The Story
After many years of being forced to keep the dragon at bay, the Dragon Keeper began to feel trapped, like a slave, such as all the past Dragon Keepers have felt. But this time the Dragon Keeper was desperate to return to her life before being picked to watch over the Dragon.

Seeing her opportunity, the youngest sister of the Anatolí Queendom's royal family lured her eldest sister, the next inline for the throne, to the castle roof. She then shoved her off the castle tower and watched as she fell to her death. With her eldest sister out of the way, all that remained between the youngest and the crown was her middle sister. The youngest sister told her family (including the eldest sister's daughter, who she later adopted as her own) that their eldest sister had been pushed off of the wall and that the culprit had come to her, their heart filled with guilt, and confessed. When everyone asked who the culprit was the youngest sister told them; the middle sister. She told them that the middle sister had done it for the crown, that she got rid of her older sister so she could become queen. The youngest sister then turned to the middle sister and told her that it was for the good of the kingdom and that she could not let someone who committed such treason to be allowed to rule.

Now with the permission of her family, the youngest threw the middle sister into the dungeon and kidnapped her imprisoned sister's twin infants and gave the female twin to the Dragon Keeper as a replacement. The other twin (the traveler) was sent far away from the Queendom to live with a family of peasants in order for him to not find the truth and then endanger the Sister's chance at ruling.

The Sister then killed her imprisoned sister secretively. With no heirs to the throne, the Sister gained the crown. She ruled her people with an iron fist, giving no mercy, and relaxing in the comfort as her servants labored and suffered.

Several years passed and the female twin became old enough to care for the Dragon herself. Satisfied with the replacement, the Dragon Keeper resigned, leaving the girl sealed behind in the Dragon’s cave. The Dragon Keeper still checks up on the lone twin with food and water and more importantly, to make sure she has not escaped; the Queen had made herself clear that if the young girl left her imprisonment, the punishment would be severe for the Dragon Keeper. Alone in darkness, the female twin began to have doubts that she belonged there at all, but she didn’t know the way out of the cave. Meanwhile the young traveler (Twin sent away to live with peasants) began having visions of a cheery girl with a beautiful voice, trapped in darkness with only a Dragon as company. All the male twin knew was that she needed help, his help, in order to escape the darkness. He felt great responsibility over her, and with that feeling heavy in his heart, he began his journey alone to find the lonely girl.

He heads east and travels to the Queendom in search for her, but little does he know that each step he takes toward the Queen increases the danger of his journey, for the Queen cannot allow the male twin to return his sister to her rightful place as Queen of Anatolí. All her planning would be lost if her subjects realized her great treason.

On the way the male twin is joined by others who are willing to help overthrow the evil Queen in order to ensure peace across the land.

Brief Summary and Future Plot Plans
So, as you know, The Queendom of the East, Anatolí is a very powerful region ruled by a very powerful and well, rather tyrannical leader. She is cruel and uses her subjects fear against them. The main fear of Anatolí is the dragon that is contained in a cave not to far off from where the capital city resides. Queen Reiann uses their fear to her advantage, giving them fake senses of security and what not and only a small few realize what she is doing. They are called the rebellion.

Anatolí is surrounded by three other kingdoms: The Kingdom of the North, South, and East. They are all ruled by kings who wish to wed the queen for she is the only other female ruler and as well as beauty she is also quite powerful.

Well the sub plot we come up with was a masquerade ball hosted by the queen. Of course the kingdoms accepted as it would give them the chance to get better acquainted with the queen. This of course means the royalty of all the regions shall be together in one room... Even the warring ones.

The ball will be some of the hottest gossip in Anatolí which the Rebellion will then hear of it. They will attempt to crash the ball and hopefully take the queen's life. This is where the main plot takes off.

King Baldrick Voreia

At Arkyn's speech, the king's face darkened. So it's true, then, what they're saying. Occidens prepares for war once again. Admittedly, Occidens had invaded many times in the past. They were an invading kind of people. What was new, though... Weapons of a kind unseen, with the devastating power of a dragon's breath harnessed by steel and man. It did not bode well for Voreia if such weapons were turned upon them, for bows and spears and shield walls would do nothing against such a thing.

