Setting

You would presume this city to be lovelier than all the others, and despite the fact that it is for the arts, the actual city looks quite modest.

The houses are small: even Susanna Laurel's house is neither grand nor massive. The people that live here have decorated their house with all manners of colours, from swirls to real pictures that dazzle the eye. Studios for dance, art and music line the streets. Sounds of flutes and pianos ring out from concert halls.

This place is free; many children run the streets.
