Oddity:
He frequently talks to himself, and oftentimes he will raise his voice. When his ramblings are interrupted, he tends to be shocked that someone was listening in on his conversation. He does not recognize that he is holding up both ends of the conversation. Although he spends most of the time as himself outwardly, he occasionally will act and speak as his brother, with no memory of it when he switches personalities. His personalities can also be very friendly to each other, as Walt and his brother were close. They have inside jokes that keep Walter laughing through math class.

Slim to none when he is himself, but he gets slightly more verbally aggressive as his brother. He has never become physically violent.
Dominant Emotion:
Amusement
Personality:
Walt is a mild-mannered boy that doesn't try to draw much attention to himself. In his mind, he believes himself to be above all the club antics, but he is willing to befriend anyone. He is generally sweet and caring. His presence can be very soothing, and he does not like it when people fight. For this reason, he is not particularly fond of the more violent students. He has a fairly low self-esteem due to years of comparing himself to his "perfect" brother, and he reacts with awe and admiration to the success of others.
Special Skills/Abilities/Powers:
His usually chipper personality is very good at calming people down and making them laugh.
He is particularly good at using his contrasting personalities to confuse people, and he enjoys it quite a bit.
Looking innocent. All he has to do is widen those eyes, raise those brows, and drop that jaw.

Flaws:
He is very flighty and easily sent into a spiral, especially when he is himself
As William, he has somewhat of a short temper that can often result in him offending and hurting himself and others.
Both Walt and Will are easily distracted by shiny new pieces of technology
Weaknesses:
Physically, he is not very strong. Even if he were to get in a fight, he would lose.
He will do anything if you beg and look pathetic enough. This can be easily manipulated.
All he really wants to do is please his parents, even though he has pretty much lost all chance of that
He just really, really, really loves Cheetos. He was bereft when he learned they weren't sold in the UK. Now he jumps at any chance to get his hands on them. He tends to cycle on whether he prefers crunchy or puffy, but only for the biggest favors might it make a difference.
Hobbies:
Postcard collecting
Writing
Watching movies. He has Clueless memorized.
Reading
Lego Building
Typical Attire:
Walt is inconsistent when it comes to dressing. One day he'll wear a t-shirt, and the next he'll wear a sweater vest. He always, however wears dark jeans. He can't stand wearing light-wash jeans because he is convinced they make his legs look weird. He is always jealous of people who can "pull off" light-wash jeans
Keepsakes:
He keeps his brother's school permit in his wallet, and the wall above his bed is taped up with all the postcards from his parents.
History:
Walter and William Montague were born to the obscenely wealthy Roy and Julia Montague in a small Nebraskan town. Both boys were truly academically gifted, but William was by far the more outgoing and athletic. William was prone to dragging Walter into any hair-brained schemes of his, and Walt loved being thought of as vital to Will's plans. They became notorious around town for the things they would do. Walt was, of course, famous for being his brother's sidekick. That all came to end one fateful December during their freshman year. Everyone in the Montague home was sound asleep when a burglar broke into the estate. The thief came through Walter's window, wakening him. Once he realized what was happening, though, he pretended he was still asleep. The man made his way into William's room, unbeknownst to Walter. When a gunshot rang through the home, Walter vaulted out of bed and sprinted to his brother's room to find the burglar standing over William. What happened next is a blur to Walter, but he ended up with a scar across his chest and a suit for his dead brother's funeral. They arrested the man who killed Will, but the surviving twin never recovered. He spent the last few months of that school year trying to be everything his parents saw in Will, but he eventually cracked when he started hearing William's voice in his head. His parents put him in the Academy after a rigorous few months of psychologists and tests and drugs that were promised to make their son stop talking like he was his brother.
Other:
Seriously, he will literally do anything for a bag of Cheetos.