But ice and snow can keep out any enemy. General Winter and Commander Snow are our greatest allies if it comes to war. If.

"Marcus, Rourke. Good morning to you." He inclined his head towards both. "I'm afraid feasts shall have to wait, at least a moment." He looked downcast. Such a waste. "My son has returned from Occidens, bearing grave news. They have built machines of great power- War machines, armed with cannon and steel. More than an equal for anything we can produce, perhaps." He shook his head. "While I wish I could believe they'll simply go after Notia again, it's entirely possible that they will head north instead of south. In which case..." He shrugged. "I don't want Occidens becoming any more powerful either way. They've taken far too much in the last decade or so- They've become a threat. A course of action must be decided, and soon- Voreia cannot afford to wait until these machines are flattening out fields."

"We will deny any existance of the technology, should anyone probe too much, direct them to me. I will deal with them. Under no circumstances should the technology be revealed. Is that understood? The Cortex was already discovered, but if anyone asks, what happened during the demonstration three days ago was merely an improved cannon. The VXX cannon, built with sulphuric steel alloy, lighter, can withstand battle damage. We have already take liberty in pepperinng the site with cannonshots." Asphyxious tapped the bridge of his nose, the previous days was spent coving up the fiasco at the demonstration. He nodded before taking his seat. Around the grand wooden table was the majority of the knights, all those at the demonstration were too, told the same thing. Asphyxious meshed his fingers before him, as knights stated their concerns over the case.

"What would you suggest we do when the technology is discovered? I don't think any of the countries would be too happy should we send assassins to eliminate their informants."

"Should the technology be discovered prematurely, I fear that we would have a major problem on our hands. We will have to reduce the production of the technology to only the Crawfell Mechatechs hands. If fear the other guilds might lose schematics and other valuable information to our neighbours. As for silencing them, we actually do have small cells of people living within each capital. Their members are seeded within the capital and the surrounding towns. They will know the local news. The only thing we should fear is that either Voreia or Anatoli over-reacts and declares an all-war upon us, then there would be major losses on both sides. I'm not saying I care about their loss, its ours that matters."

Asphixious was just about to sit down when yet another person asked, "And what would the correct time for us to reveal this... Technology? I can't say it's very easy to hide out in the open."

He splayed his fingers over the table, "That would be for the king to decide. But my guess would be Notia by common sense. Those farmers waste their time and land which we could cultivate for better usage." The sole light of the room came from a crackling fireplace to his right. The resultant shadow concealed a lopsided grin, "Once our war factories are up in full production, I believe that even Voreia and Anatoli combined would not be able to stop us then. But do note the term, 'would'. I do not think to have an army of tin victims from the polar region, bearing the Voreian standard and clanking up to our front door would allow any of us to sleep well. Should any information seem to be leaked, inform me immediately."

He allowed a minute's silence to hover within the room before rising, "If there is nothing more, this session has ended." The twin oak doors which lead to the corridore swung open as he pushed them open, allowing sunlight to filter into the darkness within. He re-adjusted his eyepatch before marching on towards the exterior of the palace.

Marcus bowed when he was addressed by the King, and listened to what he had to say. The King explained that his son had gone to the Occidens and came back from his espionage mission. Arkyn on an espionage? Dangerous gamble, my lord... he thought to himself, but what was done was done. He need not probe any farther into reasons. What piqued his curiosity was the findings of the Prince: Steel weapons that had miniature cannons as their main weapons? Sounded quite lethal, but quite dangerous to both sides. Cannons were quite unpredictable, especially when it rained, or they were over packed. Marcus' brow deepened when the King said While I wish I could believe they'll simply go after Notia again. That slightly annoyed him, fearing for his home country. He knew that sometimes the King forgot that he had been born there, but nevertheless it felt like a mini stab to the heart.

But he was a Voreian now, he must put his country before his past. He would worry about Notia later. "Interesting, sir, is this why you called me into your presense as soon as I had finished your order? Which is outside, I might add, being unloaded at this minute, being transferred into your armory." He bowed again, then said. "I agree, sir, however I would also like to put in a word of caution: Not only are these weapons a dangerous threat, but they are at a dangerous time. The banquet we are supposed to be present at in Anatoli will have the royal families of all nations."

