Everyone can recite the legend of “The Stone of Desires” by heart. Many of sought after this famed item, but to no avail. There are those who still believe it exists and will stop at nothing to retrieve it.

Introduction

Introduction:

Deseo is full of various landscapes and histories.

Image

It is a world that still has much to discover. Magic, is a common thing and is broken up into six vary distinct practices.

There is dark magic, which is not as ill thought of as it sounds. It deals with necromancy and the like. Some are still getting used to seeing it performed openly, but it is a practice that is becoming more popular with time.

Image

Light magic is a highly thought of sub field of the mystic arts. Healing practices are popular among those who study this field.

Image

Earth magic can either be one of the most helpful fields or the most devastating. Responsible for animal taming, forest growing ,and the occasional earth quake this magic effects all things around it.

Image

There is also fire magic, which can be quite destructive if not kept in check. It can ward off evil or destroy whole civilizations.

Image

Water magic users tend to have a knack for the mental arts. Anything from breathing underwater to controlling an adversary's thoughts fall under this area of magic.

Image

The last is air magic, these magicians tend to mix martial arts in with their training, using their magic to increase speed and acrobatics, even the occasional experienced flier.

Image

There are so many more skills and sub fields of magic under these practices that it would take libraries to explain them all. Mages come in all shapes and sizes. (This means feel free to create new ones!)

Another very common thing among the people of Deseo is the legends that are passed down through the generations of people. One very particular legend is well known through the entire land. “The Stone of Desires” is the most sought after item in the history of Deseo. People have looked for it for generations. Legend has it that a man by the name of Solar Night found an artifact left by the gods. With it he created magic. He hid it away, knowing of its great power and potential for destruction, for this stone was capable of much more than creating magic. It granted its owner one wish. He died before ever disclosing its location. Many adventurers have sought after this legendary stone. Many have died in the quest, but none have come back successful. It can not be scried or found by magic. Despite the fact no one has been successful, it has not stopped hundreds of mages, both young and old, from looking for the device. Perhaps even the gods are unaware of its hiding place.

Rules:

I want to first start by thanking you for taking interest in this role-play. I feel as though this particular story will heavily rely on you guys and your input. This world is for you to create together. Feel free to add landscapes, home towns, religions, ect. Also, do not let these rules scare you, it looks like a lot, but the majority can be summed up by “Don't do anything to disrespect anyone else or their characters and try to create nice solid posts.” I don't mean these to sound harsh or rude, and if these rules don't work for you, by all means tell me! I'd be happy to work with everyone to make this thing run smoothly for everyone. I hope you guys enjoy!

1. All Characters need to be approved by the GM before they can join into the Role-play.

2. Please keep in mind that this is a written role-play, posts should be of at least a SOLID paragraph, and be well written and self edited. Grammatical errors happen to the best of us but, please do not submit your work until it has at least been looked over, this is not a chat role-play. Use of proper grammar is mandatory.

3. Respect of other players and characters is mandatory. Any disrespect will not be tolerated.

4. If you plan to leave the RP for more than three days please let me know so the role-play is not halted due to your characters lack of writing, that way some excuse can be made and the role-play can continue in your absence.

5. If you are absent for more than five days without some sort of notice, the GM will assume you have quit and will find a way to either remove your character or give it to another player so that the story may continue.

6. Adding things to the story is accepted as long as it does not contradict what another writer has previously written. For example if one player writes they are travelling through the mountains, do not write that the world contains no mountains.

7. Multiple main characters is allowed, however not recommended. If at all possible stick to one main character and fill in side characters as needed, this allows for all your concentration to be on making your part the best it can be.

8. With this role-play, there are sure to be battles, you may write as you like but keep in mind of the other players. Do not “God-Mod” or control another players character without their permission. Players found doing this will be given one formal warning before their character is removed.

9. Most of all, please have fun and don't feel like these rules “rule” the role-play. In truth you, (the players) rule this game. I am just here to make sure things run smoothly, if you have any suggestions or rules that aren’t working for you guys, or things you think need to added to this list, by all means contact me through pm.

