Tara was laying on her bed, her cell, spotless. Her long black hair flowed upon her shoulders, well brushed, but messy. Her golden eyes looked at the door to the entire room intently, she very much wanted out. She heard that a Coltego could only be free from it's cell if it was bought by a Kobeki, and she was determined to do so. She punched her bed angrily, growing impatient with having to wait, a side effect of being a non-bonded Coltego. Tara closed her eyes, attempting to calm herself as she waited, smiling at her twin in the cell across from her. She closed her golden eyes and began drifting into dream land, her breaths slowing and her body losing it's tense nature as it slipped into a calm and relaxed one. Her bangs fell into her eyes and she drempt, of better days, of happier places, and different faces. Things and people she saw, only in her dreams.

"No one lights a candle, then puts it in the cellar. A candle in the cellar doesn't do anyone any good. So when you have light, put it in the world for everyone to see." She dictated to herself as she carved into the stone wall. The noise of her chains echoed through the lonely place she was kept captive. She couldn't stand it anymore. She had to get out this hellhole soon.

"Would you shut up you coltego, you beast." The dyrke told her, she lunged and once again her chain pulled her to the ground. Sitting back up she wrapped her wings around herself, and whimpered. Her neck throbbed and she couldn't stop the water that blurred her vision, she wanted only to be free and to fly as she should. Being locked in a cage was not how she was supposed to live, being chained to a wall for most of her life was not what she was supposed to be doing. Aero looked down at her wrists, and her scars made by the chains that stifled her, she felt her neck. It was bleeding again, another scar to add to her collection. She whimpered again, and held her head.

The Dyrke struggled with keys until he finally stuck an old rusted skeleton key into the keyhole, turning it slowly then recieveing the accepting 'click' sound as the lock withdrew, "You only get one chance, they're very dangerous Master Senri." the Dyrke warned, and Senri nodded at him nervously
"I'll be alright." The Dyrke moved so Senri could step in, "I can't even see them!" Senri almost shouted in discontent, snapping his fingers as a flame appeared, then steadily hovered over his hand, "Lets see.." Senri passed Tara's, Yuki's and Suzuki's cages, stopping at Aero's to examine her, "I'd like to buy this one." The dyrke looked at him suprised and nodded, "You know I can afford it, get the ceremony sight ready."

his eyes were narrowed and his mouth was in a frown, "It will not hold me back, trust me." Senri stated matter-of-factly towards the Dyrke, "Now let her out of that cage!" The Dyrke nodded, handing Shiki a hot metal copy of his tattoo.
"Alright, I've only got to be Eighteen, check. Vow to protect their Coltego, check. Loyalty mark..", Senri smiled at his tattoo, the product of his vow, "Check. All that's left is to restrain her, burn the tattoo in, and seal the pact." He reminded himself, slowly stepping onto what seemed like a Dojo arena. "I'm ready for her." he stated to the Dyrke who was wheeling her in, "I can't use weapons, got it." he reminded himself, taking a deep breath, "I got to end this quickly..I don't want to hurt her, but she sure wants to hurt the hell out of me." Senri chuckled to himself, "Reminds me of my mother."

watched the Dyrke begin to free Aero, Senri's dark eyes drifted to Aero and he only smiled an oh-so-ever charming smile towards her, why he was returning her sinister look with an equally kind one was far beyond the Dyrke, but it was Senri's funeral, or so the Dyrke and Aero thought.
As soon as she show signs of motor movement, Senri placed his plan into action. He surrounded the floor with high red flames, making it extremely hot around them, something he was quite used to since fire was his element. He waited for her to get close to him before swiftly moving to the right, with dangerously precise timing. Senri twirled on his heel, then spun himself to face her back, something much like a firey dance move. He wrapped his arms around her quickly, restraining her arms firmly against her sides while trying to place his mark on the back of her neck. "God, if there is one. Please be with me and let me live through this.. as you can tell, I chose a Coltego as fiesty as mom. How's she doing by the way, Lord? I hope she's doing well in heaven." he said sidetracked, glancing to see if his plan worked.