There had always been something that shook Emiko about this particular knight. Eyes wide, her hands dropped in her lap, stunned. Her eyes flicked down from his face, taking in the hand on his sword hilt, and she nearly jumped when it slowly slid behind his cloak.

She steadied her breathing as he offered his hand to her, and, without much hesitation, she took it, rising lightly to her feet. "Her ladyship should not idly wander the castle without escort. Times are not so safe as they once were." Now that she had gained her feet, she wasn’t quite as…shaken, but the words made her pause as she finished straightening her dress.

“I doubt many would be haunting these halls in pursuit of me. Besides, I have faith in our guards.” What she didn’t say was that she, in some cases, was more afraid of those who were supposed to protect her than anyone else.

To his next words, she simply shrugged. “I have things to attend to in other parts of the castle than my rooms. I cannot sit there sewing for hours on end.” As she spoke, she tugged slightly on her curled locks, rearranging them as best she could without a mirror, avoiding looking at her unexpected companion as best she could.

Accompanied with a maid, Cerebra sat in the small corner of the large library. It was peaceful in the dark library, the only way light was coming in was from the windows. She found another book about the history of Occidens. She couldn't believe how mad and villainous it was before her father came into ruling.

For years, Occidens took part in battles with Voreia and Notia. King Reginald the Fifth had found himself in deep troubles financially. During the last raid of Voreia, he -

"Madam," the maid interrupted her reading. Cerebra looked up, "You shouldn't interrupt,"

"I'm sorry, madam," she apologized, "It's time for afternoon tea in the garden," she gestured the way out of the library with a kind smile. Cerebra stood up, grabbed the book and was escorted out. She glanced at everyone, curtsying to everyone she met whether teacher or maid.

Just close to the entrance, she saw a certain figure lurking around the castle. It looked familiar so she walked closer. Her eyes widened when she noticed Asphixious. She took up her dress and jogged to him.

"Hello sir," she greeted with a a small curtsy, "I've been waiting for my fencing lessons you promised,"

Rourke cracked his massive knuckles. Behind his helm, his white eyes held a death glare. Occidens. Greedy, war-mongering bastards is what they are. Probably want to watch the world burn while they sit on their high horses looking down on the conquered. Not if I have anything to say about it. His eyes shifted to the Princess. He felt protective again, only with a heightened sense of danger. If any of the Occidens would try to attack her, he would most likely rip them limb from limb. Marcus had mentioned a banquet. And in Anatoli no less. What if one of their nobles intends to take out Mitsuki? Her condition could send her into a battle of life and death in her very body. I cannot allow that, but I can't let her father know what's happening. Returning his gaze beneath his helm back to the king he adressed him formally.

"My King, what would happen if tha Anatolian nobles decide to attempt a coup? Even if this is dipla'matic in meanin', people are people. If they sense they have a grasp a' powah, then they might take it."

Asphyxious stopped, turning to face the princess and examining her attire, "Not when you are in your dres. In fencing, you would want to dress such you're able to move with dexterity and speed. By saying that, I mean, 'change to a proper attire.' I will meet you at the ballroom. Be sure to bring whatever equipments you may require, princess," He gestured vaguely in the direction of the ballroom. He nodded curtly at the maid and princess, sweeping past them before they had time to speak.

His boots rapped the marble floor smartly, announcing his presence, at which servants and maids shifted to create a path for him to pass. He stopped before two gigantic twin oak doors, ornately carved with the crest of Occidens. Asphyxious glanced in both directions down the corridor before pushing the door open. The room was dark. Curtains shielded the room from the intense sunlight outside. He marched across the room, allowing the doors to close behind him, sealing him in relative darkness. All of that changed when his fingers grasped the fabric at the opposite side of the room and pulled.

With a rasp the curtain slid open, stabbing the shadows away. Asphixious picked up a chair, placed it beside the window and began to unbutton his coat. Beneath, he wore a white shirt. He rolled the sleeves up to his elbows and draped the black coat over the chair. He then drew out a small metal box, glanging around to ensure that there was absolutely nobody else in the ballroom, he removed his eyepatch, and turned away from the window.