10. Put your character's favourite color in the character skeleton to prove to me you have read these rules.

Despite the cold chill of the mountain wind, Zara did not shiver. Her bare skin was exposed to the dry breeze, Zara remained unphased. In act, it was refreshing against her burning Skin. Aside from her pale flesh, her body temperature would send any medic into a frantic. Her blood seemed to boil, the light flurry of snowflakes turned to steam when it got within range of her molten body. Her feel turned the frozen ground to puddles. The sun was slowly setting behind the mountains. The world around her glowed orange, almost on fire, just like her. Her eyes, reflected her core. A deep orange and crimson swirl, churning, almost demonic like against her china like skin. Her face still held it's youth, clear, but concentrated. Her eyes almost looked haunted. As if her mind was always churning and turning, like the colors in her eyes. Swirling and tossing over the past.

She trudged on, travelling light as she always did. The only weight on her shoulders was the task ahead, the only baggage she carried was her secrets. The wet snow made travel difficult. She had been travelling all day. Her feet complained louder than she would have liked. Her will wanted to continue on, her mortal body however, fought her as her internal alarm forced her to slow her pace. She saw a nice flat spot up the trail a ways. She made it right as her legs were threatening to collapse. A small over-hanging made a good shelter from the falling snow. She removed her boots an d rubbed her aching feet a while as she watched the sun continue to set. Wadding her cloak into a pillow, she laid back and watched as the stars started to come out one by one. Her stomach growled in protest, she patted it as if to comfort it. She was only a day from civilization and food. She tired to ignore her body's multiple complaints and drift off to sleep. It wasn't long till drowsiness took over and her breathing evened out into a deep sleep.

Fire burned everything. Screams filled the air with terror. It came from everywhere, making it impossible to tell where the screams were coming from. She cried as the warm pain overtook her, consumed everything she had loved, everything that had ever held any importance to her. Red filled her vision, so much red. It continued to grow till there was nothing but black.

Screaming awoke Zara. In her drowsy state, she didn't realize that the screams were erupting from her own mouth. She clutched her hip as the pain subsided. It was morning now, although the sun was not quite up. She could tell by the birds cheerful chirping. She would never be able to fall back asleep now. So disregarding her body's various groans, she re-donned her boots and cloak, then continued up the mountain.

The trip down the other side was somewhat easier now that she did not have to fight against gravity as well. Everything continued uneventful as she traversed down the hill side. The town of Sadar was now within sight.

Dawn sat outside of the inn in Sadar, her arms and legs crossed. She had come to this town two nights before, sleeping in a room in the inn. The sunrise found her outside of the inn, sitting still and silent; she only moved to switch her legs or go back in the inn for food and drink. The natives of the town and other patrons of the inn were giving her a wide birth, whispering about her eyes and ears. She ignored these, keeping her ears tuned for anything spoken about what she was in search for. So far nothing had popped up, the most that the town natives talked about was her. The most the patrons talked about was travel, beer, and her. This town was useless for information. She would have to go on to the next one, and hopefully find out more. For now though she was content with sitting there, watching as the people passed her by.

Ruya sat in her room in the inn with her head resting against the windowsill. She had been in Sadar for three hours having just arrived as the sun rose. Sadar was a regular stop for her, not for the information she gleamed from the townspeople, but for its atmosphere. Also because of her frequent visits her novelty among the townspeople had worn off, though not before she'd gotten into a few fights over her family name. Her eyes wandered over to the nearby stable where her horse would be anxiously awaiting attention. Sighing the girl threw a cloak over her shoulders and walked out to tend to her mount.

Abyss strode between the dark towering walls. His path illuminated by a old, stooped man wielding a magical, lantern emitting a soft blue glow. The imposing dark man made threatening in the shadow. A strange figure in the great library with his flowing red cloak and katana across his shoulders. He followed the swaying, gliding blue light as the old man counted steps through the corridor. Eventually there was a pause and the guide let go of the glass container, which proceeded to float upwards. The light illuminated the rough spines of tome upon tome before it glided to a stop. For a moment there was silence and stillness throughout the ancient scripts. Then one tome slowly slid out of the shelving and drifted downwards with the light and into the hand of the waiting mage. He handed the heavy book to the waiting Abyss who gripped the leather and turned on his heel, gliding off into the darkness.

