Full Name: Epiphany Everdeens
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Appearance: Epiphany has smooth caramel skin, and warm brown eyes that look into the deep of your soul. She is considerablly tall, and stands at 5'8. The girl has wavy black hair that falls down to the middle of her back. She has plump pink lips, a medium sized nose, and straight white teeth. Epiphany's style of clothing is stylish, yet comfortable. Off the shoulder sweaters, shorts, and hightop wedges are her thing.
Disruption: While she was still an amateur with her power, she accidentally blew up in a public place. When the police came, she was in shock, and didn't even object when she was taken away and brought to the detention center.
Power: Self-Detonation:
Epiphany builds up immense energy and pressure within her body, and then literally causes herself to explode. After exploding, her body wil remain in scattered pieces, if not reassmembled in an appropriate time, she will die. After practicing for some time; she can vary the power of the explosion; from simply blowing open a door to nuclear and atomic explosions.
She can also simply blow up portions of her body, like her fist or her leg, and then reassembling them afterwards. If Epiphany used her fist or leg as a punch, and then blowing up her hand upon contact, she can give the enemy one hell of a punch. Most might think Epiphany is immortal, but she is not. She can still die from things like your average human can. She cannot regenerate if several body parts are missing from the explosion, such as an arm and two legs.
She cannot detonate again if her body hasn't reassembled, and if you are very close to her, her explosion will not hurt you.
Strengths: Epiphany is good at drawing and painting, it helps her get away from life, not that she will do it often because she is on the run. She's also pretty good at martial arts, Muay Thai to be more specific. Epiphany knows quite a bit about things in the medical field. She knows how to close and clean a wound as well as giving stitches.
Weaknesses: She has a fear of blood, the thought of it makes her queasy. She also hates people getting hurt because of her, Epiphany feels horribly guilty and will try anything to help them out.
Personality: Epiphany is a thoughtful young woman who hurts with those who hurt and is deeply affected by the suffering of people.
She is awfully shy around people she does not know, but out-going among friends.
She seeks an arena where a role of effectiveness may impact the lives of people.---whether that be in the field of, medicine, teaching, etc.
Epiphany naturally defends the defenseless. Although she is gentle and compassionate by nature - even toward the wrong doer - she is formidable in "battle" and seeks to be unswerving in virtue. However, if unindividuated, Epiphany can be vengeful, secretly pleased when someone gets their "just desserts". Otherwise, she can even be found to feel remorse for anyone who "hurts".
The woman is moved through her inner conviction and, therefore, cannot apt to follow the lead of others unless the cause is one they can wholeheartedly support.
Epiphany is extraordinarily insightful and can "peg" a less than honourable cause intuitively. She can "see" what many others cannot and is rarely fooled or manipulated by others. She is "there" because she WANTS to be.
Though many count her as a friend, in truth, her friendships match her value-systems and her friendships are few but deep. She has the ability to form friendships that do not need "presence" in order to flourish.
Being peace-loving, sensitive and reserved, Epiphany has a hard time expressing her personal feelings in public. Few are those with whom Epiphany can share her most intimate feelings with.
She is nurturing, deeply loving and aware of the simplest needs of those with whom she forms symbiotic bonds with. Her form of caring transcends the ordinary.
When the woman's needs are met she is capable of the deepest levels of intimacy. In truth, many are drawn to her expecting intimacy because of her natural empathetic way of relating, much to the puzzlement of Epiphany, she is impersonally personal in her empathizing ways.
She is easy in nonverbal communication, able in the written word, gifted in understanding, fluent in speech and - yet does not naturally seek the limelight, as she is retiring by nature.
Epiphany tends to be easily hurt, though she may not reveal this except to their closest companions. Epiphany may "silently withdraw as a way of setting limits", rather than expressing her wounded feelings—something that may leave others confused and upset.
In the quiet of her soul, Epiphany lives a spiritual inner life of such clarity, depth, broadness and passion.

Bio: Epiphany was born into a family of five, she being the oldest of three children. She had an extremely strong bond with each of her family members, they being the main purpose of her life. Epiphany's power wasn't present in her early years, instead, it progressed as she got older. She found out about her power at the age of 16, while she was drinking a bottle of soda. Her fingers as well as the bottle exploded.
No one in her family had any super powers, which was very strange to say in least. But then the girl found out about her two younger siblings, one of them having the power to control plant-life and the other having levitation. Epiphany often wished she had a less destructive power like her siblings, something that suited her more.
A couple of weeks later, Epiphany decided to go somewhere with one of her siblings, the youngest one. They had decided on the park. Once they arrived at said place, Epiphany saw that there was a bit more people there than usual. The girl sat and watched as her sibling played among the swingsets and other things. Suddenly, she felt a power surging through her body, it felt almost as if were going to burst. The feeling started to get stronger, but when she realised what was happening, it was too late.
'She exploded. Fire and light engulfed the park. Screams of agony filled the air. Epiphany's head lie on the grass, she couldn't see, there was a thick black smoke fogging everywhere. She smelled that familiar smell of metallic, and panicked. Soon, her body parts and insides began to make their to Epiphany's head and re-attach themselves.
The girl stood up, the smoke was now gone and she could see clearly. The image in front of her made her want to cry. There was blood, so much of it, TOO much of it. There were bodies with limbs missing, people crying and screaming. And Epiphany was naked. She quickly covered herself as much as she could and looked around for her sibling. The girl avoided stepping on bodies and saw a familiar face, it was her younger sibling.
She stood, and stared. Her sibling's body was burnt, flesh, blood, and bone was what all she could see. Dropping down to her knees, she cried. Then she heard the loud siren of police cars and ambulances arrive. They picked her up and shoved her in a car, bringing her to the detention center.'Other: Epiphany often refers to blood as Kool-Aid to not feel sick whenever she's tending to someone.