When he looked back, he had two eyes again. However, one was fake. He blinked several times, ensuring that it was placed properly before stowing the eyepatch within his pocket. He approached the wall beside the twin doors, picking out a foil which matched his fighting style. It was poorly made compared to his personal one at his mansion, but it should be able to allow him to teach with relative ease. He removed the katana, along with its sheath and placed it on the window sill. A quick glance revealed that was snowing slightly. From a distance, he thought he could hear cannons being fired.

King Baldrick Voreia

At Marcus's reaction, he winced internally. Oh. Right. Well, ped in head, as they say... He listened to their thoughts without interruption, nodding here and there.

"I doubt that Occidens plans an attack so soon. For one thing, such a flagrant abuse of the white peace would bring the wrath of both gods and men upon the, er, abuser. Who would follow such a ruler willingly? And open war between all four lands would not only be disasterous to anyone's plans, but it would open us to... Foreign problems." Baldrick grimaced. The northern clans liked to raid Voreia when times were lean, and in a war, with so many fighting to the south... "No, if there is to be an invasion or a war, it would be after the banquet. And Anatoli will keep its promises of neutrality, I'm sure of it." Baldrick refused to believe Reiann would set a trap to hurt him or his family. It was impossible.

"It's not as if we can afford to not attend. To refuse such an offer would surely invite dishonor upon us." To be honest, Baldrick would have preferred to visit the Queen alone, without the banquet- No other suitors to bother her, then, the cads. "But stepping up border patrols and searches- especially on large-loaded carts- ought to be a priority. To catch any weapons being smuggled in. Or is that too far-fetched for even Occidens?" He chuckled. "I could imagine them trying to smuggle a walking gun inside. They're mad enough about war..."

Raiz watched her in silence for a moment as his hand he had helped her up with vanished under his cloak once more. "No, perhaps not. You do have far less to worry about than others. However..." His shoulders shifted a bit as he turned to face her directly, his eyes hidden under the mask, but he no doubt was looking directly at her. "Unless I am mistaken, your ladyship has the strongest claim to the throne after Her Majesty. Such a position, I would imagine, holds as many responsibilities as it does hidden dangers." His cold voice carried a hint of intrigue, or perhaps just curiosity. "Her Majesty is an extraordinary woman, but I do often consider how this kingdom will look a generation from now." He inclined his head to her slightly, but whether it was a bow of his head, or if he was just looking her over, was difficult to tell through his mask.

"In any event. Life is never safe. Not within a stone castle surrounded by guards, not all alone in an empty field." He added, lifting his head a bit to the point where he would be looking past the princess and down the hall behind her.

Arkyn listened intently to all the thoughts being cast around the room. Rourke, Mitsuki's guardian, had entered. He was a brute, made of 50% muscle, 50% heart. He cared greatly for Mitsuki...but this bothered him slightly. For lack of better words, Rourke creeped him out.

A sudden crack of knuckles from the living fortress made Arkyn jump a little. He quickly regained himself and continued listening. Marcus was suspecting a move from Occidens at the royal banquet. Which reminded him: There was a royal banquet. The thought had completely slipped his mind, and now he found himself wondering how he could forget such an event.

"I doubt that Occidens plans an attack so soon. For one thing, such a flagrant abuse of the white peace would bring the wrath of both gods and men upon the, er, abuser. Who would follow such a ruler willingly? And open war between all four lands would not only be disastrous to anyone's plans, but it would open us to... Foreign problems. I could imagine them trying to smuggle a walking gun inside. They're mad enough about war..."

Arkyn thought to himself while rubbing his necklace. His father was correct; they had to go, in order to keep sufficient political status. "Father, you are wise in such a decision. These machines need to be dealt with."

Or stolen, he thought.

"Occidens is a snake constantly nipping at our heels. They need to be watched. And whose to say that they don't have spies here, in Voreia? It's only logical...Simply a thought. Now as for the royal banquet...there should be extreme caution. I can only hope that a certain knight will not be there."