He stepped out from the ancient doorway of the library. It expanded behind him, a great wooden structure built against the rough mountainside. Upon the Blademaster's back he carried a bag safely securing the tome. The wind whipped against the mountainside, pulling against the grasses and shrubs clinging on yet only a whisper twisted his cloak. His magic effortlessly keeping it at bay as his feet found their way against the rough twisting path down. In time he walked through the foothills towards the town of Sadar.

Kai scratched behind Xannah's ear. "Good Girl." She soothed the large black panther as she dismounted. Grabbing the collar of the large cat, Kai lead her into the town of Sandar. The journey had not taken long from Kai's own home town to this, but Kai was slightly a sight see-er. So she stopped to see a few of the beauties of the world.

The cold had beaten Kai though. She moved closer to the animal she traveled with, stealing some of it's body heat. Kai looked around the town. It was simple, and small. Very similar to her own. She had been here previously with her Grandmother, but that had been a few years back. Kai had thought she remembered where the Inn was. The Inn doubled as a small tavern and restaurant. Kai's stomach was not very large, but it required food often.

A strange looking man stared as Kai passed. The man made her uneasy and desperately want to reach for her wand. She feared even greater what he would do had he known her abilities. She fought the urge and moved more swiftly towards the inn. Kai kissed Xannah on the forehead before she placed a rune of protection on the panther while no one was looking. Xannah could take care of her self, but Kai wanted to know when she was in danger.

Leaving Xannah behind, she entered the Inn. It was warm and welcoming unlike the harsh winter outside. Kai hung her hat and fur coat on the hooks but the door and went to order.

It was mid day by the time Zara finally reached Sadar. Her white hair clung to her face, and her cloak was wrapped tightly around her. She kept her hood up and her head low., She normally caught stares. Her appearance was abnormal, but the rumors that followed her were what really brought her unwanted attention.

“Draco Dawn's daughter,”

“She was there when he died,”

“What do you think she is after?”

“What happened? I heard she was such a sweet girl,”

The whispers followed her like a plague. Head down, eyes on her feet, she walked toward the Inn. It was always the best place for information, especially the kind she needed. She slunked in the doors, stealthily, quietly, doing her very best not to be noticed. She took a table in the corner and listened hard to the busy conversations around her.

“Can you believe it! Four more deaths In Gilly-Ford last week. That is over ten deaths in this are in a month, I’m starting to think they're related.” The conversation was interesting, but not what she was looking for.

“There was another sighting of those strange creatures over in Noman. They say their burning, smouldering wherever they go, leaving a trail of fire and ash.” She smiled, but again, not what she needed. She shifted her focus again. A bar-main came over to her table.

“What can I get for you lass?” she asked with a smile. Zara dropped a few coins on the table.

“Is that enough for a hot meal and a drink?” Zara asked. The maid scooped up the coins.

“I'll see what I can do. “ and with that she was off.

“...studying the stone of desires” That was it! Damn it all, she had been distracted by her stomach. The conversation was happening at a table not far from her. She made her way over to the table.

“I don't mean to be rude,” She gave them her best seductive smile, “but I happened to over hear something about the stone of desires,” The man looked her over steadily, he was deciding if she was beautiful or terrifying, with that sweet smile he decided the latter.

“What's it to you lass?” he asked.

“I just like a good story is all.”

“It's not much of a story darling, just some old coot over in Brookinghiem, apparently he's been studying the damned thing. A load of crock if you ask me. That old wise tale has been the down fall to many a good man. It's a wild goose chase.” Zara let the man ramble on. She knew it wasn't a wise tale. And for her sake, It couldn't be. She thanked the man for his story, went back to her table and and decided to leave that night after a good meal and a nap in a bed.

