Physical Description
Avalon possesses the quality of being extremely mature for her age. Tall like the rest of her family, she stands higher than the average girl, but is still shorter compared to the average boy. Because of these features, Avalon can be exceptionally clumsy, dropping and tripping over everything in sight, though still always having the ability to regain composure. Although she is very thin and frail, she was naturally born with a muscular build throughout her lanky arms and legs. She has a very pale complexion, pink rosy cheeks, shell-pink lips, and pale lavender eyelids, resembling the presence of a delicate young girl rather than the tomboyish teen she is set out to be.
Her eyes are large and widely spaced, revealing the mysterious deep brown color inside of them that draws in the gaze of an onlooker. Her nose is thin and her cheekbones are prominent, making her lips a bit too full for her slim jawline. As for her eyebrows, they are darker than her hair and are straighter than they are arched, curving beneath her heart-shaped forehead. Avalon also has gently waving, caramel-colored hair. It is usually straight, flipping at the ends by a cause of layers and or choppiness.
As for distinguishing features, Avalon has a small crescent-shaped scar on her hand where she had fallen near the pier at a young age. The scar is pale and jagged along the edges of her skin.

Personality
Avalon has always been a reclusive, quiet, insecure but kind-hearted compassionate person towards others. Having learned to take care of her father over the years and being naturally responsible, Avalon developed into a very mature person, especially for her age. Because she lacks any skill in anything noticeable to other citizens of District 4, she mostly prefers to spend her free time reading, especially classics, and sketching on the sandy shores of the nearby beaches.
Avalon prefers to keep her thoughts and feelings to herself; therefore, she absolutely hates when someone tries to understand her. Ironically, Avalon demonstrates good acting ability in hiding her feelings. She is also incredibly stubborn, which causes her to have a strong determination for certain things. She has a sarcastic sense of humor, especially when she becomes angry. She is also surprisingly brave because of early incidents as a child, which helps her with the ability to block painful thoughts and memories out of her mind.
She also demonstrates the attribute of being witty and smart. Because of being bold and headstrong, she usually speaks her mind which can cause much trouble. Avalon is very strategic in everyday life. She is very close to her father, which reveals more passionate traits throughout her personality. Avalon feels very strongly about her beliefs and thoughts and will, causing her stick up for others if needed. Avalon's past hardships have made her a survivor in the district, helping her to endure challenging situations to preserve her own life and the life of her remaining family.
Skill(s)/Abilities
She is very skilled with a spear, as a result of early fishing training with her father during her childhood. She is also good with traps because of the years spent creating fishing nets to provide food for her family.

History
Born and raised in District 4, Avalon surprisingly proceeded into a time of minimum wage, mostly because of her father's risky and unnecessary mishaps. Her mother died shortly after child birth, causing her father drown his sorrows in alcohol. Fending for herself, Avalon had to take on adult responsibilities at a young age. Struggling to survive, she often turned to low-paying jobs that required fish-net-making. Soon, her father's addiction came to an end as Avalon became older.
Avalon became devoted to her jobs, making sure her father, along with herself, would hopefully get back on their feet. Avalon's life was mended, but many challenging situations still lingered, like financial troubles, or even small mishaps. Her relationship with her father was one of her main priorities in life, along with the stability of her remaining family.
But out of fate, her name was called.