He glanced over to his sister. She was smiling at Rourke, admiring her closest friend. He darted his eyes away. Envy had began to grow in his heart like a thorn. She was so innocent, so seemingly care-free. She also had a dear friend that would die for her...he closed his eyes and dismissed the thoughts.

Marcus observed the royals interact amongst themselves for a while. Marcus began to weigh each argument stated by each person and began to come to an understanding of each person: His King was determined to believe that Anatoli would not attack, but was being blindsided by his love. That made him vulnerable to betrayal, which Marcus hoped he would never have to come to realize. Arkyn, on the other hand, seemed slightly paranoid about the banquet, but brought up a very good point of caution: They would seriously need it.

Even though both of them were totally opposite, they both shared the need to keep the Occidens out of Voreia. Even if Arkyn suggested spys in their country, they would need to be prepared for anything. Once Marcus had processed this, he spoke.
"I must agree with Arkyn, your Majesty, on the note of caution. This banquet does give way to many oppertunites for not only our country, but for everybody else. However, I believe, that in the matter of the Occidens, that patience should be exercised. Not that we shouldn't be more aware and alert than usual, but we should not jump to conclusions and prepare for a war that may be diverted, or even stopped. We do not want the Occidens to believe we are on edge, nor should we let them believe that we are becoming lazy."

"Yes sir," Cerebra said anyway with a small bow. With the maid, she went to her room and changed into her fencing uniform. It had the Occidens crest on its arm. The maid tied her hair into a braid yet her crown was still on her head, tilted slightly to the side.

She had a weapon under her bed for whatever reason. She ordered the maid to take it. It was a Sabre, sharp and light-trusted but efficient for a person of her age. She knew how to wield it after all, training with it for several years now.

She examined it careful, she used a rag to wipe any dust on it before leaving for the Great Hall. She bit into her apple as she fiddled with her Sabre. Her maid opened the gigantic doors, which she thought was particularly useless.

"I'm ready sir," she said as she gave her apple to the maid. She walked steadily to Asphixious and bowed.

Stifling the desire to take a step back- or even better, turn and walk away, Emiko raised her chin in proud defiance. “I am the next in line to the throne, but I expect it will be many years before I do ascend the throne. My mother will rule for a long time yet. Until then, I am not important.” She didn’t say that she had doubts as to whether she would ever gain the throne, there was always the possibility of an ‘accident.’ Until she was queen, her life was in far less danger if she stayed quietly in the background.

“I do believe I am safer here, fading into the background, than if I go everywhere with a guard and draw attention to myself. I doubt anyone even thinks about me much, and that is how I prefer it.” It was the closest she would ever come to saying that she was safer out of the queen’s view than in it. “And if someone were to try and harm me, they would have to find me first. These back halls are probably safer than my rooms,” she pointed out. “But if you are truly that concerned, you may walk me to my rooms. If not, feel free to go about your business.” She took a few steps forward, pausing when she was next to him. “And thank you for your concern.”

Asphyxious looked at the girl up and down again. He nodded at the maid, signaling that he would take it from here. However, the maid still stayed, though she attempted to blend in with the walls, which he found slightly amusing. He returned his gaze to the princess, "Before we begin. I do have some news for you, your father has told me to change your fencing lessons to swordplay lessons. Do not worry, he has already told me to be less harsh with the training, you would not have to fear much, if you follow what I say. Note that only the training will be less harsh, the punishments will not.

"However, we shall proceed with the fencing lessons as usual until I deem you fit for usage of swords. If you are ready, you may take your position." He raised the foil, placing the metal before his face, then stepping back, preparing to strike.

"Yes sir," Cerebra nodded, moving a few steps back. She really did wonder if she was ready. Fencing weapons were easy and manageable. Thin and light unlike swords. She held one when she was younger, her father's but she could barely hold it and accidentally cut her fingers. She even sliced a guards' unprotected toe by accident.

