"Quote": "Is that what you think? Interesting..."
Name: Elvis
Nickname(s):"Prince Charming" (a name given both ironically and dotingly by the common people), "The Idiot" "Lazy Ass" "The Idiot Prince" (all names given by those who think less of him, which include common people, everyone in the palace, and his mother)
Age: Very nearly 18
Gender: Male
Position: Holder of the Mind Stone, and heir to the Ciaran throne
Kingdom: Ciara
Powers:
Ability to control wind. The most impressive attacks he has:
Windhammer An ability where he channels the wind specifically into the giant, ridiculous hammer he wields. When used correctly, Elvis can make his otherwise lightweight hammer slam down at intense forces, causing great damage to whoever his foe is. The hammer itself is hollow and collapsible, almost comically so, and without the assistance of his ability, hardly inflicts any pain. With enough wind, the hammer can also float and carry Elvis along with it, almost like a balloon.
Windtunnel Pretty self-explanatory. He can form giant tornadoes, and can also lift himself up using the funnels. If there is enough rain and the temperature is correct, he can also make a hurricane. The windtunnels vary in size, however smaller ones are easier and quicker to make. Larger ones take more time, and can typically be only made once, maximum twice, in one sitting, depending on how big it is.
Windsense Should he ever find himself in a predicament where he doesn't know where his opponent is (due to fog or low lighting or invisibility), he can use the wind to find out where people are by interpreting how the wind falls on him. Gaps, or dead spaces, are dead giveaways.
He can do other, pettier things with wind as well.
He also has the ability, through the stone, to 'read' minds.
Mind Sight Through this, he can see/read prominent thoughts, secrets, desires, and memories. They appear in his own mind, and can be difficult to distinguish from his own thoughts. He closes his good eye to read/see them better.
Mind Warp Also through the stone, with this ability he can nudge someone's thoughts, secrets, whathaveyou to his own liking. Sometimes it's a slight touch. Sometimes it's a huge push. The consequences of a huge push can be life-changing for the victim. This ability takes much more energy than all the others to use accurately, and Elvis has to concentrate greatly. The stone must be exposed for him to use this ability properly.
Family: He is the first and only son of the Queen. He has no siblings.
Stone name: Sofia
Where is your stone located?: His right eye socket. He had always had problems seeing out of it, but as he grew older, it completely destroyed his right eye.
Do you like the stones?: No. He could really do away with the nightmares, and is wistful of full peripheral vision and his depth perception.
Who is your Servant?: Apparently it is the Dragon of the Mind
Side: "Well, since I am a Holder, that should answer itself, right?"
Scars/Birthmarks: Slight scarring left by the stone around where his right eye should be. Typically covered up by his eyepatch.
Tattoos/Piercings: Two ear piercings.
Personality: Elvis is a laid-back, stares-at-paint-drying-because-he-finds-it-intriguing sort of guy. He is never, ever bored, even when he is doing or observing something others might find boring. He doesn't talk all too much, and also doesn't like arguing. He isn't a flamboyant show-off, and he pisses off a lot of people because he does things slowly and leisurely, as if he has all the time in the world. He enjoys asking people what they think of situations, and will often ask several leading questions without ever hitting a punchline. He never writes anything down, either. When he is fighting, however, he takes on a more serious attitude, and spots of his genius shine through momentarily. He does have fast reflexes, despite his sluggish, care-free movements, and enjoys his sleep. There are few things he doesn't like, and even fewer things he doesn't at least appreciate. He can be surprisingly stubborn at times, especially when it comes to avoiding arguments.
Bio: Being the son of the most beautiful and intelligent woman in Ciara, Elvis had some enormous high heels to fill. Although he was very bright as a young child, it became painfully clear that he lacked nearly all the determination and motivation of his strong-willed mother. The Queen tried everything: lessons, lavishings, deprivation, moderation, every single successful child-rearing method she could think of to get her boy in shape, but nothing. It didn't help that she couldn't carry another child again. She was stuck with this lazy, useless son, and the kingdom was to be his when he turned 18! Elvis was aware of his mother's (in fact, the whole palace's) animosity towards him. Everyone thought he was stupid, and that the kingdom would collapse with him as ruler (which, for some, wasn't exactly a bad thing, what with his tyrannical mother). No one could understand how the two could be related; they seemed completely opposite in every way. While the Queen was passionate, Elvis was apathetic. The Queen was evil, Elvis acted kindly. The Queen was a picture of health, Elvis was painfully thin. The only factor which they didn't differ in, however, was intelligence. Despite appearances, Elvis is extremely smart, something that no one else knows. Only his mother is slightly suspicious, but not enough to do him harm. Yet. The reason Elvis keeps his intelligence secret, or at least low-key, is because he despises his mother, and feels that embracing his intelligence and flaunting it will lead him down the same path as her. Sadistic traits lie within him, and he is afraid to feed them with ego and narcissism. Thus, he almost embraces the bad rap he has, encouraging the insults and doing nothing to change.
Elvis was born with the stone already in his eye. As mentioned before, his right eye had always had problems seeing, and would often shift around like a lazy eye. Finally, his mother let him wear an eye-patch, finding it the better option than staring at his rolling eye. This proved to be a good thing, as when the stone eventually destroyed his eye, he had a cover.
Talent/Skills:
Even without the stone, Elvis was good at reading people's character. He noticed things others didn't, and in an almost Holmesian fashion could decipher traits such as occupation, recent whereabouts, and whether they are lying, to name a few. Of course, he was never as blunt as Sherlock, or as degrading, and hardly ever flaunts the knowledge out loud.
Although terrible at drawing, Elvis is good at forging handwritings.
Excellent memory. He never writes anything down because he remembers it in his head.
He is a very talented napper.
Weapons: A gigantic hammer. Mentioned above in the powers section.
Loves/Likes: Sleeping. Watching. Doing things on his own time.
Hates/Dislikes: The stone and the abilities with it. His mother. Being rushed. Arguments.
Wish/Desire: To do what he wants, when he wants, however he wants, for as long as he wants.
Fears: Becoming his mother. Not being able to control himself. Having absolutely no wiggle room in a situation he doesn't want to be in. The stone and what it can do.
Weakness: Physically not the strongest. Personal Freedom. The chance to sleep in.
Crush: None so far.
Relationship status: Not particularly interested in anything at the moment.
Theme song: (I'll find one eventually ^^)