Steam came out of the demonic steeds nostrils as Fal pushe it to a town named Sadar. The Warhorse was nor normal in nature as it never grew tired or feeding, Fal had come across a amulet when he was younge and fund out it's true purpose. The road was barren for the most part but a few travelers could be seen along th paths as he rode. He had run ove a few of them as he passed thm by. Fal was not know for smiling or having a sence of humor, and nothing ever got in his way. He was well known in the lands as a dark warrior bent on killing what ever got in his path, but he did work on and off for those who could benfit him in the long run. His grey hair flowed behind him as he raced the horse even faster towards the town. He had heared of news of a certian relic he desired and if it was not here he would find some one who could lend him some advise.

It felt like hours untill he came to the town of Sadar, but he stayed at the forrest line. He was a strong oppenent but he was jus a mere man and could not take entire town alone. He sat upon his steed and leaned forward, lifting his right hand it began to glow and tiny orbs began to flow out and enter the ground. The earth erutped around him as sixteen skeleton warriors awaiting his orders.

" Find me the one who knows where th Stone lays hidden" he said with a rough and cold voice that would send shivers down a kings spine.

Two of he skeletons made it in to the hotel and walked to a man who spoke of the stone and grabbed him and started dragging him out of the in.

There seemed to be a buzz about the town. As Ruya listened she discovered the reason, there seemed to be an abnormal number of travellers moving through. It was easy enough for her to pick out a couple of them as she moved toward the barn. Two women, one sitting outside of the inn, one dismounting a panther. As she looked upward she saw a young man leaning on the window of one of the inn rooms.

When she reached the stables a black head roughly the size of her torso jutted out of the first stall and brushed against her chest.

"A pleasure to see you as well Jubilee." She went about feeding and grooming and allowed her mind to search for reasons for the newcomers, and was able to come up with only one reason. They were after the stone. An outcry from the town sent Ruya running to the barn entrance, when she saw the problem a shrill whistle brought Jubilee to her side, swinging up without bothering about tack she pushed her mount toward the inn bringing her chakrams in a smooth arch aimed for the demonic warriors dragging the man.

They'd flushed out who she needed to talk to.

Veter looked around uncomfortably, still nervous being around so many other people. While he knew very few of them would be any kind of threat to him, he still couldn't shake the feeling that there was more power in this one town then any other he had been to before. Sadar... It was a strange name, certainly, but Veter would be one to talk. All he really knew, however, was that he had to get to the inn. He needed a place to stay, first of all. After that, Veter was certain he'd be able to find people who knew of the stone... And it would be simple, enough, to convince them of an alliance for a short amount of time. After all, most people assumed that someone like him would be easily killed, when the time came.

Veter scowled and flexed the muscles in his left hand, looking at the scar burned into the skin. Killing him was harder then people though, and when the time came Veter was certain he'd go down kicking and screaming. After all, he wanted that stone more just as much (if not more) then another. And, if it killed him, he was going to get it.

Jensara wandered about the town of Sadar, she had been there for several days in her travel, helping out a few of the locals and earning a small bit of favor to her name. Today wasn't any different than most days in the town, a bit of a buzz about odd travelers on the townsfolk's lips, but nothing special. However this would quickly change as the screams of several townsfolk met Jensara's ears, a slight glow enveloped her body as she enhanced her speed and made her way towards the source of the noise.

She would arrive several moments later to find a few skeletons dragging what seemed to be an innocent man away from the inn, there was already a woman seeming intent on engaging the skeletons as well. A few words would be uttered under her breath and her halberd's blade would ignite into a holy flame, with that she leaped forward towards the skeletons, bringing the holy blade crashing down on them, one at a time, calling out to the nearby woman. "You wanna help me out here?"

Kai received a warm muck looking bowl, that did not look appetizing. But when she took a bite, it was sweet to the tongue. the gruff looking woman asked her if she needed anything to drink, and Kai asked for a cup of hot water. The woman thought this was strange request, but she was able to get her wishes.