"Have you seen my father?" Cerebra asked him before getting ready. She moved to her position. A strong stance with her knees bent and arms straight, "I haven't seen him for awhile,"

The king nodded, and felt a surge of pride for his son and knights. They've got good heads on their shoulders, all of them. A king could not ask for more. "Of course we'll have to take caution. I trust Anatoli's guards, but Occidens is invited as well. We cannot afford to be taken by surprise." He sighed. "It's a pity we cannot simply inform the other nations of these weapons. I'm sure, by now, that all evidence of their existence has been hidden away, and any witnesses' purses well stocked with silencing gold." He glanced over at the other courtiers and knights, who were watching with somewhat concerned expressions. "As for spies... I'm loath to consider that someone in Voreia would be willing to turn against their home, but not so naive enough to think it's impossible. We'll just have to keep our discussions more... Discreet."

Raiz considered the Princess and her words for several moments. Of course, he had very different opinions of her current situation, but he was not about to argue the point with the Princess either. "Her ladyship knows best, I'm sure. It has kept her alive thus far." He said, inclining his head to the Princess once more. He did not move from his spot as she spoke, and gave no response that suggested he was even listening to her, but when she moved past him to continue down the hall, he turned and followed on her flank silently, save for the slight rustling of his cloak.

"I must admit my curiosity, your ladyship." He said silently, his voice an icy whisper. "You are very different from Her Majesty. You do not seem to want for power. Perhaps you seek to be different from Her Majesty." His words did not carry the suggestion of a question, but sounded more like statement, as if he were reciting facts. He did not look at her as he walked with her, his helmet faced forwards under his hood and his arms were unseen under his cloak, as if he were just floating alongside her.

As for spies... I'm loath to consider that someone in Voreia would be willing to turn against their home, but not so naive enough to think it's impossible. We'll just have to keep our discussions more... Discreet. "Very well" Marcus nodded in approval at the King's train of thought. It made sense, in reality. Since the Occidens were also invited to this banquet, they wouldn't be able to attack them. It would be too open, and very risky, unless...

"What if the Occidens did a 2 way attack?" He paused, thinking this through. "Hear me out, your Majesties. What if they split their forces to attempt to deal with us at the banquet, AND attack our home as well?" The more he spoke, the more possibilities seemed to spawn from the idea. "Not trying to incite fear or any such thing, but we must play our hand close. The Occidens could attempt a coupe at the banquet, which would be quite stupid, as a distraction to the main force attacking Voreia?" He paused again, hitting a snag in his idea. "But they wouldn't be stupid enough to attack with their own Royals there as well, unless they didn't show up and attacked us en route..." He stopped his train of thought completely, and blushed slightly: His ideas were getting farfetched and he was getting carried away again. "Pardon me, that all was just my thoughts. They mean nothing."

She smiled slightly as he started walking with her. Though she might have preferred to walk alone, this would keep anyone from stoping her to question her, ask her for favors, or just generally bug her. Without turning her head to listen to him talk, she listened quietly to him speak.

"My mother is very different from I, and I from her, it is true. She has a stronger spirit than I. And I have all the power I would need. As princess, I do not need the power that the Queen has, so I am content with what I have. Attempting to gain more might also prove...hazardous for my health. I am content to remain in her shadow. The only thing I desire more of is knowledge." She paused, thinking. "My mother is gracious in allowing me to spend my days, for the most part, engaging in those activites I desire to take part in. I admit, I find attending court droll." Her voice was detached, matching his, the tone of one who recites words said over and over again, regardless of whether they carry truth or lies. "Why do you speak of it? It is well known that I resemble Her Majesty only in passing, both in looks and personality."

"Nay, I have not seen him today, perhaps he may wish to settle his thoughts, soothe his mind?" Asphyxia's initiated the fight with an Appel. He stomped his boot onto the wooden floor, lunging forward to jab at the princess in the torso.

Minutes later, after Asphyxious had secretly evaluated her abilities he held out a hand abruptly, "Stop! This shall conclude our training. As for the remainder of our lesson, we shall proceed into a bit of swordplay." He paused, allowing them both some time to recover, then, "Swordplay is similar to fencing, though more practical in actuality. A foil would shatter in combat while a broadsword wouldn't. However, we shall begin out training with wooden swords. And as usual, the same rules apply, no jabbing at the face, no gouging or spitting. In addition, I would like to warn you that a hit to the side of the head can be fatal."

