Clearly The Answer is Science. Your Argument is Invalid.
Most of the time, in a normal state, Nash attempts to remain calm, though he has a very curious nature about him, which runs in his family, leading him to want to explore and study whatever intrigues him, such as the world and inhabitants of Trafalgar, various models of auton, the lives of aliens from beyond, and the Captain Poultry's seven delicious herbs and spices recipe for their popular fried chicken and other fine fast food items.

In terms of his possessions, Nash has a prototype planetary communicator that can be used at any point on Earth, but must be reconfigured on other planets within the same universe. It currently does not work within other universes, but can still find a way to use it on smaller scales, such as a different dimension or something.
He's also capable of inventing and building gadgets thanks to extensive study in multiple fields of science, his first and never-failing invention, the Gyropack (a helicopter downsized into a backpack with rotor blades and double joysticks).

Physically, Nash has trained his body just over the peak of human development, allowing him to carry a fair amount of weight, using nearly all the weights at the gym, and regularly running at speeds that olympic athletes consider an energy consuming sprint, this being a result of having used various machines and methods in order to improve his body's health, also practicing techniques of acrobatics, basic hand to hand combat, and endurance against pain. In addition, he has a degree of protection from mental attacks, mainly by psychics due to his studies over the years.
For all his intelligence and physical ability however, Nash is still capable of being harmed by conventional means, like any other human being. Don't let his willpower and endurance fool you: He can fight the pain, but he can't fight with broken limbs, or some fatal injury.
Nathaniel Macleod is the son of world renowned Doctor Ian Macleod, following in his footsteps since a young age, exercising body and mind together to improve the most important variable in an experiment of all: The scientist conducting the experiment in the first place, in order to improve every condition possible with superior knowledge and physical prowess. He has always been intrigued by comic books and pulp fiction writing, which in turn has inspired many others before him to don masks, take up fantastic abilities, and either battle crime, or be apart of it. Sitting in a lab all day would make Nash a dull boy, so he began going out more often, exploring the sprawling metropolis of Spectacle City, studying various elements he found in the city, every now and then stopping to attempt to assist the local law enforcement, eventually helping to pave the way for the Science Hero, and the term becoming the predominant term used in place for 'Superhero,' for every crimefighter in the golden city.
Nash himself is attempting to help the growing Science Hero society to organize themselves and join forces, reaching out primarily to the Grand Scientific Community, who he has sought to join as his father had, to be recognized as a great researcher, and to join the 'major leagues,' now also wishing to fund Science Hero activities for all, and unite everyone under a single banner, whether or not they actually use Science, but rather for a common dream of justice for all.
