Introduction
Sword Art Online
In the year 2022, the Virtual Reality Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (VRMMORPG), Sword Art Online (SAO), is released. With the Nerve Gear, a virtual reality helmet that stimulates the user's five senses via their brain, players can experience and control their in-game characters with their minds.
On November 6, 2022, all the players log in for the first time, and subsequently discover that they are unable to log out. They are then informed by Kayaba Akihiko, the creator of SAO, that if they wish to be free, they must reach the 100th floor of the game's tower and defeat the final boss. However, if their avatars die in-game, their bodies will also die in the real world.
As the story goes on, the creator of Sword Art Online, Kayaba Akihiko lives in the same world as a character named Heathcliff. He is currently the strongest player in the game and secret to others, is the head of the strongest guild the "blood oath knights". In this world, Kayaba gives the player with the fastest reactiontime, an extra skill called a Dual Blade witch is given to the player by the name of Kirito. However, he also gave the player with the second fastest reactiontime a extra skill called a Double Swordsman just in case Kirito dies and is unable to fight him in the last battle of Einclad.
This Roleplay will base on the story of the boy and his friends around the 2nd floor to around the 70th floor.
Sword art online is a world where there is no magic. However, to help players defeat their enemies, there are abilities called Sword Skills. A sword skill usually makes the weapon you are using glow and symptomatically assists you threw a series of attacks. These Sword skills are classified by your rank or an extra skill. For instance, a curved blade user can raise his rank as a katana user and access more powerful and countless skills and a one handed swordsman can raise his stats to receive the extra skills of an shield using swordsman. The higher level you are, the higher skills you will be accessible to you and the stronger your blows will be.
Levels are an important factor in Sword Art online. Not only do they gain you access to higher levels of sword skills but they also upgrade your stats. I really dont care about wat level you are but I am estimating around 60 to 70. Levels will not go above 96 since the highest player when sword art online ended was Kirito with 96. During the roleplay, levels will go up so please don't worry about it being the same level forever.
Well, I hope I enjoy roleplaying with you guys and you are odiously free to choose your own characters but I kinda want to keep the female and male ratio around the same so..... help me..

There is only suppose to be 2 players that can use 2 swords an once (I said swords.... so basically only blades and double edged swords... I dont care if lets say an assassin can use 2 dagger at once or somebody using 2 axes at once.). Also, there are pick and throwing knives in sword art online but there are no bows and arrows in this roleplay. Players also may fight with their own bare hands but they kinda tend to be hard and weak around the lever 30 to 40 area and this is a game of life or death so you may but not to many. Also, levels 20 to 40 will have only 1 extra skills but above 40 you may choose a second extra skill like the shield swordsman and the paladin. If you would like you do not have to choose a 3rd extra skill but your extra skills specifies your fighting style and your weaknesses.

Mirai simply glanced at the man who walked off, before focusing her attention on the two of them. They both appeared strong, despite the girl's cute appearance, she seemed to have a similar vibe as herself. Determination and strength. "Yeah, I mean I suppose two more doesn't hurt, I really need to get to combat though, so if you two are coming along..." The blue eyed phantom looked down at the invite, and with a easy movement, accepted. "well, then hurry up and help me finish out this level!" This got a small smile on her lips, as she mused at this mans actions. "Sure." Was her short reply, before walking ahead, patting the leader's shoulder. But as she left to go get some monsters, she made eye contact with the girl named yuuna and flashed a smile. However it disappeared as her back turned and her eyes flashed a brighter blue, leaving a transparent trail of the eyes color as she turned. Like a flame. Looking around, she made sure to slow her steps, so the others can catch up. Though earlier she heard something in the distance, maybe she should check it out... Maybe a valued monster with an item.. Or an event? But then again, they werent the only ones in the game. Suddenly stopping, mirai scanned the area. "The choices..."

