Introduction

The time in Panem has come for the 25th Annual Hunger Games. President Cominius Snow has declared this Games to be the first Quarter Quell, and being the Hunger Games 25th Anniversary, he has thrown a curveball into the original rules to celebrate 25 years of peace and tranquility amongst all the twelve districts.
He has chosen Ansel Aldaine to be the Gamemaker and they have tweaked the rules and created what will be a very entertaining and bloody games.
There will be two tributes reaped as before, then one one sibling of each of the chosen ones will be forced to compete as well. Due to this, the age limit has been lowered to 6-18.

This RPG will begin at the District 1 reaping.

District One: Luxury Items
District Two: Masonry/Weaponry/Trains/Peacekeepers/Medicine
District Three: Machinery/Electronics
District Four: Fish/Fish products
District Five: Power/Electricity
District Six: Scientific Research/Transportation
District Seven: Lumber
District Eight: Textiles/Clothing
District Nine: Grain
District Ten: Livestock
District Eleven: Agriculture
District Twelve: Coal

Toggle Rules

1. Each player may submit a maximum of five characters who fit the critera for this game (no superpowers, between the age of 6 and 18, etc...)
2. I will be in charge of the NPCs (President Snow, Ansel Aldaine, Cece Trinket, etc..)
3. For each district, gender does NOT matter, however there must be two pairs of siblings
4. When fighting, should you fatally injure another tribute, that tribute can be pronounced dead only by their player. It is not up to you when another tribute dies, however we must be realistic.
6. If all your tributes are killed, you must cease playing this game. I will notify you when we have a winner so you can write up a memorial for each of your tributes in the memorial ceremony.
