Konari is a fun loving, happy type of person. She is way too over-enthusiastic and she loves life. She is very optimistic and can attempt to turn any situation into an exciting one. She always attempts to form a friendship with everyone and hates getting on other's bad sides. If you reject her friendship or if you just dislike her, she may spend days trying to get you to become her friend. This is one of the many aspects of her natural ability to annoy people. But, when she get's mad or sad, basically anything other than happy and content, she looses it. She is overly-dramatic so she breaks down and can cry for days. Or, she over-reacts and goes berserk. She tries to be very studious but that always fails. She often gets wrapped up in some sort of crazy thing and she can be quite capricious.

Konari is pretty teenage girl with brown, excited eyes and long, dark brown hair that is constantly put up in pigtails. She is slightly on the pale side but her cheeks are always rosy. She is very short at the height of 5ft 4 and weighs around 120 to 130 pounds. She is quite skinny with a fast metabolism but lacks tone due to her hatred to sports and oversize. Her pale lips that are often covered with a strawberry gloss are always smiling, hardly ever frowning. She tends to wear a red Chinese tang jacket. One that her mother made for her.

Konari's father was a warlock. Her mortal mother passed away when she was 10 from a rare disease and Konari misses her a lot. Konari was not confirmed to be a witch so her father assumed she was a mere mortal. Her father attempted to take care of her but also had to work full time. Therefore, not being able to be with Konari often. He had hired a mortal maid named Madame Rouge to spend time with her. But, instead of Madame being the maid, Konari was. Being old fashioned, Madame Rouge thought that girls had to learn how to cook and clean and be a housewife. And when Konari refused to do this, she was punished quite harshly. She was not able to be herself and was prevented from expressing her happiness. One day, somehow, Konari conjured up a spell and made Madame Rouge disappear when she had had enough. When her father found out about this, he enrolled her in the school he attended so that she could better understand her powers.