Yuuna grinned, staring at the invite. With a swift flick of her wrist, she accepted the invite. 'Well, then hurry up and help me finish out this level!' The green-haired beast-tamer Morashi said, before calling after their other party member, Hiro. "Right!" Yuuna grinned, a somewhat intense look replacing the excited one she had mere moments before. This was it. She was ready. Soon she’d be among the best of the best. This is where her true strength would show! Her life in the real world was always in the back of her mind, but it lacked the excitement this world had to offer. She almost enjoyed this world… These thoughts, growing ever darker, were cut off when she caught the eye of Mirai, the other female within their group, she smiled swiftly in response. The girl had piercing blue eyes that almost intimidated Yuuna, but she refused to let that show. She smiled back, furrowing her brow in a mock-serious manner. As Mirai too disappeared into the shadows, Yuuna let out a slight sigh. 'Enjoyment in this ‘world’…' She thought, frowning at herself in disgust. It was somewhat of a morbid thought. With a shake of her head, she grins swiftly at Morashi as if to try to prevent him from noticing her earlier frown and headed off into the darkness after her other newly found comrades. "Just think about escaping..." She muttered to herself as she went.
Hiro stalked to the shadows to look for some more Monsters to kill for exp. If was going to help them, it was gonna be at nighttime, for he is not much use of the daytime. He may be one of the lowest levels among the group. It seemed as though the others back where he was before were having a conversation of their own, moreover they even joined the party. Hiro looked up at his name to see the names of the others who decided to join the party. Morashi, Yuuna, and... Mirai. He heard of Mirai before. The Blue Eyed Phantom. Not a big reputation, but one nonetheless.

Morashi sees that he is now in a party of four players. He quickly sprints to catch up to the others as Yuuna does and then hears Hiro speaking, "The infamous Blue Eyed Phantom, what brings you out here in this time of night?".
Morashi catches up to them and joins in, "Blue Eyed Phantom?" He inspects Mirai, "Her eyes..." He stops suddenly as if unable to speak or not knowing what to say and then he covers his mouth with an expression of amazement.
Just as he starts to speak again a NPC catches his eye in the distance, "Shall we?" He points over Hiro's shoulder and then he unsheathes his weapon and keeps his eye on it.
He tries to determine what it is and after a moment of inspection he gives up, "Anybody able to tell what that is? It seems to be stalking us and it's prowling this way..." Morashi shrugs, "Wolf? Werewolf? ...Anyone else have some ideas or perhaps we should just go ahead and approach it - I'm sure whatever it is we can handle it, besides, we have the 'Blue Eyed Phantom', Right?" Morashi smiles and looks at his party members to make sure they were as inspired and as ready as he was, he then raises his unoccupied fist into the air in hopes to make the moment more inspiring and then takes a step towards the shadowy, stalking figure.

"The infamous Blue Eyed Phantom, what brings you out here in this time of night?" Mirai stared at Hiro, studying him with her more intimidating eye, despite her small form. She mused. 'Seems like im popular..and by a unique user too' Feeling the need to answer him, she did.
"Fun and the need for the feel of adrenaline calls for me, Unique user." She quickly replied as if she told many that frequently. And she did, but it confused many, for they thought of the need to survive was more important than the need to experience. But she knows the sad truth that will happen to her in the end, because SAO wasent the only thing effecting her life. But before thinking anything else, she snapped her head back as she heard the distant sound of running. Zack. She relaxed, but noticed his expression. 'Must of heard us..' "Blue Eyed Phantom?" He inspects Mirai, "Her eyes..."
Mirai let out a snort of amusement, and rolled her eyes a bit. "I still dont understand the nickname.." She heard that it started from the fact people saw her hunting in the night on the first week of SAO. People actually believed that she was some sort of event phantom and started attacking her for some "prize"... her enemies at the time used it against her. Another rumor was that it represent the determination within her or something corney like that. But she was told that it was fading, only slightly, and well she believed that it was the flame of her life. The life line. Though she didn't mind it.
Looking at the other two, she pulled her long black black blade from her back, and held it against her shoulder. "Anybody able to tell what that is? It seems to be stalking us and it's prowling this way..." Morashi shrugs, "Wolf? Werewolf? ...Anyone else have some ideas or perhaps we should just go ahead and approach it - I'm sure whatever it is we can handle it, besides, we have the "Blue Eyed Phantom", Right?" Mirai smiled a bit, her icy look melting. "Count on me." She replied, as she looked around for Yuuna, worried but looked ahead at the stalking silhouette.

