Ahala Saas

Looking for Jedi master that will take Her under their wing

0 · 256 views · located in The Jedi temple among the clone wars

a character in “Starwars multiverse”, as played by Ahala_Saas

Description

[b]
(Using a google pic to show what she looks like as a teen.)

Ahala Saas is a hybrid. She looks more human then she does torguta, but she does have her Lekkus that go down to her shoulders for now when she was younger they hadnt grown as of yet. She wears a light blue dress when the jedis find her, but as she grew in the temple she would wear black leggings with a brown halter top that she would alter to fit her as she would grow.

She saw most of the younglings that she went to the temple with would talk about their travels with their master. She liked hearing about their travles and seeing what they would bring back, she hoped that some day a jedi master would pick her as a padawan and take her on those adventures

Ahala Saas was born to a human mother and Torguta father. She lost both in the war that the jedi is having with the Sith. Her father went to fight but never came back. Her mother made her a necklace out of her father head piece that was brought back which was a white silver tooth. She wore it where ever she went. She was only 6 when her village was attacked by the Sith. As she walked in after bringing in herbs from the garden, her mother hid her in a small cellar and closed the door.

Ahala would hear talking outside the small door "where is the child" A voice asked her mother. "I have no child, now leave you have done enough to this village and families" her mother said, soon a shot rang out and then a thud was heard. Ahala knew that her mother had been killed. They searched the house and then left,
Ahala still didnt leave her safe place even after hearing all the screaming in her village, no one deserved this. Hours after they left the republic had arrived but saw they were to late. Ahala let out a soft whimper as she would hear them enter her home.

She saw the door open and would push her hands out, the clone was thrown back into the wall "that kid packs a wallop'" the clone said. The jedi knight that had arrived who was Obi wan, would kneel down and look at young Ahala. "come out young one, we will not harm you" he said, Ahala knew she could trust him, she wasnt sure how but she knew she could. He picked her up and would head back to the ship, he kept her eyes covered as the other clones would cover the bodies of those killed.

Hours passed and Ahala would arrive at the jedi council and would hide behind obi wan's leg "the jedi temple will raise her, but she is young and barley tapped into the force" a man said which was simliar to her species, well half her species. Soon after much debate she was taken to the jedi temple where she was taught how to defend herslf and learn with a lightsaber. She has duel lightsabers one blue and one purple.

Now at 16 she is still waiting for a master to take her under his or her wing so she can get more training and see the world like her father and mother wanted her to.

CT-1009 shrugs before wiping off the interior of his helmet. "I just know that I shot up forty-six of the clankers."
He begins his routine gear check, starting by putting all of his weapon's power packs on their charger, except for the three he keeps on him.

He puts back on his helmet, then walks out of the room to go check on the padawans.

He first checks on Ezell, then, seeing her reading, decides to leave her alone.

He approaches them, Jei and Ahala, who are standing in the hallway.

"What all have you two done? Everything A-OK?" he asks politely.

“Oh! Uhm-“ Jei stumbled over his words when the soldier approached them. “Y-yeah, we’re fine… Uh, sir. We were just talking.”

He couldn’t help feeling a little embarrassed. He admired soldiers and fighters. They were brave and strong, something that Jei was not. But most of all, Jei thought they were incredibly cool.

He fiddled with his bangs over his mask, when Ahala groaned in pain. Jei raised a hand to her, hesitant to touch her. "Hey! Are you alright?"

“I’m okay, guys, just too much reading is all.” She replied. It didn't seem like the complete truth to Jei, but he figured it was just nerves about the previous holo-call. They all were probably on edge.

Jei offered her a smile, "O-okay. You outa' get some sleep then, huh?" He elbowed Ezell's side. "We all should."

"Everything A-OK?"

Ezell was brought out of her thoughts at the soldier’s question. She lazily looked over at him, then at Jei. His adorable excitement was too much for Ezell to resist teasing him.

She leaned forward and pinched Jei’s cheek.

