Personality:He can be a very upright boy who has many different talent's and skills he wants to harness but ever since his father's death he's only been cocky and stunning to most.He is a very organized person who likes to keep everything clean and personal to him as his father always taught him to do. He is very athletic and loves to run around the whole place as it usually fits his body health and if he's going to survive the game's then that's what he most likely needs . He is loyal to others every day and night he works and since he never gets paid to do so he sometime leaves his district and with his high tech friend they go out sometime's and hunt.He is very hardworking and in general likes to work but he never get's the point of doing so.
He likes to be in charge lot's of time's and tell people what he thinks they should or shouldn't do in the meantime when he wants limited power to himself but if he can do anything that's leading.He likes to live in peacefulness when he's tired alot and sometime's when he wants to he leaves his aunts house and goes of to lay down.He can be creative and resourceful when he can and he thinks of what to do and what to say which is clearly why he's a little bit outspoken at some time's but his allegiance to others is what makes him human.
History:He was born and raised into the poor low-wealth life of district 11. He grew up to stay strong and be proud of his mistakes and no matter what ever he did it was a rule he had to follow. His family was struggling in life and he just hated the capitol for what it was..a mistake of fortune. If he had to he would've done whatever it took to stop the games and every time he would hear one of his friends name being called to fight in the games and in time they died and he was the one who watched it in pain and in respect of himself.On the last summer before his name was called he was caught stealing food from a storage and as he was about to be punished his father instead took the beating as Caelib became much more.
After that,a few weeks later his father died and shortly after that his mother left him and Caelib was lifeless without any help and until that day he lived with his aunt who treated him with vial comments,brutal punishments and the shame of his father.A few weeks later the Reaping had begun and in those few moments the sound of his name being called was a death sentence.Step by step,breath by breath he paused in short notice of his partner who looked back at him as Caelib knew the odds were in their favor and now his only motivation is to win .