He wanted her pain to end, so he had to do this quickly. He ran towards her biting his bottom lip nervously, "I heard when boys randomly did this to girls it never turned out well however...oh well, I gotta give it a shot."
He quickly made his way towards Aero, after getting dangerously close to her he snapped and fire surrounded them again, trying to limit her escape options. He apologized at least twelve times, and quite quickly before firmly grabbing her
arms with one hand, not even sure if he could do that successfully, but hoping he could, and pulled her to him by the waist gently. Before he even knew it, he ducked his head down towards her, leaning in for the kiss. The sealing kiss.
Blood pacts were said to be more solid, but he didn't want to hurt her twice in one day, so he didn't care. He wanted to take care of his Coltego, not to harm her.
He closed his violet eyes when he felt her lips dangerously close to his, hoping that the kiss would be successful, hoping she wouldn't pull away from him too quickly, he was so close to ending her pain, and her sounds of pain were more than he could bare, mostly because it was his fault, but also because the bond was already forming.

He knew she still was capable of violence towards him at the moment, so he was wary, but he remained ever gentle and ever trusting. He released her hands, holding his hands a few centimeters from her shoulders should she collapse, or even worse, try to attack him again. He daringly moved one hand to her hair and pushed stray strands from her face and removed the fire from the scene, the Dyrke looking at him amazed. Senri threw a bag of gold towards the Dyrke and smiled triumphantly. He waved the Dyrke away, knowing that they would only upset Aero. He let out calming 'shh'ing sounds trying to get her in a stable state before replying to her only question for him. He felt the connection strengthening between them.
Shiki smiled and nodded to himself, "Aero I want you to take a deep breath, close your eyes, then slowly open them, I will explain everything to the best of my ability" he stated in a gentle tone, "I'm Senri, like I said before you can call me whatever you want. I am a Kobeki, you are a very talented Coltego, whom had I not been over prepared, would have surely killed me. We preformed earlier what was called a 'bond' against your will, and for that I am sorry." he stated solemnly, feeling a little guilty for burning her, "But in return, you get to leave this place with me, we can travel every now and then, and you get nice clothes, your own room, and not to mention master bathroom, had I left you here, I don't know what future could have laid in store for you, but I hope that I can show you the life they've kept from you for so long, and make up for the time you've lost. You should be able to see me now."

Senri put a huge grin on his face as he saw her slowly showing her true self, the balanced Aero that he knew he'd enjoy getting to know. He patted the top of her head softly, not like a dog, but more like someone he was determined to protect, something the bond taught the two of them without either of them speaking a word about it to eachother, a bond that couldn't even be expressed in words. Not a bond of master and slave, owner and pet, a bond of equals whom would do anything to protect the other. A very strong bond.
Senri blushed a bit, noticing she was almost staring at him, "D-did I get something on my face..?" he asked flustered, trying to wipe his face, only making silly facial expressions during his futile attempts to brush off something that was never there. He grinned at her again, happy that he could trust her now and that she now trusted him.
Senri blinked feverishly, a worried expression on his face, "Oiii, Aero, are you alright?" he asked, his smooth voice cracking ever-so-slightly as signs of his nervousness began to show. He blushed once again, her smile was beautiful. He returned her smile with a warm, welcoming one of his own and quickly slid his arm under her legs and behind her back, craddling her in his arms as if she was as light as only one of her many feathers. "Careful now, you're not used to exerting yourself like that, don't worry, you can fly and run around as much as you want at the mansion, after you get some rest." he stated sternly, "I don't want you passing out or getting sick on me, it wouldn't be very responsible of me." He snapped and the Dryke brung Senri his coat, placing it over Aero as Senri began carrying her out, "I called a carriage, we'll be riding it to my mansion, hopefully you'll like it, my brother will be living with us, and eventually you'll meet him and when he preforms his ceremony, his Coltego. Oh! I'm taking you shopping for clothes and other things tomorrow, alright? I'm going to spoil you as we view everything there is to see."
