Personality: Well Miranda is as a human one of the kindest people you will ever know. She likes to help and is there to talk to when someone is feeling sad. Otherwise as a cleaner, she is a psychotic megalomaniac who generally attacks cyborgs to make use of their metallic parts and will also attack humans if they are seen as a threat or is a target of Mirandas hate.
Goals: Reverse her condition to be at least just a cyborg if she cannot become human anymore. Destroy the current government and make them cringe in fear. Use metallic parts to enhance herself.
Background: Miranda was an orphan who was taken in by the government at the age of 16 to become part of their cyborg program. Thats when she became a cleaner. Over time, in her cleaner form, she became increasingly violent and insane. Then one day she rebelled against the government killing an agent and a car full of officials. She was rendered a rogue and a terrorist. Since then she has been fighting the government. Her human job is a cafe owner from the money she got off of corpses and from selling unwanted scrap.