A small pouch that hung on the inside of her boot kept a few herbs, which she used to make her own tea with the hot water. Kai watched the people about the inn. A woman whom had just entered seemed to acquire much attention from the locals. She listened into the rumors and smiled. . .they were saying somethings about the stone, and the woman's father, and his death, and her change in attitude. This is the kind of person I'm going to need to help me.she thought with much excitement.

Kai walked up to the woman, not wanting the others in the tavern to catch onto Kai's plans, She made up a story, and prayed the woman would go along with it, just so they could get away from all the people to have a conversation. "There you are!" Kai placed a hand on her shoulder. "This way, I want to show you how big Xannah has gotten!" Kai lead the woman out of the inn, on her way out she tossed a few coins on the table and grabbed her stuff by the door.

Ruya flicked her chakram towards one of the skeleton soldier's neck as Jubilee slammed one heavy shoulder into it. She saw another girl appear out of the corner of her eye. Another fire user. Using only her weight to direct the horse beneath her she pushed for the same move while keeping an eye on the first soldier should her attack have had little effect.

"There's more of them!"

The sun had been flaring down upon the hills for many a hour before he approached the village. From his vantage point upon the hill the dark figure looked down upon the peaceful place, the community bustling as it had for many days before and after. Sadar was a thriving place and growing constantly, a welcome rest for those passing over the hills from one end of the land to the other. Its inn was notable, well used, although not in this season, and known as a mill house for rumors from the far corners of the world. To Abyss it was a temporary stop on his greater journey, he had been travelling for many days and needed a welcome pause. Beginning his descent towards the town the wind caught his hair and cloak, now welcome as a refreshing breeze, and tugged them. A way down the incline his attention was brought to a assembly of creatures emerging from the bordering pine wood and the shrieks they summoned from the now frantic folk. In a moment his eyesight sharpened, Abyss twisting the fabric of reality to his will without breaking stride. The distant figures became nearer and more defined than shapes, shifting into the unnatural form of the skeletal walking dead.

There were no surprises as to the terror they inflicted upon the townsfolk, although their existence begged a reason. Of all places Sadar seemed an unlikely place for curses to summon the dead. The work of a necromancer was undoubted, although the intention of such mage escaped Abyss. He shifted his command of magic, his vision restored to normal as his steady pace spread more land beneath him. The air magics brought him down to the town quickly as the scenario unfolded. The skeleton minions crashed through dwellings and stores, seemingly searching. As the blademaster neared the town upon his enchanted footsteps a pair of fleshless emerged from the frequented inn, dragging a man from the shelter. Obvious they had found what their master searched for although the retrieval was becoming a larger deal as a number of individuals began to assault the undead. Abyss did not join this number, the squabble seemed to be of no importance to him and thus he had no need to interfere. Yet the silent warrior would not leave the village molested by strange forces. His greatest nemesis was mystery as it was with the other warrior scholars of his order. He kept his stride strong, and passed through the open battlefield, drawing the blade upon his back as he approached the forest edge from which the skeletons first emerged.

Veter found himself wandering around the town, not really taking note of anything except the sheer normality as people walked by. Suddenly a woman ran past him, screaming about skeletons attacking. A little alarmed, but more curious then anything, Veter set off at a casual pace towards where the woman had come from. It took him not three minutes to come across a fight, where two women (one seemed to use fire) were fighting skeletons. Needless to say, they were outnumbered heavily. Sighing, Veter pulled his daggers out and cut at one of the skeletons as it charged at him.

He cut the head off before sending a boot through its ribcage. Hopefully that would keep it down. Looking around, he lunged at a skeleton hanging around the edges of the fight. Veter moved quickly, sticking both daggers into the thing's skull before giving it a kick towards a building. Now that the things were noticing him, Veter realized he was going to have to be more careful. He looked at one of the women, one holding a huge... Thing. Veter wasn't exactly sure what it was, but it looked like an ax with a spike on one end.

"I suppose I can help," he said calmly, like they weren't in the middle of a fight.