“Aw, what’re you getting all embarrassed for?” She snickered.

When Jei elbowed her in the side, she laughed then elbowed him back harder. She liked getting a rise out of him, it was fun to see him grow just a bit of a backbone and make him act a little less like a Jedi.

“If you can sleep, have at it. I’m getting restless here just waiting to finally get to the station,” she said with a grin.

She would never admit it out loud, but she was most looking forward to seeing buildings, tall ceilings, and not being cramped on a tiny ship anymore.

“Yo, Helmet? You ever been to this place?” Ezell asked CT.

CT shrugs.

"My current tour of service has been around Ryloth and the surrounding territories. Now I'm here."

"To be honest, I don't know where we're going. I was just moved becuase these guys were down a man."
"And please, call me CT-1009 or Dessel."

"Yeah, Ryloth. I served with the 342nd Infantry division under Commander Jaf until his death. We were up against a legion of droids. Then I was reassigned to a cortosis mining planet owned by the ORO company to protect shipments for our armor. Then I ended up here."

He pauses for a moment.

"Have you kids ever seen a commando droid?" he asks. "Deadly opponents. It's hard not to hate 'em."
He taps his left shoulder plate, where scratches numbering in the forties are. "I've killed a few. Quite a few. I'm sure it's not hard for y'all, though. Lightsabers and fancy powers and all that."

Jei nodded at the soldier. “Sure! Dessel…” He briefly wondered if the slurry of numbers the man had said was some kind of weird code name, but he wasn’t sure. Jei didn’t know much about the military. His only exposure to these soldiers came after he joined the Jedi Order.

Dessel however, was really interesting. He seemed strong and resilient, not weak of heart or mind, Jei could tell. It was also clear to the young boy that Dessel was quite a bit taller than him, and spoke in a hard, deep voice.

“Wait, we never really heard about your home planet,” some other person asked Ahala. Jei was curious as well. Though he’d admit to being an incredibly poor student, he was however very fascinated by other planets, races, and cultures.

Jei was borderline excited to here about Ahala’s home world. That was, until she started explaining, and he was reminded of what little info he already knew about her. Ahala’s home life was far from happy.

He could feel the pain inside his friend, bleeding out into the abyss.

Jei didn’t know what to say, so, instead, he kept quiet and listened.

"Have you kids ever seen a Commando droid?" Dessel started, "Deadly opponents. It's hard not to hate 'em."

Jei cringed at that idea.

Then, he could sense that Dessel was showing off the dents and scratches in his armor. Jei reached his hand out to feel the marks but pulled his hand back before he could touch it. As a Miraluka, Jei could tell where general shapes were, such as his companions or where the floor stopped and the wall began. But small intricate details like that weren’t clear to him. Though, reaching out to feel the scratches himself, yeah, definitely too nervous for that.

When Ahala had excused herself and rushed off, Jei couldn’t help but frown in nervousness. He bit at the inside of his cheek and fiddled with his sleeve. A piece of string had even become undone and loose.

He could tell she was upset, but the last thing he wanted to do was bother her. It wasn’t his business, nor was it his job to fix people’s problems, not that he could in this situation. But he couldn’t help but worry. It seemed to be all he ever did.

Jei let out a sigh. “I hope she’s alright.”

Dessel grimaced under his helmet at the remark about the Jedi, silently agreeing.

"I'll go get her," He volunteers, then stands up and walks over to her room, knocking on the door when he arrives.

"Time to roll," He says. "We're here."

Jei snickered to himself, "Time sure flies, huh." He said aloud.

He nudged Ezell next to him with his elbow. "You excited to go?" He said with a smile.

Ezell scoffed, "Oh yeah," she deadpanned. "I'm bouncing up and down in excitement."

Jei laughed, "Aw, it's not going to be that bad. I like goin' to new places, it's kinda' fun, for me at least." He stretched his arms behind him and took a breath. "Come on," he gestured toward the hall with his head, "Let's meet with Ahala."