He walked back to the wall picking up four blades of various use. He pointed at the first one after laying them on the window sill, "The rapier, similar to a foil, used for speed due to its lightness. However, it shatters against stronger targets like metal." Asphyxious moved on to the next weapon, "A broadsword, double-edged, tapered at the end for stabbing. This one in particular seems to be made with the intention of stabbing."

"A longsword, related to the broadsword, though it has a greater reach. It is not suitable for indoor conditions. And finally, my favorite, the katana. Made to slash through metal and organic fibre alike, able to withstand the shock of battle without breaking, the metal smiths who make them seem to only choose well-forged steel."

Asphyxious gesture for the princess to select a weapon of her choice. "Or," He added as an after thought, "You may wish to chose those which I have not picked from the weapon's rack."

((OOC: Just realized I've been using the titles wrong. Princess should be 'highness', queen should be 'majesty'.))

"Because the world changes, Your Highness." He said, as they walked. For a moment, it seemed as if that was all he had to say on the matter, but after a few moments he continued. "There are many who would want for Her Majesty's power, both foreign and domestic. While I do not say who will rule, I do make it my business to ensure that Her Majesty rules for as long as she wishes to. It is interesting to see that you do not desire the throne for yourself at this time." He said. He continued to walk silently with her down the hallways. Guards and others within the castle who saw them may have wished to address the princess, but with the Dark Knight walking beside her it was as if an aura of repulsion existed around them, and most were very obviously avoiding them.

"Does Your Highness have thoughts on the future?"

Dear Journal...
I am writing you on the late eve to tell you that i fear the kingdom is going to fall under the attacks of thine enemies, and I do not know what is to become of my lovely kingdom. I must pray to the gods for the fear that if I do not I am not going to have a kingdom much longer. The attacks come in from every angle possible, and my troops has fallen into despair that the defenses will not hold. I do now know how many more men that I can spare to the borders. I write in this journal that in hopes that something will come and save us from the blunder that is going to be my kingdom if I do nothing.

The hour of the eve was late, and the king was deep into his journal. The wind was blowing ever so softly from the deep southern winds that were coming. The wind had a chill to it that could only be brought from the southern winds. As the king writes, a messenger from the Queendom was on its way to the gate. The howls of the castle watch could be heard in the night.

"Open the gates! A messenger is coming!"

The protest of the castle gates and the moaning of the wood as the doors were opened sounded in the night like a horror had taken a mothers babe. In rode the messenger and up to the castle steps. The horse and rider was greeted by a stable boy. The boy took the reigns of the horse and the messenger hit the floor with a sprint into the castle.

A loud knocking could be heard on the door of the kings chambers, but he didn't hear it at first, his nose was to buried deep in the journal that he was writing in. The knock at the door came louder, and with a loud roar like voice, "What is it?!" The king stood slamming the journal closed. He stood from the chair and headed to the door. As he moved to the door the kingly robes, and his long platinum hair flowed behind him like a river that graced an angelic figure. He opened the door, "What could you want at this hour Jenkins?" Jenkins cleared his throat with a bow, "Your majesty you have a message from the Queendom." Armond pushed past his servant, and headed into the throne room where the messenger waited.

In the throne room stood a tall and skinny man that bared a message, and his orders were to give it directly to the Queen. Armond took his seat in the throne that was made of the finest of Iron wood that was prominent in the southern kingdom of Notia. Armond looked to Jenkins so that he may retrieve the letter from the messenger. Jenkins bowed low again and headed to the messenger to take the letter. Once the letter was in the hand of Jenkins he stepped up the dais to the king. He handed the letter to the king, and with a quick bow the messenger headed out. He didn't even wait for any hospitality from the king, nor did he wait for an answer.

Armond took the letter and produced a small dagger from his belt. He placed the dagger under the wax seal and cut the letter open. Armond unrolled the parchment, and started to read...

"Maybe but my father never seems to," The Princess admitted before realizing the fight had begun. When Asphyxious stomped his foot, she stepped back and blocked Asphyxious' jab on impulse. Cerebra was light on her feet, a definite advantage as she easily moved away from his jabs and threw some of her own.

