Appearance-
Rarely outside of the armor pictured above, those who have seen him without it were often surprised. Without the armor, 39 is unsurprisingly large, standing in at 6 foot flat with enough muscle to prove that his armor was far from light. What really surprises most people is the fact that 39 has not a single scar on him, along with several soft facial features and buzzcut blonde hair, with a pair of ocean blue eyes.

Personality-
When dealing with criminals, 39 is a ruthless killing machine with no fear of injury, or death. He uses his cunning and tactical prowess to maneuver his squad through dangerous situations, usually with most of the enemy fire focused on 39. This is not to say that 39 sacrifices himself in combat, but he has a strange fondness to drawing enemy fire and the scare tactics that come with it.

When dealing with civilians, 39 tries to connect with them in the hopes that he can help to calm them down. With civies, he has a nearly endless patience and will work to make the civie comfortable enough to give him the information that he needs, or to just be willing to exit the building. 39 is especially soft with children who have been caught in dangerous situations.

Equipment-
39's armor differs from that of his squad-mates thanks to a device that can take power from the powered joints to severely increase the density of the armor, making a majority of weapons ineffective, especially civilian level weapons. His helmet contains the standard hud and target identification software. The weapon that 39 normally caries around is an energy bolt SMG with high capacity batteries to provide the continuous fire that larger LMGs offer, which he uses when outside of an urban setting.