((Just to note, I'm not a flame user and I'm not using a sword, it's a halberd, just look it up xD))

Jensara continued to swing the long shafted weapon about, the light magic enveloping her weapon dissolving the bones of the skeletons as it came into contact. The numbers of skeletons grew, as did the number of people fighting them. "Keep pushing them back! We need to find the source!" She continued to cleave through the skeletons with her superior reach, making sure to move towards where the skeletons seemed to be coming from.

(Actually, I do know what a halberd is. I just forgot... No, really. I'm pretty brain-dead early in the morning)

Veter nodded at the woman, her magic dissolving the skeletons as her weapon touched them. It was something he hadn't seen before, but he wasn't about to let himself get distracted. The number of skeletons seemed to increase. Concentrating, Veter kicked away one skeleton before shoving a group into a wall with a strong blast of wind, their bones shattering between the wind and stone. He ducked as a skeleton lunged at him, stabbing it in the spine and pulling his hand out with another kick. Some magic-users didn't like getting down and dirty in fights, but Veter loved it.

His skeletons had found the nformation he needed but they where being attacked by strangers. His eyes scanned the town from where he overlooked, and upon his steed he knew he would have to enter the town to get the information he wanted. He kicked in to the sides of his Demonic warhorse and made it moved forward towards the town. The steed moved fast and with little time spent he was at the edge of the town. He scanned the direction of his keletons and slowly galloped towards where the inn was. His fists tightened around the stirups as he saw the strangers battling his warriors. The town people that where not running away screaming noticed who he was and began to fall to the groud and cower. Silver hair fell infront of his face and he gently brushed it pass his cold pale ears.

"You are coming wth me" he said the the an who had spoke of the stone. He bent down and grabbed the man by the back of the shirt and pulled him up and stuck the man across the hose and infront of him. Grabbing his massive sword he looked at those who sought to disrupt his plans. " you get in my way again and I will kll you where you stand and raise your bodies up again to have you kill your familys". Turning his horse around he kicked in to the horse and the demonic steed took off in flight towards the forrest where he could take cover and get the information he wanted.

Ruya was growing annoyed with the skeletons. They weren't putting up much of a fight, the problem was in their numbers. She notice another man join in the fray as Jubilee wheeled to bring his rear hooves through another bony chest. Finally she began to utter spells and watch with satisfaction as runes began to appear and burn through the flesh less skulls before her.

Ruya hissed in frustration being unable to get between the necromancer and the man that was clearly his target. His warning made her smile.

"Nothing like a threat to make things fun." The animal beneath her lunged almost without prompting, huge strides devouring the ground between the two steeds.

As Abyss neared the wooded town boarder his pursuit was made easier when the necromancer emerged from the bush. It was undoubtedly the necromancer, few rode to battle on a steed harnessed of dark magic. He halted his progress as the mage traveled towards the center of the village at speed. Abyss remained still, releasing his enhancing magic and watched the situation continue to unfold and the mystery deepen. The silence of terror spread over the common folk as the man slowed through their midst. Only the battling warriors seemed unaffected, obviously the man held some sway of fear in this part of the world. The Blademaster followed the necromancer's path, noting his target seemed to be the unfortunate man still not free of his skeleton captors.

As the rider swept the prisoner upon his horse and wheeled to return to the forest Abyss in turn made his move. Stretching out his focus he summoned the magic into him as he darted into the shadow of the conifers, hidden. He held his katana ready, awaiting the other to reach the forest edge. The steady thud of the demonic hooves grew in his ears as well as the unmistakable sound of pursuers. In a movement he was removed from his hiding place and facing down the charging warrior. Not a flicker of fear showed in his eyes as the thundering beat threatened to crush him. Swifter then a panther he leaped forward, clearing the dark magic beast and arced towards the rider, bringing Pyrava sweeping across with strength enough to send the necromancer flying if it made contact.

