Age:
17
Gender:
Female
Appearance:

Victoria is not of the largest stature, being only about 5’4’’ and weighing only 105 pounds. Her skin is soft and a bit on the pale side. Though under her skin are lean muscles that can pack quite the punch. Her hair is a dark brown that reaches just above the small of her back. It is usually slightly wavy but maintains a straightish look. Victoria’s eyes are a stormy gray with a bit of a greenish hue, but if one were to focus enough, you would be able to see dark blue flecks in her irises. Her lips are a light pink and her teeth are bright white.
Victoria’s usual outfit consists of jeans and a tank top, with a hoodie or denim jacket. She always wears sneakers and a necklace that she never takes off. It has a silver chain with a light blue gem. A strip of silver winds its way around the gem like a snake.

Disruption:
Victoria was taken for multiple murders caused by drowning. Though none of those killings were intentional, that doesn’t matter.
Power:
Water Control
Victoria has the ability to control the element of water. She can move it, shape it, levitate it, and pressurize it into powerful blasts. With it, she can do an assortment of things. Many things she hasn’t discovered yet.
By channeling the water, she can swim quicker than a normal person would be able to. Though this isn’t very helpful, except for bragging.
Victoria can pressurize water into strong, forceful blasts to knock foes back or off balance.
She is experimenting with trying to use water to increase her punching or kicking strength by using it to boost the speed of the attack, therefore increasing the power. She has had a bit of success, though she has long from perfected it.
Victoria hopes to evolve her powers and learn to control ice as well, but every time she has tried she has failed miserably. Though she continues to try.
But, if there is no water source, Victoria’s powers are completely useless. She would need something along the lines of puddles, a fire hydrant, or a body of water. If Victoria over exerts herself, she can become very drowsy and lethargic, and her mind and thoughts becomes clouded. Sometimes, if she pushes herself even farther, she may pass out.
Strengths:
-Martial Arts-
As a young girl, Victoria made sure that she would always be able to protect herself. Victoria has practiced different forms of martial arts (Karate, Tae Kwon Do, some Kickboxing, and different locks and holds) ever since, taking all of her free time to train herself.
-Singing-
Victoria’s voice is sweet, smooth and melodious. Her voice is calming and joyous, and she seems to calm people with it.
-Animals-
Victoria is not sure if she considers this a strength, but she has always loved animals. She feels they are just as important as people, and would risk her life to save one. Though she’s never been a big fan of spiders or bugs.
-Fast Runner-
All of those times being chased home built up Victoria’s lungs, therefore she isn’t easily winded either. But she can be rather clumsy…
Weaknesses:
-Trypanophobia-
Fear of needles. Victoria has a deathly fear of shots. Come near her with one, and she will have a spaz attack. She will fight back. She will not let you touch her with that needle as long as she is conscious.
-Iatrophobia-
Fear of doctors. The smell of cleaning alcohol reminds her of needles. She also feels violated by doctors and refuses to be seen by one.
-Xerophobia-
Fear of dryness and dry places. Victoria has always had nightmares of waking up in a desert that stretches as far as the eye could see. No water means that she is useless.
Personality:
Victoria is rather shy. She is secluded and doesn’t enjoy opening up to others. She isn’t very talkative and keeps to herself. She is one to ‘go with the flow’ and just agrees with what other people say. Though, she is very creative and intelligent, but most people just brand her as the stupidly shy girl. Victoria is also clumsy and awkward, and doesn’t like crowded places. She believes greatly in personal space and will not invade yours. She keeps everything private, thoughts, ideas, past, everything. Victoria is a generally all around kind person. She puts others before herself, but would still give anything to prove herself. She isn’t happy with being branded a ‘mute freak.’
Victoria is physically fit, and can outrun and out match most other girls. She doesn’t think that your power or past are what brand you who you are, but your personality and love towards others do. So she never judges people. Well, not out loud anyway. Like I said, she keeps everything to herself, especially her thoughts about others.
One thing Victoria hates about herself is her fuse. She is easily angered, but has levels of anger. Sometimes she gets angry, but she keeps it to herself. She might go somewhere alone and take out her anger one some random object. Sometimes, when she sees someone getting harassed or bullied, she isn’t afraid to fight. When fighting, she is merciless and powerful, opposite to her normal self.
When, if, Victoria ever opens up to another person, they might realize she is a comical, kind, caring person.

Bio:
Victoria was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Many people doubt her when she says this because of her rather pale skin. She always looked more like a person from Alaska.
Victoria’s parents were terrible. Her father became hooked on drugs only two years after Victoria was born. He was abusive and cold, hitting Victoria for every wrong she did. Little or big. Well, that was until she turned ten. Her father died from an over dose. The funeral was tiny. Practically no one came. Though deep down, Victoria knew she should hate her father, but she does not. She loves him, and always will.
After Victoria’s father’s death, her mother shut herself down. She started drinking, and showing up home drunk. Her mother would say so many nasty things to Victoria when she was wasted. When Victoria would tell her what she had said, her mother would refuse to admit that she had said those things, and would call Victoria a stupid, useless girl. Her mother blamed her for her father’s death. Victoria believed her.
Victoria was 13 when her powers emerged. Somehow, Victoria’s family problems had leaked out to her school. People would tease her mercilessly for it. Victoria never understood why people acted this way. The first thing she would have expected would be pity. But she was dead wrong. She would get chased home, people screaming, “Ya! Go home to your drunky mother!” and much worse. It wasn’t too long before things got physical. One day, she was chased home from school. A couple of guys had cornered her in an alley. One got in close enough the land a punch on her cheek. Suddenly, the pothead not ten feet away exploded, water gushing everywhere. It enveloped her assaulters and sucked them into the sewers. They were found dead, four days later.
Since they were all dead, no one knew it was Victoria who had killed them. Victoria did not know what to make of her new powers, so she started practicing. She learned that her powers were triggered by extreme concentration and powerful emotions. She also began to take lessons on martial arts by using the money she mad with her part time job. For a while, Victoria kept her powers a secret. Her few friends wondered why she always disappeared from school right after the day ended. But, Victoria ended up caving in. She told her friends of her powers and demonstrated them. Victoria learned later that week that those people were not her friends. They told everyone, and soon Victoria’s little secret was out in her third year of high school. The bullying increased. Another incident happened.
Victoria had discovered a new route from the school to her house. It was along the beach. When Victoria had thought she had lost the bullies, she would walked along the beautiful beach to her ‘home’. But a group of her tormenters followed her even farther. They attacked while she was walking on the beach. They shoved her to the sand, and harassed her in ways she doesn’t like talking about. When one had gone too far, a giant waved erupted from the sea. It covered all of them, including Victoria. The wve sucked them away from the poor girl, and swept them out to sea. Far out to sea. Onlookers saw how Victoria clung to the sand, completely dry, despite the wave having washed over her. Shaking, she ran home, and sobbed. The bodies of the bullies were never found.
Victoria was a senior when the incident happened. She never made it to graduation. They took her suddenly, and she was never missed. Her mother told her while she was being dragged away, “Just one less burden.” It is this that makes Victoria so shy and shut out.