By now Yuuna had dismissed her earlier thoughts and thoroughly refocused her attention to the matter at hand: leveling up. However, upon catching up with her comrades, it was apparent that something was up. They had all drawn weapons in preparation. Not bothering to even ask, Yuuna readied herself as well. Albeit, all she had to really do was raise her fists into a fighting stance. She was, after all, a fist fighter. Someone who had grown attached to close combat fighting and preferred the excitement of pummeling things without use of a blade. ‘Wolf? Werewolf? ...Anyone else have some ideas or perhaps we should just go ahead and approach it…’ Yuuna perked her ears slightly at this. Though she hadn’t bothered raising her detection or night-vision skills much, she did indeed boost her listening skill. She placed a finger to her lips carefully. “Sh…” She mutters softly as she listened intently. Her began her process of analyzing the sounds carefully. Her thoughts whirred as she went. From the sounds of it the creature’s movements were quick, yet the sound of the ground crunching beneath its steps indicated it was quite strong in build. It seemed, however, that she was unable to place the sounds of the beast, which likely meant that it was something she had not yet fought before. “Hm…” She began after a moment of hesitation. “I can’t place it. Whatever the case, I suppose it wouldn’t hurt to get closer.”

Taka could not believe his bad luck. It had only been seconds since he left the clearing before he encountered a large group of werewolves. He hadn't done anything other switching to his second sword, Lying Snake, before meeting the npcs. His health had taken a minor blow in the encounter, forcing it into the red zone. And would've been thoroughly depleted hadn't he risked a second hit to get away from the monsters. Swiftly, as his virtual body was passing through the woods, Taka's mind rapidly became clouded with negative thoughts of death. Maybe its my fate to die, he thought for a second, his virtual body ducking as he passed underneath a large branch. It might have been fate, but he wouldn't let himself die after just reaching lv 40. It be a waste of time, and experience if he did.
Now, as he leaped over a small bush, and rolled underneath a fallen log, Taka could see that he was near a clearing. It would provide him with one or two, if he was lucky, advantages. The wide area could give him extra mobility, which he could use his roll around and cut style to help him kill the beasts. Though, the advantage that the clearing could provide, was help. If there were some players in the area, Taka could call out for help, and hope that they could come to his rescue. The chance of this happening was slim, but he'd have to risk it.
Getting up off the ground the black haired boy raced passed the tree's and would've made it to the clearing, unscathed, if not for a lone werewolf getting to close. The beast had raked it's claws along Taka's right shoulder, and back, sending him through a small bush and into the opening. His body lied motionless, before it all registered and he started to move again.
[Injured ; 2000/7000]
He did not have time to lie on the ground, near the bush, Taka quickly rolled away from the bush; knowing that the npcs would run through it. His roll last for thirty seconds before he got up off the ground and surveyed his surroundings. Delight ran through him as he saw a couple of players there, but knowing that his health was low, he only spoke in bits and pieces. "Werewolves .... 5 .... injured .... help .... coming.... no-," he could not finish the last word, as the monsters had finally arrived, but hoped they understood what was said.
Turning his head toward the bush, he saw that the group of 5 npcs were standing by the small bush, there large bodies breathing heavily, or as heavily as the programming they were made with allowed them. For a minute or two, they looked to have studied there new surroundings before charging at the players. "Good luck," Taka said before charging past them and going further up the field hoping that the wolves would forget about him, and go after the players.
Hiro decided to ignore all answers and comments aside from the one directed from Mirai to Hiro, and it seemed like everyone had their two-cents to chip in. But, while Hiro waited, the 'Blue-Eyed Phantom' finally answered him.
"Fun and the need for the feel of adrenaline calls for me, Unique user." Her reply was quick and precise, which made it looked like she was asked that many times before. Hiro smiled to his self. 'Unique User?' He thought to his self. Just how popular was his NightWalker skill exactly? Hiro stood there slightly dumbstruck with what Mirai said. He shook off all thoughts and his attention focused to what seemed to be something in the distance. No one really was able to distinguish what it was exactly. Hiro focused his eyes upon it, hoping his Night Vision skill was able to find out what it was. He could distinctively see what it was. It was a humanoid figure running toward them. It seemed as though it was being chased. It was a player being chased by a pack of Werewovles. Four... No five. He spoke aloud talking to no one in particular.
"Um, guys, that's a player being chas-" He was cut off by the player busting through the bushes and landing next to them. He spoke with his voice full of desperation.
"Werewolves .... 5 .... injured .... help .... coming.... no-," he could not finish the last word, as the monsters had finally arrived, but Hiro understood what he said as he readied his self for the massive attack that was about to happen among the group. He gripped his Curved One-Handed Sword, Death Dancer, as he awaited for the NPCs to begin their attack. "Good luck," Hiro heard in his ear as he turned his head to see the Dark-Haired boy running away.
"Aw you selfish son of a bi-" Hiro started to yell, but was cut of by the unrelenting force of one of the werewolves tackling him to the ground. It's claws dug into his side as Hiro winced in pain and tried to regain his the upper hand from the werewolf.
Not good. He was losing Health a lot faster than he has anticipated, and he was stuck using his secondary weapon and not his best weapon. In this situation, it may have been good, but Hiro didn't really care. He swung his sword up, cutting off one of the werewolf's claws as it dissipated into the infinite amount of polygons. The other claw was still dug into his side, gradually taking away his Health. Hiro charged up one of his unarmed attacks into his left fist as he punched the beast across the muzzle. The beast flinched back a little and his claws left Hiro's side.
The beast roared as virtual saliva flew all over Hiro's face. It reared its other claw back and slashed across Hiro's chest. He did it over and over again. Hiro screamed in pain as he reared his knee up in the beast's stomach. It went back a little, giving Hiro the crucial room he needs. He pulled his Sword back and shoved it through the beast's neck. The werewolf tried to roar, but Hiro's sword prevented it from doing so. He kept his sword there for a good 5 seconds before the beast's health hit 0 and it burst into the mass amounts of polygons.