Veter stopped fighting as a silvery-haired man on a huge warhorse that didn't look natural. The man grabbed another man, and then said he would kill them and their families if they got in his way again. As much as Veter wanted to say something in retort, he knew it would probably be better for his life to not do anything. Suddenly the woman on her own horse lunged forward on her horse, the huge strides bringing her closer and closer to the man.

Veter raised an eyebrow and sat back to watch. This wasn't his fight... Not yet. After all, why look for the stone when you could just follow someone to it? He looked at the woman with the halberd.

"What's your name?" He asked. Admittedly he was struggling to keep his voice level. It felt strange to act like a normal person, to ask questions....

Jensara lets out a frustrated sigh as the necromancer picks up the man, she wanted nothing more than to chase after the warrior and cut him down, but she figured it wasn't worth the trouble, him and his minions were leaving town, and that was enough for her. The holy light emanating from her halberd fades as she puts it away on her back. Her attention turns to the man who had addressed her. "Jensara... Yours?" She adjusts her gauntlets but keeps her eyes on the man mounted on the large horse.

"Veter," Veter replied as calmly as he could. The necromancer looked like he was going to leave, which was perfectly fine by Veter. In fact, it was great. He'd rather not have to fight someone so soon, not while he was still getting used to the whole freedom thing. And to think it had been a few years... He still felt like it was yesterday. Veter kept his daggers out, though Jensara seemed to have put her halberd away. Veter would rather stay alert and ready, and that meant keeping his daggers out...

"Whatcha doing here?" Veter asked, like they were discussing the weather. One thing he had grown good at was hiding his true emotions.

Zara sat her own table, awaiting her food when a young girl made her way to her table. Immediately on alert, Zara's body tensed. “There you are!” Zara flinched as the girl grabbed her shoulder. She didn't know this girl at all. There wasn't even a faint resemblance, who was this girl and why was she looking for her. It was lucky for this girl that Zara was wearing her cloak or her skin would burn the stranger's hand.

[/i] “This way, I want to show you how big Xannah has gotten!”[/i] She began to lead Zara out of the inn. She followed, but cautiously. Once they were out of ear shot, she turned on the girl.

“Who are you? What do you want with me?” She asked, holding her blood stone encrusted dagger to the girl's throat. She was going to give this girl a chance, and if she proved a threat she would end her here and now. Nothing could stand in her way. She had abandoned all her sentimental feelings long ago.

Suddenly the commotion sounded from the town around her, giving this stranger one last glare, she sheathed her dagger in the side of her boot. Something more important was afoot.

“We will speak later,” She told the girl. It was command, not a promise. With those words said she turned to explore the landscape around her. She didn't get involved, these townspeople were not her concern. As long as the skeletons caused her no harm she would not get in their way. She watched as their master left.

"You get in my way again and I will kill you where you stand and raise your bodies up again to have you kill your families". The man rode off with the villager who had told her about the old man in Brookinghiem. This she could not stand for. She clutched her hip in pain as she summoned one of her ashen-moore beasts. He landed in the middle of the town, as the people around her screamed in terror at the winged beast's flesh, burning and smouldering. She mounted her monstrosity and looked at the girl who had taken her out of the inn.

“Unfortunately, other things have take precedence to our conversation, maybe we will meet again.” And with that she embraced the warmth of the flaming creature and clicked its sides as she took flight. Wind blew her cloak back, exposing her china like skin and pale white hair, she looked like a monstrosity herself. She flew as fast as the beast would take her toward Brookinghiem, ignoring the grumbling in her still aching belly.

Anyways, good to know someone is still interested.... XD Too many role-plays die on this site. Only bad thing about it, y'know? XD

Let me know!

Thanks!

I have returned and will be posting within the hour. Thanks for all your patience.

Re: [OOC] Stone of Desires

crap, not sure if I can catch up or not :( Even if I do catch up everyone has pretty much ignored the fact that my character is sitting right outside of the inn.....-_-

Re: [OOC] Stone of Desires

Just because she has left doesn't mean we need to pause the roleplay, lets keep it rolling so it doesn't gather moss and die. Of course we should stop when it comes to a point where Seventh needs to be involved.
