Scarlet is a very fiery, untrusting girl. She knows she has trust issues, but has moments when she just lets everybody in, and becomes very protective of them. She is quiet the enigma; you never know if she will be kind and bubbly, or rebellious and fiery. Overall she has a good heart, but she covers it up with cold words and sometimes -but not that often- a seductive look. She just hopes someone can see through the mask she's grown to protect her heart from the pain of love. Scar has good reasons for being cynical, but she would never just openly share these reasons with someone. But when you really get to know her, and not just the brave face she puts up, she can be the kindest, most tender girl. But the few people that have gotten under her skin have broken her heart. Sometimes with her 'I don't care' means 'I couldn't care more'. If you can dodge cold verbal barbs and still be genuine to Scarlet then you could have al loyal, loving friend. But lash out at her, and you could have your worst enemy. She's not known to physically lash back out at each other, but she can have a very sharp tongue.

Appearance is Description
Scarlet has ashy blonde curls tha cascade just past her shoulders, and eyes like pools of sky thickly rimmed with long dark lashes. Shes rather small at five feet tall and about 100 lbs. She has a light, lithe build, but dont let tha fool yu. Her full crimson lips can go from a seductive smile to shooting out verbal barbs in a heartbeat. Scar has soft ivory skin with a dash of light petal pink at her cheeks, always making her look like she has a soft blush. If she lets you look closely on the inside of her wrist you can see the pink there is pursed in a small, pink burn. even though its small, it looks very painful.

Scarlet's mom, May, didnt want Scar. She loved children and wanted a child, but felt terrible for bringing this little girl into her situation. May's husband was abusive. Her was sober for a few years, Scarlet's first few years of life, but then he snapped. He drank even worse then he had before his daughter was born. at first he only hit his wife at night while Scar was sleeping. But then one night she heard her mother crying and walked in their room while her father was beating her mother. Her father was very, very angrey. He took out a lighter. He burnt May's face and shoulder terribley. Scarlet tryed to stop her father, but he burnt her wrist in one spot, an held the flame in that one spot. He then tried to drown them. May was killed, but Scarlet barley survived. Her father abandoned them, thinking they were dead, A neighbor found her mother's dead body wrapped around her. Scarlet was barley alive. Her neighbor brought her to the hospital and tried to contact her family. nobody wanted her. So her kind, yet distant neighbor raised her. She remembers every detail of that night vividly. She often has horrible nightmares about her mothers body burnt past recignition, sufficating her an her father trying to drown her.