When Asphyxious stopped the fight, telling her how they would be switching courses, Cerebra was obviously excited but the habit of her thinking she was bad at everything she did was getting to her. What if she wasn't good enough for swordplaying? She had been fencing almost a third of life by the age of seven with her first toy being a small, wooden sword that was carved from the strongest wood found in Occidens. At least that was what her father had told her years ago.

Cerebra listened intently to Asphyxious' lecture on sword, admiring the wooden swords. The rapier seemed fitting for its lightness like her Sabre but it was certainly weak in her perspective. A broadsword just screamed to stab someone, Cerebra liked to overpower, not potentially kill someone. Besides, it would be better to leave someone for questioning before killing them. A long sword seemed good for her unless she wanted to fight indoors which was where she was usually kept but Asphyxious seemed to favor the katana more. Maybe it would be better suited?

"Which one do you think I shoud use, sir?" Cerebra asked.

Asphyxious

He tapped his chin, as though in thought, "You should use the broadsword, as mentioned before, it is the standard for all Occiden's men to carry a broadsword. However, you are different aren't you? You may use a broadsword forged for your physical traits by visiting one of the Crawfe- no, forgive me princess," He bowed slightly, "It would be best if you follow your father's preference in the forges and weaponsmiths, though you may decide to chose one of the forges bearing the name of Crawfel." He picked up the broadsword, it was wooden, lighter than the actual arms he was accustomed with but it would suit the princess while she builds her strength for the actual weapon. "When you have perfected your techniques, we shall proceed with actual weapons."

Aspyxious handed her the wooden broadsword, still in its wooden sheath and he himself picked up the katana. He tied the string attached to the sheath around his belt. He stepped back thrice, resting his left hand on the sheath and the other around the handle of the blade. He turned, drawing out the katana in a swift motion, practiced in years of training, to slay any opponent by merely drawing the sword from its sheath. Satisfied that the imaginary enemy was dead, he twirled the blade in a circle before sheathing it in a seamless motion. "Are you ready princess?" He placed his hands in their previous positions, preparing to disarm the girl.

Vanairgrand

The doors leading to the forges banged open and Vanairgrand strode in, embers sweeped up in his wake, clothing the guards behind him in burning ashes. "Where is he?" The king picked up a crudely forged sword and threw it into the bellows where white-hot metals flowed. "Where is he?" Vaniargrand repeated himself, looking around at the array of swords laid out one the various work benches.

"He left his mansion earlier today for a meeting at the castle." Someone reported, "He should have returned at his mansio-"

"True, he should have, unfortunately he was not present, that is why I have decided to come here in the first place!" He whirled around, snarling at the wasted time hunting down for the knight in charge of military matters. They had not finished discussing the mass production of the warjack just yet and the man dared to-

"He is still in the castle," Said a servant who entered from the lattice gates behind him, "He is training a student."

"What? He dared to postpone our meeting for a student of his?" He whirled around, foring his guards to back away, clearing a path for him.

Arkyn thought to himself for a moment. Maybe a bit of paranoia was setting in on the group. Arkyn knew that the existence technology that had been discovered would be denied, that was for sure, so the possibility of the new weapons being used any time soon was low. Would Occidens go so far as to declare war and risk a political opportunity with the Queen? Perhaps all of this happened too soon to be properly dealt with.

"I say that we wait; not unprepared, of course, but it is much to soon to take any course of action. We will not make ourselves seem suspicious. That would only lead to trouble," he said. He paused, then turned to Marcus. "Marcus, your ideas are not impossible, but we simply cannot risk missing the banquet."

Once an Item has been created, it can be spawned in the IC using /spawn Item Name (case-sensitive, as usual) — this can be followed with /take Item Name to retrieve the item into the current character's inventory.

Mobs

Give your Universe life by adding a Mob, which are auto-replenishing NPCs your players can interact with. Useful for some quick hack-and-slash fun!

Mobs can be automated spawns, like rats and bats, or full-on NPCs complete with conversation menus. Use them to enhance your player experience!