Mirai narrowed her icy blue eyes at the figure, giving a few glances at the others, before wielding her black blade. Though the figure became clear and her blade drooped. "A human..?" The man ran forward, his health considerable low, and his body was full of injuries. "Wh-"
"Werewolves .... 5 .... injured .... help .... coming.... no-," Her blade unconsciously lifted up again, ready to slash at the 5 wolves this man was mentioning about but as soon as the man ran off, she grinned lightly. "Oh well.. We needed some fun anyways...well I do." Her blue flame flared as she slashed down on one of the wolves using her skill, Gengetsu aka the "Phantom Moon". With irregular half-circle strikes, the wolf dispersed in a mass of polygons, leaving her to focus on another target. Mirai's eyes widen.
A scream.
Her head snapped towards the direction, and she didnt waste time to race forward. "Unique User!" She scanned his person, and bit her lower lip at the 500 hp state. 'Heal Crystals. Heal crystals." Hands stuffed her pocket looking for one, but she found nothing. Wait. Smooth glass was felt by her slender digits, and she pulled it out quickly, revealing a moderate level potion. It would have been a relief if it wasent a potion. Mirai bit her lip harder. The problem with these was that they took awhile to be put into full effect, so for this moderate level healing potion, it would take 10 minutes or so, but heal around 2000.. Stifling a curse, she threw the potion towards Hiro. "Drink" With that short command, she defended herself from a set of claws with her black blade. Her fast reflex ability did come in handy.. Throwing the blade in an upward motion, it surprised the monster as well as injured it around the snout. As she was about to pull the final blow, something happened within mirai, and she felt something burn her throat. Giving a coughing fit, she held her arm against her mouth as she jumped backwards. "S-" She coughed a sickly one. "Switch!" Mirai looked around for her teammates, but her eyes blurred. A grim smile pulled at her lips. 'Reality is finally reaching me..huh? Even here..'

Morashi stands over his injured new friend, Hiro. That attack just happened so fast... Morashi looks over and his eyes follow the potion, Drink. Morashi turns his head to his other shoulder, "Daron, help heal Hiro up.." Just as
Morashi finishes his command to his companion, he turns his head to a "TING!" sound and witnesses Mirai's swift reflex parry a blow from a werewolf, "Switch!". Morashi sees her eyes going distant, something must be wrong... But, I never seen her get injured... Morashi quickly jumps between the two just after she jumped backwards and then he charges the slightly wounded NPC, "Now give me a level!" Morashi slashes with his blade it cuts his palm, between his claws, and then through his chest where it stops, the NPC fades into polygons.

