was nigh-overpowering in the presence of so much Passion, and ancient hate... Most Jedi would be unable to keep with the light in such a place, but Cal needed to be strong... She took a step closer to the place, then heard a voice:

"A Jedi? In this land...?" Cal turned to the voice, it was a Spirit, an apparition of the dark-side of the force, it appeared to be an ancient Sith Lord, Naga Sadow. His facial features were skewed, from many years of breeding with the ancient species of the Sith. He continued talking, "Why would a warrior of light be in a place such as this...?"

"To eliminate the dark side from this place..." Cal said, standing tall and trying to seem confident.

"You cannot... it is impossible, this planet's core is infused with the dark side, there is no way to alleviate it..."

"I can try..."

"You truly are foolish little Jedi, the Sith are more powerful than anyone could possibly imagine... Look at the new Dark lord, Vader, what a striking and powerful man, do you believe you can actually defeat him?"

Another voice chimed in, "She can, and she will Sadow..."

Cal looked to her left, it was a human, dressed in Jedi Robes, he didn't look familiar to Cal...

"Anjuta Pall... why do you still haunt this place... you were taken to the light if I recall...?" Sadow said, laughing.

"Anjuta Pall? Didn't Darth Revan free you from this place?" Cal inquired.

"He freed me from the clutches of 20,000 years of darkness... and I repay him by helping the occasional worthy Jedi that wanders to my burial ground..." Pall said, smiling.

"You are a fool, all the Jedi are fools, the Sith are eternal, the Sith will win! Darkness is the right path! You know it to be true girl!" Sadow said. Cal made a fist then thrust it through his spirit. He laughed and said, "Do you really think he can defeat the Dark side? A Sith never dies!"

Cal smirked then used an immensely powerful force light, the Spirit of Naga Sadow screamed then disappeared... forever...

"Jedi, what is your name?" Pall asked Cal.

"Cal," she said, nodding and smiling.

"I will help guide you to the epicenter of the Nexus, quick we must hurry!" The spirit began to move quickly down the mountain, Cal followed...

The man ran away from Nal'dar and disappeared, normally it wouldn't be too hard to find him, but with the combination of the dark side energy resonating from the planet, and the fact that it was night time, she was unable to find him. She did, however, sense Cal, so she decided to go to her, figuring the man was after her. She ran up the mountain towards the single other presence of light on the planet.

Cal was following the Spirit of Anjuta Pall, when a ship landed near her, it was one of the other Sith's. Anjuta Pall appeared directly in front of Cal and said, "Do not trust this man! He is a follower of the insidious force! Quickly we must move!"

"The insidious force?" Cal asked, not moving.

"He is neither Dark, nor light, he is one of few whom think that neither side is stronger than the other."

"He isn't a Sith?"

"Nor is he a Jedi..."

Cal thought on this for a moment, and realized, "He may not be a Jedi, but he isn't a Sith..."

"He will sell you out to save himself, for he is driven by instinct and carnal desire!" Pall said, beckoning Cal to move around the ship.

"I don't have time for this I have to seal the nexus..." Cal said, charging right past the ship and continuing to sprint towards the Spire in the Center of the Valley.