With the soldiers and the Jedi students standing together in the bridge, Ahala gave her announcement.

“Okay so, after this I’m heading to the Outer Rim. Your welcome to stay or go with me,” she said. She seemed pretty dead-set on this, if her voice was any sign. But even if her language was clear and confident, something about her vibe felt off.

He knew that others considered it invasive of him to constantly sense how people were feeling, but he couldn't help it. It was normal to Miralukas, and he certainly didn't know how to stop doing it.

Ahala continued, "Let’s just hope we can get what we need, and that they have it.”

Ezell raised her hand, "Question! What're we looking for again?"

"Yeah," Jei added, "I thought we were going to a planet?"

Jei nodded as Ahala explained. He listened politely as she gestured at the star-map. That was one of the down sides to being with non-Miralukas, they always used holograms, which he couldn't sense.

He nudged Ezell next to him with his elbow, and leaned closer to her. "What planets are by it?" He whispered to her as Boe and Ahala spoke to each other.

Ezell shrugged. "As if I know," she whispered back to him.

"So!" Jei clapped his hands together once Ahala and Boe were finished speaking. "Are we headin' out?" he asked with a smile.

"So! Are we headin' out?" Jei asked.

"Yeah, what's the hold-up, Leader?" Ezell asked Ahala, and leaned on Jei's shoulder with her elbow. "I wanna' check out this station before we see your planet."

If she was being honest, she just couldn't wait to get off this blasted ship and finally be around something more familiar to her. Sure, a space outpost would hardly be like home, but it would have people and streets, and it'd have fresh food. She also couldn't deny the feeling that once they reached Ahala's planet, there would be no more opportunities to take a break.

Jei and Ezell had been exploring the packed station, purchasing supplies and whatever else seemed interesting, when Jei's holo-communicator started to buzz and beep in his pocket. He pulled it out, then ran his fingers over the mechanical name identification. "It's Ahala!" He shouted to Ezell next to him.

Her messaged played out, "When you get this, we all have been called to a meeting with a Jedi emissary here on the ship. Get back with me when you can."

The communicator blipped off and Jei shoved it back into his pocket. He sighed. "I guess that means the fun's over, right?"

Fifteen Days. It had been fifteen days since Ness Mevarr had lost contact with Master Leev.

Ness was used to staying in unfamiliar locations, and travelling wherever her Master took her. Over the past years, she had been all over the galaxy, learning, training, and solving whatever problem the Jedi Council wanted solved.

Though, this current problem was beginning to seem far bigger than either she or Master Leev initially realized. She knew that the last thing her master would want her to do was worry, so she went about staying relaxed in the best way she knew.

As Ness walked through one of the many markets in Tei'orn Station, she enjoyed the feeling of the cacophony of emotions that washed through her. She could feel joy, frustration, hunger, excitement, impatience, too many feelings for her to even name them all. Master Leev would never forget to voice how much he disapproved of the way Ness chose to relax, but she found it far more effective than sitting in a quiet room trying-- and failing-- to meditate.

It was then that she saw two young people, a twi'lek and a miraluka, standing at one of the vendors. Ness remembered seeing their pictures listed on a recent landing statement; these two had come from the capital.

"'Think I should get the red one or the purple one?" The Twi'lek asked her companion.

Ness couldn't help herself. "Definitely the purple one," she said with a gentle smile. "Trust me, don't get the red one. Your stomach will thank you."

The two of them turned to her as the Miraluka shouted out, "You're a Jedi!"

Ness giggled.

"Yes, I am!" She beamed. "And you are too, right?"

A young togruta came up to the three of them, and Ness recognized her immediately. Ahala Saas, she believed her name was.

"Hey, you two. Who's your new friend?" Ahala asked.

"I'm just an acquaintance right now, but my name's Ness. I'm glad I could finally speak with you, Ahala," she said.

"You two know each other, or something?" The Twi'lek asked Ahala, bored, as he flipped one of her blue lekku over her shoulder.