Morashi turns to look at Mirai, her arm covering her mouth, he turns to look at Hiro, Daron hovering above preparing to perform his healing process, and then he looks into the distance, the black-haired boy quite far away now.. Morashi begins to speak casually but is interrupted by a charging sound and then shouts as two werewolves are coming right towards him at their maximum spead, "Yuuna, Yuuna!", Morashi charges towards them.
Shiro steped out into the streets breathing in the poligon generated air. This world was supposidly made of electrical programs but it felt more real to him even then the real world. "NisemonoKa?? Well, they always say... A fake is more real then the original because it puts in the effort to be real..." Shiro murmered.
Shiro had just finished the deal with Fayne and was off to get a bite to eat. After that, he had to locate his friend Hiro who once saved him with the unique skill he used. 'That was a dangerous moment back then.... I was about to use the "Double Sword Skills" if he didn't came along' Shiro thought as he remembered that one night when he met Hiro.
"So, would you mind joining me for dinner??? I know a place with pretty good food.... He's one of my friends and does know how to cook... Ill pay. If you doubt me so much..." Shiro said to the girl with blueish long hair and purplish eyes. 'Ha... I never did ask her her name did I.....' Shiro thought....

The white-haired stranger turned and said to Bella, "So, would you mind joining me for dinner??? I know a place with pretty good food.... He's one of my friends and does know how to cook... Ill pay. If you doubt me so much..." Mr. Cuddles' cheeks turned a slight pink as soon as she had heard that. "Umm, I guess... Sure! I might as well, plus I don't really have any friends who are into this game..."
Looking around, Bella looked up at the sky. She breathed in the air and sighed deeply. Looking down at Mr. Cuddles, she thought to herself, 'Did I ask him his name already?' She looked at him and tilted her head slightly. "Um, I still don't know your name, I think... By the way, my name is Bella."

"Haha!!! I thought I never said or heard a name... Well my name is Shiroyasha.... It means white demon but people who know me usually call me Shiro.." Shiro said with a laugh. "Well then, shall we be off???? I kinda have to go find a friend before this night is over.... You know... soon the 25th boss match is going to start so..... The guy does know how to fight in this world... lets put it that way..." Shiro said as he lead Bella to the restaurent his friend did.
The restaurent was a wooden structure with a plate stating it's name as the "the silver goblet". The guy who owned the shop was a user named "Letherel" (from here, Leth for short). He was a cheif who worked in a italian restaurent in real life. Shiro knew him from the real world in a inciddent that had to do with a black cat, half eaten pasta, some onions, and a glasse of milk.
"Yo Leth!!!! Looks like your reatuarent is popular then ever!" Shiro said. "Shiro!!!! How've you been doing!!!! And with a date??? Finally getting out of your Solitude????" Leth replied. "Its not like that.... Well, the usual for me and.... what would you like....???" Shiro asked Bella as he took a seat on a table...

Bella looked up in thought, thinking of something that she might like. "Ehh, anything really. I eat a lot for my size, and I like a lot of different kinds of food. Except spicy food; I hate spicy..." She sat at the table and set Mr. Cuddles close to her. 'I wonder how good the food here is..?' She looked around at the walls, twirling her blue and pink hair in her fingers. Her other hand began to gently pet the head of the stuffed animal that sat next to her.
"So, how good are you? I mean, you're a solo player yourself, aren't you?" Bella tilted her head slightly, politely asking the question. "I'm a solo player myself but, I've only gotten so far... I might not even make it to the next level..." She sighed, keeping her hand on the stuffed animal. Mr. Cuddles eyes shone brightly as Bella's cheeks turned a slight pinkish color. "Well, anyways, what are you getting?"
" well this is has been an experience surviving for the first month was a nightmare but at least im ready now" he said as he walk he had been training quite hard hearing that clearing all 100 floor would grant him his freedom he continued to gets stronger in order to be able to see this game to the end.

Well wish me luck. I have the first part of my Algebra II final Wenseday (Tomorrow), and the second part on Friday. I have no idea how well I'll do but from the way I've kept up with the class I should be able to get a high B maybe A if I study like crazy tonight.

Ahh, I remember taking Biology last year ^_^ It was alright, except that I kept falling asleep in that particular class :P By the way, my aniki still hasn't gotten the chance to get on a computer yet, so he's gonna take a while until he posts again...
